The doctor treats me so good here, and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t see why I could ever go anywhere else, unless I relocated. They truly have my vision health covered.

Always a great experience. The doctor and staff are always professional and thorough. I started going here over 10 years ago when I was working in Fayetteville. Since retiring, Im living 70+ miles away and I will always drive the distance for my eye care. I tried a doctor closer to me, in Fort Smith. My son has a chosen name he goes by versus his birth name which is still on his insurance card. Everyone was so kind about how they handled the gender and name confusion. This has been a sensitive transition and I would just like to say “Thank You” for treating us with kindness. Ive been to this office several times since living in this area and always have a good experience. I never felt pressured to purchase any particular items, as Ive experienced at other offices. Also a huge plus is that I requested that pupillary distance be provided on my prescription for internet purchases, and there was no extra charge.

I must say, I was extremely happy with my visit to Dr. Myers office, the staff was awesome, they answered every question I had. I was in a walker-set (kinda like a wheel chair) and they made every effort for make me feel comfortable, they opened doors wide, moved chairs ect.Dr Myers was very thorough with my examination. I was very impressed with her knowledge and care. I have gone to a private optometrist for years and Dr Myers took more time examining me, took time to answer all my questions… I am very happy and will recommend her and her staff to all my friends.

Full disclosure: I dislike Walmart.Dr. Meyers’ office is located inside a Walmart. I learned this after I made the appointment. Had I known, I probably wouldn’t have made the appointment.That would have been a mistake. Dr. Meyers’ staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Meyers herself took the time to explain everything she did and why she did it. She answered my questions without over-explaining. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome.So, don’t be like me and let your bias lead you astray. 😂. If you’re live nearby and need an optometrist, Dr. Meyers should be your first choice.

Office team were unprofessional and were talking about my insurance coverage in front of everyone, laughing and complaining about having to call and see what was able to be covered. I told Dr. Myers Ive never had contacts before and wanted a prescription for them because I dont like to wear my glasses all of the time. She did the wrong exam and it did not include a prescription for contacts at all, just glasses, the only reason why I had gone there. During the exam she was being rough with equipment and when I expressed discomfort from her shoving the machine in my face and I even told her that it hurt, she just kept pushing it back. I understand you need to do your job but Ive never had an exam where I was in pain because of the doctor pushing the equipment so hard against my face.

Dr. Williams (Dr. Myers partner/associate) was very thorough, kind, and took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why each step was important to the eye exam. The staff was also very friendly. Their retinal photograph technology was very cool and reasonably priced (only $20.00 for a set of retinal images). I recommend a visit to Dr. Martha E. Myers Optical in the Fayetteville (MLK) Walmart.

Awful! They said my insurance was covered and then charged me anyways. It went to collections cause I never actually received a bill I paid it off through collections and then said I did not. Also refused to give me my prescription twice! I will NEVER go back. Awful awful awful! Only got one star cause I had to give a start to post review.
