The Dr was vary understanding, made me feel comfortable and actually listened. The staff is vary nice and the lady actually gave me her opinion on which frame I could get, instead of just being nice. Personally I like that a lot. I’m having my second exam Wednesday and hoping they can give me something since I haven’t had glasses for two weeks and have been wearing the same 1 day contacts for two weeks 🥴 I know horrible but They still feel the same and see the same.

I am new to the area and I was really pleased with my visit with Dr. Roberts and his team. Everyone was so courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Roberts really knows his stuff. He took his time with my son and me to provide the best assessment of our eyes. They have state of the art equipment and a great selection of frames. So glad I found this place.

I had an awesome experience at Every Eye Care today. Dr Roberts and all the staff there made me feel very welcome and were extremely friendly and courteous. His examination of my eyes and previous prescription was thorough and I really felt like, for the first time in my seven years of getting glasses that I got the right prescription and glasses to fit me. Before Ive always hated the which one is better 1 or 2 , 3 or 4 part of such an exam but he made it very easy, truly a pleasure to have been taken care of by him and everyone there today. My visit was awesome! I was seen shortly after I arrived. Dr. Roberts was very professional as usual (with a perfect sprinkle of friendliness). The only thing (person) that prolonged my visit was ME! I took forever to decide on my glasses. Ana was more than patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all.

I went in for a eye exam today 2/24/21. I spoke with Ana on the phone before my exam. I asked her if they took my insurance and how much the eye exam would be. She told me $10 copay.After the exam is over she tells me my charge is $44. I asked her why it was $44 and not $10 like we had talked about. She explained it was because I got a exam for contact lenses.I’m just disappointed because Ana had several opportunities to be transparent with me about the cost. Why did she not tell me on the phone that the price of the exam varies on if you want contacts? I don’t like being quoted one price and then the price changing later.

My daughter and I came in for our annual eye exam . It was our first time here and we loved it! The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor was personable and extremely friendly. My daughter does not like getting eye exams and this experience was awesome for us both. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for close to 10 years now and have found his practice to be open and welcoming. Unlike other doctors who herd you in and out as quickly as possible and make little effort to get to know you or your concerns. Dr. Roberts takes his time to get to know his patients and their concerns and is genuinely friendly. I have always found him to be energetic and happy individual. My son and I received our yearly eye exam a couple of months ago and ultimately purchased one pair of expensive glasses from them. I forgot to ask them for our PD measurement. They had already measured his because I purchased the glasses from them. When I came back to have them measure me and tell me his they informed me that the PD measurement is not included in the eye exam and they would charge me $25 to do 4 seconds worth of work. They were also reluctant to tell me the measurement they had already done on my son. Other businesses where I spent that much money that service was either included or done as a courtesy. I was turned off by this current practice concerning doing the measurement. Now I do have to mention that all of the staff were nice and the doctor was knowledgeable, but I dont know if I will be back because of this.

It was my first experience and Every Eye Care was amazingly wonderful and had friendly service. There was not a long wait. The office is clean and has a little character. The best part was that Dr. Roberts is a personable and thorough practitioner. I live in Atlanta and did not mine the 40 minute drive. Will do it again and again for such good care.

I normally visit a Opthamologist ( medical eye doctor ), in Macon. Just didn’t feel like the drive , so thought I would try the highly review optometrist at Every Eye in Fayetteville,GA . I have only been to a optometrist 2 other times . Each time, they have mis diagnosed my contact and eye glass strength. This is odd , because literally this is all they are trained to do . I personally feel as if they relay to heavily rob the diagnostic machines and reading alphabets and not ascertaining clarity of those alphabets or objectsCons1. Every Eye Care staff ignore my repeated inquiry on whether they needed to call my regular Opthamologist to get the baseline ( last prescription ) contact strength, because I couldn’t remember . I was told countless times , it was unnecessary .... until it was! So what happened I ended up with a trial pair of contacts a half strength lower than needed.2. I ordered contacts that I waited about a week to come in, based on the wrong strength . Plus walked around 3 or 4 days, including having to drive out of town, not being able to see clearly, until I could go back in. They finally called for my old prescription , wow genius , wish I’d thought of that ! Oh right , I did and stated it several times. Only to be told later , “ usually we don’t need to”, oookk!*The doctorHe is overly exuberance . It can be off putting when first meeting him. Like you entered a kids party with a kid entertainer. Especially because he kept hitting the side of my arm with the back of his hands and finger , to emphasis points he made in the conversation . I didn’t want to be touched by the optometrist first of all, ( this was during any type of exam), that’s like harassment 101. Secondly, the 3rd time he hit me in my arm during the first visit , it hurt. During the second visit I tried to turn my body in a way that my arm was out of reach . He touched the side of the exam chair instead .PandemicWe’re in a pandemic . No hand washing when he entered the room, and there were used contact packages , that I thought he opened for me , but was just trash left on the counter as trash . When he reached to hit my lower arm, I moved and later saw his fingerprints left on that arm chair where he was reaching to hit my arm again .Front staff would pull their masks down, periodically , but pull them back on if you turned towards them . The virus can linger in the air for hours , so wasn’t thrilled about that .3. Had an allergy or eye infection after first visit in my right eye . I will go to my regular Opthamologist to handle this problem . They had me try on trial contacts away from a sink in non sterile area .Then on top of having to come to the office twice , I then had to call to ask if my contacts came in, ( no office notification ), an hour before they closed for the weekend . They still charged me the difference for switching out a pair of contacts. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience and diagnosing mr incorrectly , and prescribing incorrect contacts strength .ProsOffice is clean , staff is pleasant , offer high end frames . Wish there was a frame selection under $300.00

I am super pleased with Dr. Roberts! I had a horrific eye infection and my first visit he prescribed antibiotic eye drops. On my second visit, 2 days later, the irritation was completely gone. The assortment of glasses are affordable and high quality. If you don’t have insurance, no worries! There are online discounts available at a lower rate. I give Every Eye Care 10 stars out of five!😊
