This store is a great service company. I have been dealing with them for more than a few years at more than one location with multiple vehicles. I have shared my good experiences with many of my colleagues and they also have had good experiences. Good service, fair pricing, friendly and professional always.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD FOR REPAIR! The pictures show how they messed up our Van’s engine. This is supposed to be a 2nd check up after the first repair costing $750 didn’t fix the problem we came here for, Eddie the mechanic took the van in again and after 4 (FOUR) days he called me and said it’s ready. When we came home with the car, we saw this messed up engine without the cover and with screws lying around…we cannot drive it back and might not be able to hold my temper so we just gave the van away to a friend who have the time to probably work on it….They’re not even worth the 1 star I could choose.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get two worn out tires changed to new ones. Small wait, but they got me out within one hour between putting on tires, removing bad lock nuts, etc. They put Toyo branded tires on and replaced the lug nuts. Asked about an oil change for $49, but I didn’t proceed with that. New tires feel better. No issues so far.

I was very impressed with my service! They got me in and out in 30 minutes for 2 tires replaced. The staff was extremely friendly. I noticed 4 other women come in and out of there as well so it’s nice to find a female friendly car place!

Highly recommend, very honest. I had a hole in one of my runflat tires and the dealership told me it was too close to the edge for repair and would need to be replaced. So I brought it here and had them order a tire and was fully prepared to pay for it, but they told me it would easily be able to be repaired and saved me a big chunk of money. Plus they have some adorable birds living their best life in the waiting room, they were out free to fly from perch to perch, chirping happily.

Duly noted… These are young men that are totally professional, mannerly and have proper work ethics. These guys work hard. I might not get the names right but both of the guys got curly top hair cuts and baby faces. I will be back!

Professional service from manager, $100 cheaper out the door on a tire than everywhere else called. Also carried out an alignment for $59 dollars and fixed my tire wear issues. DID NOT try and up sale me or feed me false info. Mechanic Connor and technician Jason both handled themselves professionally and still helped me isolate a rubbing noise after I had already closed my ticket. They do great work and will continue to receive my business.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!I honestly take my Genesis there for everything now, even though its 30 minutes from where I live.I trust the techs there, and the pricing has always been fair for me. I send people from work there all the time, and some have actually gone despite the distance, and reported back that they were also very satisfied. If thats not the best kudos I can give a shop I dont know what is. Not only do I have confidence enough to bring my vehicle there, I also send people I work with every day there, and they were happy.The owner has several shops and Ive been to two of them myself, and both were equally professional and fast.

Randomly found this place online as I was calling around looking for a spot that would be able to fix a messed up sensor for my Lexus. Jason answered and told me they could and to come on in. Went in, they quoted me a great price, said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I was so shocked by how fast they could get it done that I immediately said yes. No lie, within 10 minutes the sensor was fixed. Excellent job by Jason and Sam. I will definitely be going back once my tires start to wear out.

First time I came here last year to get an alignment. But earlier today, I got 4 new tires. I was skeptical about getting two but the gentleman named Jason convinced me to get 4 new tires. To be honest: best decision. The vibe was overall good and customer service was overall good. I will definitely come back again.They are WAY BETTER than discount tire(hands down).

This place is very reasonable and friendly. Jason was amazing. The prices he quoted me was very competitive and actually better than most of the tire shops. They were very fast, barely took 40 minutes to install and balance 4 new tires. This was my first visit and I will definitely go back.

I called early in the morning to ask about a certain tire I wanted. They didnt have it in stock but told me they can have it for me in a few hours. Well a few hours later they aquired the exact brand I wanted exactly like he said and had it installed on my new wheels in a really short period of time. They got my tire set up with TPMS sensors I had and it was literally a perfect install all the way around. I am blown away at how professional these guys are. The prices are really fair and the tire hazard protection they have available is a great value. They totally earned my business and Im definitely coming back here from now on for anything tire related.

I have been here twice in the last two days I have received super service! Replaced tires on my 2018 Ford Taurus and 2013 Kia Optima. This service center has a great price on tires and awesome warranty. Plus free tire repair which I know will save me money as tire patches are not as cheap as they use to be. Thank you to Jason the technician who worked on my car and walking me through what he did and made sure I was satisfied and completely good to go before I left. This place is the best! They are much faster, and have better prices than their Discount competitors. Additionally they know their stuff and take care of you! Admittedly I went to a different place to get a used tire and within days the tire was leaking. I was told by that place I needed new wheels and the used tire I just bought from them shouldnt be used for long. I then went to this place. They were able to fix my issue without having to buy new wheels and I was able to get used tires that will hold me over until Im ready to buy some new ones. Dont make my mistake, go to these guys first! Also they have multiple locations!

I used to go to the location at Harwood but this location is closer to home. Same great quality and professional service and same great prices. Great staff. It is my go to place for all of my vehicle needs. They do everything!!During my last visit, there was an irate and disrespectful customer that wanted to fight the owner lol. I know he did it to show off to his wife cuz the dude wouldn’t have lasted a second, a beer belly and my dog has more muscles than him. The owner handled that flawlessly and very professional. Kudos to him!

Jason and the guys at the euless location always take care of me. Pluging a tire and resetting the tpms system. He also mounted my new tires and wheels without scratching the fresh powdercoating. He took his time to ensure a scratch free installation. Thank you guys!

Had a flat tire on my 4 week old newly Power Coated BMW wheels. Unfortunately, was scratched when repairing the flat tire. I didnt notice until I returned home. Called Fred(Owner) and he asked me to bring back in to see damage. He wrote me a check to get it fixed on the spot. I hate that he had to lose money on this deal but I am blown away that he made it right! Honest man and honest business will get my car repairs in the future. Accidents can happen and this was an hour before closing on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Most inexpensive tires in town. Was in and out of there in 45minutes. This is my third set of tires I buy from them and they always honor the two year warranty including tire rotations and fixing flats for free.

So Just like everyone else in the world I don’t write reviews unless they are bad, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. I was referred to Baker and Sammy by at least 3 Facebook friends. With recently moving to Texas I didn’t have a clue where to go or who to trust with my car repair.Upon checking a few places, I was told a few different things were going on why my car was misfiring, and upon being referred by my friends, and without an appointment I drove it to the Tire Shop. I pulled on the lot and was greeted swiftly asking if I needed help (GREAT START)!!! I then asked to speak to Baker or Sammy and the mechanic directed me to Baker, but also asked what the problem was which I shared. The mechanic politely asked me for my keys and asked if he can check it out for me while I went to speak to Baker.Upon speaking to Baker he was very attentive and efficient. His crew was the same way. I noticed quite a few customers coming and going, but this place handled everyone very promptly and courteous.Bottom line is this place is honest. They know what they’re doing. The prices are reasonable. They’re quick and efficient. Kudos on being a professional shop with the neighborhood mechanic feel!!! It’s more than a Tire Shop!!!
