This place is amazing. They took great care of me and gave me an amazing price on two tires, an alignment, and a warranty. If you are looking for great service this would be the place to go!

Called ahead first thing in the morning to see if they could get me in their schedule for a simple tire mount/balance. They said yes, so I arrived about 15 minutes after the call. They had no idea who I was and made no record of my call. The two guys behind the counter both had terrible attitudes and obviously didnt want to be there. After discussing my cars needs and realizing this was not the place I wanted to entrust my car with, I politely excused myself. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ive been doing buisness for 10 years with this garage and have had good experiences. Since the covid closers and lack of staffing across all buisness, this store still trys to take care of all my needs.Like other buisness in this area they have suffered from lack of personnel, still they are honest about delivery times despite the impatience of customers walking through thier doors demanding with me first attitudes.I personally have witnessed this on my last visit in.Here i read from forest ballinger about his experience. This makes me wonder, did he take the time to ask why? Was he more of this cancel culture that seems to have griped our country of late. Was a solution offered, maybe that didnt suit his time table? From other posts that have been writen as well as my personal experiences, this makes me wonder.Steve s, i own a buisness. Our phones dont allow for a on hold for anything past 5 mins.Ive never heard of a 15 minute wait time ever.Perhaps you are mistaken? Perhaps.With the trucks we run for our services, i have found that rims after 8 to 10 years will leak. The coating on the rims will break down over time. When this occurs no amount of sealer will work. Its either new rims or reconditioning of the rims. This shop trying to help you at all speaks to the service they will go to help a customer.This again sounds as if a person has become impatience, rather than using reason to the situation.I will continue to use this service center and appreciate all they do for me and my buisness.Thank you very much guys

My experience started with a phone call, during business hours, inquiring about product and size. I was left on hold, according to my I phone, 16 minutes. Called back the next day, spoke to John , he confirmed that he would have Cooper tires, discoverer AT3 4 S. In a 225/75/16. He quoted me a price for install/ and front toe adjustment. He gave me an appointment for 11:00 am, the next day. I arrived at 10:58 promptly, Neither John, nor Scott, would even make eye contact , and offer to help me, for 15 minutes, they were busy checking in stock, and talking amongst themselves. I thought the customer would be taken care of first ? I was left for an hour and 10 minutes and confronted John, who didn’t even have my name or reservation in the system, but Scott assured me, they would get me taken care of. In that hour of time, they took 1 wheel off, and I formed me my rims could not be cleaned of corrosion , and secure the bead with sealant. Being a car person, I know they simply didn’t want to take the extra few minutes to have to do this. They also assured me the day before, they would be able to centralize the steering box, before do8ng the alignment. Scott, when asked, knew nothing of this, and was certain, they would not go to the extra trouble. If you’re service, doesn’t involve them being able to up sell you for additional services, like brake work, shocks, etc, they are not interested in helping you. This place is horrible. I feel sorry for the owner, having owned my own companies, these employees are a nightmare. They had no problem with my $820 tire service walking out the door. At the time of the phone call, when I made the appointment, I was never told to be prepared to leave my vehicle for 3 to 4 hours.....what’s the point of an appoint,ent ? I was never told, they could not clean corrosion from the rims, and place sealant to secure the beads. Bad bad bad

Too bad management has to change. Went in 15 mins early for an oil change only to be told it would take 2 1/2 hours. No call to me saying so, no explanation, no apologies. He just blankly looked at me when I said “2 1/2 hours for an oil change”and then answered the phone. I walked out and through the coupon they mailed to me in their trash. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Scott and todd were very helpful and generous! Gave me a brand new tire to the price close to nothing! And helped me to the best of their abilitys, thank you so much todd and especially scott!!!!!!

We were always faithful customers, but several years ago, the management team changed. We stopped coming after having a few issues.I was SO happy to see that the old team is back! I had a mysterious leak in the right rear tire of my ‘81 Vette. Their inspection showed nothing evident…no nails/screw/spike in the tire tread or sidewalls. They offered to replace the valve stem and didn’t charge for the service! I would highly recommend this tire shop for any tire related issues. Thank you Tire Choice!!

Really friendly folks. They installed my latest set of tires. Manager was great at scheduling and getting me back on the road in a reasonable time. They offered to price match all of my future tire purchases to online competition. So, before I buy from tirerack or others, Ill print out the online price and being it in.

Extremely rude manager lost their long time customer. I replaced four of my tires 2 years ago and they encouraged me to buy road hazard which I paid extra for at that time. I was told if tire is not repairable they will replace the tire and pro rate it based on usage. Yesterday I had a nail in my tire and brought it to them for repair. As nail was in the outer ring they said it is not repairable but they refused use road hazard for new tire by saying it only covers first year which was a lie. Then they argued it only covers repair and not replacement when I showed him the paperwork which says it does replace if its is not repairable that guy asked me to talk to his manager who rudely and loudly said to me I am not going to argue with you my employee has explained it to you we dont honor road hazard after 12 months end of story. He shouted its our policy and I dont have to prove it to you.I told him it was rude and walked out. Took my car to another tire choice and service manager there checked the remaining thread on my tire and said you have 60% of value left ($120) which he will credit on new tire.What a scam they run down here. Be really careful!!!!

I experienced a flat this morning on my way to the airport, Scott and Alex along with the rest of the crew took absolute great care of my vehicle, I even learned a couple of new things in regards to all wheel drive vehicles. First of all if youre looking for good customer service this is the place NOT to go to. I had 4 new tires put on the vehicle about 2 months ago and they have had trouble holding air correctly. Every few days a different tire was low on air. Brought the vehicle in on a Saturday and asked them to check the tires and see what the issue was. I was told they would take care of it and I could picked the car up in a few hours. I told them I wouldnt pick it up until Sunday so they could have the day to do what they needed. I came in Sunday and the owner [Mike] said he had no idea what they did to the tires and John was off today. When I asked if he could call him, since nothing was put into the computer as to what they did, he told me he didnt have a cell phone number for his employee. [More BS]. I then asked them to look at the digital readout because now it was not showing any PSI on the dashboard. He told me I had to drive it for a while and it would come back on. [More BS] I highly suggest not using this particular Tires Plus location. Terrible experience!UPDATE:Went to another local tire dealer and explained my issue. They took my vehicle in and it was brought to my attention that whomever worked on my vehicle at Tire Choice broke one of the computerized valve stems and replaced it with just a rubber stem. This is why the computer wasnt recognizing the PSI correctly. I would not trust this establishment at all. The owner lied right to my face! Disgraceful!

By far the worst automotive shop around. I drive a 2004 f-150 and I had new bearings put in the front and back end. Not to long after my front end started making a bad clunking noise and scraping sound. Took it back in to have them take a look at it. They told me that I needed new ball joints. I then bought new ball joints and also decided to redo all the suspension.i did all of the work my self. Once I finished my suspension I took it for a test drive. Sure enough it still made the noice. I took it to mavis (highly recommend) they told me that my bearings were hammered in vs owing pressed like they should of been. That’s just the first problem I then started to hear an engine tick. Took it into a different person for them to tell me who ever did my oil change stripped out the oil pan plug and never put oil in my truck. My truck ran without oil for 2 weeks! Lucky that it still ran. On top of that getting a tire rotation on a different vehicle I makes the tire to make sure they rotated them. What’s new they didn’t rotate them. This place should be shut down ASAP. DO NOT GO HERE

Roger was awesome. We took my tire in with a nail in it after we had been dismissed from Christian Brothers just a few minutes prior. Roger was timely and said he would see what he could do. An hour later, my tire is good to go and I’m not out $$$ for a new tire. Thanks again Roger!

Great customer service! I recently had my starter replaced on my truck with no issues. The day after I took my truck home, I started hearing a chirp/squeal. I called Shaun and explained the issue and how I was concerned that something had happened during the starter replacement. He said bring the truck in and we will look at it. They replaced the belt and idler pulley, which was the main cause of the squeal. It turns out it was just a coincidence, as the started replacement did not impact the pulley in any way. Regardless, to alleviate any concerns that I originally thought it was related to the initial repair, Shaun thought it was important enough to make sure I maintain a satisfied customer and did not charge me any labor for the second repair. I have used them for 5 years and will happily continue to do so.

Roger, Ahmed and the Tire Choice on Racetrack Rd. team did a great job on the 2 family vehicles, one blew a tire and the other needed an alignment. They were able to get the matching tire same day and they also just happened to have one of the latest and greatest alignment racks in the industry that eased my fears of them clamping onto my custom set of wheels. So NO worries about scratching the rims!They gave us a great deal and were so friendly to work and chat with! Dont hesitate to being your vehicles over to them for service!! GREAT WORK GUYS! LOVE THIS PLACE!

During my visits with Tire Choice, the sales professionals Jim and John made my experience feel special. They serviced my vehicle quickly and explained other issues the mechanics found. I found the mechanics working quickly and diligently on each vehicle in the bays. I was quite surprised at how quickly I was in and back on the road. Thank you to the Teamwork this location provided. Great job guys. I cant wait to stop by again for a few other issues they warned me about. I highly suggest bringing your vehicle in!

I would really like to rate this place higher than 3 stars, because the two times that they have worked on my vehicle they have done a really good job, and the staff has always been very nice to me. The reason why I cant however is because of the price. After doing a little research after the fact, I found other places in the area where I could have gotten the work done for essentially half the cost. Since both times I was there I absolutely had to have the work done, I could not really complain about how much it cost. It was either pay it or not have a functional vehicle. And I cannot complain about the quality of the service that I received. Like I said, it was excellent both times. I guess my point is if you are the type of person who doesnt really care how much it costs as long as the work you need gets done and gets done right, then this is the place for you. But shop around.

This was the most efficient service store that I have been at. They fixed my car and it was reasonably priced. And I was extremely happy. I am going to tell all of my friends to come here. They are the best!

These guys were awesome!! I came in with a flat and had limited time before needing to go to work. Roger answered the call and was immediately welcoming. I came in, they started quickly and I felt taken care of. They patched my tire up and we were out in no time! Will definitely be back.**Update... My husband called Tuesday to get a quote for 2 new tires. He was told under $230 out the door. Wednesday we went in and were immediately greeted by a very unwelcoming Sean, whom was trying to charge $60 more without an explanation. When asked who quoted us the day before he gave a half-hearted I dont know. Seems like Roger is gone therefore the customer service is too. Well take our business elsewhere where they honor their original quotes.

Great experience last week! Stopped by on my way home from work with a screw in my tire 10-15 minutes before closing. Evaluated quickly, given very fair price, and finished the job right then. The management there now is doing a great job all around!

So I just moved down here and didn’t really know where to go so I saw this shop and decided to stop in. Probably the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve never been to a more professional business, as soon as you walk in they make you feel like they’ve known you for years. Quick service, incredibly friendly people and by far the cleanest shop around. They found me exactly what I need and were more than happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this location to anyone I meet. Thank you Roger and Jim!!!

Overall pleased with turn around and service (5 stars). Manager was helpful when I had questions about the alignment. Unfortunately this location was bought out by Monro and even though they kept the Tire Choice name, they wont honor Lifetime Alignments you might have bought there previously (1 star) . I have 2 cars that I spent good money to buy the lifetime alignment for, but now have to be out of pocket at each visit. Bad corporate policies that will affect a stores repeat customers. Worse of all is that they dont offer Lifetime alignments if you wanted to get one. From a practical stand point, when I go in for an oil change every 8k (full synthetic) I want to do an alignment at the same time to ensure the longevity of my tires and thus want a lifetime plan. The fact this place doesnt offer it and I would have to pay at each visit means I will have to go over to Firestone or Tires Plus that offers it. I want one stop shop. Corporate office listen up - your locations will loose customers because of your poor customer oriented business decisions from your office. Honor previous lifetime plans and offer them to new customers. I gave 3 stars to average out the good rating from the store along with the bad rating for corporate.Update 12/3/2018: Jim called me to address my concerns. Impressed with the immediate response and willingness to make things right. Corporate heard my concerns as did the store. This is how businesses keep repeat customers. Changing my rating to 5 stars.

With a busy work day ahead I know I would not have time to deal with a flat tire come this evening. I called Jim (store manager) and he said bring it right in. I went to Tire Choice for the first time this past weekend for an oil change and check engine light. I rarely do Google reviews, but these guys were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were kind, friendly, informative, and honest. They also did a great job on my Jeep, and did it quickly! In addition, they ran a diagnostic test and waived the charge for the test because there were no issues revealed. While it may not seem ethical to charge someone $100 to run a test if the result was a simple computer glitch in the Jeep, I have been places that have charged me regardless! I will recommend this Tire Choice to all friends and family. Thank you guys! You are awesome!

The new Manager, Jim at this Tire Choice location is very upfront and jumped through hoops to find me the exact tire I was looking for at a very fair price. The guys in the shop did a great job installing new wheels and tires along with fluid changes. All at a fair price. Highly recommend. Located right behind Starbucks / beside the Winn Dixie.

The quality of work (and location) has always been good but somewhat disorganized. Under new management it is far more organized and today I was on my way within 30 minutes (tire rotation, oil change) without any fuss or hidden charges. Theres a lot out there that I wouldnt recommend. This place I would!

This place is amazing, it was my first time there and I felt like I have been going there for years. The service by everyone was quick and very well done. However that’s not the real reason why I will always recommend them; My wife stopped by to see if they have a tire to fit my SUV prior to me showing up, Jim recognized what it took to get two small children out of her vehicle and took the time go out to her vehicle and speak with her while she was still in the car. It may be a small thing but speaks to the character of the team working there and that’s why Ill always go back.

Ive been bringing my cars here for 8 years.Just brought my 350Z for a starter issue, they traced it down to a disconnected wire. Most shops would rake you for more bucks. I know absolutely nothing about cars and had a light lingering on my dash after a flat tire. My coworker recommended this location so I finally decided to stop by instead of taking a trip to the dealership. Manny was extremely helpful not only making the light go away, but taught me how to resolve the issue next time and assessed the tire pressure on each of my tires. I would definitely come back for any other car issues and highly recommend this location!

Jim and Manny took me in for oil change immediately. I was on the rack in 5 minutes. Done and out the door in less then 30 min. That’s what I call professional and efficient. Great experience!! They were incredibly helpful when it came to finding the tires that I wanted for my truck. I actually called a couple times asking about different tires and they were always helpful. When I finally found the tires I wanted, I called Friday morning, they had the tires shipped to their location that day and then Saturday I dropped my truck off and within an hour and a half the tires were on and ready to go! Thank you for making this experience easy!

I was having a challenging morning today as my car wouldnt start. I came to Tire Choice stressed, emotional, and begging for help, but without an appointment. Jim provided the best service I could have asked for. He was calm, friendly, and got my car in right away for a new battery. 15 minutes later I was back on schedule to work and had felt calm and happy. Thanks Jim for the excellent service as well as for calming me down. I appreciate your help and the fast work of the technician as well.

Roger & Edgardo are excellent!! They always get us in and out quickly, offer us solid choices, and give great service - whether in tire replacement and repair - or mechanical repairs and maintenance. My father-in-law just came to visit and had a nail in his tire. He took it to Roger & Edgardo today who took a look, removed it and determined that it hadnt penetrated the tread (it was a short nail). When it came to paying the bill, they told him it was no charge!! When does that ever happen these days?? An amazing place with good, old fashioned value and service.

I had a great experience at this service center. Jim and Roger took great care of my wife’s car and the oil leak it had. They were up front about cost, labor and time involved for my repair. It was refreshing to deal with a shop that focuses on customer experience. Roger even gave me a ride home when I had to drop my car off! I would highly recommend this shop.

The guys at Tire Choice did a great job for me. I walked in unannounced and was out in less than 15 minutes! I had been losing tire pressure over the last few weeks and couldnt find out why. They were able to find a small nail and get it fixed up for me and also rotated all the tires while I was there. Jim is a great guy and will take care of you! Great people, went in there as I usually do when needing tires and again greeted with great service. The tires we had picked were not in stock but they could get them that day, they also went to say another brand they did have in stock were much better than my choice and explained why after which I was very happy to switch to their recommendation. Came to get 4 new tires because they were reaching there life expectancy, as soon as I came in I was greeted by ROGER, he ended up reaching out to his technician Edgardo who gave me a FREE FULL INSPECTION. They found out I was riding with a loose joint that could’ve damaged my 4x4 truck if I let it sit for longer & that I also needed a ball joint. They took me in and showed me how the damage part looked compared to the way it’s supposed to look. They gave me FAITH and built TRUST with me. JIM, Rogers manager was able to work with me on PHENOMANAL PRICING!!! Other places would’ve charged me double or triple the price for those new parts I needed. This is MY FIRST TIME here. I would recommend ROGER, JIM, & EDGARDO to my clients at my company & my neighbors/ friends for any work they need done with their cars. AMAZING SERVICE!! 5 STAR REVIEW. Tire choice is now my go to place for any work I need done on my vehicles.

Very courteous and professional. Quick service that is thoroughly done. Went in for an alignment. Took an hour, but that was because it was waaaaay out of alignment. The young man; I forgot his name...., didn’t release it back to me until it was squared away and the steering wheel corrected to the center.When I got it back, steering wheel was dead center and the car is moving like a dream. Best customer service I could ask for. And they even allowed my puppy in service training to be inside the building. Even though he isn’t certified yet; just training to become one. So for them allowing me to bring him to continue his training was very kind of them as they didn’t have to since he hasn’t passed his service training course yet.So thank you again to all the employees at Tire Choice in Westchase.

Ive brought three of my daily drivers here for alignments and tire balancing. Todd and associates have treated me fairly and provided quality service. Its a busy location so dont expect to be first in line.I wouldnt think twice about coming back.Oh and they also keep the place nice and organized. Just peaking in the shop you can see things are neat and orderly.

Ive had my tires replaced here ... they searched and found me the best deal on tire promos being offered by the manufacturers. And emergency work done - quickly. My experience was excellent. I had a nail in my tire that needed a patch. The store opens at 7am and I was there 5 minutes earlier. The store Manager Joey Cooper kindly let me in before they opened. He asked, “if I wanted coffee.” Yes please..Turned out after looking at my tire I needed rear brakes. He waived the patch fee and gave me a discount on my rear brakes! They have a lifetime brake packages. This is the first I’ve heard from any tire place with this deal. The customer service was amazing! I’m Definitely coming back!

These guys were great. I went in this morning for the first time to have a nail removed from my tire. They were quick, professional, and helpful. They provided an estimate on a set of new tires that Ill need shortly as well as some other work that I asked about. I highly recommend this place.

I went to the store for some recommendations from my dealer. He gave me a whole list. I was so stressed with the amount of money I knew I was going to spend. The store manager Jim was very polite and greeted me at the door. Arriving at the service desk I spoke to Manny about the recomendations from the dealer. Ive worked in customer service for more than 10 yrs and he was awesome. Gave me the best news ever, come to find out i didnt need half the stuff that was recommended. They were very honest and helped me save a ton of money. They have definitely earned a customer for life.

Came back to bring in my sister’s vehicle for brand new tires, and left very satisfied with the service by the staff (Roger and Jim). All around great experience and the best part is the deal they were able to offer us for the tires! Highly recommend!

I recommend this place! Today was my second time bringing my car for repairs and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the manager always with a great attitude and jumps in to help, answering any questions or concerns you may have. Its hard to find honest people, and this is definitely the place you want to do business with.

I am so thankful to the staff here at Tire Choice! Roger was excellent and provided great customer service both over the phone and in person. They were able to quickly get my tire patched by Ahmet so I could take my sleepy little one home. This was an above and beyond experience, and I can’t thank you all enough !

First time visit and had an overall great experience. Jim, the store manager, was friendly and professional and my oil change was done rather quickly. I would absolutely go back and would recommend this location for a quick, reliable and quality oil change. Plus, the Starbucks and Dunkin close by is a added bonus!

Worst customer service ever!!! I spoke with John on Saturday and arranged to bring my car there on Sunday. I dropped off my car Sunday morning. I told them I should pull it into a garage spot because once I turn the car off it will die . They assured me they could push the car in or figure out a way to start it. So I left it in a parking spot. I never heard from them Sunday when I arrived Monday morning my car was in the same spot no one even looked at it. They claimed they couldnt start it, isnt that their job? We got it started and brought it somewhere else. They were rude and unprofessional.

Got in to change all 4 tires on my car. Terrific experience with Adam who made sure I got a great deal and made everything transparent and easy to understand. It was finished quicker then expected and was a seamless process. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been using this location for years, lately I was a little disappointed, but now they have new management. Mr. Jim goes an extra mile for his customers, very professional. They are trying to rebuild their customer satisfaction and seems that they are on the right path. Mr. Rivera is also a great acquisition for the store. Cant say enough great things about this team. I had a nail in my tire (tire less than a year old, ugh!) and needed two new front tires. Multiple neighbors had recommended this shop. These guys went above and beyond to take care of me, clearly explaining all options and costs. I appreciate that I was able to walk into a tire shop as a female and NOT feel taken advantage of! They got me taken care of quickly, and earned a repeat customer. I was happy to see they do much more than tires, and Im glad to have a neighborhood shop I can depend on.

I needed some new brakes, and read the online reviews about this company, and based on those reviews, I decided to see what they could do. Im certainly glad I did.After they diagnosed the problem, they told me exactly what I needed to get my vehicle back on the road and safely running. They did not sell me anything that I did not need, and were up front on pricing, (which is competitive to other brakes shops by the way).I enjoyed their professionalism and up front honesty. I will be back, and I highly recommend this company for servicing or replacing brakes for your vehicle!

Jim and his crew at the westchase location were absolutely amazing. I walked into the shop very nervous about what was going to come out of my car service but Jim was very calm and helped me better understand what the problem was and went into very detailed steps about how they were going to fix it. Crew was also very knowledgeable about all my questions that I had. 10/10 will recommend this location to there friends and family.

I have had nothing but great service at Tire Choice, Racetrack Road, Tampa. Very professional and they get you in and out quickly. I’ve replaced 4 tires on two vehicles and a battery on one and they are just so nice and easy to work with. Jim was very friendly and explained everything exactly as they were going to do the work.

This place is highly recommended, I stopped by with no appointment, wanting to get a tune up. The sales person Manny was very helpful, professional and friendly, he got me in right away and didn’t try to add things I didn’t need just to make a sale. I was in and out in no time. I just can’t say enough about this wonderful tire shop that we have here in Westchase. Over the summer I had to get two new tires, as they both had nails in them. Well one of those tires has been leaking air so I took it by the shop today. It seems that somehow I had road hazard insurance on one tire but not the other which I’m sure was an honest mistake. They were so kind to take my car in right away and remove not one but two Nails in one of those tires that I had just purchased in July. They patched the tire up At no charge and sent me on my way. I found this little gem on recommendation from someone in the neighborhood and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service!

Roger quickly addressed tire slow leak, reviewed my warranty and informed me of queue and fit me in to repair in less than an hour. Suggest areas to watch could be handled for future visit but no hassles on warranty or hard selling, just straightforward prompt friendly and uncomplicated service to get the job done!
