I had a quick question and they was going to make me wait behind a bunch of people. Why make someone waste their time waiting behind people, sitting there just that person to leave. Then a grey hair lady came to help but she was talking to me like I was fukn slow telling me about putting something in a tray when I did not ask about any of that she didnt ask me anything just started talking to me like I was slow. I just needed to know if I had to have cash the same day. I never had my eyes checked so I have no clue how things work in eyecare

I have tolerated many situations with grace when I should of walked but this was when I should of walked. Totally disrespected because I walked in at 5:35pm after my appointment . I understand you want to go home but you dont have to be rude. You close at 6pm.

Walked in to look at frames and old gray headed woman immediately came up to us and asked if I was buying anything. I said I didnt know that I wanted to look at the frames for my prescription..She said that we needed to go back to the door and she went over some rules of trying on any frames and I can not tell you how rude and unprofessional she was to us. I went to grab the tray and she snatched the tray back from my hand. I will never buy anything from this place for the way I was treated or return. Apparently this has happened alot there. What a horrible place.

Went to get a prescription next door for new glasses, decided not to purchase anything at this location because they wouldn’t allow me to try on frames with out having a mask on the whole time. How does a frame reseller expect people to purchase at their store when the customer can’t even see if the right pair of frames looks on them. I understand that we have to wear a mask indoors. But if I’m more than 6 ft away and attempting to buy a product I’d have to wear for a long time, I don’t see the issue of letting people remove the mask to try on frames.

*RUDE*Ive been nextdoor for my exams many of times and was always satisfied, its unfortunate they are connected to this place. They have some unbelievably rude employees. I waited 30 mins for one lady to get done with some customers to ask if I can just grab the glasses since its only a pick up, no fitting or payment was needed and I received nothing but attitude. Took her litterally less than a minute to hand me the glasses from the drawer but was incredibly rude about it. Read some other reviews and youll see a pattern. Go somewhere else for your eye wear needs.

I had an amazing experience. The first time was in 2019. I received great help and amazing advice far as finding glasses. The second time was today 2/26. I was helped by Jacob (he multitask well) he assisted me and also gave me his input far as style of glasses. He has great patience , clear, and understanding. Great customer service. I know who to ask for when I return again.

I stayed here for three hours to get my first pair of contacts and left with more questions than answers. No one let me know about the different options available so I left with something I was unhappy with. The nurse that was supposed to be training me spent more time on the computer then helping me figure out the contacts. It seemed like they over booked for the day because even though I waited in the waiting room for over an hour to be seen the doctor, he was clearly rushing through his time with me. They were very unorganized as I also had to keep repeating the information that should’ve been in my file, to multiple different people. I’ve been coming here for years so it was disappointing to see them go about business this way.

Needs to update insurance companies with correct hours as well as their Google...got off phone with insurance company and got to door at 613 and was told they are closed when everything is advertised for 7pm. Was looking for someone open after 6pm due to working hours during the week that is in network with my insurance.

Went in for glasses with a prescription from a different office. Jacob was super patient and helpful with my 9 year old. First, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this facility. The employees ensured to enforce all customers follow all safety guidelines put in place by the CDC. Its hard to feel safe in a public place during the pandemic. The employees here did an excellent job. This was my first time selecting glasses. Jacob offered to help me if I needed it. I thanked him, continued to look around, and select glasses on my own. When I was finished, Jacob promptly took me to his desk to assist with my final selection of glasses. Today my husband and I came to Visionworks to order him new glasses and Sherone was awesome. When we walked in she came over took our temp and gave us sanitizer. She explained to us what our part was in keeping the glasses clean and everyone safe . She took all of our insurance info then we looked around for what he liked picked out a few and she was at the table waiting. When she could tell we had finish she let us know she was ready when we were. It was very nice she was great. Had a great first visit. We will absolutely be coming back next year.

I went into the location not sure of what to pick out. I’m horrible at picking out glasses and generally stick with my same style and shape. I’m trying to step out of my box but I still cannot find anything I think would compliment my face.Then I spoke with Sheila and she steered me back around to the beginning of the selection picking out several frames to try on that I clearly overlooked. I visited the store last week with my daughter and granddaughter. And As soon as I walked in, the lady yelled Stop right there! And she took my temperature. My daughter and granddaughter came in after me, but my daughter said she felt a weird vibe from the two ladies that were there. In other words, we didnt feel welcomed. Never even gave us eye contact.She was looking at a piece of paper the whole time. We just turned and left. Customer Service skills are lacking

She even fixed my old glasses by replacing my nose pieces because I expressed to her they would not stay n place. Replacing them with a different material type. We have purchased eye glasses from VisionWorks for years, so it seemed natural to purchase our daughters glasses here.This review is in no way a reflection of our treatment by the folks working there. Theyre fantastic. Very helpful, attentive, and have always replied to our calls.However, we have been waiting for 3 and 1/2 weeks for our daughters glasses. Apparently there was a mistake at the lab. The order is now a rush job and the glasses will be shipped directly to our home. We havent received any indication as to what the mistake was, but its just upsetting considering these lenses and frames are for our daughter, and considering LensCrafters couldve had frames and lenses ready within a week.

Just recently ordered glasses from this establishment and the prices arent worth the service. The only reason I offered two stars is simply for the fact the initial representative, Jacob, I worked with was so kind and thorough. I literally spent $800 here and neither pair of my glasses had a cleaning cloth. I have never ordered a pair of glasses from anywhere that didnt provide me with one. Secondly, my husband went to the establishment yesterday and advised the representative of our order, however she still only gave him one pair of our glasses. So I now how to go out of my way again to pick up the remainder of my order. I am beyond upset and agitated. I wish I had read the reviews before spending my money because I would have definitely spent my money elsewhere.

First time here on 11/28/20 and I loved the service. From the recepcionist, to Dr Kerry and picking out the frame with Jacob, everything went smoothly. Kudos to Jacob on his customer service. Very professional and nice. They have a system set up where you put all the frames you like so that after you touch them they are sanitized and put up by the employee. This way, with covid, you know they are safe to try. Jacob made the experience enjoyable. They also have a large amount of beautiful inventory and the prices are really good compared to what I have paid in the last two years somewhere else. Glad I gave them a try. Recommend 100%.

I am so upset to the point of tears. It goes all through me when you need to make a purchase and a business takes advantage of a customer only using us for their benefit for the moment. I had an uncomfortable feeling when approached by Jacob who was the sales associate that helped me. My funds are very low right now due to me trying to catch up after being sick w covid during the holidays and I CLEARLY stated this when making my purchase. He questioned me when I was trying to check my account and belittled me as if I shouldnt have even stepped foot in that place. He was irritated that I only wanted to pay for 6months of contacts not the whole year and told me I would be eligible for a $50 rebate. After much convincing I finally budged and got the whole year. The minute I got in my vehicle I went online to put it for the rebate, well you have to wait till the contacts are shipped to you. I w as never informed of that. Well I just received them and of course followed the steps and the website is saying only eligible for a $30 rebate!!!!! I called and was just now told it depends on the brand. That is so disheartening and frustrating. I feel completely taken advantage of and will NEVER be coming back. I am extremely baffled with the lack of customer appreciation and how stuck up the employees are with every step and experience Ive had with visionworks.

I am still waiting on contacts I ordered on Jan,3,2021 and I’m still waiting as of March, 2,2021. I’m still wearing the trial pair I got in Dec, 2020 so they are not good with lead times and truth as every week I call and I’m told the the week. So I did go to Sams and order another 6 months worth and it is a 2-1/2 week lead time with half the price so after I get my contacts from Vision Works I will never ever use them again!!

Great place for your eye wear needs. Amid the social distancing, April listened to what I wanted in my glasses and picked several for me to choose from. Her pick ended up being my absolute favorite and I love my new glasses! Now if only picking hairstyles were this easy... :)

I drove an hour and a half to this location specifically because they take my insurance. I called this location originally and they told me that they only made glasses but that I needed to see the doctor next door for my exam. they gave me the phone number to that doctor. I called the doctor next door who was incredibly nice and very helpful and his staff was also.Then I went next door to this business to this to get my glasses made and was very abruptly and rudely told that I didnt have an appointment which no one ever told me that I had to have. After several minutes of disgruntled ho humming she finally decided that I could wait until they could see me which Im perfectly okay with. I did drive an hour and a half to get here so Im not want to drive back without glasses.After sitting there for several minutes and witnessing various very rude and condescending exchanges with other customers it became very apparent that I was not going to have a good experience picking out glasses here.An elderly gentleman came in looking for some eyeglass cleaner, the staff member was very condescending to him. A second staff member came up to where he was standing to get some gloves and paper towels and things that would laying on the table and he said a polite exchange to her about having a good day and she said Ive been better. He said Youve been better but have you ever been worse?. She very nastily replied No, Ive never been worse. and just walked away. This was the staff member that had previously been helping a customer pick out glasses, I definitely didnt want her helping me.I decided that this was not the place for me to get my new glasses.I told them I would just go someplace else as I was walking out. I did go back to the eye doctor next door and tell them how incredibly rude and disrespectful and unprofessional that this staff had acted not only toward me but to every other person that was in there.The worker at this business saw me through the glass window talking back to the eye doctor staff and obviously knew I was complaining about them. As I was leaving the eye doctor, the staff member came out after me and asked if I wanted a card so I can call back and make an appointment. I told her no I did not.They had an opportunity to have my business and they didnt want it.Again. I drove an hour-and-a-half specifically to come to this eye care center to use my insurance and Im leaving here with no glasses because this staff was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to every single customer that came in there that.

I purchased a year supply of contact lenses from this location. The salesperson informed me there was a $100 mail-in rebate. When I attempted to redeem the rebate, the manufacturer said there was no rebate on that model. Im not even mad at the salesperson, I understand that mistakes happen, but the store claims there is nothing they can do to remedy the situation - no rebate, in-store discount, nothing. That is a poor way to treat customers and a bad way to run a business.

Jacob is an amazing apprentice. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He assured me that he would be able to meet my needs. Im hopeful that he is right and that I will love my glasses. I will be updating this review when I receive my glasses. Update..the first pair did not work out for me, however, Amy was able to help me on the second attempt, and I have a pair of glasses I can use. I do not love them because the lenses can be seen protruding from the tops of my frames. My prescription strength increased and Visionworks was unable to make the lenses thin enough for the frame. Overall, Im satisfied as I am able to see and so thankful.

I gotta tell yall, JACOB was the person of the hour! I dreaded getting another pair of glasses because they cost too much, even with my insurance. Then came Jacob! He broke it down for me: retail price and price after insurance. DUDE!!! I was just...I was happy and upset at the same time. Where was that price this whole time?! All of the staff are very rude. They all seem to hate their jobs and it’s a hassle to try on glasses. They limit how many pairs you may try even though they have suggested some of those and use those towards your number allowed. Picking up my children’s glasses was not better. I was asked to provide photo identification for the kids and if I didn’t have that, a birth certificate! I refused an got their glasses anyway. Would not recommend.

I visited visionworks during this pandemic so of course things were a bit different, I was handed a tray and allowed to pick 10 pairs of glasses to try on. Masks had to be worn so it was difficult to see exactly how well a pair will fit, but I made do. This location has a large selection and I had no problem finding something I liked. The two ladies that greeted me were a bit short, friendly but not very customer service helpful and the man who helped me try on the pairs I chose, Jacob, was very pleasant and helpful and most of all honest. He gave me a nice break down of all the prices and add ons to fit my eye glass needs and when asked for his opinion he was straight forward and told me what looked good and what didnt. I would rather have a person tell me a truthful answer than just try to sell me something so I really appreciated that. All in all it was a good experience and I will return again.....,,

Me. Shelia was and is very pleasant, thorough with her job. Very patient , courteous and such a joy to be around. When I came in the store she immediately welcomed me with that lovely smile. I felt as if I had known her for quiet some time and we had just met. These type people will cause your sales to skyrocket.

Had a great experience for my son and myself. Jacob was very helpful and not high pressure at all, which I cant stand. When I came in I told him I didnt need help, but after 20 minutes of picking frames with a friend I needed a tie-breaker... Jacob happily stepped in and helped me pick the winners. Turn around time is a little long, but, well worth it for the customer service experience.

Come here to get your glasses. Jacob worked with me for nearly an hour to help me find frames that i liked. He fixed my wife’s glasses and fixed my old broken ones so that I could see while my new ones were being made. the whole staff seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They were good with my four-year-old as well.

Great experience. Lisette was wonderful and very patient. With so many glasses to choose from, Lisette helped me narrow it down and select a great pair of glasses and sunglasses.

I’m absolutely in awe at my experience at Visionworks. I’ve been to a lot of eyeglass places where I felt rushed and pressured to hurry up to pick out what glasses I wanted.Today, I walked into Visonworks as a new customer- planning to pick my own glasses in a timely manner. Although I could not find anything that really made me fall in love. Jacob, the retail specialist, was kind enough to offer help a few times, but i declined because I know I normally pick out my own stuff. He asked again after a good of me looking, and I finally agreed.He found a pair that I am in LOVE with within 10 minutes! he really listened to what I was looking for and knew his items well!No pressure, and he was very reassuring in what looked good and WHY it looked good.I had such a great experience. WELL DONE to the team at Visionworks! I WILL be coming back

Great experience! Jacob greeted me and everyone who walked through the door . He helped me pick out my new frames very quickly and was very detailed yet quick with the whole entire process. He even helped fix my frames on my current glasses so that I could use them until my new ones arrived ! Jacob was awesome !

I will 10/10 NOT recommend this location to anyone. They are rude. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. The first time my and my mom went here they were a little rude but I brushed it off. Then they tried to force my mom into getting something she didn’t want because of the cost. Then I go there to get my frames. Get the text to come pick them up and I drove all the way to the store (which is not close to me) only to be turned away! I had 45 minutes until closing and was turned away due to them “not having enough time” for me. Complete bull.

Working with Lissette was amazing, I would have been lost without her. It was like having my own personal stylist to help me pick my frames. So encouraging and fun to work with!
