James and Matt made us aware that the issue should be covered under warranty and then also gave us the next steps we should follow with the dealer to better our chances of acceptance with regard to it. They also waived their diagnostic fee. Am I happy with our experience...Yes. Will I be going back... Yes. Will I refer friends and family... Yes.

Spoke with Matt in detail regarding service to my 99 Jeep GC. Stubborn cam sensor code that two prior shops could not diagnose. The man had put in a full day running the busy Euless location and had a look on his face that said, Im in the process of shutting down after a busy day doing a gazillion things on top of processing customers, wrenching, answering calls, calls, calls, so come on with your lame estimate question so I can snap call without missing a step and get you on your way you weasel lookin....The man spent all of 15 minutes explaining the benefits of keeping my money in my bank account rather than Midas and to drop another motor in her. Chump! My remark was that finding an honest auto mechanic that looks out for the customer as well as the business is practically an oxymoron these days. He agreed, looking me in the eye the entire time and, kinda, sorta conveying to me that he has to look in the mirror everyday and that he wants no part in financial tragedy. Lord knows hes seen it all and earned every bit of the position he holds. It was a Calgon moment if there ever was one and, so, we can all make the world a better place. You know this is the guy when you see him.

As a woman it’s very hard to find a decent and honest men to assist us when we ask for a simple oil change, most places give us a hard time as they think we don’t know what we are talking about and over price us. This place is totally different, I came in was greeted kindly, was given an accurate price for an oil change, and even offer a coupon helping me save more, from their website. This place is 100% Trust worthy and reliable. I strongly suggest to pay them a visit for whatever you need with your car. will definitely come back.

Went there and asked for a muffler repair quote. Company wanted to replace my whole system because of a bad hanger and bad clamp. 1800$ quote. Went to a local muffler shop and it cost 100$. Be smart people, the just Rob you of your money. Help a local business.

I have used Midas for all 3 of my vehicles over the last 5 years and they have always performed stellar service. They are prompt and reasonably priced. It is hard enough to find qualified and honest mechanical providers in todays world, when you are lucky enough to find one, you stick with them, and I am sticking with Midas!

The garage was rotating through lunch, so the manager asked if I could drop off the vehicle. I walked to lunch and it was finished 30 minutes later. Very friendly service. Will suggest to my friends and family.

Definitely do not recommend wasting your time here. Went for an oil change today. Not a frequent Midas goer but hadn’t had any issue until today. Complimentary tire rotation & courtesy “visual” check of your vehicle’s brakes, hoses, belts, fluids, etc comes with that as well, right? Long story short, after maybe 20-30min tops my car is returned to me and there’s not a single report on anything with the car. Not one. I pay for the services & walk out.Now, i know the condition of my vehicle and the work it’s in need of. I had to mention a serious damage mark (bulge, that i knew about) on a specific. That same mark also proved my tires weren’t rotated. Even the Courtesy Check Report that was now being written up didn’t include anything filled and only the obvious remark that I had ALREADY provided regarding my tires —knowing what condition they’re in. Wish i could show a copy of the paper. Now I definitely know i need to double check the oil change as well. Never had a Midas experience like this. Do know, however, I won’t have another one for sure.

I went to Midas due to my car overheating. It was my second time coming to this location. I called to see if I could come in and if they knew of a tow service. Matt was extremely helpful and although they were booked for the day they still took my car in. Matt was very informative telling me that it may be the next day before I get my car back because the parts were really hard to find. It took a few day’s but they were determined to make sure they had the right parts. I truly appreciate they’re hard work!!!

They took care of a problem with my car that others could fix. Im very happy with the service I received and will make Midas my new car service shop.

$50 to patch a tire. Cant comment on the quality of work yet since I just picked it up. But to charge $50 for a patch repair is a shame. I might as well just get a new one.

My tired exploded on the freeway and Midas was one of 2 tire shops showed open on google. One tire shop closed early while workers were still there. Midas tire shop took us in 2 minutes before closing time and sold us a tire at a good price! Life savers! Really grateful.

Tl;dr: quoted insane amount of money for services I absolutely didn’t need to get done. Always get second opinion with other places before getting work done with them.I am not one to usually go and right reviews for places, but making it a point to write for this place because customers who care need to be made aware of their business ethics. So i take in my car because one of the brake pad caliper bracket was loose and making noises. I had recently got brakes changed and was told what the actual problem was so I knew going in what i needed to get done. Well the mechanic looks at it and gives me this spill about how the whole entire knuckle needs to be replaced and needs to reconfigure the electronic system and everything...telling me whoever did my brakes did a bad job etc etc, well i ask for the quote and he tells me $1100. Okay that’s a lot so i always get a second opinion.Took my car to two different shops and was quoted $200ish for replacing the brackets and bolts no knuckle replacement or electronic configuration needed. So anyone trying to get any service here please be aware and always get a second opinion before you get your work done with them.

Went to get an oil change. I set an appointment and as soon as I got there, they got me right in for my appt. They even checked to see what else was wrong with my vehicle which they were accurate because it was things I had already knew about my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty. I was out in about 30 minutes. The asst. Manager was great his name is Chris. Pretty good location !!!!

Today i went to Misdas to change my engine oil , i surprised that the gentleman in the reception speaking with me not gently at all because the estimate some thing and i didnt fix because the cost was so expensivethey change the oil and checked that car out, during my way back to home , my care voice became like sport car specially when start speeding, after couple of miles i stopped , i open the engine hood i surprised that the attendant forgot to put oil cap back on after putting in engine oil, i went back to them the same man met me outside the workshop he didnt check the car in to make sure that nothing wrong happened to the engine, he just checked the oil level and he ask me to wash the engine when i refused he came with me to the car wash !!!!!

Chris at Midas did excellent work and didnt break my bank! They helped arrange a tow from my work for my dead car and had it fixed in one day. I also got some great tires and some maintenance done. I feel really comfortable with their skill and knowledge. I would highly recommend Midas to anyone who needs a reputable mechanic.

This review should be worth reading before spending your money and time here. I hardly write reviews. My experience speaks for itself showing i have no preconceived ill will, just facts then Ill give opinon after. I made an appointment online prior to going to this Midas located on 504 S Industrial Blvd, Euless, TX. I walked in, told them that i need an alignment, tire rotation and balance. They said they would not be able to get it in today and i should come back tomorrow. I then told him i have an appointment and he said oh i, didnt know that. He preceded to tell me about the pile up of cars and said i had to leave it with him and it would be ready by end of day, ok. Ended up taking a Uber back home because no one was available to take me home because it was so busy, thats fine. At around 10 mins prior to close, they called saying they have to keep the car over night, ok then. They said it would be ready by 10am the next day, ok. It got to about 1130am that day and i called them to check, they said 45 mins, ok. I ended up getting my car at 2pm. Went back, saw my car in the lot. Noticed the tires have not been rotated. Decided i would not mention it and see if the would take it off my ticket and explain why. They didnt, the extra ~$50 was on there for the rotation, he said ok, youre all set. I then told them my tires were not rotated. The manager was like oh F.. idk whats going on around here.. he then went to talk to the guy who worked on it. He came in and said there was a reason why they didnt rotate it. They then took it off my balance. I asked, what if i didnt say anything, he said well, its a good thing you caught it. No appologies, nothing. I then asked them if they checked on or saw anything else that couldve been wrong with the vehicle. The guy in the back who worked on my car said we usually do but we got so many fu...ing cars here, i didnt get the chance to fu..ing do it. I just paid and left. Went to my car, notice that there was an extra 20+ miles on it from yesterday, ok, maybe lets say.. test drive, still seems excessive. I also noticed a bunch of my settings were all changed up when i went back in the car.Opinion: The horrible customer service stood out along with the unprofessionalism. They were the ones angry as if they were at the inconvenience, complaining about the amount of cars they had. The impression i had was some of them hated working there or some aspects of it or just had two consecutive bad days?

My heat was fixed among other repairs when another reputable company (been with them for over 10 years) said it would cost me $500 just to repair my heat. They give your car the Midas touch all right... a few months ago I went to get a simple oil change and engine filter change. As I was waiting in the lobby the supervisor or manager walks in a few minutes later and tells me that a coolant tube has broken on the car. I asked how did it break? He said the technician accidentally broke it but because the part was plastic it was already fragile.... he then gave me the figure on how much it will cost ME To replace the tube they broke. Their argument was because my car wasnt brand new they wouldnt replace it. Now Ive worked in the car industry for years with some of the most highly regarded names in the exotic cars. Ive worked in dealerships for parts and service I have never had a customer done wrong this way. If we broke it we would fix it. Dont go here. They will not be responsible for the things they did wrong.

Wonderful staff

I took my car here because I had a coupon for a discounted oil change. Everything seemed to be going well, and the service rep told me it would take 10-15 minutes as there were no other customers in the store. However it took far longer than this almost to an hour. I was later informed that they did not have the proper oil filter for my car and were trying to get one to the store. Other than this the service was pretty good

Took my van in and it was limping from the water pump being out and super over heated. Its nice to see a mechanics that knows their stuff.Van working and well check it in a week or so. Down to earth and hard working people. Definitely happy and recommend.

My ole buggy, a 2000 Toyota 4Runner, had a sick leaking rack and pinion, so I had hired Brand X to replace and install a new rack and pinion. I got in, drove off,and the steering wheel was off 90 degrees. Drove straight, but well, you know! so, I thought to myself, I can live with it, but being OCD, no, I couldnt. So, hence, well, you can depend on the Midas family on Industrial Blvd., in Euless..........

Only place I take my work vehicle since I only work in the dfw area. They guys there are great. They know me by name. My company does a lot of business with them. Since we use a fleet maintenance service usually with other places it takes forever to get approval and then get out of there. Or with this place. In and out they kno how to work the fleet service and are awesome.

I took my vehicle in because it couldnt pass inspection, and they did a very good job of explaining what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed. I felt like they were honest with me every step of the way and they were never condescending towards me, even though I know very little about vehicles. I trust their judgment and work and definitely plan to go back if I ever need automotive work done again.

I took my wife SUV and my car for a oil change and they did that but power steering fluid was low for the SUV, My car had low break fluid and low coolant . In fact I didnt even get a check off list. But on a positive note the guy who cashed me out was cool. #euless

The mechanics here are beyond expectations. I came in for a prepurchase inspection, and they seemed to have done a very thorough job looking and explaining. I even got a lot of great tips to use as leverage for negotiation at the used dealer. You can tell they enjoy working there, and they treat each other like family.

Brought my 2013 Rav 4 in for a free brake inspection. I asked Matt, one of the technicians, to let me have a look at the pads after he took my wheels off. He said he would and he did. He took me back and showed me exactly how much pad I had left and even explained the different parts of my car to me. He didn’t need to do that but I really appreciated it. He said I didn’t need new pads until after Christmas. I appreciate the honesty, transparency, and professionalism. I will be coming back.

I purchased a tuneup along with additional suggested items, spending close to $750, & my check engine light came on same day. They stand behind their word that the tuneup was done. Had the vehicle looked at by various service departments to get a better idea of the problem, however the only finding, was a need for tuneup. They stated i declined a diagnostic when one was done both times, consisting of the same code. I trusted them with my vehicle and they just ripped me off.

The guy i started with chris was very helpful. i appreciated his input and it seemed very truthful. as soon as i get done with the repairs, this other guys says i have several major issues with my 2016 car. one of your other guys just said i was good, teamwork seems low here but chris was very helpful, Id only come back to work with him

Amazing Customer Service.

That tall bearded guy, Chris, is the pinnacle of customer service. He is a life saver. The seller of some mufflers I purchased had done a hack job on the removal of the pipes (hidden in the advertised images) and had cut the metal rods that stick into the rubber hangers that help keep the mufflers from moving. He took my call 30minutes before they closed and had it fixed up for me and attached onto my Camaro in 20. It is memorial day weekend and I would have been driving with a single axleback muffler clipped on, I work all hours of the week so it would have had to wait until the following Saturday.

Awesome customer service at this location and skilled mechanics. I had a diagnostic done a few months ago and they fixed the manifold leak for me.

I have been to many mechanic shops, and this shop falls under one of the worsts. I think, because I had this coupon for free tire rotation and 29 dollar oil change deal, these guys were unenthusiastic to service my car. I kept waiting and waiting looking out through their glass window; all I see is this Hispanic looking mechanic smoking and walking round in circles. It took them more than 3 hours to do just an oil change and tire rotation. Then again, I found out my car starts vibrating. I complained but they were in denial. I just gave up with them and didnt want to waste my time. Very unprofessional. ..

The Worst experience ever with Auto repair at this Midas location! I went there for an oil change and they blew out my Engine! This location has numerous complaints and I highly advise no one to go there! This is the shady kinda auto repair place that everyone is afraid of! Please save yourself the trouble go somewhere else!

These guys are officially my car guys! I moved here from the Midwest and my car was really starting to show it: the rotars, exhaust pipe, and struts were rusted but I wasnt ready financially or emotionally to get a new car. The brakes were kind of an all afternoon project but because they had to order the parts.. I happen to have work with my in the car so it wasnt the end of the world. My pipe: I came in the day before I was going to go out of town to find out how long the work would take.. I planned on bringing it in before we left to give them the time to work on it while I was gone.. I came back first thing in the morning and long before I left town I got the call that not only was the work done but hed found a way to fix the problem for half the price!! Im still saving up to get the struts replaced. I was nervous to go into a car place without a man standing next to me because Ive had many places try to pull one over on me but Ive been treated with nothing less than the highest respect here and Ill be recommending them to everyone!
