My dad and brother drove three hours to see a 328 d that was listed online as $25,695. Once they got there my father was ready to buy it then after informing them he wanted to not finance and pay another way they added on a bunch of ridiculous fees making the new total of the car now $30,500 BEFORE TAX. Seems like all these people want is to scam and take peoples money avoid this place at all costs. Gigantic waste of time.

We finally found one in our price range from Great Neck Car Buyers. I misread the original posting and didnt realize that the list price did not include the $2k down payment. However Isaac worked with us and got the price down and found us a good shipper so that we were able to get the vehicle delivered to us in Washington without exceeding our max budget. My son bought his first car and it was very simple way simpler than my other car I bought.

Bought a 2011 C300 from Great Neck Car Buyers at 47k and also the 100K miles extended warranty which is the nightmare getting the warranty coverage for my center axle busted seals. The oil is leaking and from both rear center seals and after calling and leaving messages, I was told that after 100K miles, that my coverage now only includes the powertrain warranty and those busted seals are not covered. This is the axle seals and I am not sure why it is not part of the powertrain. The warranty company no matter how many times I spoke to them, refuses to cover the seals. Anyway, I spoke to the service Manager at Great Neck Car Buyers and he said he will get back to me regarding this issue. He said that he spoke to the warranty company and will get back to me. As of today 08/10/21, no call from the Service Manager and I am simply fed up with this situation. My car is still leaking oil from the busted seals and which should be covered, is not. I am not sure what action to be taken now. I was told by the MB Dealer that I should file a claim in small court against the warranty company.UPDATE Received a call on 08/11/21 from the Service Manager who told me to take my car to their repair shop on Aug 22nd for diagnosis and repair.
