No shady business, straightforward explanation with a couple of details that were incorrect but they immediately acknowledged it and suggested a fix. It happens so it was totally fine. Had an amazing experience with Cody Yaeger at Gold Coast Maserati. I’ve been eyeing the Maserati Granturismo for a few years and only just decided to make an appointment to check out the car. Initially made the appointment through their sister store at Maserati of Long Island but when I arrived they told me that the car was at Gold Coast Maserati. My friend and I arrived an hour prior to closing and Cody answered all my questions in regards to a standard Granturismo Sport vs Granturismo MC. Got me a test drive 15-20 minutes prior to closing. Cody is an excellent sales consultant and I definitely will be buying a car from him once things are settled on my end.* They have a good selection of high end luxury & exotic vehicles in stock. Father has a Levante. Went back to try to get a new one. No issues with pricing but the service was absolutely terrible. Didn’t seat us and or even ask for water. They seem extremely short staffed. Didn’t even bother to sit down and go over numbers- it was either take it or leave it. Expected way more out of Maserati especially the fact that you are already paying customers and have gotten a car from them in the past. Went to Gold Coast Porsche - treated us like kings. Excellent service. Ended up buying a Cayenne. Better service= retention.

This rating is for Gold Coast Maserati Service center. I would have given then 1 or 2 star. I brought my Levante for 2nd year service on Nov 19, 2019. I had some issue with software, and there were one or two warning signs, as well as issue with doors. That is some times one of the doors would not stay closed after closing the door. so while driving passenger has to hold it so that it does not open up...After the service they said they fixed everything, also they said I need to change the break, even-though I never saw any warning sign regarding breaks. I agreed and they replaced it. I request to have the car complimentary wash/cleaning. When they finished the service, I found that all the dust on the car, still there. I pointed that to the service person, so took it inside, brought it back in few minutes, but as far as cleaning/wash goes, I did not notice any difference. By the way, I used to go to Lexus of Queens for service, and comparing Maserati, their service is way much better.Now a old problem became way more problematic, that is when ever I park my car, locked the door, a warning siren keep signaling. I used to face it here and there, but from today it is to much. as of I am typing this review, the car is unlocked. As soon as I locked the car, the siren keep starting with in a minute. and when i press unlock button, the siren goes away.Also please Note that Gold coast Maserati Sales personals and the managers are outstanding. I would give them high 5. But because of the service center, my next car would be something else, other than Maserati.

They will stand by what they say and make sure at the end of the day that YOU the customer are taken care of. SCAMMERS Went in for an inspection and oil change. They suggested I do a yearly maintenance which was over priced at 900$. I opted only for the oil change which was a whooping 500$ alone. They stated my inspection failed and I needed to come back in for a diagnosis. Yet when i check the dashboard there is no warning indicator that pops up. I brought my car into an independent inspector and it passed with no problems. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

I have changed my review due to the change in service from the service center. The folks there are trying their best with the resources they have.------------------------------------- old review ----------------I bought the most expensive car on the lot, the GT convertible, and the sales person basically disappeared and stop taking my calls when I found a rip on the leather of the car. Very unprofessional. Further, the car had a huge electrical problems a month after the purchase. When I took if to their service center they never got back to me. I call and no one picks up. Its been weeks and I still do not have my car. I am very disappointed. My Infitinity and BMV dealers have been incredible but this high-end brand is a complete disappointment.
