I came in today to get a repair. The atmosphere is beautiful and calm. Ms Alene helped me. She was very professional and super friendly. I am always helped with a genuine smile. The prices for the glasses are affordable and the styles are updated and plentiful to choose from.

Mr. John Campbell enlightened me about the new prices/costs for lenses and frames. Prior to his updating me, I was stuck in the early 2000s prices for eyeglasses.He gave great information and was patient, professional and courteous in servicing my need and concerns, prior to purchasing my glasses and frames.

Lisette has a great eye for fashion and fit, but she also has a great depth of knowledge regarding eye glasses in general. For instance, things that a buyer might not consider such as the type of frame and the limitations based on the prescription, Lisette has the experience to know and is very proactive about her work. I actually went to Lens Crafters for the first time after hearing that she is employed there. The insurance and purchasing process was a breeze. The inventory was superb, there were so many great brands and styles to choose from!! It feels great to know that orders are ready same day or next, such a huge selling point, I hope they never close the lab!

Ms. Tonicia was AWESOME! As I waited for service, I began picking out glasses according to what I assumed my benefits were. Once I sat down with Ms. Tonicia I explained my benefits, and even though they were nearing closing time, she pulled my benefits and further explained that I had an allowance for frames and a separate allowance for lenses. Instead of her letting me go through with one of my selections, she gave me the option to look at more glasses so that I could max my benefits. She went through the procedure of offering and explaining add-ons and was very patient and thorough despite the time. This was my first visit EVER with LensCrafters and it definitely will not be my last. I highly recommend this location.
