My wife and I went to see the Q3 and Q5, our sale rep was Sara who did any amazing job explaining the difference between each model and went over in detail of the entire process. Sara was very knowledge of the new redesign of the Q3 and we were able to get us a test drive with the Q3. We end up choosing our test drive Q3. Sara made the entire audi experience amazing. If it wasnt for Saras detail explanation, understanding of what type of car we were looking for, we wouldnt had chosen car. She made the entire process seamless.In terms of financing, the person who assisted us was Mohammed, he mention multiples times, the cost of the vehicle, the amount owed, and went over line by line of how much it will cost per month. I read other reviews that people made of him but I felt Mohammed was great in his job. He was suppose to be off the next day and we were picking up our car the following day, he check the loan and was able to ensure we would be able to pick up our car without any delay. He mention the estimate and final amount might be off by couple cents and he was right. I even got 5 dollars back in a form of a check in the mail 3 weeks later as the DMV fee was reduce.

Great service center, state of the art machinery from the moment you pull up for your appointment. Christine was SUPERB as my service advisor for my replacement of two tires. I also got to work with Jeremy and Alvin in the parts dept. who helped me with finding the tire I needed and welcomed me to the service dept. I did go far out of my way, the dealers near me are absurdly rude and I was very pleased with taking time out of my day. Look forward to my next visit! Thanks again!

Purchased an Audi Q5 2019 with only 14k miles on it from sales rep Kit. 3 days after buying the car the Check engine light came on. Contacted Kit at first but he did nothing to help. Then tried to contact the General Manager but nobody returned my call. It is now a month since my purchase and still dealing with the same issue. Took the car to the Mount Vernon Service center who are now trying to assist me. My thing is If I purchased a new car I should not be dealing with these issues and I’m pretty sure if I was a white person who just purchased a $45k car the service would’ve been different and I would’ve been provided with a solution right away!

Went into the store twice and “helped” by Mike, be honest, google should provide 0 star option to us because of Mike. We check on the deal on their website, A6 lease $469/month and $4999 due at sign. When we walk in, the front desk was fine and then they sent Mike, what a nastiest rep ever, the way he talk just obviously look down on us, I don’t know if I should call that racial or age discrimination, but he didn’t even show us the cars when we checking the cars on our own, he was gone. When we finally decided to get the A6 and show him the deal from their website, he quickly said “NO” that’s from Audi, and for the deal we will have to wait 9months, okay, we said it’s fine to wait cause we have another car, and then he said “ but I can sure what will be the price after 9months!” Huh?! I’m confused, “ for getting the deal you will have to wait 9 months but I’m not sure what’s the price after 9months” I really hope Mike know what he talking about. Anyway, I mean we understand that most of the cars are out of stock and due to covid, the prices of the cars are all high but Mike “offered” us $3000 more on the “MSRP” ( that’s what he said), which is $5999down+ whatever the website asked $4999 for today and $980+/month for a freaking A6 12000miles/ year( excuse my language). Guys, paying $11k today and about $1k/month for the car, if non of you think that’s ridiculous then I’m sorry that I’m not rich enough to give out a comment here.

Just purchased a 2021 Q8 this morning smooth transaction. Sales person(Rosario Floro) is very nice. even I’m walk in customer without any appointments. Great service compared to most dealerships.after I drove home and I find out there is issues with engine hood and mirrors scratch and damage at front grills .I went back to the dealer right away talk to salesman and manager.after they check the vehicle.the manager promised me will 100% fully repair without any excuses also if can’t be repair probably he promised me Audi will buy back ! Great service highly recommend to make purchases here!Great service, perfect purchase experience , even there is some issues to this vehicle I purchased but that is issue related to vehicle .very good experience.

Never had such a bad experience with the a customer service. Called for a simple inquiry and received a bad attitude. They show a bunch of cars in transit that are not available and just because I said that’s bad because people look for cars online the answer was that that’s the way Audi wants with a very bad attitude… I will never purchase a car from this dealer. Also, the fact that the stocks are low and the sales are high doesn’t give you the right to treat customers poorly.

It was my first time making this kind of purchase and he helped me feel relaxed and confident. Very patient and very understanding. Great service and representative! My boyfriend and I went to the used car portion of this dealership to look at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. We had an appointment for 2:15 and when we arrived, there was no salesmen ready to help us. We waited almost 15 minutes for one to be available. After one finally came over to us, we asked to see the Jeep. We had many questions about the car, one including the details about the cars history and car fax, to which the salesman answered “I don’t know” with no further explanation. While looking at the Jeep, the salesman kept a distance and had absolutely no knowledge on the car, was kind of just acting like a babysitter with engaging in absolutely no conversation. Then when we asked to test drive the car, the salesman handed us the keys to the Jeep and told us to be back in 10 minutes. I found this rather odd as most salesmen stay in the car with you during the test drive. When we got back from the test drive, we had to find our salesman as he was no where to be seen and told him we were interested in buying the car. When we sat at the table we asked him about pricing. During this entire conversation he must have stated at least 6 times that “the price was firm”. When we gave him a price only $1,000 under the sticker price, he told us he would not even ask his manager because he was sure he would deny the sale. We told him we were not interested in the car and walked out of the dealer. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH SALESMEN WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU!!!!

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment the staff here addressed all my concerns, and worked with me to schedule an appointment that worked best for me. The day I arrived at the service department all the staff were polite and friendly and worked meticulously to get my Audi back on the road. The amenities in the waiting area was very nice too, and I like the fact that you are apprised via text and video of any issues that may have arisen with your car, and you are also notified when your car is finished with the service via text as well. I also liked the 2 prong approach when it came to the multi-inspection report where you get a printout and a link where you can view your cars inspection report online. Also liked the clean use of space and the way the furniture was laid out which added to aura and appeal of place. Provided a sophisticated yet minimalist feel.

I don’t know how some of these reviews speak so highly honestly they are so grammatically proper they look and probably are fake. I’ve been having issues here since October of 2019- this is where your money goes to die, you will forever have problems and be treated as if this is a used car place in queens, I’ve had recalls , oil changes , tires and not one thing at this service/dealership has been easy. It started at sales being discriminated for being female , given blank responses purchasing the car , I bought the car in cash I guess they figured they got off easy. To how terrible the communication and efficiency of the service area- It’s just the biggest scam 😂 wish I didn’t buy the Audi care or I would have 100% sold this car.

I’ve been searching to buy a car for months now i went in to this dealer and the customer service was horrible and they lied and hid fees they charge you when you go to buy a car! I have in proof paperwork where all numbers on there are wrong and false! I’m glad i checked all paperwork before leaving Long Island and went back and spoke to Mohammad Ali and was very rude made me feel like i was wrong when clearly he was the one doing wrong! He then realized he gave all types of different numbers! Sold me a car with a price that was not discussed! Didn’t care to go over any numbers with me! Lateen on after i proved my point and i refused to leave until everything was clear to me he then stated the numbers were wrong and not once did he apologize! Also gave me a refund paper stating it will get credited to my account! Also didn’t help me to cancel the warranty he sold me which was also all types of different numbers on the paper. Very unprofessional and i feel really ripped off!!

Echo’ing Amanda’s comments below, the service agents at Biener are uncommunicative, unprofessional, and rude. Going to an Audi dealership in Great Neck (where prices are inflated) should not be the norm. The service mechanics thankfully were able to quickly diagnose my vehicle and make the necessary repairs. Don’t expect anything from the service agents themselves. They change their statements and ignore you as soon as they receive payment. The 2 stars are only given for the actual repair being done correctly (otherwise would be 1 star).

Made appointment to test drive mid-June 2021. Initially was set up with Mark the salesperson. Mark was unpleasant and condescending. After test driving a trim that we didnt request for (we voiced interest in 2021 Q3 P+), we were set up with Joe, another salesperson, as Mark was busy with another customer. Joe was a mildly better but largely lacked in service. He made ZERO attempt to deliver the trim/color we were interested in and appeared annoyed when we asked him for the quotes on other trim levels. The whole experience was disappointing. We will not be returning nor recommending to our family and friends.We ended up buying a new 2021 Q5 P+ in preferred colors at a NJ dealership. When this NJ dealership realized the trim/color combo we wanted became unavailable in their lot, the salesperson went above and beyond and FOUND the car for a dealer trade. Please dont settle for Biener.

My experience with Biener Audi’s Service department was good. I went in for an inspection and a tire change for my RS3. The part was in stock and a loaner was provided. The job was completed in 2 hours and I was able to get my car back pretty quickly. My complaint would be that the website did not have the option for the first year inspection and a price adjustment had to be made. Also, there was excess tire lube on my wheels that dried up later that night and made my wheels look horrendous. I did opt out of having my car cleaned because I didn’t want my car to go through a machine car wash, but a little wipe to remove some of the excess would have probably gone a long way.

I had a fantastic new car buying experience at this dealership. I went into the dealership expecting the usual nonsense, but I was so wrong. I had a great salesman named Mike F. Who put me at ease to start off. I got a real nice price on the car I wanted as well as a very fair trade in. I also got an unbelievable finance rate with no stings attached. They do not charge any dealers fees other than 75$ I could not be happier with my deal as well as the fantastic car that I purchased. I highly recommend that this be your first stop when buying an Audi.

Sara Assis was trully a delight to deal with. I have never met such a knowledgeble and caring person in my life. She made me feel as if she was buying this car with me. She told me all about various options and discounts availbale. She stuck by me when we faced challeneges with financing and was accessible almost around the clock. My parent leased a car there with specific options and was told it was all included, but when she received her car the functions werent included at all. Sales person told her later that it was never mentioned or included and the leasing paper says so. Forward few years later to present day, she took the car to the dealer because there was some issue with the car and was told by the technician that it wont cost her anything because it was under warranty, but two days later, she was charged 200 dollars for “inspection and nothing was fixed because it has accident previously, but was never told to her initially. Also found out there information on the original lease and purchased that are not filled out by my parent, but instead by the sales person.

Terrible customer service and dishonest dealer. Shady bait and switch tactics. Will be reporting to BBB and Audi USA. Background below.Came in to look at a car for wife. Car checked out fine and negotiated a price. I was getting my own finance so I needed a Bill of sale on total agreed final price which included all fees, tax and registration. I pay the deposit and take bill of sale to my bank to get payment made to dealer. I come back to dealer with all paperwork and excited to pick up car, they tell me there is an additional almost $2000 worth of fees I have to pay for. Mind you the bill of sale agreed up on already included fees, taxes and registration. I could or probably should of walked out at this point but I was done shopping and my wife liked the car so we agreed to pay and they agree to knock off about $400 of the surprise fee, because I had a limit on my credit card.To make maters worse, they screwed up processing the license plates and still haven’t received them 3 months later. They also screwed up my address with bank which I now had to correct because documents we’re getting sent to wrong address. Luckily residents at that address were kind enough let post office know.Both times going into dealer had to wait around over 3hrs to get help.All this leads me to one conclusion, this dealer does not value customers. Happy with the car but this was the worst experience buying a car so far. Every other car I bought I felt like I was treated with respect. Not here!

Worst Audi Dealership Ive experienced in the last 10 years. Tried to tack on an extra $2,000 charge (under an audi service package that I wasnt actually getting) above the purchase price with no explanation. Once discovered, their responsiveness went to zero. Howard wasnt willing to provide an explanation in writing and so that was clear to us they were hiding something. Check your paperwork carefully, dont settle for what seems to be an agreed excuse Our system doesnt allow us to write in special out of state charges. It sounds sleazy when I type it. BUYER BEWARE. Maybe they arent all bad, but Ive purchased several vehicles from Audi Dealerships across the US and Ive never encountered what seems to be poor business practices.

Not a good experience in my case. Had an appointment last Saturday. At that location I was greeted by the front desk clerk but then directed to the pre-owned lot.Unfortunately, at that location, NOBODY acknowledged my presence, nobody asked me if I needed any help...I went to check the cars on the lot, havent seen the car I was interested in, I went back to the office,again.. nobody looked at me. After 15 minutes I left.That was a NO-NO experience. AUDI European management should come on the site and train these Americans. 🙄

Awesome experience dealing with Syed and company at Biener!! Syed was nothing but accommodating and patient while we test drove vehicles, asked a pile of questions and made the choice that was right for us. Worst customer sales experience ever! Asked about a New car and said “there’s none out there”, and that was that. Funny thing is I’m in sales and I expected him to offer something else, but no. Left and did my due diligence and found the car. What a surprise! Dealt with Mike Firouztale who looks like he’s been selling cars for quite some time. BUYER BEWARE!! The finance manager, ALI MOHAMMAD, literally robbed me. I went to Biener Audi looking to buy a car, and  everything was going well at first. David, the salesman, had shown me the car and explained that $23,600 was the flat rate price before taxes or anything and there are no additional dealer fees. So now, after they run my credit all of a sudden the price of the car goes to $32,690.39 after all additional charges. I knew I was going to be paying a little more due to taxes and the extended warrantee fees added on, but the sticker price after taxes and before warrantee fees or anything else added, the price changed to 28,164.39. So if you subtract the taxes of $2,569.39 that gives you an original sticker price of $25,595. This is an additional $1,995 unaccounted for, that Mr. Ali claims is for the DMV title fee etc., but then if thats the case why is there another charge for the DMV of $256. Also since when does the DMV charge $2,000 for a title to a car. When I was trying to understand better where this additional $1995 came from, Mr Ali was rude, talking over me saying its that money is for the DMV and pretty much belittled me. This was just overall unprofessional for a business. Highly recommend ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP.

Pretty great Audi dealership. The floor has a lot of cars to explore and usually maintains a much bigger inventory than other dealerships in the region.Experience of getting me new Audi was pretty smooth and quick. They have the ability to start the process online. I no longer had to spend hours and hours at the dealership.

Dont buy from used dealer! I put down a deposit on a car and was processing the paperwork. Once the paperwork was complete I was told that the car had water damage inside the car and was not sellable. I had seen the car 3 days prior. They likely lied and sold the car to someone else in those 3 days! I then had to wait 1 month (and a follow up request) to receive my deposit back! During my 1 hour my test drive visit, I was handed off to 3 different salesman. Horrible service. Very sketchy. Do not buy from the used dealer.

Not the greatest service. The place looks nice and clean, the people are nice HOWEVER They never fixed my brand new vehicle transmission delay in shifting gears for 3 1/2 years. They had the vehicle (wasted my time twice for 3 days each, left me careless) and when my vehicle had a minor accident ( front right head lamp) and I brought it in (trying to demonstrate loyalty), they drove my car to a body repair shop which I thought belong to them. When something didn’t work about a year after the repair-the dealership service team representative refused to even look into it without charging ( The vehicle was still under warranty during the first 36 month lease ). I ended up fixing the light myself in five minutes in my driveway without any parts or experience needed.They taught me it’s not worth it to be loyal to them.Sales team and parts department are great.

Coming from out of town to pick up a used Q5, I was promised the entire experience would take no more than an hour. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the salesman wasnt even working that day.The car was nowhere to be seen and I was repeatedly told it was being cleaned and inspected. I waited over two hours to even see the car.Everyone was perfectly nice and mostly apologetic, which was nice, but not really helpful.Now running three hours behind, I quickly inspected the car when it finally came out, and seeing no obvious issues — despite not being detailed well as promised — I signed the paper work and left.When I arrived home, I noticed the passenger lower side tail light was cracked.On July 28 I responded to an (likely) automated email asking me to take a survey about my experience with Biener. As you can imagine, it wasn’t entirely positive, but I did try and give the benefit of the doubt on certain aspects. At the end, it asked if I’d like to be contacted, I marked affirmatively, explaining for the first time in that review about the cracked lens, hoping, at the very least I wouldn’t have to purchase a part for a car that I hadn’t even put 250 miles on yet.I heard nothing for over two weeks. I then emailed the general manager, salesman and the finance person I worked with. Rich Pizzo eventually emailed me back to ask for pictures (19 days after I sent the email).Its been two months since he asked for pictures. Hes failed to return a phone call or email since then.Overall, it was a pretty crummy experience.

This story is for the books, I bought a Audi convertible for 5,000 and 6 months later the top wouldnt open. After visiting Audi Biener I got an estimate of $6,059. Plus the estimate was $175. In addition, they wanted to change the motor mount, wheel alignment with tax came to $9,354. nearly twice the price of the car. (see pics) I found a person online that specializes in Audis and he fixed my roof for a $300. Yes $300. Thanks guys of Biener audi, I will never ever ever come to you again.

Came in without an appointment with My 2017 Audi A8L for a coolant leak. Charles Graf was amazing. Took care of Me right away, got My car in the service bay within minutes. When he got an estimate that the car cant be fixed the same day He got me a replacement vehicle on the house. Charles was updating me on my vehicle via text messages. Next day my car was ready and shiny with all the paperwork waiting ( car was fixed under factory warranty) in 2 days i spend at most 30 minutes at Biener Audi thank To his Professionalism.
