I got my oil changed here on 6/5, and they put the wrong oil filter on my car. I had to have it towed back that evening because I got stranded on the highway, in the rain, due to no oil in my engine after the one they put on fell off! They made a claim to their insurance company, yes, but they didn’t even send me enough money to get my engine fixed. I am STILL dealing with this, over a month later, and don’t have my car back yet! I do NOT recommend taking your car here, you may end up with a $4,000+ oil change that they try to make u pay at least a grand out of pocket!

Came in for an oil change. Welcomed by great customer service and a team member who explained my options. I went inside to wait for my car to be serviced and was shortly notified by the team member that my oil looked brand new and I didn’t need to spend the money to get an oil change. He even showed me my oil and again said it looked as if it had just been changed! These guys were so honest and helpful. They didn’t charge me but still filled my fluids and topped the air off in my tires. I will definitely be back! GREAT SERVICE!!!

2-10-21...9am. Im from way up north and a Jiffy lube customer...first time EVER seeing a female employee and she was impressive. Two guys hanging around snarffing up doughnuts and she was all over my oil change. Had info about area also. Good job Stephanie!

The guys were great, right from receiving the customer to explaining him to what needs replacement, everything was perfect.

I have to say...I came in to just get my oil changed but these awesome guys went above and beyond for me. As I was checking out I asked if my spark plugs had given them any trouble because for the past few weeks my car had been hiccuping or misfiring. They actually asked if I wanted them to check them. I was hesitant because I didnt want to bother them when they were busy but they said give us two minutes. So I did. They pulled them out, checked them, and even showed me one. They were fine!! It was crazy. So we all started talking about what I should do. They did all of that and gave me great advice! I just...cant tell you how very grateful I was for these guys. I was scared about my car and the money to get it fixed. Wasnt having a great month to be honest and this just made it all so much better. So to everyone that was there and helped me, thank you. Andrew, Joseph, Jason, Ryan, just all of you guys are wonderful and thank you again so much. I will for sure be coming back.

Brought my 2012 Mazda 6 in on September 8th for an oil change. Because my car was a high mileage car I knew the oil was to be more expensive however it was actually cheaper than the place Ive taken it to before. When I arrived Jason explained that they were going to check different parts of my car and let me know if any other services needed to be performed. He had also mentioned that there would be a check on the brakes and I told him I knew my front brakes needed replacement and I had purchased the parts for someone else to do them and asked if they could install them for me. He told me they could and they began the work on my car. Once the oil change had been completed Jason took me out to my car to show me there was a belt that needed replacing. This belt was supposed to have been replaced the last time I had my car serviced however the mechanic I took it to did not do the work like I thought they had since the belt was about to fall apart. I told them to go ahead and replace it and Jason then told me the quotes for the brake and belt replacement. The total came out to $360 which for the services performed was a pretty good price I felt. The work was all done in around an hour and a half and I left jiffy lube with a car that ran better than it has in a long time. I was very impressed by the pricing, the quick service, and the professionalism of the staff. I dont know much about cars and I felt everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand but wasnt dumbed down like most mechanics tend to do. I will be returning in the future for any needs my car or future cars may have. Thank you!!

I have owned my Silverado since brand new 6.5 years ago and during my first trip to this Jiffy Lube they showed me a cabin filter that had obviously never been changed... ever. I’ve been to many oil change places over the years and I have been asked about the air filter a hundred times, but never once about the cabin filter. I can’t believe I had been breathing everything that was in that filter. When I went to boot camp for the Marine Corps my truck was sitting doing nothing for like 8 months and when I came home to get it there was like a nest in my grill. I believe that the hair that was in that cabin filter was all the way from back then (like 5 years before). THANK YOU for letting me even know about this filter. Gladly had it replaced there.

THEY have phenomenal service that truly goes above and beyond what other quick in-and-out car maintenance shops do !!!! When I was there I felt deserves they had all the time in the world just to talk to me and there were no other customers that existed which is a rare thing in this day and age to get in the retail world at all much less and the car care retell world and especially as a female they didnt dumb things down because of my gender and explained everything to me thoroughly and professionally as well as giving me tips on things I could do myself once again something you dont usually get in this world especially over the years as Ive seen being a female I would highly recommend that anyone of any gender race religion or sexual Orientation, GO TO JIFFY LUBE for car maintenance including basic things like OIL changes & ALL the way up... and In addition to that I would like to add that they even showed me a quick inexpensive easy fix for something that SEVERAL other places it said I needed COMPLETELY & TOTALLY replaced which would cost anywhere from $1800 to $3200 (one of those quotes DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE LABOR btw) !!!!!!!

The service was fast and very friendly. BUT after I got home I noticed they left dirty hand prints all over my glove compartment, on the passenger side dashboard as well as on my passenger seat.

They do great dedicated honest work. There are cheaper places but I find that theres always a reason they are cheaper. These guys do it right the first time and they keep detailed records on your vehicle so they will tell you if you missed some maintenance thing. Overall you cant go wrong here.

I had a great experience here. I went in for an oil change but had a few other services performed based on their recommendations (brake fluid flushed and new air filter put in). I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Very quick and efficient service. And the customer service is phenomenal. Will is a great employee who treated myself and others that were there during my visit with respect, talked in a positive tone and was overall very friendly. He recommended a few other services (other than my oil change) based on their inspection and took the time to explain why it was important that these things be done sooner rather than later. He was not pushy about any of it either. Some auto places really try and force you into getting other things done when they don’t need to. But he was very trustworthy. He is definitely an asset to the company. The entire staff offered great customer service from what I observed. Would definitely return to this location at Harwood and 157.

The customer service was really great, and they were very fast (I did however not go at a very busy time). I felt like they were very straightforward about what my vehicle needed, but were never pushy about turning down certain services they recommended. The only reason I went to jiffy lube was because I received coupons in the mail, and I would definitely like to come back for future services on my vehicle!

Took my SUV to get inspected, no waiting and the Techs were very friendly and courteous. After a short wait one of the young techs walks in with my wiper blades in hand, both blades were and tattered with one of them torn about 3 inched long and he stated that they needed to be replaced, obviously. He then told me they could replace them for $20.00 each for a total of $40.00 plus tax and the inspection fee,,,, the funny thing was that I had just returned from a holiday trip a day before and it had been raining for 3 days and my wipers were just fine,,,, yes they were somewhat old but Not torn like he showed me. I told him thanks but no thanks to just finish the inspection and that i would replace them myself and would return later. I could see him deflate at my response. Went to the local Walmart bought a good set for $7.00 each and replaced them in the parking lot, returned to Jiffy Lube and go my Passed inspection paperwork. Thanks but no Thanks. Not sure Ill return again.

Jiffy Lube is always wonderful. Took my new car here and they helped me pick the best oil for my car, explained everything to me when it came to my quick point inspection, and even vacuumed my front carpets. I highly recommend them! Super sweet and nice staff!

These guys really took care of me. They had my car in-and-out for an oil change in record time and Dustin and Caden answered all of my questions thoroughly. No one pressured me to buy anything I didnt need or couldnt afford. They gave me free estimates for my brakes when Im ready to get those fixed too. Unethical practices... I went for a simple state inspection, my windshield wiper was deliberately damaged to drive up the cost of the service. While waiting I witness the same exact thing done to another customer. I left without the service, will not give my money to dishonest people. Fellow customers, please beware!!!

Fantastic service. I’ve been here about five times now for oil changes. Always fast, always friendly. They rarely have a wait. The only downside is a very small waiting room, but I will gladly wait there every time because the service is so far superior to all the other places around here.

Don’t know why but I didn’t get service when I pulled up and nobody asked if I had been helped. So I eventually just left and went to JIffy lube off precinct line Road by the Walmart and they have GREAT service!

I received excellent customer service at this particular jiffy lube. It seemed as though that they have a solid team that works extremely well together. My car was fully inspected and oil change done within 45 min tops. Andrew from start to finish is what made it go above and beyond, he was incredibly respectful towards my aunt and I. Overall 10/10

Excellent service!!! I’ve always taken my cars to the dealership for service in the past. Gave this a shot for sake of convenience and got more than I expected with top notch customer service. Had inspection& oil change done. They also cleaned my windows and vacuumed. It was so fast too! A fraction of the time I usually spend at the dealership. I’ll definitely be back. This is the first and last time Im going here. Yesterday I came for an oil change and today I turned on the car and the check engine light was on and it let me move for like 2 minutes then it stopped going. So take a look at it and the damn air filter wasnt put on properly. The damn check engine light is still on. Staff was nice; they vacuumed and cleaned the windows so 2 stars.

Thanks John for being so nice today. My regular mechanic was going to charge me 40 dollars to change my tail light bulb but you charged nothing. One simple screw was the only thing standing in the way. Again thank you for being so helpful see you at my next oil change.
