First, let me say (like most people that write reviews) that I rarely write reviews. The experience either needs to be stellar or atrocious to prompt me sitting in front of a computer to write. And yet, here I am.With that preface, let me say that Ive had a terrible experience with my Mini and this dealership. The car I was sold was an absolute lemon -- Clubman S All4. I have spent almost $4,000 of my own money in servicing this vehicle in less than two years. Prior to this vehicle I owned a Mercedes, and prior to that a Volvo. With those cars I had zero issues. Zero. And yet Ive found myself in the Mini Service center almost every 2-3 months for one issue or another. Each time being told by the service center that the things wrong with the car were wear issues and are not covered by warranty. Its incomprehensible to me that a car of this quality could have wear issues after being driven only 20,000 miles.I think spending this money would be easier to swallow if the service department showed the smallest amount of empathy. My last visit to the dealership (8/28/2019), one service employee said to me, I dont know what to tell you, man. Verbatim. No hyperbole or exaggeration.I would caution you against Mini in general and this dealership in particular. My plan is to get rid of this car and not look back. I, for one, am soured on Mini indefinitely.
