I have a 2011 bmw 328i that needed a fuel pump sending unit replaced. I was able to set up an appointment and drop off my vehicle with no hassles. Jesse and his crew were very thorough and efficient in the job they did. I was able to get my car back today within a few hours and it is driving fantastic with no issues.

DFW Bimmer was recommended to by a very close relative. I reached out via email to set up time for me to take my car by for a diagnostic. They were very responsive to my many emails and were flexible with scheduling the diagnostic appointment.Within 24 hours of the diagnostic appointment I had a typed invoice in my email inbox that detailed the work, part cost and labor hours for each item.We agreed on a day that I would drop my vehicle off as well as a time that they expected it to be ready for pickup. Although my car wasn’t ready by the estimated time this was due to them addressing another unknown issue that they found once they broke everything down (this is not a negative in my opinion-there are always unknowns).I would always recommend DFW Bimmer. They are honest and fair, and you can tell that they care about the customer.

I met Jesse (the owner) in line at Subway around a year and a half ago, we got to talking about BMWs, and I mentioned that the warranty on mine was about to end, that I was worried about the long term expenses on maintenance, and that I was looking for a trustworthy independent shop to start taking it to. He handed me his card, encouraged me to hang onto the car by reassuring me about the reliability of the particular engine on my model, and a few months later, out of sheer kindness, he helped me out with advice on the last (and really the only) warrantiable issue on my X1. Yesterday, when my car started acting up a bit, I figured Id give Jesse a call. He had the issue troubleshot and fixed within the hour, and I was on my way - and my wallet didnt hurt as a result. If youre looking for a reasonable and efficient (yes, with labor charges as well) Independent BMW shop, this is the place to go. Im hoping I dont have to drop in too often, but finding a reasonable, honest mechanic who specializes in this make definitely makes for better peace of mind in the event that I need a repair.

Ive had our diesel BMW serviced here several times, and have always been impressed. I dont worry so much about whether Jesse is 20% or 40% less expensive than the dealerships (and he often is). I just appreciate the integrity of the business, and that he communicates so much better than other shops what needs to be done now, and what I can likely wait a while on. And with some repairs at dealerships or other BMW specialists, Ive had to bring it back a month or two later. Not at DFW Bimmer, where every problem has been fixed faster than expected, and fixed completely. Great business and owner.

Local dealer service department was charging over $3000 for front/rear complete brakes (which by the way are replaced approximately every 30,000 miles). DFW Bimmer completed the work for approximately a third of the price, the same day. I can get my own loaner car, bagel and cup of coffee for these savings... I am definitely a repeat customer.

I contacted Jesse for some work on my 2013 BMW 328i. I had gotten a quote from a dealer for an insane amount of money, and they had diagnosed an issue with only one shock. Jesse got me in immediately for a quote, found that both shocks were bad as well as a few other things. He repaired all of it in just a couple days at easily half of what the dealer quoted for 1 shock!! Jesse was honest, quick, and friendly. I would highly recommend his shop for your Bimmer!!

Own a 2005 328 beautiful small wagon and the best car Ill ever drive, a 1998 528 that developed an intermittent A/C problem. Jesse found the problem. It was a brand new, out of the box, previously installed (by me) dashboard control panel that needed to be replaced. He is a very skilled electrical trouble shooter. Billed less than 1/2 estimate. Just outstanding!

I had my E90s clutch/flywheel/seals replaced at DFW Bimmer LLC and the whole experience was excellent. I dropped off my vehicle and he did a quick inspection and let me know that I needed brakes plus coolant, and a few other small things taken care of. He was able to get everything done same day and the cost was less than what the dealership had quoted me. I would recommend them again and plan on using them in the future if anything else comes up.

Got with Jesse after having no luck with my car. Repeated disappointments in dealerships etc. I trusted no one. I was told my car ( 535i)needed an engine after having it held at the dealership for weeks. For what seem like a minor issue ( sensors) The cost to replace the engine was ridiculous. I had a broken rod, the car was cars engine was locked up on me. I lost all hope and faith in everything dealership etc. if I could walk to work I would. I originally bought a 2000 BMW 328i from Jesse. It had an issue that he was unaware of at the time of the sale. After I spoke with him about the issue with this older car he asked me to bring the car back and he would give me a full refund. After telling him that I had already spent 1500 on the car he offered to give me a 2007 BMW 328i. The car he gave me in place of the other car is in mint condition. I mean everything on this car works great. I love driving this car. I am now a huge BMW fan and a huge fan of Jesse and DFW Bimmer. How many people would trade you for a car that is worth twice as much to make up for an unknowing mistake and not ask you for a single dime? This man is full of honesty and integrity. DFW Bimmer is, hands down, the best BMW service center in the metroplex. Dealership quality service for half the price. I have a 2007 convertible 650i. It is beautiful and so much fun to drive but high maintenance to say the least. It has had multiple mechanical problems over the years--some simple and inexpensive others complex and costly. It has spent weeks at the dealership for simple repairs that often required multiple visits. DFW Bimmer executed a complex engine repair in two days!!! Their work is perfect and done correctly the first time. I only regret I did not find them sooner. Jesse and Albert are fair, knowledgeable and professional. BMW X5 4.8l communicated low coolant levels. Contacted BMW dealership in Arlington to identify if service advisor could set up appointment. BMW Service advisor was cold and lacked empathy to my situation. I contacted DFW Bimmer and explained what had happened and Jesse communicated that he would be happy to fit me in and check out my X5. I located his facility and he had me park my vehicle in one of the bays. First time there and I was impressed with how clean he maintains his bays. Also impressed with his professionalism. He walked me through the service. Explained the error, validated that the coolant was low and even checked to verify that no leaks were visible.
