I strongly urge everyone NOT to receive service from this location. My boyfriend took his car here on 6/30/21 to get his transmission fixed, he too was told itll be a certain price if they looked at it and another if they fixed it. They fixed it and even agreed to replace another part at no cost (which were very thankful for) but they ended up breaking the latch to pop the hood. On 7/5/21, my boyfriend went to pick up the car. When asked about it the manager told him they didnt go under the hood. My boyfriend informed him that the older woman in a ponytail at the front desk stated they did. Then the manager said oh we did go under there but I dont know who could have done that. I would have to check the cameras to see who was working that day. The manager eventually told my boyfriend that he would not fix it and after running out of excuses as to why, pointed to a sign on the wall stating Any part on any vehicle (including yours) can break at any time, photo attached. The manager asked my boyfriend, Why do you need to get under the hood anyway? Like is that seriously a question, its his car of course he would want to get under the hood especially to change his oil, which my boyfriend does on his own (and never broke it). What kind of question is that. My boyfriend then came to pick me up so we could just take his car. When I got there, the woman walked out to meet us as if she didnt want us in the office. She asked what we needed and was told I was there to get pictures of the sign they showed my boyfriend earlier (because this matter isnt going away). After we took the pictures, the woman was standing next to a red SUV the manager was in. He asked what the problem was? (as if he didnt already know). My boyfriend told him they broke the piece to open his hood and now we have to figure that out. The manager said Oh come on, I replaced another part for you at no cost. As if that was supposed to overlook the problem at hand. After he and my boyfriend debated the matter, I just asked if he was going to fix it? The manager said its an easy fix, its not even really broken... the spring isnt hard to fix. I stated that did not answer my question and asked again. The manager asked why we were being so mean? I replied it isnt being mean its asking if hes going to fix what he broke. The manager then said No, no Im not in a dismissive way as if he were tired of making excuses; rolled up his windows and proceeded to back out so he could leave all while I was in the middle of explaining this is why we have a problem. The woman then walked away as well. We grabbed the car and left.Later that night, The police out of the blue stated their K9 picked up a scent from the car and asked to search it while we were home. My boyfriend knowing we dont do any drugs was surprised because they told him the K9 can sniff for Meth, Heroin, Cocaine, THC, and Amph. THE POLICE THOROUGHLY SEARCHED HIS CAR because of this. We had to explain that we just got the car back and have been in my car with my family for the rest of the day. I showed them the receipt stating the car was at Aamco from 6/30/21 to the afternoon of 7/5/21. They of course didnt find anything and left my boyfriends car alone. We were infuriated, why the hell would his car have a scent of drugs and we hadnt even had it for almost a week. It didnt help when the police were trying to search under the hood but I informed them that was the part Aamco didnt fix; even the police was confused as to why they didnt fix what they broke. The woman isnt off the hook either, when my boyfriend first brought the car I was at work and was asking questions about their financing options, by phone. The woman sounded irritated that I was asking questions and my boyfriend later told me she was. I dont understand why anyone wouldnt have several questions, especially when were borrowing so much to fix a car ($5,000 to be exact!). These two need a drug test (property to be searched as well), to take accountability for their actions, and need to leave for new management.

Outstanding, job well done in all aspects, sales, service, quality, financing, everything!Blowing a transmission is bad enough in and in of itself but the realization that you are going to need the services of a specialized technician from a transmission shop that is going to be really expensive can send you into a panic attack, but the AAMCO team put me at ease when I walked in the door, provided detailed explanation of the entire process, and assisted in financing that was approved in 5 minutes. Best of all they were able to complete repairs in a short amount of time and right on time.The result, my truck drives like it came off the showroom floor and I have a dependable vehicle to meet the hectic scheduling of every day life!Good job AAMCO

I talked to Dave this man literally lied to me call me on yesterday stating he needed to drop my transmission to just see what parts need to be replaced in the transmission and will only charge me $89 and that he have so many discounts so don’t worry he call me back today saying to rebuild my transmission it will be $5,700 for a 2012 Nissan Altima so I declined them to fix it I informed Dave I will be there today to get my car get there the price change from $89 to $995 in order to get my car went back on his word I had to call the police because Dave claim he had all the call recorded still yet to let me listen to the recording these place is a rip off do not go here I will be going further with this because it has to stop the way they do people. Do not n I repeat do not go to this place

The worst experience. They had my vehicle since Feb.05 2021and to this day its still there. All I get is on lie after another. With no light in sight. Cant get ahold of anyone to resolve the matter. AVOID THIS LOCATION, GO ANYWHERE ESLE.TLDR: you are better off walking than taking you car here. Go somewhere else.Here is my story:Dan Fronczak:is the general manager, he is extremely unprofessional, and I caught him in so many lies that he once got frustrated trying to keep them all straight when I started contradicting him. (He did not know I was a mechanic for 3 years and it was easy to catch him giving less than the truth.) When I started asking specific questions, he avoided topics, often by calling me names, once pointing out I should go back to California. I at one point had him on speaker while 2 of my mechanic friends listened and well, Dan struggled a lot when we all started pointing out things he said that were not accurate. You will find the 10 Commandments in his waiting room, but I am not sure Dan has ever read them.Quote:Before any service, I always specifically ask how much is a worst-case scenario on cost, [this time specifically asking about] complete transmission replacement and everything? Dan answered no more than $1800. So with that, I authorized him to remove my trans. (he insisted I pay $900 before he would touch my car.. classy!) Then once the transmission came out, the quote suddenly jumped to $3000!!!! And when asked about the $1800 worst-case estimate, he mocked me. Called me a few names, and avoided the topic. (best to RECORD every conversation with Dan Fronczak if you want to get that price he tells you at first)When I asked for a detailed list of what my car needed, he flat out refused. Just kept saying it needs everything and that the car wouldnt make it another 500 miles (I have put 6800 miles on it since this encounter) When I asked to see my transmission, he said oh it is at another location When I asked to go there, he denied me. When I asked to see the bad parts, he suddenly could not find them. I never got any paperwork, never got a receipt, never even a breakdown of parts and labour. Just was told $3000 over the phone. Pay it or leave.My Car in their Care:The cars waiting for service are left UNLOCKED at night. (I came by one night around 10pm to grab something from my trunk and my car was not locked, and the window was rolled down. I checked the two cars next to mine.. they were unlocked as well). It had rained all week. My car was FLOODED wet inside, and I had to sit on a towel just to drive home, and spend the next few days drying my car. It still smells a little funky. (the picture is from the less-wet passenger side that also had a huge grease stain on it that was not there when I dropped the car off) I looked at the other cars and their windows were down, and their interiors were very wet too.When I complained to the mechanic, he did not speak English, so that went nowhere, and Dan was magically nowhere to be found when I came to pick up my car.

AVOID AT ALL COST.Son dropped his car off w/ this shop and like previous reviews, was told $695 to check transmission but if they did the repair, that would be included in the price of the repair. Got a call a few days later, saying repair would be $2700. He approved the repair, but when he went to pick it up after it was fixed, he paid and left with the car. Immediately something was wrong, it was making noise and didnt have any power. He took it back, where they assured him they would repair it. Almost 2 weeks later and they had every excuse under the sun as to why it wasnt repaired ... we finally just picked up the car and took it to another shop. They refuse to refund any of the money he paid and actually wanted to charge him more for the extra work ... on the car they never repaired in the first place. In our experience, the owner is rude and only cares about getting your money. This is the most unprofessional shop weve dealt with. Learn from our mistake. Dont bother going here.EDIT TO ADD RESPONSE TO OWNER: If you had wanted to turn the experience around, you would have done so at the time of service when we were trying to get you to repair the car.

I entered this business hoping to get my taillights fixed. I was met by a woman he seemed irritated I had even entered the building. She didnt help me and walked away somewhere to do something else. After about five minutes of standing there I left. Certainly after reading reviews about management I wont be returning.

You will be ripped off and manipulated.**response to owners message: thanks so much for your public display, but thats all it was. A display. My wife and I emailed you and you ignored the email. Thanks for lying to us and then stealing our car, which is what it is, technically, since we didnt authorize any repair and were clear on what was authorized. I will never return here. I do not trust the people that run the place. It is hard to talk to the manager as it is hard to talk to him and he is very aggressive and seems concerned about getting my money more than anything else. He tried really hard to make it seem like he was doing me a favor but at the end of the day, and experience, he was not honest. Now he refuses to give my car back even after specifically telling me I wouldnt pay for something, repair or no repair . I will not go here again

Do not go to this shop. Dave, the manager, will lure you to believe that the repairs won’t cost much and will get done promptly. He charged me $3,600 to rebuild a standard transmission and refused to honor the $100 coupon listed on his shop’s website. He said the work would take two days, but it took two weeks. When I informed Dave that he had been less than truthful about the cost not being that much and not taking that long, he got mad, became belligerent, called me a liar, accused me of being on drugs, and refused to let me pay with a credit card. I’m a law enforcement officer, but I became a victim of harassment and bullying by leaving my vehicle with this dishonest person. I contacted the AAMCO headquarters and the owner, and no one would intervene. Please save yourself from much grief and go elsewhere.

When I called to get a quote the sales person went really high pressure and quoted a price $4k more than the other shop, and told me that other place didnt know what they were dealing with. He consistently kept calling my truck a Chevy and talking about how hard those transmissions were to rebuild. I own a Ford. I was really flabbergasted. I used the other place for the repair and everything went fine.

Ive used AAMCO several times for different reasons. The service has always been excellent. Mr. Dan the manager is very welcoming and always honest and sincere about the issues going on with my vehicle. His team of mechanics work fast and diligently. 2015 Chevy Equinox. I was qouted $3500 as worst case scenario by 2 local shops. I called this aamco and the person who answered said the inspection was free and, $3500 would have to be a really torn up transmission. They called within 15 minutes of my car being dropped off saying the inspection was going to be $695 but would be free if they fixed my car. They called a few days later saying it would be $4695 to fix!! I should have taken it to another shop, but I agreed. They said my car would be done Saturday, Monday morning it still wasnt done. After accepting my car, starting sounds very wrong! I feel like they left my starter loose! Im stuck traveling, so tomorrow I have to figure out why my car shakes my when I start it!!!Forgot to mention that I brought $3500 in cash and gave the woman in the office my credit card for the rest. She ran the wrong amount on my card, said I still owed $20, and refused to break a $100 bill because she said she doesnt keep cash! I payed close to $1000 too much, have to figure out why my car sounds terrible starting, and had to use $3500 cash and 2 cards to get my car back!!!

I just want to say that I have not found a company that has the professionalism, care and concern for its costumers as AAMCO Transmission of Euless. I had my 2017 Chrysler Town and Country transmission rebuilt that was covered by extended warranty from a dealership. Every time I called with questions the Sectary was so nice in answering me and afterwards I would get a call from the owner to make sure I was taken care of and they worked in my behalf with the warranty company.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAMCO to Everyone for there automotive work.I will be spreading the GOOD NEWS ABOUT REAL HONEST TRANSMISSION SHOP.Thank you very much.Phillip Kennemer

Replaced catalytic converter. I had thought it was transmission problem, which is why I went there. But they diagnosed the problem correctly. Not cheap. Not same day. But it was by the book with excellent quality work. I even took it back for a related issue and they fixed that for free. Very satisfied.

Where to even begin. I am not happy with the service I received from this place. Took my car in to be serviced because it was not shifting correctly...making whining noises when accelerating from idle. This place had my car for 3 and a half weeks!!! I finally get my car back and now my car will not shift gears. It is stuck in drive.....my TPMS system light is on (wasnt on before I took it in). I now have more issues than when I took it in. I spent over $6k at this place and the problem has not been fixed. The communication with the manager is horrible, as he will hardly answer the phone. He requests communication be through text. Issue with this is hardly any of his lengthy responses make any sense because he does voice to text and doesnt make sure the message is correct before he sends it. If I could, I would give this place negative stars!!! I have never had this bad of service anywhere else....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! I have had better results when I used the independent mechanics that actually care about fixing issues, not just charge you book hours....what a rip off. This place is a perfect example of why I do not trust mechanics. I just had the misfortune of not being able to go anywhere else at the time of my issue.

Went in because I had a shifting issue with my 2015 Ford Expedition. My wife set up the appointment and we both worked directly with the owner. I told the owner what was going on and asked for a complete transmission flush hoping it world correct the problem. The owner ran diagnostics and determined an air flow sensor on the turbo was faulty. He didn’t try to gouge me he only charged me for the diagnostic work and referred me to a good Ford dealership for the warranty work. These people are super honest and ethical. We will be a client for life! It’s a shame we can’t give him more stars!

The manager Dan saved me a ton of money and hassle on a transmission. The car in question was an older car. I took it to him with the intentions of fixing it. He said to save my money. He has my business, thats for sure! He even warned me about the shady Quick Lube across the street. He said he watched an oil change , but they only drained one quart . A very honest forthcoming person in this industry is a a safe feeling for the consumer.

Slow. Rude. Slow. Slow. Sloppy. And to boot, got the car home and the air conditioner did not work, at all. When I dropped it off, it worked just fine. So, then I had to drive all the way back... and WAIT for the mechanic to come back from a “ test drive.” Which was their excuse EVERYTIME I CALLED!!!Save your time AND blood pressure.

Short Summary:1. Dan is complete liar and cant be trusted with anything he tells you2. The technicians wrecked my truck on a test drive. Pics attached3. Dan never got my permission to fix the truck and tried to fix it without telling me. Even went somewhere and found a used door to replace to broken one. When I asked for their insurance Dan said it would take 48 hours to get that information.....He said he would send it and never did. Never heard from him again.5. Here are the simple facts. I had my TRANSMISSION go out. I called this place to see if they could help me. I spoke with Dan who I assume is the office manager. I spoke with him and only him going forward.Similar to other reviews he quoted a # around 2400 to start and depending on the work it might be more. He offered to tow it there for free.WARNING- Dan comes off an nice enough and knowledgable. He was personable even. However he lied at every conversation I had with him throughout the entire process. You cant take anything he says as a truth.So once my truck was there Dan called and said that it could definitely be rebuilt but they need to do a $900 disassembly and inspection to see what all needed to be replaced. I told him I had a quote for $3K to fix it elsewhere. I told him if he could guarantee me that it could get fixed for less than $3K then go ahead. THIS IS WHERE I MESSED UP. I was committed at this point.Once I gave him this approval he said it would be a 2-3 days before he had an estimate. 3 days pass and nothing. I call the office and he texts me back immediately Cant talk, text me. So I do and nothing. From here on out its almost impossible to talk with him on the phone. He didnt even call me to go thru the estimate he just emailed me it which ended up being $4K. I was upset to say the least. I tried time after time to get him on the phone but he was always Busy.After a couple of weeks I finally get a text that the transmission is fixed by we had another problem. He sent me picture of the body damage. At this point I thought I was going to have a stroke. I rush down there and there is older man named Dan working this run down shop in Euless. Papers stacked everywhere and hes on the office phone and his cell phone the entire time. You could tell he was over his head. In my time talking to him he mentioned he runs another shop as well.....wow. How?So he shows me the damage which is all the driver side of the truck. He showed me the damage and you tell he had already found another door somewhere and tried to replace it. The back driver side door was damaged and had writing on it which wasnt from them. He says he has a sister company that can fix it completely.....At this point its safe to assume I wanted my truck out of their possession asap. He said he had insurance and it was a $1K deductible. He said he could get it fixed or take the $1K off my bill and I could get it fixed. (Ended up being $6K worth of body work at caliber collision where I ended up taking it via my own insurance).When I prompted him for his insurance information, like any driver would do in a collision accident, he said it would take him 48 hours to get that information. I told him to work on getting that and after I left I worked it out with my insurance to cover and they would pursue AAMCO for reimbursement.Guess what.....I never told Dan that I was going thru my insurance.....and he never called, texted or emailed me that insurance information. Surprise surprise right?I know people write bad review all the time but Im not one of those people. I have never been wronged this bad in a business exchange ever and I never post anything but I simply couldnt not warn others.

Stay away! Waited all day for an estimate. Called all day and it was always, almost done diagnosing. Then the estimate was given at the end of the day and was way overpriced, as if the internet doesnt exist. Granted I get being upcharged, everyone has to make money but it was delayed, and ridiculous!

We were driving cross country and got a transmission leak. Brought it here and they were able to work on it immediately. Turned out we needed a new alternator as well. They were able to complete the work by the end of the day, acted extremely professionally, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable while the repairs were being completed. Would absolutely recommend them. They saved our trip from disaster

Buyer beware. Be advised that their free transmission inspection and repair estimate is only free if you agree to let them repair your transmission. In our case, the estimated cost of repair exceeded the trade-in value of our 20-year old truck. (Of course the transmission went out the same week we planned to trade it in on a new truck.) When we tried to decline the $2500 repairs, AAMCO informed us we already owed $795 for their work on the free estimate.

I was disappointed. I had a large job. Manual transmission replacement. The basic review is as follows:Customer service (call back, follow up, keeping me informed): bad.Timeliness (completing job in the time it was quoted): terrible.Knowledgeable (from what I could tell): good.Friendly: Normal.Price: Good.I was quoted 3-5 days on the phone to complete the job. I got my car back 28 days after getting it to Dan. The worst part of the experience was that Dan was terrible at getting me information. It was very frustrating when you don’t have a car and no idea when you may get it back. I had to call him multiple times and eventually we resorted to texting. This seemed to be most effective communication method.After 3 weeks I informed Dan that I was going to take my car elsewhere. This is, of course, after 3 weeks of issues. He said he found the part and that it was coming. I agreed to continue with the service on the condition that he gave me the tracking info. He did. It was a good thing he did. I tracked it and found out that it was sitting on the dock “awaiting payment” and could not be delivered. This allowed me to do Dan’s leg work and tell him his shipment needed to be paid for. It delivered the next day.I would not recommend Dan for any large jobs where you need to get updates and have communication with him. He is a nice guy and seems very genuine but looks to be understaffed and has too much to do in a day. This looks to be the cause of the disorganization that I experienced and saw in the office.

If you are looking for a place of mystery and deception then seek out this transmission shop in Euless, the manager Dan is an expert at the practice of lying about the price he tells you, then after he has your vehicle tore apart slipping in another price, while you wait on the estimate he cant get to you because his computer is shut down mysteriously. There work is yet to be determined quality wise, but given the chance again, would never, ever ever, ever ever, go to Aamco. Called there corporate office and to be honest seemed like I was talking to the managers Dan wife, she defended his behavior before she even heard my side of the story. Lesson learned from this is always expect to be mislead when you dont get it in writing, trust me, and wait until his computer is fixed before leaving your car. We the people of the United states must not allow companies that operate like this Aamco to stay in business.

Was any of the posted reviews with issues resolved satisfactorily? The common problem seems to be communication and timeliness. I see the owner offering “remediation moving forward” but a common customer needs transmission work every now in a very long while, so I’m not sure how that helps.I have a 07 Mustang with transmission issues (blinking OD light) which can be from a sensor ($150 job) to something more (Mustang owners blogs say no more than $800 job). I see here people getting billed $2,500-5,000...

Brought them my drive shaft along with a new U joint to have it pressed in at 8am they told me it would be done by the end of the day. Showed up at 5pm to find the manager leaving to get the proper tools from his house saying he would have to do it first thing in the morning. Also called at 3 to confirm that it would be done they said they were starting it in 15 minutes! They werent even planning on calling me to tell me that it wouldnt be done, highly unprofessional!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was quoted $287 to fix my gas pedal because I couldn’t accelerate more than 40 mph. I dropped my car off March 4 and it was FINALLY ready today. Dan at the shop tried to charge me $496. He said he had to do something else that wasn’t on the itemized quote. I feel he was trying to get more money because I was financed for repairs. After arguing with him, I decided to call the police. The officer took my side and I only had to pay the $287! In the parking lot, the officer told me they have been to this AAMCO in Euless a few times because people have called reporting their repairs have been three times as much as they were quoted and they cannot afford to get their car. I met two guys at the shop who said their car has been there since January and no work has been done. They decided to take there car elsewhere when they heard my story and saw the officer. They are very slow at giving updates and try to squeeze more money out of you. If I could give this a zero star I would.

Had an appointment to get car repairs with the manager and he did not show up for over an hour and made a bunch of excuses why he did show up. Clearly this car repair shop should not be trusted. Be aware so you dont waste your time waiting. Dont make appointments as they dont honor it

I spoke with Dan, and even though they were very busy , he managed to get my truck in, oil changed and very courteous service.I will recommend this business to all of my friends and customers. I had a check engine light on my accord and took it to AAMCO. I had no idea this was going to help me find my service shop for my car forever. Jack and Dan were absolutely amazing in explaining what was going on and worked with me. Jack is so knowledgeable about cars and I learned so much from talking to him. Kudos to Dan and staff. Its a tough job being a mechanic. I was to return to Arizona dec 27th but suddenly my Check Engine light came on. I paniced. We went to 3 places and got initial code readings. Transmision problems!! We came upon Dan late Friday. He took my van in right away. He was very prompted and acted with urgency. He gave me a quote and thats what it stayed at. He said he would have my van ready on Monday. He did! Our trip back to AZ on Tuesday went perfect. I texted Dan when we got home to thank him, again, for his professionalism and compassion. B4 I went to Dan, I went on YOUTUBE to research my trans codes. Dan mentioned alot of the same causes/fixes. So that made me very comfortable with Dan. If you go to this place please get your quote in writing! We were quoted $2,500 at most and he fixed the transmission and we were charged $4,700! Horrible experience not only did they take a lot longer than they said. Clutch feels the same as before I took it in, they said rear main seal was replaced yet looks like it is still leaking, Also noticed missing bolts on the bell housing. Do not recommend.

I brought my mini van in to get my brakes done. They did it for the price they quoted me, and they had me back on the road in a just a few hours. Now my breaks dont scream like my children anymore =) The customer service was excellent, and the onsite manager answered all of my questions in a language I could understand. This place is a total rip off. Do NOT take your car there for transmission services. They use very cheap parts and the transmission rebuild only last maybe 2 months. Of course the warranty on the service is no longer valid by then. Please dont waste your hard earned money.

If I could give less than a zero, I would.1st had a transmission diagnostic was told the cost was $34, was charged $54. I was told my transmission needed repair but did not believe a rebuild was needed. They wanted to do an internal inspection for $897, and it would take approximately 3 days. I hadnt received an update, and made several call attempts on the 3rd day no update, The day after the fourth, after making attempts to get an update. I received an invoice of $5097.02, with a handwritten of a cost $4746.02 with the extended warranty to rebuild my transmission. I called to question, and was told they were wrapping up with the rebuild. By the end of the day, still did not have my vehicle. I went to the shop the next morning, only find out they were not finished with my car. They were waiting on a part. I was i would get it by the end of the day. End of the day no car. I lost over $500 of lost wages because I am self-employed driver, and additional cost for a rental car.

Avoid this repair location! If you have any other options, take them. This place PRICE GOUGED me for parts . Dont be the next victim. I initially went here thinking itd be cheaper than going to the dealer. IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN DEALER PRICES !!!! By 33% . They were going to Charge me $250 for a condenser fan from AutoZone which I went and got myself for $91from AutoZone. Drive belts that cost $33 AT THE DEALER, they charged me $45+ at this AAMCO. When I questioned the prices, the owner said he would Look into it. Well I never heard from him again.Take heed.. do not get priced gouged at this repair shop !!!

We took our truck to four different shops before finally landing the jackpot at AAMCO in euless. The truck was making an awful noise and no one could figure out the cause. Aamco was the fifth shop we took it to when we met Dan who was all around great to us. We spent so much money on all of the wrong things at different shops just to drive away and it still making noise. Every penny we spent with Dan at Aamco was well worth it. He was very knowledgeable and confident in his work and now, so am I. Ill forever take my vehicles here and refer anyone I know to his shop. Honesty is rare to find in this particular industry and I was relieved to find that FINALLY.

I went up there at 5(when there were closing) and he still hadnt called me. Then he told me he would call me with info on my transmission when he had time to talk. 2months later and I still havent heard. DONT TAKE CAR HERE!

My truck transmission gear shift plate bolt come off while I was in Arlington . And it wouldnt shift property. So I stop at various places. These places did not make effort to help me out. They said to busy or bring it back next day. I told them this my only transportation. I just needed to fine out if this bolt would fix my problem. So I stop at AACO in Euless and told Dan Fronczak my problem. He told me they were real busy. But if I didnt mine waiting a few minutes they would try to help me .I toid him ok. About 30mins. I took my vehicle in to have my front differential seals replaced due to a real slight leak. My differential fluid was never low to the point where it would cause diff damage and I never had any humming or whining from my front end. This vehicle is my daily driver which Ive had for 11 years.After this Aamco replaced my diff seals, the truck now makes a humming noise from the differential area that wasnt there at first. Also, my ABS speed sensor harness was burned on the exhaust manifold and the knock sensor was damaged during the work. All which had to be disturbed to replace the diff seals.Owner denied any liability on his workmanship and tried to bs me stating that vehicle was making this noise before he started the work. If it was making the noise prior to work, not sure why it wouldnt have been addressed at teardown.Owner is not professional and is not trustworthy. Instead of fixing his screwup, owner Dan suggested Mickey mouse solutions to fixing the problem. Will never bring my vehicle back and advise anyone to not go here for professional vehicle repair. Pay the extra cost and go elsewhere. You will not regret going elsewhere.

Go to pick up my truck on Saturday, which happened to be the only day I could pick it up and they are closed? Let me save you the trouble, go directly to Dan Fronczak, General Manager of AAMCO in Euless. He was honest about the repair, fair in the cost of repair/replacement for a compressor, & timely in its completion. AAMCO Euless rebuilt my transmission for me a few weeks ago, and I based my decision on using them based on these reviews. The owner, David, is a very kind man, he was nothing but helpful and my initial impression was quite good. However, the co-owner, Joseph, is hard to deal with, lacks basic customer service skills and, I do believe, he was responsible for me being unaware that I might and did have to pay nearly $500 over my quoted price. I had to replace a solenoid, however I did not find out about this until my car was in peices at their shop. Also, Joseph failed to mention to me that 2 of my lugs were broken on my front drivers side tire, which suspicsiously was the same tire that had to be removed to repair the transmission. Joseph told me that he assumed I already knew about them and had chosen not to repair them. Missing lugs is a safety issue, just because I am a woman does not mean I am dumb enough to knowingly drive around with broken lugs. The transmission runs fine, and I truly hope I never have to go back to AAMCO since I am under warranty, and I highly advise the google user to think twice before taking your vehicle here.

Oh boy this shop is a disgrace.ill be bringing my car in for the 4th time from a 3k dollar transmission job it had a couple months back.luckily we got a pretty long warranty but every time we bring the car back, the transmission breaks down about a week after.i know the aamco franchise demands lots of money from its fanchisees but at least repair some parts correctly rather than trying to save your money and not replacing anything at all.pretty embarrassing dont ya think?take these reviews seriously, i wouldnt even recommend an oil change at this place.stay away from this scam

This place is terrible! After 5 visits and $6000 my vehicle has not improved at all. I went here because it was close by and I thought they could help with the hard shift in my truck. They tried all kinds of things but FINALLY came to the conclusion that the issue was with the injection control module. This is the computer device that tells the injectors to put diesel into the engine. Not enough diesel means not enough power to accelerate or shift properly. Of course this was not determined until AFTER the hard shift destroyed my transmission and I had to get them to rebuild it.They claimed that all along it was malfunctioning, which does not report any codes. When it finally failed, and my truck stopped running altogether...suddenly they got error codes. Replaced the module and life is good...even got a 1yr warranty on the part.Within a month I noticed my vehicle was gushing fluids so I took it back and they had to replace an ICD pump because the seal/hose around it was leaking...probably due to their shotty work at replacing the injection control module.After getting the truck back, not only had it returned to doing the hard shift...but the back-up lights on my headache rack no longer work! Its back to a slow, sluggish start like Im running a 4-cylinder engine. I took it back again and Dave said that they dont know what the problem is and that I would need to take it to a dealership.Dave, then sold the company back to Dan. I went in and I told them I wanted to exercise my warranty and get another injection control module at which point they replied that they tested all the feeds coming from the unit and they are all good. The REAL problem is a valve on the turbo! AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! These people are crooks!!!Finally, when I started going to this place I dealt with Dan who seemed reasonable and even gave me a 10% preferred customer discount because one of my coworkers had been there before. Dan then sold it to Dave who seemed a little inexperienced. Daves coworker at one point charged me $200 for oil after replacing the ICD pump. This is such an outrageous price as 4 gallons of Rotella @ Walmart is only $60. Im sure they dont get their oil from Walmart though! I even had a whole gallon in the back seat! Later, Dave sold it back to Dan! I think this is just a game they play to alleviate any and all responsibility for the others actions!If you want to park your car in their terrible lot for the remainder of the vehicles life...take it on in to them. If you just want your vehicle to run...go ANYWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR! THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. I took my 2004 Toyota Corolla on Jan 3, 2014 and for a clutch. They fixed that, but called and wanted to change the hydrolic fluid for an additional $100. I said ok, but when I got my car back it had a leak and fluid leaked everywhere and my stick shift was acting stiff. I took it back 3 times, they did nothing. Dan did say, If you will pay for the hydrolics, I wil replace them. Which tells me my hydrolics were messed up because they didnt seal the fluid and now the hydrolics will not hold pressure. I have no clutch now and the Warranty is usless. Less than 8 weeks after I took it in, it is broken. Dan also told me, The Owner knows and will call you. Did he? NO. By Feb 14th, my car became undriveable. THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES and CROOKS!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!
