Very friendly, both on the phone and in the office. I was a new patient and they got me in for an appointment the same day I called. Was very informative on what my options are as far as wanting to wear contacts but having dry eye disease. Communicated well with me and I’m very happy to switch to them from my previous eye place.

The eye exam went quick, I had never had one done before so I was not sure exactly what to expect. The staff was friendly, the issue I have is I ended up needing a prescription (-.5) literally nothing major, and they attempted to sell me a pair of glasses that would have cost over $400. before I left they tried to tell me why spending this much is needed and she took my pd measurement. Needless to say I did not return for those glasses. When I called to get my prescription I asked if I could also get my pd and the lady refused to give it to me because it is only included when glasses are purchased. How ridiculous!

Women at the friend desk are rude and lack knowledge. Refused to find out what was going on with my order, and now I’m having to go to another provider. Won’t be returning. Don’t go here!

I’ve been coming to this optometry office for 3 years now and they never disappoint. Dr. Holland is amazing. You can tell he loves what he does because he gives you genuine answers to all of your questions. The office staff is also equally amazing! Janelle and Whitney are extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately this experience was very frustrating and less than pleasant. My daughter had an appointment at the Ramsey location scheduled for a first time contact exam and a routine glasses exam. I spoke in detail on the phone to make sure she could get both done the same day. I was assured both would be done, insurance handling the contacts and I would pay the difference for the glasses exam. I spoke with the ladies by phone because they called and changed my daughters appointment to a day that I was unable to take her. My daughter drives so she went alone. She went to her appointment and called me during check in she verified that she was to have BOTH contacts and glasses exams on the same day.I called and informed the front desk that she was to get the 30 day contacts not the daily contacts for her insurance plan 4 boxes. I was told that was fine. When her appointment was over she called and informed me that she was told that only one exam could be done and she had to get daily contacts because she was new to contacts. The contact choice is hers and both exams could have been done when paying the difference. She drove almost 130 miles round trip to not get what was needed and to have her appointment and contacts changed to fit what they wanted instead of what the patient/consumer needed, wanted, planned and paid for. I have used Better Vision more than once and I was very disappointed, upset, and frustrated with this visit.

I can’t put into words how wonderful this place is from the Doc’s to the glasses ordering section. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, it made my first time visit actually enjoyable. And talk about informative; I learned so much more about the eye conditions I have and what we can do together to help better my eyes! Totally awesome!

Wonderful experience. I was blind, but now I see, my Better Vision has changed my life. I can see clearly now that the sky has cleared . I’m high on life, it turned out I have a cat and not a dog, now that I can see. The staff was super pleasant, Dr K was just heavenly

So around November 15 I went in for an eye examination so I could order safety glasses and was told it would be about 7 to 10 days to receive them. Not once did I receive a phone call to say that there were any problems, not even a text. I finally called around January 8th and was told, Oh yes, they are here. I promptly went there to get them. I went inside and they were just handed to me. No sit down, no adjustment. I tried them on and they seemed to be okay. So when I got to work the following work day I put them on and realized within a minute they something was wrong. I could not see far away with my left eye, and could not see up close with my right eye. So I live about 25 miles away from this eye doctor. I was not happy about this situation. I took them back and was told that they were the wrong prescription, so they re ordered them. Again I was told it would be 7-10 days that it would be expedited. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 30 days later no phone call, no text. So I finally call around February 10th. Oh yes, they are here. REALLY? Again? I went there again and this time there was someone different there that actually took the time to let me try them on and do a real test. They were okay as best as I could tell. I took the time out to speak with Janelle about my situation and she said she would put my name down. She was real nice about it, and tried to explain that they were having some issue with the company that made the safety glasses. I also still do not get why she would want to put my name down. I mentioned this to 2 other associates that I work with and they told me they also went to the same place I did and they could not get the prescription right. I also spoke to my mothers boyfriend and he said the same thing. This was probably the worst customer service Ive received in recent memory and will never go there again. I highly suggest that if you need safety glasses that you go elsewhere. I suspect that they may reply with a Please call us, or something like that. I think it should be them that puts forward the effort in explaining why I got such terrible customer service. If I wanted to call them I know how to reach them. Its obvious to me some customer service training needs to take place. 3 months to get glasses is simply unacceptable.

The staff was courteous and very detailed on the procedures. Scheduled appointment was on time and didn’t have to wait after checking in like most places. The optometrist made you comfortable and explained how he was going to address your needs and help take care of any issues you were experiencing.

The front desk staff is excellent, always cheerful. The ladies have done more than could be expected during my last two visits, helping with my insurance issues. The doctors and their assistants are on time, very thorough, pleasant, and always explain exactly what they are doing, why, and their findings. Virginia is great at helping with selection of frames and answering any questions. Theyre all the best and I highly recommend Better Vision Optometric Center.

The employees are so friendly!!! The staff really cares about their patients!!!! I came here about 3 years ago because my dog ate my glasses. They helped me find a replacement pair and got me on my way in no time. I came back today because I remembered them when they bailed me out before. First, front desk young lady is nothing short of amazing, beautiful personality, kind, patient focused, solution driven, kind, warm and welcoming. She catered to my busy schedule, moved things around so I could be there on a Saturday and rearranged again on that Saturday so I could make a vet appt for my dog. Called her again the following week, for a request for a copy of my eye prescription and didn’t hesitate or act like I was a disruption to her day. All doctors offices pay attention!!! All of the staff, front office staff, Dr. Holland and assistant, and the Opticians, are personable, friendly, and very polite. I have been a patient for over 4 years, as well as my husband and now my children are now being seen here. Dr. Holland even went as far as making sure that my co-pay was taken into consideration and she tailored my care based on that. She was more concerned with my care, than making money. I highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

Worst possible experience ever. Specifically requested a nicer frame with upgraded READER lenses - better quality than what I would usually pick up from local pharmacy selections. I was given progressive bifocals at $100 higher cost and was told to wear them for a week to adjust. I could not see anything I had to read up close. I sent them back after trying them for a day and still was encouraged to keep them. Finally received my readers after waiting well over 2 weeks from the date of new patient my exam. I was told I would not get a refund of the difference back from the bifocal lenses to basically OTC reader lenses that I could have picked up “down the street”. This place is unaccommodating to their customers and are very pushy to pocket an extra buck. Go ahead and keep my hard earned $383.00+ (after insurance) for a pair of plastic glasses and lenses. You won’t see this family of fine folks ever again. Buyer beware!

Love the care I get from BV on Ramsey St. Jenelle always greets me with a smile and knows her numbers when it comes to comparing prices for contact lenses and the rebate info. Dr Carver is very attentive, knowledgeable and thorough in discussing care during eye exam. The office staff in general recognizes their regular customers on sight and makes it a comfortable environment. I never wait long for a scheduled appointment.

Awesome service!!! 👍👍 The very kind professional lady that answered my call got me in for a walk in. She was amazingly helpful! The nurse and Dr. Holland were also very helpful. They listened to my concerns before giving me guidance. Turns out all I needed at this time was some prescription eye drops. They gave me a $35 coupon towards the eye drops that went along with my insurance. I went in there other location on Owen dr one day for a lens cleaning cloth and spray. They kindly gave it to me and didnt charge me a dime. In this day and time good quality service and smiling faces are very rare. This establishment was full of both! Looks like Ive found a great eye clinic. Dont hesitate check them out!!!! Im very picky with just about everything and even I was smiling when I left!!!

My vision in my right eye has been deteriorating for quite some time and I basically gave up on correcting it. I went to see Dr. Holland and her staff and I actually left with hope! Whitney stayed after hours with me to teach me how to insert and remove my contact lenses (it literally took one hundred fails and she never rushed me or complained). Jenelle was absolutely amazing. She had my benefits and pricing ready before I asked. She reassured me that if I need anymore assistance with my contacts that she would be more than happy to help. This team is absolutely amazing and great at their jobs. BEST customer service EVER!

Not happy at all. Had brought my prescription from my eye doctor in to have glasses made. First was going to have a pair of bifocals and a pair of single vision made and was told $90 for both pairs. But that was cash price so I opted to apply my $250.00 insurance benefits to the bifocals and was then told that I would still owe $30 for the single vision. That doesnt even compute. They inflated the price to use all my benefits in my opinion. And to top it off they messed up the bifocals so badly that I cant see with them so will be taking them back with the full expectation of getting a correct pair made and to be allowed to use the full amount of the insurance money they took. My next review will depend on how well they amend the mistake but it will be my last venture there.

The staff here at Better Vision-Ramsey are AMAZING. The staff are friendly and willing to help at anytime. Keep up the amazing up Better Vision staff. This saved me time to get an appointment on Saturday so I wouldnt have to take time off work during the week. Highly Recommended.

I’ve gone to the same eye doctor since I could remember. Until about 2 years ago. I was referred to better vision by someone who works there currently. I knew right away I’d love it just because of the person they are. & of course It was great. The environment of a business to me is important & so is the experience. From the second I walk into the door until the time I leave there ALWAYS helpful. They were pateint with me. (I have such sensitive eyes and don’t do well with most of the tests with light) & my vision place Prior to better vision would get frustrated with me & werent very understanding at all. But they always find what works for me. I couldn’t be happier with where I take my business. You definitely won’t regret it.

They were very nice and saw me the same day that I was calling for a appointment.I was surprised at the contact fitting fee. usually I walk away from my eye appointments owing nothing ( insurance) but I had to pay almost $100 before I left. I have always felt welcomed and appreciated when going to this facility. The employees are professional and welcoming...Their staffs are acknowledges their patients that are in the waiting room. I dont remember what my insurance covers so Im grateful that this company informs me in advance of any cost that my insurance may / may not cover... As long as Im here in Fayetteville, this is the only place im comfortable with.

I HATE glasses. Got myfirst pair in sixth grade and never met a pair I liked (until today). HATE the better 1 or 2 part of the eye exam. Today, I bought a pair of glasses I cannot wait to try. I like the frames and hope the new lenses will work for my very slow to adapt brain. Everyone was patient with my discomfort-induced high maintenance. Such nice professional people!
