Buyers beware! I had to have my thermostat replace a week after buying the car. The steering angle sensor is also not working. The right front fender is missing the inside shell to protect the tire in the engine from things flying into it. Customer relations is a joke! To add insult to injury they put a battery in my car that was so small that it could fit my dads riding lawnmower! Check out the gap where the battery is. So suspect! Week 3 and who knows what else ill find! I should have gone to CarMax! What a waste of time!

They want information that they have no need in asking for and is definitely an invasion of privacy I would advise to stay clear of places like this

Easy and straight forward.

This place is terrible. I personally brought one of my employees here to help them get a vehicle and the staff basically looked at him like he was an alien and said he didn’t have any chance of getting a vehicle. That’s fine, ten minutes later he got a beautiful Toyota Camry from the nice folks at Brannon Honda.

My husband and I stopped by today and we were not disappointed. My husband is looking to purchase him a car and the salesman Mr. Eric made the visit very delightful, hes very knowledgeable, great customer service, impersonal and willing to listen to your needs. DO NOT BUY THERE !!! We bought a Chevy Equinox, the truck began to have problems with the timing chain after a few months, we took it to the shop because apparently the insurance covered it, the truck has been there for more than 3 months and we have had to continue paying something that did not we have been able to use, we call customer service to try to negotiate a vehicle change and they just say they cant do anything about it we just have to wait.

I have very good credit. Played text tag with Andrew because I live in Atlanta and needed the car I wanted transferred here. When we got on the phone he rambled off numbers that seemed extremely high for a solid credit rating. The financing he offered was 28%!!!!!!!!!!! I burst into tears. He didn’t even care to explain the car And financing was for someone with bad credit.The lady in Atlanta found special financing for people with good credit and what do you know.....amazingly I qualified 6%. SIX PERCENT.Shame on you Andrew. I wasted HOURS on the DriveTime site plus time at the store. Educate your prospective customers. We deserve better than this!!!

Everything is great about drive time if you have bad credit but can afford a car of course the interest rate is astronomical but if you can put more of a down payment within 60 days like they offer youll end up with a great deal. If not... have you ever heard the term ghetto loan? Besides that, low payments. Great cars. I love them.
