Bought a used truck from robie. He is very nice and extremely high pressure. They sold my truck loan to a bank that doesnt do truck loans . They then sent john to redo the loan and he promised me running boards for the trouble. Now him and Adam cox dont remember that!!!!!

Staff here has always been friendly and helpful each time I’ve visited to look at a car. That being said, no car here has a warranty unless you purchase one. That means a car with extremely low mileage of 30k runs off the lot with no guarantee unless you purchase the expensive warranty plans they offer. Although they offered a pretty fair price for my car trade in value, they also do not negotiate at all on the prices of the cars regardless if you show them that it is overpriced or not. I went down the street and Berglund Jeep had 7 year/100,000 mile warranty on used cars with even higher mileage than the one I looked at. Now that’s trust in the cars your selling! No warranty at all on a low mileage vehicle seems like you’re not confident in the vehicles you sell.

We just purchased a used F-150 from Berglund salesman David Turner and I have no complaints about our experience. We’ve been online shopping for a while, knew what we had in mind, and when they didn’t have it on the lot, David took us to Salem and Bedford to find the right vehicle. He showed us a few other options near our price range, but never pressured us. He was respectful of our budget and how we wanted to approach the sale. We left with just the truck we were looking for and I feel we paid a fair price and stayed within our budget. I should also mention we had our two young boys with us and David was great! He very much felt like a friend we’ve known for a long time, and I HAVE never experienced that with a car salesman. David is your guy if you need a “new to you” vehicle!

As someone who has been to many dealerships in my life, I can honestly say dealing with Berglund FIAT was hands down one of the best experiences we have ever had. From the moment we first started interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and treated us like they really wanted our business and would do what it took to get it. Tabitha, Steve, everyone was top notch.I am always very prepared with facts, budget, values, etc. when buying a vehicle and they recognized that which made the negotiation process smooth and quick. They knew I wasnt playing around and treated the situation as such. We arrived at a deal very quickly and it was fair for all involved.While we were waiting for the process to be completed, even the staff who wasnt involved with our sale specifically interacted with us and treated my wife, daughter, and my self like we were family which is a nice change from other dealerships around. You dont get that in many places. When we got to the backend stuff, the process was quick and painless. They accepted the items that I declined and moved on. No high pressure in any way.My 11 year old daughter already has her eye on a few cars they had, so I am sure we will be back when the time comes!

We traded in our vehicle and unless most dealers who are hard sticklers on prices they were willing to give me what I asked for on my trade in and also were willing to negotiate on the price of our purchasing vehicle as well. Read on so I can tell you how amazing that Steve Caldwell and Jeremy McCloy were at handling the unexpected. :)After everything was signed, sealed, and delivered, we discovered an issue with the vehicles Bluetooth system. I had a long trip planned and really, desperately needed this to work. It was one of the main selling points of the vehicle for me.Even though Id already taken delivery of the vehicle and they legally didnt have to do anything about this, they immediately acted to get the situation resolved. Due to the pandemic, the part necessary to fix the vehicle was backordered indefinitely. But that didnt stop Steve and Jeremy from making sure I was happy with my purchase.They put their heads together and came up with a solution that was honestly even better than getting that part to repair it would have been. I could not be more ecstatically happy with my purchase and their slution to my problem than I am right now. The trust in that dealership that I already had skyrocketed to even higher levels.The way this was handled was so extraordinary that I wanted to make sure that everybody knew it. Looked at a 2007 Mercedes E320 with 117,000 miles a diesel also. They are asking $12,000. For this car thats only worth $5000. If that. And the salesman had the nerve to ask me if I was going to pay cash for it... lol Ive SOLD CARS AT FIRST TEAM and Id never buy a 12 year old car with high mileage and a diesel FOR over double what its worth. NO THANKS... BERGLUND get it together.

Overall great experience from working over the phone gathering details on the vehicle to traveling to the dealership to finalize the purchase. Being an out of state buyer there are always concerns with condition of the car and paperwork details. They exceeded my expectations, which is not easy to do! Tyrone Williams treated me with respect, quickly followed up on all questions and provided a great overall buying experience.

I dont recommend Berglund because theyre very pushy, it doesnt matter what you want or your price range. The vehicle I saw listed online wasnt even cleaned when I went to test drive it, the breaks almost locked up....got out of the car and the agent wanted to work out a deal! Really?😂 Theyre very untrustworthy, my first and last experience for sure!

Needed a vehicle quickly and was frustrated after trying several dealers whose cars were priced way above KBB suggested price. Stopped here on a whim without doing my usual research and obviously I regret it. All vehicles were marked down which brought this vehicle in line with KBB but still more expensive. Test drove, seemed fine, although the aftermarket stereo was not connected to AUX input and could not connect to blue tooth. Ask if they could fix that and they could not. Found out later you can youtube the simple fix with a $12 part you can get off of Amazon, but thats a whole other story. Bought the car, got it home (live an hour away). Next morning I was backing out of my driveway and the transmission skipped in reverse. Turns out the only fix is to replace the transmission. Obviously the car was like this on the lot, but I did not put it in reverse when I test drove it. Let the dealer know about the problem. They wanted me to drive it back down. I told them if there was nothing they could do I didnt want to make the trip and they asked me to come in anyway. Drove an hour, sat almost an hour to find out that yeah it needs a transmission but my manager wont approve replacing it. We could do a transmission flush and fill for free but recommend against it because it could make it worse. Then they offered to sell me an extended warranty and knock a couple hundred dollars off, saying that the warranty would cover the transmission replacement completely and probably save you some money. I think the extended warranty was almost $3000. So I left empty handed having lost 3 hours total when I had said I did not want to make the trip if they can not help me. This made me almost as mad as the transmission problem itself- wasting my time to try and sell me something else. I should have known things were sketchy when several of the cars I looked at on the lot were filthy. In 35 years of buying used cars Ive never had an experience like this and never met people so unwilling to back up their product. Ive now had this car 4 months and the low tire light is on all the time, its using about 3 quarts of oil a month, and the alternator had to be replaced. I am willing to concede that some of those issues are part of buying a 12 year-old car with 120,000 miles on it, but the transmission issue is not, especially since I paid a premium price for the car (over KBB) even with their sale. I will never deal with them again, and I will always put a car in reverse, on a hill if possible, during a test drive from now on. The sales Rep, Steve Caldwell, was nice but completely ignorant this car and unhelpful during the entire process. The manager, Brian Thompson, was polite but also unhelpful when it came to helping the situation or standing behind their product.

My wife and I came from Pennsylvania to purchase a new car from Berglund. Negotiations were done over phone and email. Most of the paperwork was already completed by the time we arrived at the delearship. Our new car had a low tire pressure indicator lit so it wasnt quite ready for us. However, this minor issue was resolved quickly. They even gave us the full amount for our trade that they had suggested over the phone. We have been to other dealerships where that was not the case.Overall the buying experience at Berglund was pleasurable and stress free. We would consider buying from them again in the future - if only they werent so far away!

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. We were interested in a 2013 Arbath and was told it had to be sold as a used car. My husband knows about cars and car dealerships as he has worked at one himself. Needless to say the finance manager and Stacey did not tell us the real reason why they had to sell the car that way. They fed us a line of crap. It was due to the fact they had bought the car from Fiat due to how long it was on the lot. The car was titled to Berglund so therefore had to be sold as used. They did not want to take the depreciation hit on the car and instead wanted us to pay that cost. They were also trying to get us in a new car. They took forever to call you back about anything. You could just feel that something was not right and they were trying to feed you a load of crap. In the end Berglund lost out we made our car purchase at First Team Volkswagen and our experience with them was exceptional!

I recently bought a car from here. I never wanted to buy from a big dealership but found the perfect car and couldnt pass it up. I LOVE my car. However, I did get a dishonest feeling from some of the employees and wasnt happy with some of their follow up communication. Again, I love my car but probably would not buy from them again.
