LOOK NOWHERE ELSE!!Coming from a bad experience from TIRES PLUS trying to con me into buying a new tire when I clearly did not need to, these gentlemen simply patched my tire rotated them, and made sure they were balanced and full of air. Wonderful, jovial staff! Their customer service is undeniably the best out there! This is where you need to bring your vehicle to, hands down!

My dad has been coming here for a long time and i finally had to have my car towed in this morning after my starter failed. They had the work done before I had to go to work and gave me a fair price. I just got a phone call from my wife who is in Colorado taking care of our daughter and our first grandson. In this phone call she just informed me that our car that this so-called mechanic shop checked has no front brakes whatsoever. They charged my wife for an oil change and a full check up service and told my wife that The car was perfect tires were perfect brakes were perfect and all the fluids were now topped an perfect Here it is less than a week later and a mechanic in Colorado is working overtime to put front brakes on my car. The mechanic is a liar and should be fired as an owner of this mechanic shop you should go through all your mechanic stuff and now check everything. This mechanic does side work for food for the Phillips family mainly Joyce Phillips.

While doing a balance and rotate, they put the lugs on 3 studs off kilter. I had to break the studs to get the lugs off. This is lazy workmanship. The lugs are supposed to be put on by hand first to make sure they are straight and then the pneumatic gun is used. Never going back and telling all who will listen

I had a fantastic experience at Olin Mott. Jeff, was extremely knowledgable and patient. He spent the time to go above and beyond; he showed me exactly what was wrong with my tires. He showed me how he was able to push the tire back and forth, left and right, and pointed out to me the exact part that caused this problem and needed to be replaced while the car was raised in the air.Jeff also spent the time to show me what repairs were urgent and necessary and what repairs I might be able to skim off until a later date. I found this to be amazingly important not just for me but Im sure for other customers as well.On top of this he was nice enough to drive me to my house and drop me off, it wasnt too far of a drive but it truly made a remarkable difference in my experience. Truly going above and beyond, I dont want to give any false expectations though. I did only live about a mile away and he was already driving that way!The staff was impeccable. I didnt get to meet them, but I thank and appreciate them for getting the job done early. I was told the car would be ready at 2pm but it was finished at 1:40pm. The fact that they could fix so many parts, do an oil change, and finish on time baffled me, and they did a fantastic job as well in that short time. The work they do there is not slapdash by any means.I appreciate everyone there for working hard to get my car done in a timely manner and give me a fantastic experience. Thank you guys!

Ive been here a couple times and they are just great. I had an inspection at Honda and they told me my brake pads and fluid needed immediate attention, so I brought it to Olin Mott - they took the time to show me my brake pads and explain the fluid color, and that I didnt need either service. They could have easily made money off me but were honest instead.

Had service done in May 2019. Drop off the night before. Key drop is inconspicuous, nevertheless safe. Next day my car was ready by end of day. And it needed a lot of work! They might have lost one star because I had to bring it back weeks later to thoroughly complete a job they started but did not inspect and fully replace all attached hoses. I new the hoses needed replacement but they replaced the part on the first go round. Wish he would have followed up with the hoses as I had mentioned. 5 stars because the car was in dangerous conditions and I did not realize. They really looked it over and had to deliver the bad news . When I got the call of what is wrong, I had a good cry over the price. It was a car I inherited and was reluctant to service and keep. When I sell, it will be someone’s treasure.

I recently Purchased a set of Michelin Premier A/S tires for my 2017 Subaru. After installation I drove it for a week and heard a noise and took it back to Jeff Ballard at Olin Mott. It was discovered a right rear wheel bearing was bad at which time Subaru changed the bearing. Tires are FANTASTIC and quiet as would be expected from Michelins. Ive traded with Olin Mott for the last 20 years and have always had great service after quite a few sets of tires over the years. You cant go wrong with Olin Mott, they treat you right and you leave with a great feeling... not like you just got taken to the bank.

All around awesome shop. Jeff the manager is an honest guy. He will work with you if he can. The techs are pretty cool and friendly. I like to work on my own cars but if there is something I cant do I will take it here. Affordable, honest and if something goes wrong they do best to make it right! Thats all you can ask people! Going to this Olin Mott is more like going to a nice restaurant, I mean that in terms of friendliness and hospitality, and thats from EVERYONE there. This happens due to the Store Manager, Jeff Ballard eg: My jeeps alternator froze up, my insurance company had it towed to this Olin Mott.When I went to pick it up to take it somewhere to be fixed, I met Jeff. He told me he remembered hearing about Chrysler recalls. Hi contacted them and was informed it was indeed a Recall issue, he told me hed have to charge $7 to $800, but the Chrysler dealer up the road could do it for free and I should go there. It is now my main go to place for ALL car issues. Bonus: The guy knows how to fish!! Im a lifer!!!

The service has always been good! I purchased tires here along with a hazard warranty. It is never a hassle to get the tires cared for, balanced, rotated and nitrogen inflated. The only drawback, is never knowing how long things will take and being unable to schedule an appointment. The staff is very friendly and I have never been pressured to purchase or replace something that I didnt come there to have done initially.

They got me a replacement tire for my aftermarket rims fast. I called at 10 am and they had my tires in before lunch. Excellent customer service.

Dear Google: Please add an option for six stars for places like this. I am a car guy , but I was having a problem with my car eating tires that eluded me. These guys were under my car for less than 10 minutes before they figured out it was causing my problem. The prices are excellent, the staff are friendly and the knowledge level is tip top.

Ive been going to them since I was 19 yrs old ( Im now 33). Jeff is awesome and so is Matt. They know Im usually on a budget and work with me every time. They are always straight shooters, never charge me for anything I dont absolutely need. They are always friendly and have a bunch of toys for my 4 yr old daughter to keep her occupied and if shes good they let her go into the treasure box for a toy. Down to earth and the only place I go to fix my vehicles. Hell one time on my hyundai I needed to replace the tire sensors and Matt actually told me that he can replace the sensors but he cant reset them and that Id gave to go to dealer to do it with another fee to do it. Which if I went to dealer they could replace them and reset them for free. So basically saved me sone money and earned my business over and over again.

The service is excellent and they can get any tire you want. Oh, and they have nitrogen. All of my vehicles have nitrogen now. Pay once and if you need a bit more later its free. Included when you purchase the tires.
