Called ahead of time to see if I could get in to have my tire fixed from an embedded screw. I was very pleased at the cleanliness of the place and the efficiency in the time it took for my tire to be repaired.

My battery died. Diagnostic confirmed. Replaced quickly. They let me know I needed alignment and front tires were worn. Will be back to get that fixed.I was given a ride to and from the garage. That was awesome

It was one of those freak occurrences. The wind blew a plastic bag toward the direction of my car. Long story short - it ended up wrapped around the rotary on the front right wheel. They got me in quickly and got the bag off. These employees were great. Thank you for the help.

I never leave reviews for anything, not sure where the good customer service comments came from but the front desk guy has a really sarcastic attitude. I came in just to get my ac checked and diagnosed. I explained that I had already had them plug it up to the machine and my ac had been charged but he insisted that I still had to pay for what I literally just did yesterday, I was thinking about it at first until he said “either you want to pay for the diagnostic test or you don’t that’s the only decision you have to make” really sarcastically. Not sure what was his problem but I’m don’t think that’s how you deal with future customers frustrated or not this is your job and if you can’t do it correctly go work alone where you don’t have to deal with customers but I will definitely not come back here again for anything

They performed a very thorough inspection of my vehicle and were able to locate several items that needed repair. Did a great job of explaining the work required and a cost breakdown. Work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the results. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

I love city garage. Dropped off my truck late morning and got it fixed by late afternoon. They were quick, efficient and extremely forthcoming with the work. They send you a text for your quote but YOU choose what specifics need to be done for your vehicle. I left off all unessential work, but it was still nice to see what could be done. The ONLY thing I would want to see differently on the text quote is a separation of work between ESSENTIAL and accessory work. Other than that, fantastic.

This visit was for a state vehicle inspection. It only took about 20 minutes as that bay was open, no backlog. City Garage is professional and has a clean waiting room. I will use them again.

The oil change was fine but I think its a little hinky that they have the label for the car set like I should be getting an oil change every 5k miles when im using full synthetic, that lasts 7.5-10k miles.Also kind of unprofessional to have your lobby full of Pro Trump anti vaxxer magazines. Maybe steer a little clearer of your political choices in reading material, especially if no one in the business is wearing a mask. Doesnt inspire a lot of faith.

Brought a car I was considering buying for inspection. The staff was friendly and set realistic expectations on how long it would take. They were very thorough and straightforward. The waiting room was very clean.

Almost $300 to diagnose and change a $20 fuel filter which did not solve my problem. I reset the codes myself and changed out the catalytic converter and all my problems were solved. They did not even diagnose catalytic converter but yet somehow they diagnose leaky axle seals, Which had nothing to do with the reason of why I brought it in. They assume that people do not know how to work on their own vehicles or have any mechanical aptitude. when I had just changed both of them literally four days before. We will not recommend and not happy

I originally took my vehicle to Christian Auto Brothers. After checking the problem they found 3 oil leaks, bad battery, air intake badly cracked, air/cabin filter dirty and wanted to charge over $2600. I decided to take my vehicle to City Garage in Euless off of Harwood. My mechanics name Was Shane. He was AMAZING he rechecked everything that Christian Brothers said they did and only found 2 oil leaks and the battery was not bad the terminals were just dirty. Shane did all the work in a very timely manner, he was honest, professional and very nice. not to mention the work done at City Garage was well less then 1/2 of what Christian Brothers quilted. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to this location and I will request Shane. This guy definitely deserves some praise.

It was time for my State Inspection. They did all or most of the services listed. I had misplaced my original copy of the inspection and after verifying I was the person with the original inspection, they were willing to print me a replacement. Service was excellent, courteous and helpful. They will be seeing me again!

I get the diagnostic fee but I went in with a diagnosis already completed, they insisted on doing their own which I complied with risking $150 for the diagnostic and labor. However they were not able to fix what they diagnosed and still charged me, not to mention taxed the labor, there is NO TAX on labor last I checked. It should of been a flat $150, really free as nothing was done that I hadnt already completed myself. Find another shop in my opinion.

$62 dollars to verify if your vehicle can receive an alignment. $130 total if theyre able to do it. I recommend going somewhere else where there is no charge to inspect. Save yourself the time and money.

I went to this place for state inspection. I thought I made myself quite clear and the person at the counter seemed to understand at first. I mean its a simple state inspection for vehicle registration renewal. Then the person who does the inspection comes and tells something to him and they try to confuse me by asking if I need some other checks. I felt like some unfamiliar terms were thrown at me, I stated what I needed again and that I didnt understand what they were saying, they gave some attitude. Additionally, it took way longer than other places to get done with the check despite it being not busy and I regretted going there. Would not recommend this place. There are other better places.They were also not wearing masks given its COVID.

Got parts quickly for repair to get me to my afternoon appointment with time to spare. Cared enough to check with me the next day to see how car was driving to be sure no further issues. Manager Lara Bivens is great, personable and considerate. So glad shes back.

Friendly staff. They were wearing masks and they had plastic Shields at the counter. I went in for a state inspection. I called ahead to see if theres a wait time, there was none. When I got there they were finishing up with somebody so there was a small wait to get my car in. The pricing is not listed anywhere for services. Theyre competitive on oil changes but not so much on tire rotations where most companies would do it a lot cheaper or throw it in for free with an oil change. $25 for a tire rotation. if youre coming in for any services I would definitely call around and make sure they are competitive.

The guys always do a top notch job, from oil changes to more complex services, like repairing a frozen rear door on my 2002 Honda Odyssey. Parts were no longer available from Honda, so they had to scour the country in search of them. Took a week because of parts shipment, but the door opens and closes as good as new. Their pricing is great and you are always be informed if anything changes. Will always use City Garage.

I came to choose this place over reading previous reviews. However, i was not impressed.... came in for an alignment, which was priced a little high at 125 dollars, the manager was dismissive, mumbled under his breath a lot and i asked for the chart for the alignment after the work was performed and was given a run around as to why it couldnt be done. Majestic computer malfunction or whatever. So, I couldnt get a clear look as to which side was misaligned, if any, and by how much. How was the toe, how was the camber, etc. I do a lot of traveling for my job, so its maintenance and information is important to me. I dunno, just didnt feel right in there, i felt like the manager just wanted me gone. No push for return business, nothing.2 stars because it was close and the work was performed in adequate time.I wont know if the alignment was properly performed until later on if i see even or uneven tire wear. If only i had that chart... owell.

Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and drive up the street to tire store service center. They will actually fix what’s wrong with your car. On a side note to the manager might want to let your employees know not to mention you’re a recovering alcoholic.

I dropped my car off bright and early at the Euless location because 2 of my wheel studs in the front passenger wheel were broken and hence the lug nuts had fallen off! I got a picture from the garage later with 4 instead of 2 wheel studs broken! Moreover, the quote they sent me was outrageous! To replace ONE wheel hub assembly, they (the guy I spoke to was Justin) quoted me $800! I looked up the part online, it was $62 on auto-zone.I respectfully asked if I could bring my own part and they only charge me for labor! The price of the labor kept changing throughout the conversation, from $250 to $300. He even said, “if you bring your own part, we will need to charge you double labor which will be $600”... never heard of “double the labor” BS! In the past, a different City garage location had told me if I brought my own part, they will not be able to provide warranty on that service, which is pretty understandable, however, I was not given any explanation as to why the labor would be double in this case!He was not willing to work with me in anyway, hence I told him I would come pick up the car! He tried to make it harder for me saying I would need to get it towed and he wouldn’t allow me to drive my car out of their premises! At that point I knew I DID NOT want to deal with this level of awful customer service anymore so I followed through the process of getting my car towed. Luckily, I was able to find another garage who took care of my issue for $200 total with part, labor and taxes!!!!I am highly baffled at how a garage that I have been continuously going to over the years thought they could rip me off like this! I am DEFINITELY not going back and those who are looking for sincere car service should seriously reconsider going to this garage!

I took my truck in for a check engine light that was acting really weird. Ive been here a couple times for other small issues and they have always been honest. They ran a complete diagnostic test on my truck and found that my battery cables just needed to be changed out. They could have told me it was anything else and I would have believed it , but they are very honest and I appreciate them!!!

I bought a new alternator belt and they installed it for me. Most places will not do something like that unless you also buy this parts from them. They did an awesome job and only charged labor. I am thankful and impressed with City Garage in Euless!!

Staff was friendly and helpful... but.. The only reason my review is on the negative because of what was quoted to repair my vehicle. Be careful when taking your car to these places as they uprice on minor repairs. I was quoted close to $2500 to replace fuel pump, spark plugs and several sensors.. mind you I do 25 MPG on my vehicle which runs fantastic and the code that came up was for a oxygen sensor that anyone can replace with a wrench in 5 minutes. All this to say, always get a second opinion as this was resolved for a third of the price.

Females trust me, if you just relocated to Texas and need to get your state inspection, this is the only place you should visit. Not only is the service SUPERB, the guys are hot (ha ha). Justin is AWESOME! He blew me away with major southern hospitality. To top it off, it didnt take any time for them to service my car (it was during morning hours on a Friday).Also, the facility and waiting room was so clean and organized. You can watch tv while you wait or read a magazine. They were done with my car in no time. #BestTexasStateInspection

City Garage has been my go-to place for oil changes and inspections for several years. Theyve also done some major repairs in my ancient truck. The guys are always pleasant and helpful. DO NOT GO HERE. HIGH PRICES FOR NO REASON. I only gave two stars because there was no wait. Now, that I think of it, there probably was no wait because everyone else is avoiding this place. Ive been to this garage multiple times now, and they always overcharge. I mistakenly let them do a full synthetic oil change on one of our vehicles without asking the price first. When they were done it was $89.99 + tax. The auto shop literally a few doors down across the street quoted me $64, and Walmart quoted $35.99. I brought up the outrageous price to the worker who apologized. I let him know Id never be coming back for anything else, and he didnt care enough to try to make it right. I even went BACK inside to let him know their competitors price right down the street.

I have been here a couple of times - once for a routine oil change and most recently for new brakes and rotors. I was quoted a great price both times and received excellent customer service. When my brakes and rotors parts were taking longer than expected to be delivered to their garage, they called and apologized and assured me they were working diligently to get my car in working order. Will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs!

I took my Tahoe to city garage after it wouldn’t start. They said I needed a new fuel pump and new battery. They wanted to charge me $1800 for this work. I called another local mechanic who said they’d do the fuel pump for $600 and a 3rd bid said $500. So I had it towed to the 3rd mechanic, who said I didn’t need a fuel pump. Just an alternator. $250 repair. City Garage are thieves!!! Beware! And they charged me a $125 diagnostic fee to INCORRECTLY diagnose my car.

I brought my Jeep in yesterday for a state inspection. They had me in and out quickly. When I left I had noticed that they had turned off my TPMS light without me having to ask. Doesn’t seem like such a big deal, but I’ve had two oil changes at other places, and they didn’t even bother. The little things are appreciated. They’re very close to me, and I’ll definitely be back for any future needs.

I went in for an oil change. They told me that my rear brakes were so bad that they were almost metal on metal. Considering that I got new ceramic brake pads just a year ago, I found that unlikely, but went to the dealership where I got the brake pads done to investigate. The dealership said that my rear brakes were almost perfect. City Garage also told me that my coolant level was low. I asked the dealership to check that as well, and they said my coolant level was fine.Similar things happened the last time I went to City Garage as well. They gave me a list of maintenance items that needed to be done, totaling several hundred dollars. I went to my dealership for a second opinion, and they disagreed with all of it, but pointed out a brake light that was out, a dirty cabin filter, and very worn windshield wipers, all of which City Garage failed to notice. I took my car home and my husband verified and fixed all of those issues.City Garage employees are always very nice and polite, but I have lost all trust in their car maintenance/repair recommendations. I realize that people make mistakes, but the amount of unnecessary things that are recommended makes me suspicious. I dont plan to go back to City Garage.

Was very courteous and prompt with towing help and service on our 2012 Terrain. Had vehicle parts and repairs ordered and installed within 1 1/2 days. Being 550 miles from home made us nervous but we are completely satisfied with the work done and service contract provided with work. Thank You !

Mechanic techs at “City Garage” they are awesome very thorough techs. I brought them a troubleshooter, they had to replace several parts in order to pinpoint and resolve an overheating issue with my car.Some of the parts where at no charge. Yes I did say “at no charge” for an inconvenience of having my car for a week in order to thoroughly resolve the issue. I took my vehicle to City Garage yesterday to get a routine vehicle state inspection. They were incredibly courteous, helpful, and had my vehicle inspected within 15 minutes. The price was also incredibly reasonable. They enrolled me in their rewards program which includes a free battery check, flat repair, and alignment check. I will most definitely be back!

I love this place. I gave them a list of things the dealership suggested I have done. Somethings were needed and some were not. The service was amazing, they took me home since parts had to be ordered and came back to pick me up when my car was ready. Friendly staff and above excellent customer service. I highly recommend City Garage in Euless.

Service was good, but paid 594$ to replace brake pads and rotors. Everyone says thats way too high and the auto parts only 130 for pads and rotors. I was charged 286.50. 115$ for a brake flush when the actual brake fluid is only 19.00

My girlfriend went to this location today to have her brakes and alignment looked at to see what, if anything, needed to be fixed. They quoted her on new rotors and we decided to go elsewhere to get other quotes. While she was deciding what to do with the rotors they went ahead and started FIXING the alignment. They never came in and asked if she actually wanted them to work on the alignment or just check it. She simply wanted it looked at. We would have said no to actually fixing it because we were quoted at a different garage for $80 for her car. Ending total came about to $124.62. My girlfriend had given them a $10 off discount for the alignment check, looking at the invoice now they only took off $5! I am beyond pissed with this place. I read all great reviews about this garage and that is why my girlfriend took her car there. It would have been nice to know you were going to fix the alignment before starting it and also receiving the full $10 discount rather than just $5.

If I could give the shop no stars, I definitely would. They worked on my 2012 Nissan Altima. They quoted me $800 to replace my fuel pump. I called other places and the highest quote was $600 and they were shocked at the pricing. My friend is a mechanic and told me to buy the part and we can easily replace it. I bought the part for $32 and we replaced it in 20 mins. The fuel pump sits directly under the back seat. Took out two clips to remove the seat. Literally just took out the old and dropped in the new. That was 6 months ago. City Garage has worked on my car in the past. I was charged $1400 for a mass flow issue and spark plugs. They made me question the integrity and pricing on prior work. Ill NEVER go here again! Being friendly and polite means nothing if you arent fair...

Inspection was speedy and easy!

Took my truck here on a Friday afternoon 1 hour before they closed for a tune up and oil change. They ended up finding out I needed a Rack and Pinion replaced. Im glad they found it when they did because who knows when it would of failed. I could of been in a horrible accident. Truck was fixed Monday afternoon...now thats what I call fast service! The staff is very knowledgable and very friendly. Thanks to Matt and the crew at City Garage they got me fixed right up!!

I am very pleased with the repairs on my car. They had to correct parts that were installed incorrectly by another car shop. Everyone were friendly and professional.

Went for car inspection and were friendly and prompt. Except when I went to register my car 3 or 4 days later the inspection still hadnt been uploaded in system. Had to run back home and grab hard copy to be able to register car.

These guys are fantastic!! I took my car with a very annoying noise to them, after spending more than 30 minutes for a fully through inspection, they found and fixed the problem. Surprisingly they did not charge me at all! It was so when Honda Service Center in Irving asked me 139$ for only inspecting the car!I am so impressed with their generosity, kindness, friendliness, and politeness. Their place is also so neat and pleasant. I absolutely would go there any time I need a service and recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic job! Had my car towed to them, needed some work and I know nothing about vehicles. They kept in contact the whole time, felt like it was a fair price, and my truck, with 200k miles on it, is running like a dream. They follow up with a 30 pt. inspection that is then emailed to you, so you can see what you need to do next to keep your car in good shape. Will not be going anywhere else
