Great service! They diagnosed my alternator issue and confirmed before moving forward with repairs. My 06 Mini Cooper S isnt the easiest car to service. My alternator and belts were replaced days ahead of my expected delivery. Car was returned with services complete. Car was clean. Grateful to have a local service center capable of maintaining such an unusual car with difficult to locate parts. Thank you.

These guys are good. They sorted out an LR3 issue that no one else could (including the dealer). A+. Time was spent efficiently. It seems more and more difficult to find intelligent folks that can do more complicated work on vehicles. I am happy these folks are in business to address issues that are more advanced in nature.

Definitely my favorite mechanic in Roanoke. Theyre always honest with me, and that is worth paying for.

As a Saab owner, I could tell my DIC was failing, and I was over 300 miles from home. After doing some quick research, I called Matt at the Sportscar Clinic. He said he wasn’t sure about parts availability for The Saab, but bring it in and he would get me back on the road today if possible.He found the part had it expressed delivered, and we were back on the road in 2 hours. My hats off to Matt and his crew. If I lived in the Roanoke area and owned a European sports car this would be my service center of choice.A few days later and the car is running great. Thanks again Matt for the professional and expedited service.

I trust these gentlemen. Most definitely the place for British car repair in Roanoke. My 17yr-old Jaguar is in pristine condition thanks to their knowledge & good habit of staying ahead of possible issues down the road. Almost always coming in under their original estimate is appreciated as well! A class act all around.

Marc Wilson and his crew really took care of our 58 Corvette and 68 Firebird. Awesome service and attention to detail. They are the only people I would trust leaving are classics with and working on them. Great Job guys!

I have been a customer for several years – never had a reason to complain but since I’ve been cheated, everyone should know what to expect. They say they honor warranties and work with them all the time but they will not bother to call the warranty provider and with their own interests in mind will say the warranty does NOT cover it. After pulling records from my warranty provider, they never called to even ask if it was covered – I had an ultimate warranty which was bumper to bumper equivalent. After bringing this up to the owner Marc Wilson, he said he didn’t care and it wasn’t his job to work with the warranty company and it’s my fault that it wasn’t submitted to warranty. They do not own up to their own mistakes and will not make it right – Unfortunately if the owner isn’t willing to make it right, there isn’t anyone up the chain except the legal system. Of course Marc suggested that if we take him to court that he would do everything he could to make sure warranty wouldn’t have covered anything which implied that he would forge records.Please do not be naive and think this won’t happen to you. For me it was a warranty issue, but for you it could be a misdiagnosis and meanwhile as the customer, you are left with the bill and an Owner (Marc Wilson) who isn’t willing to make things right for the customer.I will no longer do business with them and I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did and take your vehicle to them.

Every time I take my Porsche Boxster there the service is really great. The owner of the company takes the time to explain the services that where provided. I only trust them to work on my car.

This is a lousy shop. My BMW came back to me with obviously problematic mechanical noise but they thought I was a push over and told me to drive it for the weekend and see if the noise went away, and if it didnt, I could bring it back to them. I called back on Monday and they refused to fix the problem. I had to take the car to the dealer for a proper repair.

I have never in my life met anyone who is more down to earth and more knowledgeable about cars than Marc Wilson. Great establishment.
