Was told I was approved for financing over the phone. Was told by Michael Sides all I had to do was come in and fill out my paperwork, sign, pay my down payment. Almost 3 hours later was shown a 2018 Toyota RAV4 after I clearly said a crew cab pickup truck. Told Mr. Sides I had to leave due to a scheduled engagement I had with my family. Upon leaving I was approached by Eric Fitzpatrick. He PROMISED me they had a vehicle that Id sign and drive off in if I gave them a few more moments of my time. I allowed 20 minutes. Another 30 later Mr. Sides scrambled to try to put me in a vehicle that I didnt want while Mr. Fitzpatrick tried to butter me up. Finally, another co-worker with an alt-right haircut tried to convince me to get a CAR when Ive said several times I need a TRUCK. He digs up a 2016 Toyota Tacoma that was sold to them that used as a trade in just a few days prior. It wasnt serviced or anything. I politely told Mr. Sides to call me if can find something and left. 3 hours of my time wasted and you lied to me. This isnt baseball. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I bought a pre owned vehicle and it was a great experience.. My salesman worked very hard to get me in a vehicle and I havent had a way around in almost 10 years. It has been on of the best decisions I have made and I love my car more every time I get in it. Thank you for your determination.
