Called Monday for appointment on Thursday for diagnostic check ($95) on my 2009 Honda Pilot. Danny was very helpful and personable. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and explained everything to me. I was treated like a person not a dollar sign. I highly recommend Bass Transmissions and Automotive Repair.

Bass is my go to shop. Every time I have had vehicle issues they are my first stop. There has only been one visit there where they couldnt fix the problem, and they gave me recommendations on where to go. The folks who work in there are just good salt of the earth people.

Not usually the type to make a review. However I recommend everyone to go to Shruggs instead of this place. The lady at the front was very rude the entire time until it was ready for me to pay. The mechanic didn’t even know what the issue was and thought I could just play the guessing game with my money. Not to mention the prices are pretty bad too. Nothing good to take away from this place.

Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. I felt that the wait was a little long, but I noticed that they are hiring for inspectors now so that will most likely be fixed soon. Would still definitely recommend.

Told me my transmission was shot and needed a new one witch would cost around 3000 dollars. So I wanted second opinion and went to scruggs transmission. They said it was govern bad. Cost 350 dollars and been working great .and that was 2 yrs ago. So these guys tried to rip me off. Who knows how many others have got taken by these crooks.

Do you hate money? Do you like getting overcharged? Then take your car here!I had another mechanic double check their work, and they used to do good work but not anymore. I especially would not trust them to work on an import.

I understand these guys to have been around for a while and with a good reputation to boot. However, I went to get an oil pressure sensor replaced there and they estimated $405! I went to AutoZone and got the part for $47 browsed a chiltons manual and replaced it in my driveway in 10 minutes. So they either charge $1200 an hour for labor or they dont know what they are doing, either way they not worth my time or money.

Always take care of us.
