I was very disappointed! I travel several weeks at a time. I know they do walk-in’s but I was able to do a same day appointment. The staff were very professional & friendly. But the, I guess the Optometrist is virtual! He did my readings and said bc of those readings I’d need to go to an Optometrist Office! That’s what the heck I thought I came to! Wasted time and still gotta find an Optometrist Office and do it all again! They didn’t charge me which was great, but dang! I leave town again on Sunday for 6 weeks so I’m right back where I started! Without any glasses!

Great place to go. I went last night made a last minute appointment they took me in with no problem. Very friendly , very professional guys and they took great care of me. My eye exam didnt take long and they were very Informative about my eyes, eye care and me getting contacts and glasses. Helped me with ordering my contacts. I will be coming back to order me some glasses. Love this place it was a last minute decision but Im grateful that I choose them to take care of my eyes.

I drive to far to get treated the way that I did BOTH times that I went! Not to mention I spent over 500 dollars that included 2 different color contacts but was told I could ONLY have one pair of case and solution for my contacts. Nicholas told me he wouls usually be generous and give out another pair but they were low on supply! Were you low when I paid all this money for them? The first time I went he was pointing his finger all in my face so much so that my friend who was sitting in the car asked me what was his problem when I got in the car. I told him I would not be back and he said thats fine. Says a lot right there! Never again. I will go somewhere where I am valued as a customer.

Great experience throughout. The Optical Manager, Saddiq, and his staff were kind, patient and professional. THE BACK STORY....... I brought in my handwritten prescription from my personal Optometrist. Had My Eyelab make my two pair accordingly. Stylish, but not good for my vision. Saddiq never flinched or got defensive. Actually, he helped me investigate. Turns out my personal Doctors office had written it wrong. Saddiq submitted for replacement of both pair. He didnt have to do hat. Wasnt their fault. Not ever having the need for glasses, and the current ongoing pandemic, made me feel a little uneasy as to what to expect when making an appointment. My experience started with customer service over the phone. I had questions about my appointment and they were very friendly and attentive. Upon arriving, the process just went so smoothly. I liked the concept of having a virtual appointment with the doctor minimizing the contact you have with someone else . (They do good in sanitizing as well.) The pricing on the glasses had me worried at first. Just as everyone has a different prescription we all have a different Walet as well. He was able to work with me getting what fits me right at the budget I had.Overall, with a fast and easy process, wonderful service, and good pricing, I am so happy with my experience and don’t see the need to go anywhere else! Also they have Apple Pay! 🥳
