The service was impeccable. Even after a needed tire changing tool broke, delaying my tire change, the staff personally drove me home, and as soon as the part came in the next day they fixed my car perfectly. And they came through on getting me tires that beat the competitions price. The manager at the Franklin Road Mr. Tire is down to earth, knowledgeable, and will go out of his way to give you the best service at a fair price.

These guys are great. They do excellent work, and always make sure to communicate the work that they are doing. They are very trustworthy, and run their business with great integrity. I would send everyone I know to them!

Went in one day to have a slow leak in my tire fixed, they didnt have time so I made an appointment and came back. The appointment was at 1 pm. Not only did they not take my car back, they didnt inform me that it would be a long wait and that they would not be honoring my appointment. They even took a walk in before me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for my keys and left without any kind of apology. They saw nothing wrong with the way they treated me.

The technician who answered my phone inquiry for Mr. Tire checked his inventory and his calendar, quoted an all inclusive price, and scheduled my car for installation. When I arrived everything went as promised ; I was finished and driving away in less than 40 minutes.

Do not bring your vehicle here for more than an oil change and wipers! I brought my truck in (running fine) for an exhaust leak. Four days and $844 later, I pick it up and it breaks down a mile down the road….I paid to have it towed back to them and they tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with it. Take it somewhere else. So basically, I brought them a running truck, they charged me $844 and gave me back a broke down truck.It was obviously something they didn’t put back together correctly, but they denied any and all responsibility and told me there’s nothing they can do for me.Now, I have to pay for another tow to take it to a real mechanic to fix what they broke.Bad business!

Chris is priceless, I trust them to do the Inspection on my 200 Pontiac Grand Am. I really appreciate the extra set of eye balls assurance keeping my car road worthy. All customers who came in were treated like family with a little good ragging on them letting them know they were loved. But it had been 1 year since my last visit and knew my name.most impressive!

Worst place to get tires. purchase 4 tires get home to find out they done broke my lock to get the tire off after a day I have and flat tire not even 100 miles tire flat brand new tire now my sensor is on very inconvenient unprofessional they never fixed the problem will not recommend

Tires were the cheapest in town, it just took forever. Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and it took 2 hours, made me miss my dentist appointment that I waited forever for. Everyone was very friendly though.

Attempted to go here for servicing my vehicle, but with limited parking I attempted to get out and find where the best place to park and get information. Proceeded to get yelled at by a mechanic and he would not let me speak so I could find where the best area to park was. I can’t speak on the quality of work, but I can speak that I had no interest in finding out. I think speaking to people respectfully is important, and having to trust people to service your property takes trust and mutual respect and I don’t believe I received that.I took my car to another mechanic and feel much better giving someone else my money.

I have used them for years. Never again! Was given a quote for tires, told a time, and told it would be done in 2 hours. It has been 5 hours and they are not done! Seriously?? Like I said, never again.

I dropped my car off Thursday for a check engine light that was on. No word from anybody until Monday saying they were waiting for approval from the company my car warranty was through. Then all of a sudden we were told that afternoon that there was no check engine light on and nothing for them to do. Kept my car for 5 days for nothing. I know they just cleared the code and wasted my time. I will never come back here and will let everyone know not to come here either!

Great service and accommodating

Worked us in a busy schedule when other businesses wouldn’t, verified the balance on our tire and swapped it with the spare we were running in less than 10 minutes. Noticed the technicians here actually put a torque wrench on the lugs before returning the vehicle! (Tire places in our hometown never bother.) Customer service went above and beyond expectations and the technicians obviously care about the quality of their work. I definitely recommend this Mr. Tire location and will be using them the next time I need any tire service.

After being assured twice that they would get my vehicles tires done before the afternoon, when it came time to pick it up, nothing was done and they made no effort to give me an explanation why. If you need timely service, go somewhere else.

Horrible service. Shady. Something is always additionally wrong and when they give you the option to fix it and you say no Something will then have to be fixed. How is it possible to get brand new rotors and brake pads then 3k miles later its already cutting into the quote new rotors. They are scam artists

I called him to tell him about my car issue and make an appointment for the next day but he told me just to bring it in right then and squeezed me in during his lunch break to fix the protective covering under the front of my car that was dragging and had me out of there 10 minutes later with no charge! I came to get my car fixed today but the attendants were so rude to me. They didn’t greet nor speak to me. Once I came to the counter and spoke with the attendant the phone rang and I guess it was someone he knew but his whole attitude changed. He was friendly and chipper to the person in the phone. I wonder what made them want to be nasty to me??🤔 That was very hurtful and you missed out on a good amount of money (engine). I would prefer to wait until tomorrow to visit AAMCO.

We were told if if we dropped our car off the night before our car would be inspected the next day. Come 4:30 no phone call! Reached out to them and was told they could no get to it. It’s the end of the month and would of gladly went elsewhere if I was told there might be a chance they wouldn’t get to it! When were u goin to call us after u closed with the keys to our car??? I came to Roanoke to visit. Here it was, they changed their name to My Tires Service. Same great manager named, Chris. Always pleasant to be around. The prices were a little better. Better atmosphere. It was great seeing Chris again. Everything was wonderful . In the future, I will go back.

I made an appointment for an oil change, arrived on time. Waited 40 minutes for them to get to my van - no big deal; workers get busy, maybe fall behind. We live in the real world, and I understand delays. I try to be the kind of customer Ive seen far too rarely in life: patient and understanding. Twenty minutes later, my oil change was done. I went to pay, and the gentleman told me, Its on us. Sorry you had to wait. Wow! Excellent customer service, and a real commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr Tire!

I’ve been coming to the Franklin Rd shop for many years. Over that time I’ve lived in several states, but come back to this location as much as Possible for my vehicles servicing. Chris and Trevor are very informative, reliable and truthful. They go above and beyond. On occasion, when Im not in the area and have mechanical problems they take their time with me on the phone so I’m well informed before I make servicing decisions. They answer my questions, educate me and never have they made me feel rushed.I have recommended them to other family members who live in town, and they have benefited from the friendly service as well.Look forward to many more years of their service. Didnt work with me and not knowledgeable

I bought tires from this company last month and was very satisfied with their prices and their service. I went back last week for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. When I picked the car up all the work was done satisfactory. No problems there. Where I was disappointed was I noticed there were greasy finger prints several places on the car. Also, I have been hearing a rattle that sounded like it was coming from the trunk. Well, today I removed the spare tire and found the lock for the lugs for the wheels had been tossed loosely in the spare tire compartment. Not in the container where it should have been. Might have just been a bad day.

Very honest garage. Chris is very honest about whats wrong. We have bringing our cars here for a few yrs now. And no where else. We had an emissions leak, and they did the smoke test. Ended up being just the gas cap. They could have said many things. But didnt. Recommend this place a thousand times over.

I brought my car here for two new tires and inspection. When they called I was informed that in order to pass inspection I would need to have my headlights cleaned because they were not putting out enough light. He informed me that they offered the service to clean them and it would cost $100 plus an additional 20 to align the lamps. Keep in mind that the lamps would only be disaligned after they took them out. So they basically just charge you $20 to put them back after they clean them. I told him not to do it and to just put the rejected sticker on my car and I would take care of it myself. When I showed up to get my car I paid, went out to the parking lot and saw that there was a passed inspection sticker on my windshield. So basically my car passed inspection and since I wasnt there he figured he would try to screw me out of $120. Classy!

I have taken my cars to Chris and his team (formerly Monroe) for 15 years - 5 cars, two teenagers and have experienced only outstanding experiences - More importantly they are honest and wont do work unless indicated... something hard to find these days.. Ill never go anywhere else!

I hate writing bad reviews, but I was absolutely appalled by the service here for what should have been routine maintenance. Dropped off a vehicle for an oil change with the understanding that it may be a few hours before it would be done as they were busy. Came back at the time we were told it would be ready by, only to find the shop closed, everyone gone, and the vehicle locked inside. Not one phone call to be informed it would not be ready. Shop was closed the following day, so now had to scramble for transportation until it was completed. Would not be picking up the vehicle until after the close of business due to scheduling, and a family member had to call AT 2pm to ask if the vehicle was even ready. Upon picking vehicle up, shop had kept keys inside, so I had to make a return trip AGAIN to pick up the vehicle keys when the shop opened, after needing to be on the road for a 4 hour drive. Expressed my concern and displeasure over a standard oil change that took 3 days to complete and get the car back, and the 4 trips made to the store over this. All the manager would say was Sorry, I dont know what happened. Have used Monro before (shop on 460) and never had any issues, Wes the manager at that store has always been great, even when it has been busy my vehicle has always been ready when it was supposed to be, and if I wasnt there waiting, I received a phone call to let me know they were done. Lack of customer service at this location will ensure I WILL NOT RETURN HERE. (If I had known this routine job was going to take more than just a few hours, I would have taken it elsewhere. My time is my money too, and if I pay you to perform a service, I expect it done correctly and within the timeframe stated.)

We stopped needing a jack to lift our one ton truck in the front end to change a tire. They refused and said their 2.5 ton jack couldn’t do it. Made us call a tow company who came with a 2.5 jack and wow it worked fine. Charged me $85 for nothing. Then needed a new tire. Didn’t have it. So I went to another company down the road to get service. This place was awful and didn’t help us at all.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 10, which took over 2 hours, because despite making an appointment it is first come, first served. Do not waste your time making an appointment here, it wont make a difference - youll be waiting either way! I definitely will not be returning here and I regret giving them my business at all.

I wanna give Trevor specifically a shout out but every one of them down at Mr. Tire I wanna thank so much for taking care of me and making sure my car was road worthy and I was satisfied with the service. My car’s repeated issues the past few weeks have been a nightmare and they have gone out of their way to make sure I was ok. One night, after picking up my vehicle it stalled out in a parking lot when I was running errands. Trevor answered the phone after hours and came out in his own personal vehicle to check on me and make sure I got home safely. Not only that but they found the issue that was missed before and took care of it. I will 100% use them again and definitely recommend these stand up guys to anyone.

So my regular guy has been on vacation and I desperately needed an oil change on my only day off. I seem to remember having good luck at this particular location in the past. I called and asked if I could get my oil changed without an appointment, I spoke with Chris and he was very polite. He told me if I could leave it there they would have it done in a few hours. Got a call back in about 4 hours, went and paid and was very satisfied up until that point. As far as I can tell the oil change was done properly and it was done for a reasonable price, but it was not as clean as when I had dropped it off. I first noticed a stain on the drivers seat... almost as if someone had oil on the back of their pants and sat down and spread it around. I also noticed greasy fingerprints around the inside and outside of the door, and on the hood where you would touch the car during service. Of course I didnt say anything because I am shy when it comes to confrontation, hopefully I can get the stain out. Its not a huge deal... the vehicle had a coupe of cigarette burns from the previous owner anyway... its just something really simple and it could have been avoided. Put down a paper mat on the seat... take 2 minutes to wipe off your dirty fingerprints. There are so many places I can go to get my oil changed, or I can do it myself. It is little things like this that just give me no reason to return to this location.

Made an appointment for 1:30, they seemed to be busy, asked if it would be a long wait. They took off the tires about 2 hours ago and have done nothing but hold me hostage since. What is an appointment for. This is horrible. If your time is valuable to you, find a place that stays true to their word. Horrible, once is more than enough for me.

Been here for three and a half hours to get an exhaust system done. And its almost two o clock and they havent even started on it. This place sucks! Now Im editing to tell you all that it took them 2 straight days just to put an exhaust system on. They never started on it until around 7 and didnt finish til around 8 the next day. They did a great job on the exhaust though.

Chris at Mr Tire auto Service is very honest about what they find with your vehicle. He is a very nice and funny person to talk to. I will recommend Chris and the guys to anyone to go to them.

Their technical staff is not upto standards, I have been there twice but unsatisfactory work on both occasions.

Monro Muffler is now Mr. Tire. They still do muffler repair rather than just try to sell you all new parts. In my case, the pipe to the muffler broke. They were able to weld in a sleeve to repair the otherwise good pipe. The work is definitely solid and my car is back to normal.

I was in and out for an oil change. They were professional and speedy. I will be going to the again.

Youre not answering the phone.I made an appt online...easily...after reading great reviews.Showed up 30 min. early...noticed 3 men in the office and 3 empty bays.Was surprised to be dismissed.So, I ran a quick errand, drove to Jiffy Lube nearby and was finished before my appt time.The lesson:Dont send early birds away. I had plenty of things to keep me busy there.

Great when you need things like oil changes and rotations. Watch out when you print out coupons to use they will try and make an excuse to why it wont work. I got a tune up and there is a 20% coupon off and my cost was 308 and it only took my total to 302. The guy said that it only took off for the store fees...
