North Bay Cadillac has been my Cadillac dealer for many years now. I always have a good experience at this dealership. My salesman, Alphonso Carlino, is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I know and he works hard to find the car I want and he explains all of the Cadillac options very well. North Bay Cadillac Dealer October, 2021We recently purchased a 2021 Escalade from North Bay Cadillac and had the extreme pleasure of working with Laura ………….. We had started looking for this particular car during the summer months and had gone to our previous dealer where we had leased numerous Escalades over the years! Of course, as consumers we decided to check out other dealerships for the best deal we could find. Laura contacted us and from that moment on took a very special interest in finding us the features that we were looking for in our new Escalade!!! I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and had a great experience with the first 3. This last purchase experience was awful and will be my last. The salesperson, Marc, was terrible and kind of shady...Im still waiting for him to respond to my email from 2 years ago requesting a copy of my lease agreement. He also failed to mention that the grill that was installed actually lessened the safety features and outright lied about wheels when my husband asked a question...we found out after we leased the car. I didnt notice that the car was missing a tire valve cover when I picked it up so I asked for them to send me one. The salesperson sent me an empty envelope and then refused to call me back when I called to request that he actually send me the tire valve cover. I did not actually receive one until I took it for the first service despite several calls. With the service department, I wait on average over 2 hours for an oil change and recently had an awful experience with needing tire service. When signing the lease, I was told if I purchased the tire warranty I would have no issues if there was ever a flat. I actually tried using the service only to find out they have no contracted locations and I would have to find a place that would be willing to work with them. I would also need preapproval to get a tire repaired or replaced. I called Cadillac hoping they would help but after 20 mins on hold and being told they were busy by the person who answered the phone, they told me I would need to leave my car there since they didnt know how long it would take to repair...this is all for a flat tire. I called and left a message for the sales manager, Michelle as I would like to end the tire service coverage and was told she would call me back. Still waiting and that was almost 7 hours ago. They have certainly lost a loyal customer and I cant wait to get rid of this car so I never have to deal with them again. In the meantime, I will pay for my flat tire to get fixed on my own since it is not worth hassle of having to leave my car and wait for preapproval of a flat tire. What a waste of money and time!!! Let the buyer beware and certainly beware of North Bay Cadillac!!!

I go to North Bay for convenience probably my 4th time there with 2 escalades, but this last time, was told one price, but ended up being charged another price. It is a insignificant amount, but the precedent saying one price, and charging another...Apparently me confronting that with the service advisor I was wrong and I knew I was supposed to be charge that amount, I didnt even ask for a refund, an apology or admitting there was a mistake was probably enough, but last word from them was we will refund you the amount, and for me to look another dealership to service my vehicle...and they are a big corporation with so many customers...
