I always bring my Toyota here for service. Very friendly staff that always address any issues or questions I have. The facility itself is nice as well with plenty of waiting space, even accounting for social distancing, and beverages and phone chargers available.

Bryan Wiley was very professional and friendly AND he was quick on his toes to answer my million questions!! Lol.. Bryan made sure to stay with us along every step of the way,, he even came in on his day off to teach me the electronic features of my new baby 😊... The entire Haley Toyota team made us feel at home!

Made an appointment for last Monday (6/14) and dropped off my car for repairs (we made the appointment for Monday because that’s when they said the parts would be in). They didn’t actually begin the work until this Monday (6/21). It is now Wednesday, they have had my car for a week and a half and it is still not ready and the price is higher than what we were quoted even though no additional repairs have been made. I am not in the habit of taking my car to the dealer for repairs, but next time it is necessary to do so I know where I won’t be taking it.

As always very pleasant and professional group of people! Ive driven a Toyota all my life. One of the reasons I still do is because of the Haley Toyota family! Thank you!

I dont know what happening within their service department...they have really disappointed me and from reading other reviews...theyve disappointed a lot of folks...please get it together Haley Toyota your service department use to be pretty good.

Took it in for routine 15000 mile check to PREVENT issues! Got it back and high beams don’t work! Waited 2 hours for the prevention service with an appointment, now I have to drop it off to get it fixed!!!!!!!!!! Takes them 2 sec to break something and a lot of my inconvenience to fix it!

The service department here is at best mediocre. Making a appointment here really doesnt make sense because even if its first thing in the morning they will continue to push you to the side for anyone who says they are waiting on their vehicle service. I have found that if you want something done here in a timely manner you have to get a little tough with them. They work a lot like a fire department...they run around putting the fires out but at least a fire department has structure to their operations. Everyone is just doing their own thing here. Im confident that customer service isnt a part of their mission statement. I normally drive out of my way to go to Shelor, but I thought Id try here again...dumb mistake.

Bad service experiences such as Haleys service department has provided make me wish I could leave zero stars. Trying to get a repair approved under a Toyota service plan shouldnt be this painful. The dealership service department doesnt advocate for the customer at all requiring you to play middleman between the Toyota dealership service department & the Toyota service plan department (wherever that is) for something that clearly isnt a regular maintenance issue and should be covered under the plan. And good luck getting to speak to a live person when you call or getting anyone to return a voicemail in a timely manner.

Took my car in for state inspection after buying my new car and had about 30,000 miles. All the free service was no longer available and when they inspected it they refused to pass it because of out of line fog lights. Also they said I need about $600 of service. All unnecessary. I left and never returned. I service my car at Crescent Heights Automotive and change oil ,tire rotation every 5000 miles . My Toyota Highlander now has almost 100000 miles and no problems.A deer ran into the side of my car and I took it to Haley Toyota Collision. Thinking they would fix it like new quickly, with the correct parts. Now its been over 2 weeks and no car.

Servicing every 5000 miles. I have 35000 trouble-free miles on my Camry.

We were passing through the area on a road trip when the master warning light came on and indicated see dealer immediately. Found this as the closest dealership on Google maps. Even as a drop-in at 5pm, we were treated with courtesy and prompt service at a reasonable cost. Waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Within 1.5hrs from walking in the door, we were back on the road!

I brought my vehicle in for recall notice repair. Since they determined that this would take a few days, they provided me with a loaner vehicle. This is a very good dealership and service center.

Been sitting here for 3 hours over tires and an alignment. Never offered a shuttle to anywhere or been checked in with at all. Last time I come here for service. Will make the drive to Shelor Toyota like I should have to begin with. Done with Haley.

Service dept is the weakness of most dealerships. Too expensive and usually better service elsewhere. This one is just like all the rest. Too bad because we have 4 vehicles from their sales team.

Service department here is beyond terrible. Since Roanoke doesn’t have a Lexus dealer this is the only semi convienient location around. Originally scheduled an appointment for 8 am. The car sat in the lot till 9 am after arriving at 7:45. Then after almost 2 hours of them looking at it they gave us no update on what we actually scheduled the appointment for. Just focused on the headlight that we added on and of course their add ons that they upsell while you’re there. It’s worth it if you have any other option to go with the other option.

After being “randomly selected” to receive a $5 car wash at the dealership, I decided to make an appt, as I was due to a car wash anyway. I was quoted 30 mins. IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF. Thinking it would be immaculant given it took 3x the length of time out of my day. Nope. It looks terrible. Besides a basic wash and vacuum that I could have done in a fraction of the time in my own driveway, the inside is dirty and dusty and still in need of cleaning. What a complete waste of time. I will not be back and I’d advise all those not to as well. The service dept at Haley Toyota is a constant disappintment time and time again and I guess this was just the straw that broke the camels back as I will NOT return.

They are not efficient, its been 4 weeks and they have not repaired my car! They are just getting business due to only official Toyota in the city.
