This is the absolute worst place i have EVER been in my life i drove 3 hours to get a car and the inside was damaged the seats was horrible the previous owner had a dog so it was stretches everywhere it was a mess and its actually still on the lot a E-class 400 Mercedes coupe . The guy that owns this place was horrible , the customer service was horrible , they only had one person working because 2 employees quit that same day. Please guys do not go here and the sales guy Mike asked me for my bank statements which i NEVER heard of . I really wish i could give this place a 0 !!!

Shouldve read the reviews. These guys are not worth your time at all. Called on a 2016 GLE 400 that had a asking price $26999, the manager told me I had to finance with them in order to get that price. If I wanted to pay cash He stated my price would be around $40,000 before taxes and fees! I am truly surprised that these guys are even in business. These guy do not do business ethically.

NYC Motorcars of Great Neck is the worst & I regret getting my car from that location. From the time I got the car I had a minor issue that shouldve been fixed right away & the sales guy Jesus is horrible at getting back to me, hut I eventually got the problem fixed. I had to keep asking for the manager just to get things done. For months I kept asking for a copy of my warrany & never got it. Yesterday 8/27/20 I called him because I received a contract of my warranty and didnt know what was going on, he said oh we dont deal with that company its a scam, ignore them. As Im talking to him to get more clarification he said Ill call you back & hung up on me & he never called me back. I ended up calling the location in Freeport & spoke to the finance manager and he explained why I received the warranty & I felt better. I recommend to never go to that location in Great Neck and please dont deal with Jesus he acts concerned & doesnt have a problem calling you before buying a car though just so he can get the commission and after the car is sold its hard to get in touch with him & anyone there. Theyre all phoney and unprofessional at the Great Neck location!!! 👎🏾👎🏾

Came to look at a car I was interested in, took the papers home for another dealer to look at and a mechanic recommended I shouldn’t buy the car the car due to being overcharged for things they shouldn’t charge me in the first place.Also read the reviews, not worth the risk for something so big like a new car. Cars aren’t detailed like they say, few scratches, dents, and damages here and there.

Jesus is amazing! The whole staff seems kind and welcoming but I dealt with Jesus! My husband and I second time buyers left with an even better car than we had in mind! Lower mileage, smoother ride better everything! The process took a while but it was pretty easy and they went through all the paper works for us even obtained a nice insurance price.

All other staff was great. They were trying to make the customers pleased and comfortable. It was just their boss (the owner). Their finance officer was attending 4-5 clients at a time and the owner was just there, chit-chatting with other people. The finance officer was dead tired and I was not able to get the car on the same day because the DMV was already closed for the registration.

NYC MOTOR CARS OF GREAT NECK will be my go to for cars every time. Their staff is very knowledgeable and provides top notch customer service. Angel and Jay ordered me the exact car with all the features that I wanted and it came in the next day. I never experienced that. Please listen to the real reviews which are the ones that are 1 stars , and avoid them. You will not regret it. They add on up to 10k worth of fees for cars that are not even worth the selling price. Shady dealership. Prices advertised are always lower than competitors because of hidden fees only seen in the fine print. I went in to look at two cars. Couldn’t test drive either since they were parked inside a crowded lot. Left with the number of one of the salesman. Texted him a few times. Never got a response. Why do I gotta chase a dealership to buy a car??? Don’t bother with this location or any of the other ones.

I went brought a car an expensive car from them and 2 weeks later i got a power steering problem and it electric power steering pump that run about 2500 dollars and I went back and they send me to a half chop shop it took a while before I got to speak to them because they were avoiding me theyre the worst when it comes to customer service I will never go back and buy a car and wouldnt recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy and if I could give them no stars I would. Put $1000 down on a car about 2 weeks ago didn’t get the car due to high monthly payment they still tried to work things out. After about 8 hours i was just done with the whole car buying thing so just wanted my money refunded was told it would be refunded in 48 hours still no return i been calling everyday they say they waiting for the manager to process it call back in two days call back told me the same thing idk what type of business they running but i was going to go back to get a car with more money down but after this I’m just going to look for a new dealership

He was able to accommodate me with a phenomenal deal quickly and conveniently during my crazy work schedule. Wouldn’t recommend. Not upfront. Dealership gave me a run away for a car I was interest in until it was sold. Once i told them i was no longer interested in working with them, they emailed me back saying the car was still there. Just to find out that was a lie. Then I traveled out of state to their lot for another car to get told it’s not there because they didn’t want to scare me away. The car sales person Richard is constantly trying to force me to buy one of their vehicles they are desperately trying to get off there lot. 3 owners with 95k miles. There’s no straight forward answers. Don’t recommend. Save your time and money. Also they try to sell you on “warranty”. The cars aren’t the real price seen on their website or CarGurus. If it’s for 7,990 it’s really a 12Kcar. Shady dealership.

Not only are the falsely advertising on multiple different websites. When you arrive at the location they throw on an extra 10k of “hidden fees” when asked to show me exactly what those fees where after they had addressed a final price. They couldn’t instead try coming back saying they could save me 800 more., complete waste of time and pretty bad service. Car was dirty inside, and oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. Not only that but found tool sockets. So someone had already tried doing work to the car. Very unhappy be very aware of these people trying to scam you.

Due to the devious threats/ insults, I will not go into specifics. For I am in fear of my well being along with my loved ones.I purchased a “brand new” vehicle from NYC Motors of Great Neck as a gift to my newly wed. FARHUNT seemed to be an honest, credible guy and seemed like he really wanted to help. Boy was I wrong! After our honeymoon, we returned home and my wife was as happy as ever with the gift, thinking life couldn’t get any better. Well, as we drove the SUV more, we noticed certain problems that a new vehicle shouldn’t have. Including major transmission issues and electrical problems. I recall shopping for that specific SUV and thought it was very great deal considering what other competitors had been offering at the time. Questioning certain things about the vehicle as I shopped he had answers for everything. He was very persistent, even brought another associate over to conquer. Not only were they BOTH dishonest about the sale, I am now responsible for the damages/ repairs on the SUV they sold me which is well over $7500. After all this was discovered we decided it was enough. I approached RAMON about the situation and not only was I met with dishonestly again, but also vulgar threats. They were just extremely chilling, and nothing anyone would ever deserve. Me or anyone I know will NEVER shop or recommend anyone to their car lot.This is a fair warning to anyone who is looking to shop at NYC Motors of Great Neck. Please be aware of the previous experiences and service that was provided.

I was looking for a BMW 650i with red interior for months. I found three that had the features I was specifically but the one NYC Motors had was the best one pricing wise. Farhan was my salesperson and treated me like a VIP client. My credit score wasnt as good as I thought itd be but that was no problem. We got the deal done to my satisfaction and I took home my beloved BMW 650i. Amazing service and staff! Will be coming back very soon to get my wife into one of their cars!!!

Waste of time.I called to inquire about a used car listed on the website, I asked the receptionist if she had seen the car and if it was in good condition because the website did not have photos of it, she straight up lied to me and told me yes its in great condition, we just got it a few days ago I drove 45 minutes to the dealership, turns out they dont even have the car yet, the salesman was apologetic, but the receptionist did not have the decency to apologize..Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner, but I dont think this is what happened, I had inquired specifically asking the receptionist is the vehicle in good condition, are there any bangs or dents in the car to which she replied No, the car is in great condition, it just came n a few days ago, thats why we have no pictures of it the car yetWhen the salesman confronted the receptionist about the car not being there her response was well it is listed as in stock on the website..Still waiting for a call back from the salesman about the car being in stock I will update my review if anything changes

This dealership is a complete scam. Called regarding a car (2016 Mercedes e350 listed at 14995 ) shown on CarGurus. After 2 days of calling asking what the out the door price would be , the woman who answered finally said the sales manager told her at least 20500 due to them certifying the car as well as prep fees etc. When I asked how they can certify the car since they arent a Mercedes dealer I was given no answer. This price did not include the normal taxes and DMV fees one would expect. This is a bait and switch operation, with completely false advertising. Dont do business with these people. Frankly after 2 days of no call backs Im not at all surprised the advertised price was completely bogus.

Came to see a car I saw on car gurus and was greeted by a very friendly young man named Carlos that was detailing the car I had an appointment to see. The good experience continued with my sales man Jesus. Buying cars is my least favorite experience but they were pleasant to deal with along with the owner who negotiated the final deal. The only thing I did not like is that the added prices were not really shared upfront but the negotiation was fair at the end. The reason for 4 stars was because they didnt have a finance person inhouse and that was inconvenient. Overall the experience good and their car inventory is very nice!! 😊 Im happy with my new car!!

Once I arrived and went over some of the numbers with the one particular salesman Carlos. The numbers did not match what they posted on their website so I simply walked out. Jesus was professional. He treated my wife and I with respect, however; we had to walk away. This is not a good dealership to buy a used car, the cars are great looking, but their feeds are insulting to todays informed consumers. Its my opinion NYC MOTOR CARS violate NY Dealership code of conduct by requiring you to purchase a $2000 + vehicle Certification , which is a deceptive sales tactic to get you to buy an extended power train warranty from NIADA. NY State prohibits Used car dealers from requiring dealership putting the condition of extended warranties to buy an used car, they use deception and call it Certification. Then they add $2000 vehicle prep fees. So , the advertised price is a bait and switch deceptive sales tactic to get traffic in the door. Charging thousands in prep fees shows NYC MOTOR CARS dishonesty and insults modern consumers and NY Dept of Consumer Affairs rules and code of conduct for used car dealerships. RUN AWAY if you value your time and money

All the reviews about having different prices for paying cash is true! These people are total con artists and if youre paying cash, you will need to speak to the manager because of the bait and switch. They post really low prices to reel you in and pay exorbitant finance fees and charges.

Staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Prices are fair and they have a good inventory of clean, high demand cars!

Most of the time , companies hate being totally honest when it comes .to giving us the best available deals .THeyll Forget to tell us about introductory discounts and blindside us with hidden fees that make their original offer sound like fools gold .wed love to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume its all in good faith .but really its hard to think that this company theyre trying their best to rip us off this finance man name kevin .so BEWARE

I came to the NYC MotorCars dealership, I saw the car that i was looking for which I could not find anywhere else for a better price. I called and spoke to the sweetest receptionist, her name is Milena and she got me in contact with one of their sales person named Jesus and he was a very helpful and kind representative. He helped me find the exact vehicle i wanted for the best price, their finance manager Kevin got me approved right away . I would reconmend this this dealership to anyone looking for cars

Absolute terrible salesman. Showed no respect or willingness to come to an agreement. Had no sense of what it takes to make a deal. For anyone who wants to buy a car here, be prepared to pay for a $2000 for advertisements and another $4000 in other fees. Please stay away or your time will be wasted.

Ive been trying to get a few answers over the phone and email for weeks and nobody is responding. Ive never seen a dealership where they dont want a sale lol cause im ready to buy two $40,000 cars on spot.. on to the next i guess.

Hands down the most fun dealership Ive ever been to!!! I came in to this dealership because they had a car that was similar to the one I was originally looking at. The pricing of the car was excellent and fits into my budget. Farhan (salesperson) was extremely helpful and made me fall in love with my 2015 Infiniti Q50. Everyone especially the Managers were extremely genuine and made my experience super easy. I definitely plan on coming back in a year so I can make a purchase and reconnect with this wonderful staff again. 5 stars hands down all the way.Id recommend this dealership to anyone!

Beware. Scammers here. I should have went with my gut feeling of walking out, but the price of the car was what I was looking for and I wanted to hear them out. After talking with the salesman we agreed on the price. He wants to sell me an aftermarket warranty for the same period that the current warrant still covers??? His sales pitch is good. Almost fell for it. I should have walked out at that point.I sign everything and I realize they charged $4k in vin etching and $1k doc prep fee!!! I am talking to the finance guy and he’s saying there’s nothing he can do. I was sick to my stomach. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place! BBB is the next stop.

My good friend Edward Padilla purchased a vehicle from this place 3/27/19 they took him for an extra $3995 for a program called etch. This is unexceptable. I’m retried from law-enforcement after serving for 25 years .This is not the correct way to do business,

They claim to have great internet pricing but be very cautious, not legit nor trust worthy. False advertising and hidden fine prints especially when it came down to a third party you had no knowledge of. They were rude and unprofessional as well. They should of at least showed some sort of courtesy to make you feel that they were on your side but they certainly showed their true character.
