We have used Parra Car Care for years now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are a great car repair shop! After they diagnose the problem, they explain things well and there is no pressure. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. They have professional mechanics who do excellent work. We have been pleased after every visit. I used to think the 32-point inspection they do with every visit was a sales tactic but I have since changed my mind. It is comforting to know your vehicle has been fully inspected and is safe to drive. It also allows us to see future work coming ahead of time and plan for it. It is comforting to know your car is being managed by professionals that really care about and respect their customers. Great mechanics, well managed shop, friendly service and genuine respect make this the best shop for us. We are so lucky to have found them. Bob is a professional guy. He and his team ended up doing a great job for my wifes car. I really appreciate their time and effort finding and fixing the issues. Havent had any problem with it since.

As usual, they went above and beyond! Sent Wes to pick me up and take me home. Had my car towed to their location and finished the necessary repairs the next day.The one thing I like best is that they treat women with dignity and respect. I took my 2005 Dodge Ram in needing a new engine and overhaul to gift to my 16 year old son. Not only did the truck get fixed, it was given back in like new condition. The care and effort put into making this truck safe and new again for my son was truly amazing. I got updates regularly throughout the process and they went out of their way to make sure every single detail was looked at for the safety of my child. The truck runs beautifully with no problems. I feel like we were treated like family here and highly recommend their services to anyone.

My car has been struggling for awhile with multiple issues and I’m the type to look around before settling with someone. Bob and his staff gave me a very trustworthy and competent impression- they proved me right. After the first visit, my car worked well for a couple weeks and it started to have another issue, I came in to get it rechecked and they figured out the issue quickly and took care of it. Currently, she is running like new! It’s been a very long time since my car has been running well and I’ve seen many mechanics.They were patient with all of my questions and were great at explaining the issues ( I am not a car person whatsoever). Finding a trustworthy auto mechanic and repair place is always a dicey process. You never know what can happen. Let me tell you...Parra Auto Care is by far THE best place to go. Sam is one of the mechanics there. Weve actually had him work on our vehicle several years ago. We just recently had our Suburban there. Our transmission was out. Parra sent a tow truck to our house to pick it up. Sam had it looked at and diagnosed the same day it was there.Bob Parra is the owner and he is a high quality and outstanding person. He contacted me every step of the way. The pricing was more than fair. The customer service provided by himself and everyone there was phenomenal. He definitely knows how to run a business and how to take care of people. Our Suburban was repaired and ready to go sooner than you can imagine.We will definitely always use Parra for any of our auto needs. By the way, we live in Arlington and the place is in Euless. There are multitudes of shops between here and there. That should just show further proof how great they are at Parra. I had a squeaky belt tensioner. While in there they found a leaky water pump and a front axel slinging grease. They saved me from a roadside breakdown. BTW, I never give 5 stars unless the service is knock-your-socks-off good. I have used these guys for over 20 years. They are good people, fair, and honest but my socks are still on.

Bob Parra and the entire team at Parra Car Care are stand up people. They seem to have a similar business model to Christian Brothers Automotive - and its one that works. It starts with an nice indoor facility ( currently covid compliant ) and complimentary water and soft drinks ( a subtle touch that is hardly seen anymore). After that you have a nice presentable office area that doesnt smell like a automotive garage at all, along with clean bathrooms. Marybeth holds down the fort upfront and provides truly demonstrative levels of customer service. Her patience and friendlyness is a reason enough to go here. Bob, the owner appears to be regularly on-site and is always available to answer a question or concerns. They are very competitive with their labor and parts costs and they arent there to scam you. One of the best things they do, similar to CBA, is they compile a PDF document of service your car needs - accompanied with photos and a detailed description. This is phenomenal because it allows you to easier keep track of your vehicle maintenance and history. They treat everyone fairly and do good work. As long as I have a ICE vehicle, Ill be going here. I have taken to get my car checked every year. I recently had some trouble with my engine and they fixed it up and its running great. It wasnt cheap, but that is the nature of the engine difficulty I was having.

I arrived without an appointment, hoping to get a state inspection about 4 in the afternoon. The team was able to work me into the schedule and i was driving away in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!!

This is a really great shop! They got my Mustang in this morning. They gave me a ride home and picked me back up in the afternoon to get my car. They tuned it up and made repairs in one day. They told me everything and the price before they worked it. I paid the bill over the phone and they gave me a $50 coupon break on the price. I cannot say enough good things about Parra. It drives like when it was new!

Ron, Bob and the mechanics that work for them did a great job on my F250 Super Duty diesel truck. I appreciate the great work they did. My truck was running but not well at all. I was told it was running on only half an engine. They diagnosed the problem, called me on the issue and discussed the cost to repair it and I was back on the road the next day.

I took my car in a few weeks ago primarily for a wheel alignment & rotation, and had them do an overall inspection as well. They did great work at a reasonable price! Ill be back here next time my car needs maintenance.

This place is great. They have great customer service and kept me fully informed about the status of my car. My car ended up with transmission issues that were covered under a warranty. I ended up having to take the car to a dealership to finish the service. They earned 5 stars because they did all they leg work to see if my car had a warranty. They could have just given me a bill, but instead they went above and beyond to help me. Knowing that they care about the people that come here not just the money, they have earned a lifelong customer!

Took my car here after a minor collision impact to get a wheel alignment done and also get the steering system checked. I was explained everything in detail as to what repairs are to be done and given an honest pricing on all of them, which were very reasonable given my cars condition. They tested everything and ensured the car was safe to drive again. Overall, the quality of service I have received was very very good and I would recommend Mid-Cities Service Center to any of my friends.

I am not one to complain and I will continually use a good service. I was shocked to find out how naive I had been in regard to Parra Car Care. I took my car here because of great reviews both online and from a friend who had been a customer before. I took my car here for at least 6 months thinking I was getting great service. They even did a multipoint inspection nearlt every time i came in. Then I needed an A/C repair which cost $1800 (reasonably so I figured bc what do i know). I also had my oil burning up (was recommended to bring my car into the shop everytime the oil ran low-empty on the dipstick so nearly every two weeks). I did regular oil changes and tire rotations here spending a decent amount of money as I drive 40,000 miles each year. When my car stalled on the freeway, they told me it would be $5000 for a new engine. So I finally called my dad (who is a mechanic, i just thought i could trust Parra Car Care and didnt want to ask for help if i didnt need it). My car only needed a $500 catalytic converter. That was all. My oil needed to be switched from synthetic to high mileage conventional. I got a flat tire to find out a stud snapped off in a lugnut and i needed to take apart the entire hub to replace it just because someone wasnt paying attention putting it on (not expensive but took 4 hours to do myself). I have thus come to the conclusion that Parra Car Care and Ron cared more about charging me money than about doing their job right. I feel that they didnt want to help me keep and maintain my vehicle, they wanted it to keep breaking so they could keep fixing it. To say the least I wad disappointed in the quality of service long term.

This is the Go To place for oil changes because they also check other safety and maintenance issues. This time it was the serpentine belt and fuel filter. I still remember coming in for state inspection and being told the fan motor needed to be replaced, and that was the random loud noise that I thought was a major engine problem.Definitely will be back and do recommend the Car Care Center.

Ron and the mechanics/technicians at Mid-Cities Auto did an excellent job of checking and resolving a list of issues with my S-10 truck. They eliminated some of my repair needs as a minor concern or no concern at all. All in all, I feel like they treated my S-10 as if it was their own.

Love this place!!! They are always so polite, honest and accommodating. I take my car there for everything. I wish they were open on weekends but luckily i work and live within the shuttle limits so they can always drop me off and pick me up which a lot of shops dont offer. They are personable and family owned which makes it even more awesome.

Many auto repair shops in the area dont work on Smart Cars (which we didnt realize until after we bought one in 2015), so were very happy we can take it to the same place we most often go for servicing our other vehicles. Service here is fantastic! I brought in my van midday one Friday, forgetting they are closed on the weekends, and they needed a bit more time than I gave them. They actually stayed late that evening and came in early Monday morning so I could make it in to work that day. They always are friendly, keep me informed, and keep my aging vehicle humming along. Best place I’ve ever been

I came here to get front headlight lamp replaced for my Toyota Prius. The gentleman Bobby did an excellent job in replacing the bulb without even charging me anything. I give Bobby 5/5 start for excellent customer service and making a new customer.

Then today i picked up my truck, and these talented, knowledgeable guys were able to reduce the estimate cost by 600, by fabricated what i needed so that they didnt have to remove the dash. I can tell you that these guys have kept our four aging cars on the road for YEARS longer than planned. We have domestics and imports and they have repaired them all. Honesty and Integrity with a family atmosphere. Why would I go anywhere else? 15 years of good experience, keeps me coming back. They do great diagnostics. This is a great service center. The owner goes above and beyond to resolve problems. Our older but new to us Lincoln Town Car had a mysterious issue that he and his staff were able to identify and fix. Its not the closest place to us but will always be our first choice!
