SCAMMERS. will be contacting local consumer protection office about their practicesI came in for a listing that’s was $47,000. They don’t want to tell you any fees until after they run your credit handful of times. the price before taxes will be $66,500. 19k in fees they only tell you AFTER they hard inquire your credit numerous times. They have no integrity. Nyla and the finance manager I could tell we’re lying the whole time, everything the finance manager said he was making up. When I denied the extended warranty they didn’t want to sell me the car. I just couldn’t believe that. THEIR FEES THAT THEY POCKET TOTALED $19,000. Their bogus $2,500 bank fee, $5000 certification fee, $1000 prep fee. And wherever else the $19,000 comes from. They deny me when I didn’t want to pay for their $5000 extended warranty after hitting my credit 4 times. They are sneaky and have no respect for themselves or us. I was approved for a 4% interest rate at Porsche, wanna know my fee? $995. That’s all, please go to a real dealership that has real CPO, they do not lie or scam and they explain any charges before impacting your credit. prices online reflect actual prices. I would not be this upset if it wasn’t for what they did to my credit. They should reevaluate their business they do not have to use these tactics. Will be reporting this dealership to the better business bureaucracy

Any price you see on their website is not close to what they really want from it expect to pay at least over 6k higher than advertised before taxes. I had a lot of friends tell me not to trust this place cause the same thing happened to them but the price was to good to ignore on a bmw until I started the negotiation and it was close to almost 10k difference. They say all their cars is showed 2-4K Over the listed price but they don’t say anything about the 2 other charges they hit you with. Trust me when I say go to any other dealer and compare their final prices and you’ll see how much of scam this place is. A very small unorganized dealership on a busy intersection with only like 2 salesman who knows nothing about selling cars and needs the manager for any small problem. So please don’t rush and buy a car from here I promise there’s a better deal for your money.

Don’t waste your time to come here. This place is not even worth for one star. The price that they list on the website is not truthful. They have an used 2018 Nissan Rouge at $16k on car.com and we are expecting about $19k-$22k for final walk out price. However, the final price they give is $16k PLUS another $13k! This price is super ridiculous high and absolutely unreasonable. They are dishonest about price and don’t even give you the break down price by telling how the price is calculated. Worst experience ever.

I wish I read these reviews before heading to this “dealership”. Don’t waste your time here!After seeing a car I was interested in on their website, I called the dealership to set up an appointment to view it. Before doing so, I asked the lady on the phone to confirm the price of the vehicle for me as my budget was strict. She confirmed it and we set up the appointment. I drove from Connecticut to see this vehicle, only to to arrive at a dealership which had no place to park, and only 1 “saleswoman” (I believe her name was Samantha) on the floor. I saw the car but was not able to test drive it (red flag!!) and after waiting for an hour, the saleswoman explained to me that they add an additional $2000 to the price that is advertised. She tried to give me some bogus reasoning about it - but we all know that it’s a scam to get people in here. After the other fees, the car totaled to nearly $6,000 more than the listed price. This business is not honest or trustworthy. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!!!! Professional scammers work here.Also, check out their petty and unprofessional response to me! Laughable!

After my friend and I drove for four hours from MD to NY, and after all proper procedures and when it’s time to seal the deal, We were told someone else put a down payment. I mean how can’t you know that someone already paid for it before trying to sell the vehicle? The nerve!!!

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. Showed up with a check to buy a vehicle I really wanted. They refused to sell it to me because they only do financing in-house. I had to leave without a car because this garbage dealership wants to make a few extra dollars by giving people terrible rates on financing. I’ve purchased dozens of cars and never EVER had an experience so poor. They wouldn’t even explain to me why they only do their own financing because they know it’s a scam. I looked through their reviews and about half of the 5-stars are obviously fake. I work at a dealership and would never do such shady practices.

Just came here to check out a Bmw 340 xDrive 2017 Black . Price was 30k online . I told the lady my budget was 36k . SO WHY WOULD YOU RUN MY CREDIT after just to tell me that the price is 39k . !!! This is the worst dealer ship Ive ever been. Oh and btw the cars are packed like sardines. They were literally touching the walls . Save your trouble and go to a legit dealerships instead of poppy shops . No hidden fees there .

If you want your first WORST experience of buying a car do it here !. Absolute scammers, I walked in to see a car listed at $19k and walked out paying way more than expected. $19k turned into $34k in the flip of a switch. They coerced me into financing through them and not a credit union which would be cheaper by stating that outside financing cost would be 20% higher. Not only over budget, but the car was missing the drivers mat and when I requested one it was not the one suited for my car. My push to start button was missing even though it was listed in the photo of the vehicle to have one and the key was given to me with low batteries. The mileage listed as well as not the same as when I walked in and saw the car for myself. They didn’t even allow me to test drive the vehicle unless I was ready to buy ‼️. They definitely took advantage of the fact that I was a first time buyer. This was definitely a terrible and frustrating experience I recommend avoiding this place for future references, unless you have money to blow.

If the cars listed on your website are owned by the bank, or the owner has AUTO LINE OF CREDIT which he purchases cars from auction then say that. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS, ITS BAD FOR BUSINESS They make New York Dealerships look very bad.I said, okay I will finance with you, what bank owns the car, they couldnt tell me, I Said I will finance with the specific bank that owns the specific car Im interested in, Speechless, they couldnt tell me. I Noted, dont send my credit to a lot of banks only the specific bank that owns the specific car. Speechless. Worst experience ever. This is a trap house. The 2015 Honda Accord 5600 mileage was listed on car.com for $13400. I went there from Philadelphia, when I got there, sales person saying $13400 after paying $4000 down payment totals would be $17400 then I have buy warranty for another $4000 then dealer fee would $2800 total would 24200! My point why they didn’t mention on car.com so I wouldn’t drive 130 miles because it’s too much for this car. Please guys before anyone go there read there comment. I can’t believe this type dishonest doing Bussiness in America and scheming people like us. I want attention to the Justice department please take a look.

Horrible time here at certified luxury cars. I came into see a 435 that was scammed so bad for 36,000, making me drive hours because the online price was 23,000. Horrible online setup they tell you it’s cheaper so they make u take the drive and just come down there. There is another dealer so close called 26 mortors close to it and it’s amazing. Exotic cars beyond ur imagination and for such a good price a bmw 440 over there black on red cost the same as a 435 black on black haha. Be carful fellow customers and don’t shop at certified luxury mortors, ps their cars aren’t even luxury don’t waste the drive

Terrible experience, horrible customer service. I was sold a SUV with locking log nuts and was never given a key to be able to change my tires. When I eventually had a flat tire, customer service was very unhelpful (placed on hold for long time and had to call back several times). When I eventually spoke to a manager, they were very dismissive and basically gave me an ultimatum. Pay the service fee or stay stranded. Didnt even try to make up for the fact that they did not provide me with a wheel lock key when I was sold the vehicle. Horrible. Thats not even mentioning the fact that when I purchased the car, that I was charged a bunch of hidden/surprise fees. By the time I was done the $16K SUV I was buying ended up being over $21K. Honestly, never returning to this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone.

For being 14hrs away I thought they would be a little more willing to help but actually received the worst service by far from any other dealership Ive went too. And after wasting my time for a few days I call to clarify my info I submitted and the gm tells me they dont even have the car anymore and they wanted me to fly in to come into the store to start the process since they dont do any online processes... Absolutely rediculous if you ask me. Ten yrs ago I bought a car online, arrived at dealership signed and drove off.. 2021 and they cant seem to do that? But I hope your experience is better than mine and from the other good reviews this place seems to be okay if you go into the dealer.

I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival with appointment. Waited an hour for somebody to come and help. Finally somebody came to help us. Talked briefly took initial info. Now waited for car another half hour. The car comes I had a test drive then I was being asked to sit and wait. Asked couple of time for help but people are walking around pretending to be very busy but doing nothing. waited for another hours before somebody decide to open the computer and asked to read. I would like to suggest if you are planning to go to this location just keep it mind there is up to $5,000 additional charge depending on the car. I appreciate the person who explained things In detail after waiting 3 hours. A suggestion for the dealer ship that it will be a good idea to talk about the price up front instead of waisting everyone’s time. I really appreciate the detail description of cost provided after 3 hours.

The biggest waste of time I have ever experienced in my entire life. We sat in their dealership for THREE HOURS without ever even receiving an offer to begin bargaining. I didn’t drive the car. I got to sit in it for about 3 minutes (after brushing the food and trash off of the seat). Then a girl who didn’t know how to sell a car would say one sentence before leaving for 30 minutes to chat with her coworkers and this continued for 3 hours. Finally we got to speak to the manager who refused to even give us an offer, refused to bargain at all. After 3 hours of sitting in that dealership literally doing nothing he told us they would let us know if they wanted to accept our offer and they had our phone number. 3 hours of sitting there just to be sent away without a single conversation about negotiation. They don’t know how to sell a car. They advertise their cars for at least $10,000 less than they are actually going to ask for. They don’t understand what bargaining is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE unless you want to be ripped off.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they are a scam. Typical dealer where they get you in the door and tack on 5k in “additional fees.” They also refused to fully show me the car until we agreed on a price; this includes running your credit too. The staff is nice until you talk price. You are better off going to a reputable dealer than risk getting scammed by these people.

I found a few great deals on cars.com, went in to certified luxury motors to check out a $12,995 Nissan rouge, there was a $2,000 down on top of the $12,995 and then another $4,000 added for the pre certification and then another $995 in doc fees… if this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. I had called before making my way out there and asked what other fees were included other than the car and sales tax, who ever answered said “nothing just doc and dmv fees”. The very nice girl who showed me the cars later pointed out the fine print on their website. What a waste of my afternoon, I feel bad for the people who have fallen for this and have been ripped off. I’m positive the good reviews must be fake reviews from employees, their families and friends, and if it’s a good review from a customer, then they were ripped off and don’t even know it.
