Had gone in for window motor replacement,430$ and still wouldnt work and they wasnt gonna look at it with an attitude..had to pay another shop to repair what they didnt..no need causing a Todo for taking my money..Ill just post my experience..didnt give me the best customer service maybe because of color..I kinda got that vibe..

For several years, my husband and I have relied upon Motorworx for our automotive maintenance. We have posted very positive reviews and have recommended the business to others. Their prices are more than fair and we have trusted them greatly.However, our last two visits have been extremely disappointing and frustrating.Needing an alignment, they were the first I called and was told that they also provide this service. In reality, they do not. They took my car elsewhere for the alignment and I am certain, based upon what I was charged, that a fee was added for this. I, myself, could have easily taken my car to this destination. Upon picking up my car and heading home, I had to drive back to the shop to return the mechanics phone that was left in my passenger seat....not a big deal, but an inconvenience.Having used my spare key when picking up my car, I didnt look for my others under the mat. They were not there. I had to drive back after the weekend passed in order to retrieve them. Again, more of an inconvenience, however an apology for any of this would have been nice to hear.Our most recent disappointment occurred yesterday. My husband took the supplies for an oil change, as he has done in the past. Since he has a diesel engine with a fast fuel pump, he took the two required filters. These are not interchangeable. The mechanic even admitted that he didnt realize they were different when my husband had to return his truck to have them switched out. If he had not double checked this, we would be replacing the engine!Once again, no apology was given and no recompense for this huge error was offered.Sadly and wirh disappointment, I think that our relationship with Motoworx may have come to an end.

It’s nice to have a mechanic that you can trust. That fixes only what is needed and at a fair price. I have been a loyal customer for years now. There is a reason I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Job well done, every time, on time.

They steal converters out your car and sell them back to you then they unprofessionally reply to bad reviews then have them erased any car shop that is dumb enough to leave a car lifted deserves to be shut down

Horrible place and mechanicsI went there to get state inspection, I had brand new car of Toyota Corola and initially they told me it cost $20 and once they torn out my previous sticker they said I have to change wiper from them, it was pretty brand new wiper from Toyota and had no hardness and no tear out from side , nothing , was in absolutely good condition, they just told me I have to have new wiper to get inspection sticker from them, that was so harassing moment , they raised up cost to make their profit.They will definitely find something to change to raise your cost even if have everything good on your car, they are money suckers, do not let them to touch your car until they give you price on writing or better to avoid this place.

We have been using this company for a while now. I have absolutely no complaints. Nice friendly people to deal with, and great prices. They don’t try to sell you something you do not need. They will however be honest and trustworthy when they let you know there are problems with your vehicle other than what it was taken in for. They e-mail and/or call with information prior to any repairs. Try these folks out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good mechanic to fix a oil leak. Phil and his crew was able to find the leak and fix it. I also had them put 4 brand new tires on and they were able to get the tires I wanted. I was treated professionally over the phone and in person by Stephanie. Phil personally came out and talked to me about where the oil leak was and thanked me for being a customer. He told me if I had any problems to please let him know and he would be glad to fix it. I want to thank everyone at Motorworx for such great customer service and for treating me like family. As a woman with no knowledge of anything under a hood I feel confident I was taken good care of. You won’t be disappointed!

Great service and reasonably priced! Austin has always been honest with me, and really tries to help out the customer. I had a bad break-line issue when I wasnt working a year ago. Other shops were giving me quotes of around $1000 because of all the rust issues. I explained my situation, and he said hed do his best to keep it under $600. When I picked it up, I found out hed been able to do the repair for $480. They even took me back into the shop to see the repairs. A very honest operation who does quality work! Give em your biz.

Trlochan Sechai in your comment you say (A BRAND NEW CAR) Your words not mine.Yet later you say (Pretty Brand New Wipers )Did someone put old wipers on your brand new car ?How can you have used wipers? Is it new or used ? Wiper blades should be replaced every six months to a yearState law requires that they remove your old state inspection. You don’t have to have it replace there you can go to someone else and see if they would pass it if they did then you would have a case.You don’t.I know the person you speak of and I know for fact that he quit his last job because they wanted him to up-sell.He knows that people live pay check to pay check and for you to lie like that is sad.To lie about a good man is just wrong.All for 20 bucks.

I got a $1800 horror story from my regular place and a friend told me to try here.For less than $300 it was fixed better than when I bought it, even looked at my sisters car for free.Ill never go anywhere else, thanks MotorWorx.

The staff was very polite and professional, and I liked the way they interacted with the other customers. That being said, if you bring your car to them for an inspection, they WILL find something wrong with it. He checked my parking brake by engaging it and pressing the throttle in the parking lot. Its a 6,000 pound truck with a 4:10 rear end, of course its going to break the tires loose with the torque, but the parking brake will easily hold the truck on a steep hill, and slow it quickly in an emergency. He then tried to tell me the parking brake wasnt working well enough, showing me a little wobble, saying the brakes should apply a fair amount of resistance. Well, he didn`t press the parking brake pedal down all the way! Maybe an honest mistake, maybe trying to be deceitful, Im not sure. The truck is in great shape mechanically and they were really working to find something to fail it. The two people before me both left with rejection stickers. They have a tile floor in the waiting room that gets very slick, a parts delivery man almost hit the ground while I was there on a rainy day. Maybe a rubber mat by the front door would solve it? Another customer came in while I was there who found a screwdriver that a technician had left behind, I believe I heard it had caused some minor damage but they were quick to take responsibilty for it. Again, my overall experience with the staff was pleasent, the technician that does the inspections will come and sit with you in the waiting room and go over everything, I just think they fall short in a few areas and I can not trust or recommend this garage.

Cordial, honest, and fair priced! Recommended by a local friend while we were traveling from CA... (always difficult to find a good and fair mechanic when traveling, and these folks were great!)

I went there to get my car inspected they rejected it because of a cloudy headlight but the front of the lens was not cloudy just a little bit on the top even the state trooper shook her head when I told her. Then he rejected it because my light was not adjusted correctly and all of the state trooper did was open the hood and it passed they were trying to get over and I wouldnt trust these people for anything in this world
