Just my usual service and recalls on my car that had to be fixed. Of course I can call Chris anytime to ask any question and he always is friendly and always makes time to explain things and also help me with anything! Royal GMC is professional and very trustworthy. I have attempted to service my car at 2 other dealerships due to me working out of town but they were horrible!! Royal GMC is the best and Chris Stanfield is awesome!!! They will take great care of you EVERYTIME!!

Review for service and repair. Our Buick needed to be brought in before our big trip and the service section was great. They are very friendly and helpful. I had to leave the Buick over the weekend and they have a free shuttle service that I had to use to get home. I needed the car seat taken out of the Buick and that was taken out and placed into the shuttle car for me. The shuttle service is for up to a certain distance away so make sure to ask how far they will drive out to get you home. My back ac unit needed repairs and now it works fine. Great job and service. A big thank you.

Brandon, my service rep, was incredibly communicative during the repair process and Royal was able to get the Acadia repaired in time for me to return home on time. I emailed Chris in the service department with a question about a part being replaced on my Yukon XL that I purchased out of state. He responded promptly and connected me with service advisor Brandon Jennings. Brandon was quick to email and call, give quotes, respond to any questions, etc. He did everything with kindness and professionalism. He scheduled my service for a few days later and communicated every step of the process to us. We drove about 45 minutes to use Royal Automotive based off their excellent reviews on dealerrater.com and also because they are GMC certified. John in the service department is untruthful. I dropped my truck off there after a check engine light. Told me they would get to it pronto. Obviously didn’t happened. Called later before closing and he told me they didn’t get to it since there were still a few vehicles ahead of me. So I waited to hear from him the next day, which I never did. Left him messages with no call back. Eventually got ahold of him and he told me it would be another 4-5 days before they could even get to my truck. The wait wasn’t the issue for me but the dishonesty was. Don’t take your vehicle there if you want honest work done on your vehicle.

It started off really wrong.. My car had been there for over a week and upon picking it up the same issue still existed; no air conditioning. I was more than upset but John was able to get me a vehicle so that I can go to work. However, the fact that no one actually made sure the issue of no air was actually resolved before I came to pay was quite unsettling.

There is a reason people refer to brand car dealers as “stealerships”. Discounted oil change is a “lose leader” to try and get at least double the going rate for other services. $85.00 to change a cabin filter which costs $22.00 plus 15 minutes labor anywhere else!

Royal did what they said they would do. And during a time of severe vehicle shortage, and while other dealers were playing games and jacking up their prices in all kinds of ways from direct % markup to a bunch of add on fees of thousands of dollars, Royal priced the vehicle (at MSRP) and then delivered it at that price. By the way, Im 63 and never dreamed I would ever be paying MSRP for a new car, but consider myself lucky at the moment.

I was immediately asked if I needed assistance by a salesperson, Josh Miceli. He was very polite, knowledgable, low-key and I did not feel pressured at all. I thanked him for not being pushy and he said that was not his personality. I had looked at Hyundai, Lexus and BMW SUVs and researched extensively but none of those vehicles were the one. I knew the size vehicle and amenities that I wanted. Josh showed me everything on the Acadia Denali. After a test drive, I said that I would get my husband to stop by to look the next day. Josh said that I could take the car home overnight and that was a wonderful suggestion. My husband was able to drive the vehicle and we had time to explore the options. I was driving a 2006 Mercedes and I refused to look at cars for years because of the dread of a high pressure sales pitch. My experience at Royal Automotive was wonderful and I have now overcome my disdain for searching for a car. All aspects of the buying experience, including the paperwork, were easy and pleasant and I love my new GMC Acadia Denali.

They could not reproduce the issue I was having and opened a ticket with GM. after running thru everything suggested they still could not reproduce the issue. I am still pleased with the experience as I think they did all that they could and gave me documentation that I had an issue and what was done just in case it happened again. They were very professional.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. We were on our way home when our transmission went out, we are from Arkansas so we are still 6+ hours from home, plus this was a girls trip so we were scared and worried. My experience was amazing! It had been 14 years since Id purchased my last vehicle. I went to the dealership to view, in person, several of the vehicles that Id seen online. Id already done my research before hand. So, I already had a few vehicles in mind that I was interested in viewing.I was met on the lot by one the sales associates, Hunter Plott. Hunter was extremely helpful and patient with me. He answered all of my questions. He was very informative. I was never pressured at any point to purchase a vehicle.Also, I was able to meet one of the Sales Managers, Matt Robertson. He was really helpful, as well. Again, Matt never pressured me to purchase a vehicle. Both Matt and Hunter got me a great deal on my trade-in.All in all, I was extremely pleased. I left the dealership that day with a new vehicle. Just a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service department was really busy, but the service writer was very polite and friendly and got me checked in pretty quick. I was able to work in the showroom at a small table while my car was serviced. Overall, it was a great experience!
