The sales side of the dealership works well. Service is a completely different experience. In the last six months, my 19 Stelvio has been in the shop twice with electronic issues. In both cases, the cars was in the service for min two weeks. During the latest episode, the car went in on 4/14, sat in dry dock for 2 weeks before being evaluated. Its been 5 weeks now with sporadic communication, mostly initiated by me, with no completion date in sight.A complete dealership experience doesnt end after the sale is done, but transfers to service when needed. The one star (zero would have been appropriate) rating fits what Ive witnessed to date.

Nice staff, in this time of covid-19 it was easy to schedule an appointment and test drive. Cody was very helpful. The current location is small but they are moving to their new space in January 2021. They took care of all the paperwork and were able to match the interest rate from my bank. I made an appointment to bring my car in because my air conditioning wasn’t turning on when the car is in the auto feature. When I called I was told I needed a software update. Dropped the car off and was seen immediately. Waited for the update and was out in under 1 1/2 hours.

I had a particularly difficult sales experience at Gold Coast Alfa Romeo. I had felt confident that every detail was precisely hammered out prior to my arrival. Unfortunately the dealership attempted to significantly undercut my trade in offer - which I did not tolerate well. Furthermore I was left standing in the lobby several times for 20-30 minutes at a time. This certainly does not imply that I was of any value to this sales team. Beyond that the finance manager made a point to speak to me about finances and openly implied that I could not afford this car. I was absolutely spoken to as if I had a lesser I.Q. than the salesmen as well as the finance manager. I promptly reminded them they were dealing with an educated woman and that I am WELL VERSED in vehicle worth, expected performance criteria, and package/trim details. I made it very clear to him at that point that not only can I comfortably afford this vehicle - but I was also accompanied by my personal finance manager. To top that off - we got a very brief and limited overview of my new car. Nobody made themselves available to connect Apple carplay - and then of course left me sitting there for 45 minutes while I troubleshot my way through all the vehicle settings and connected my phone. I currently work as an RN with Covid patients, am living outside of my home for the safety of my children and drove across state to pick this vehicle up. The sales team was very aware of that prior to my arrival and gave zero respect or curtesy as a customer or health care professional in such a frightening time. Over all my experience was terrible and had I been closer to home - I would NOT have completed this purchase. This is certainly not my first luxury vehicle purchase - and because of that I can comfortably say that in total - my entire experience was subpar, aggravating and a total disappointment.

Guy for the service is horrible. He absolutely has no idea about Alfa Romeo. I told him I have Giulia, and his response was I thought you said your issue was with Alfa Romeo. Seriously. Incompetent workers, place is a joke.

The best car leasing experience Ive ever had. Extremely accommodating, they did NOT push anything I wasnt interested in. We found a way to work in the middle and negotiated a great deal on a gorgeous black on red Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport. Its been 2 months of driving this car and I can say without a doubt its the best ive ever owned. BMW/Benz/Infiniti have a lot to worry about. Cant even imagine their quadrofoglio models.With that being said.. the stars of the Show were Angel and Peter.. they would NOT stop until we got to a deal that we were both satisfied with. They even picked me up from the inifiniti dealer after i finished removing my old plates so I didnt have to get a cab to their dealer.And one last thing about the car brand/marque. You cant put a word on it and the experience it delivers. Alfa right now produces some of the most beautifully balanced cars in the world.
