I Have always been treated with the upmost professionalism from the office staff and Dr. Riggins. Dr Riggins has performed different types of eye surgeries on me on three occasions. Each time he did his.best to keep me calm (I am high strung) and well educated regarding the procedures and I have had beautiful results.In my opinion he is best ophthalmologist in the state.

I have been going to Dr. Riggins for awhile now and I really like HIM.....But his staff is really RUDE, they DO NOT return your phone calls. So if you have an EMERGENCY dont expect them to call you back.call911. Also they are very good at calling you a liar, the whole staff seems to stick together against what you know is the truth. I know I will never go back to them & I hope I have helped people to NOT waste your time going there. Its a shame Dr. Riggins doesnt hire good help or tries to resolve the problems.

Dr. Riggins performed my PRK surgery. I felt very comfortable around Dr. Riggins - its clear he knows what he is doing. The staff was also excellent. I would recommend anyone considering LASIK to schedule a visit with Dr. Riggins.
