Thompson TIRE is the only shop that has ever told me my BMW NEEDS REFLECTORS on my bumper. I have got Inspections scene 2008 EVERY year without any shop telling me that i need reflectors on my bumper to get a inspection sticker. I will not go back there.

Read online reviews and was skeptical about going for a car inspection but had to get it done and was the first available place. I had a good experience, they gave me a rough estimate on how long it would take, they have vending machines, and they did a good job explaining to me what was wrong and how to get it fixed. 5/5 would recommend.

Avoid at all cost !!!!!Took my rim and tire there could not had made it any easier 4 the shop gave them directions on what i wanted done.They messed the paint up on my RIM like it was free acted like no big deal.I then call main office no luck there.👎👎👎👎

My girlfriend took her car there today for an inspection and oil change. I’m very pleased to say that they staff was professional and knowledgeable. She had taken her car to another business nearby and they quoted her the price of her stimulus check for a plethora of made up issues. I highly recommend Thompson Tire. They are honest and have integrity. Her vehicle is due for new tires in a month or so and we are going to be going to be giving them our business.

Military on leave and traveling 81S and had an issue with a tire. We called, they took us right away. The waiting area was clean and hospitable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. They worked hard and fast. Impressive. Highly recommend.

While I only went in for a vehicle inspection, they were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions pertaining to vehicle maintenance with no issues and were very knowledgeable.

They fixed Rack and pinion for reasonable price but they missplace one the car part ( front bonnet lift support). If i contact management they gave irrelevant answer. Please check your CC cameras you will find the answer where it was missing.Check your CC cameras on Aug 16 2019 afternoon hours. (I gave vehicle for state inspection) before Aug 16 I fixed torque mount by my self in front of Advance Auto Parts store I clearly remember front bonnet lift support was there at that time.

Stop writing up issues on inspections that are not legit. Surface rust on rotors are not one of these and I spoke with a couple licensed inspection establishments. Watch taking your vehicle there for an inspection. **Edit in response to the owners reply ** Going through old papers found the receipt from 2019 since your system could not seem to find me. A picture taken of the rotor in question after a rub with a towel and a tooth brush along with date info. NOT PITTED AND SURFACE RUST IS NOT A REASON TO FAIL AN INSPECTION. I stand by my review and I do not wish to discuss anything with anyone at this shop 2 1/2 years later.

Took my car in to get tired and oil change. Well found out they did inspections. So i ask them to just go on and inspect it that i knew my horn needed to be fixed. Come back a few hours later they done rejected my inspection for a long list of stuff on my car that a few of the things like brakes had been done 3 months ago. It would of cost me 1000 or more to fix my car with them and they never fixed my horn and on inspection rejection paper they didnt even mark the horn as needed to be fixed. Took my car to our regular mechanic 2 days later cost me 98 dollars for horn to be fixed and inspection. This place is bad about trying to get you to pay to fix things that dont need to be fixed. There mechanics are parts commissioned mechanics and for what i have heard from better bussiness bureau they have a list of complaints . Stop trying to over charge people so yall can make a dollar.

Have gone here for all my tire problems/replacements. They close at 5:30 and we wanted to purchase a new tire and have them put it on but they declined because they were closing soon. (it was 5:05) I would think they would want to make money and keep customers, but i do not think we will be going back here anymore.

I went in to Thompson Tire, and it was a very positive experience for me. The work I requested was done and on time. He quoted all the prices, before starting the repairs, let me leave the car an extra day, until I had a day off, to get there & pick it up. They did not find extra things, and I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there.

I had my first dealings with Thompson Tire, Roanoke, today. Im from out of town and was trying to help my daughter (who lives in Roanoke) get her Toyota worked on. When I called, I was told come on in. No appointment! Service was excellent and repairs were done at a very reasonable price. I also got a couple of reasonable estimates for new tires and that is where well go for tires too. Very positive experience. Nice waiting area.

We were passing through on vacation and had a flat on our RV trailer. The guys took care of us quickly and politely. They were very reasonable on the price of new tires (I bought two). Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this company.

Knowledgeable staff, from what I can tell, seem fair an honest giving me a couple options from what they recommend as a best value down to the basic minimum. Friendly guys too, Ill probably start going there for my basic maintenance as well.

Came in to have by brakes looked at my brake pedal touches the floorboard they found no problem..... i also brought up my shocks and struts are clanking up on the passanger side front guess what they found no problem.... as i walked to my car to go to the next shop i realised they couldnt even close my hood all the way.... Every single time I get car inspected they find something wrong, I ask for a tune up and they found other things that were broken that cost over 400 dollars, didnt finish the tune up and it ran the same as before I took it to them.....if you need tires ok I guess but for any mechanical work Ill go to Scruggs auto n transmission shop!
