I dont usually write reviews but these guys really deserved it, Erick went out of his way to make sure I got my car repaired on time before I headed out for the new year. The staff was very easy to work with plus I was able to take advantage of a discount that they offered. Ill be coming back in February for my brakes and rotors.

Ive been coming here for years and I have received nothing but great work and service from Erick and his team. Its hard to believe the bad reviews on here given my experience working with them. This is a mom and pop shop that has been working hard for a long time giving exceptional customer care, for example Erick waived my diagnostic charge in order to help me save on my repair since he understood that I was having a tough time during this pandemic. The repair cost was minor but the savings from the electrical diagnostic was $85! I have also seen them work with other customers in a similar way so I know Im not the only one they lend a helping hand to. My point is that they are a great group of individuals that deserve to get checked out!

Having just moved here from Florida I wasnt sure where to go for honest car service. I first came in with just a flat tire but once I was informed that they also do mechanic work I gave them a chance to do brake work for me, their professional integrity could be felt as well as their honesty in explaining what else needed to be maintained. Im sure glad I found a family business I can trust, Ill be a repeated customer for sure.

I would come here quite often but the owners have changed and they have raise their price is considerably. To give you an idea the place down the street is charging me $200 less for a break job.

Highly professional people with exceptional customer service. The prices were fair and I got myself great tires and alignment. When I got late due to traffic from work, they waited for me and ended up closing at 7pm, just to ensure they did a good job on my SUV. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality work and good value for your money. Looking forward to bringing my other car for tires and alignment.

My personal experience was a delight, as I drove in I was greeted with a smile, very professional approach as a new customer. As I was speaking to Erick he was making sure that he understood what was happening with my car and offered a very generous solution. Long story short I had to leave my car over night and had it done by the very hour I was promised. Very punctual timing as I had a very busy next day. I thank Erick as he was very professional, kind and courteous; something that is needed more of in the car industry.

Traaaaassshhhh!!!!! The place is not clean, it stinks, and its hot in the sitting area. Walked in and wasnt even helped. It only takes a second to ask a customer what can I do for you.

I spoke with Eric I was supposed to have service done to one tires and have the puncture in one tire fixed, it was not done. I was lied to, and I provided the service that I pay for. I’ve posted pictures of proff of my receipt showing that I paid for that service to be done! and it was not done. Then I had to go to discount tire and actually get the service done, which they showed where there was no puncture wound that was ever sealed with that service!!!! this company and his business is a scam I wouldn’t go there!!! Which is sad because he seemed very nice and he is right up the street!!!

I came here to change my oil originally but the very nice attitude of Teresa made me come back for an estimate on the tune up, they advised me to let them check my vehicle to see what actually needs to be replaced versus replacing parts that are not needed. To my surprise the car wasnt in too bad shape and I had very minor problems that didnt cost much to fix. I appreciate the honesty of this team. They have my trust for the long term.

The owner was very respectful and courteous. So was the manager that ran the shop. They did all the work correctly. The only thing that I did not understand was the mark up price with using SNAP financing. The store marks up the price because we use SNAP finance. I kind of felt as the store takes advantage that we have no choice so the products are over charged I paid 179 a tire plus a $40 fee for using SNAP financing.

Tires& Wheels is the best place to go. Any problem you have with you car go to them. Everyone there is very kind, patient, respectable most of all perfect customer service.

I’ve got my tires done here for a couple years and have always been happy with them. The service is good. They are fast and have great prices. And they do more than tires!

Right before traveling out of state I wanted to have my car looked at to make sure its safe for the trip. Had an unexpected flat on a trailer Saturday evening. Stopped by and the entire staff was incredible. They need to train other businesses on great customer service!

Came in for an oil change and figured out that they also do state inspections so had them do it all and it was surprisingly fast. Long story short it was good quick service.

The other day I came in because I accidentally drove into a big puddle of water and so my car started feeling hesitant while stepping on the gas. I went in and explained my issue to the manager, he was very polite and professional and worked up a very fair priced quote for me. They did an engine flush, cleaned the cylinders and replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils. My car has been driving great since with no problems and I thank these guys for being professional and honest with me about the issue.

This team is sincere when it comes to customer safety. Explained to me the number of things wrong with my vehicle and laid out an affordable solution. Trustworthy and dependable!!

I was in a bind to get my tire fixed before a long road trip for my wife and kids. They got my in at 5 oclock and took care of me big time. I will be having my work done here permanently.

Great customer service! We take our vehicles here each time we need service done. We have never felt like we are paying extra for the work done like at some other repair shops. We recommend T&WFL to family and friends.

My husband likes this shop a lot and I see why after my walk in the other day. I asked the manager to give me his opinion on the tire life of all my tires and he measured them all with a tool and showed me where it is safe and when it is time to change. I didnt end up having to buy tires but I definitely loved the service and honesty. When I am ready for new tires I will return here no doubt about it.

I came in by recommendation from Autozone and they didnt disappoint. My engine light was on and the management was very informative on what was needed to take it off. Two sensors were bad and I had them replaced at a lower cost than I thought it would be so needless to say that this place will be my one stop shop for now on.

Ive been their customer for a few years now and Ive always felt as if I was being treated fairly and honestly, as a mother of two teenagers that are about to start driving I feel very comfortable with continuing the relationship with this shop for any repairs we will need. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is friendly and responsive . They will work with you on the price if you are doing multiply services and buying tires. The only big downside is that they can get really busy on Saturday, and the staff will work their tails off but at times there might be a wait at the counter if they have a flurry of customers at the shop. So there might be a bit more of a time sink involved than what you first expect.Really, Id add a half star in addition to the four that I gave because of the friendliness. Its such a lost art.On another note, I overheard the owner doing a service to help out a customer without charging for it by trying to find the cause of a rattle in the car, and then working to schedule a time for the customer to return later once the part was in that would solve the issue. Most shops in my experience will charge something for exploratory maintenance, so it came as a shock when he went the extra mile on that service. The owner didnt have to go that extra mile for that other customer.

Great and Quick service with a smile. This is the second time I have been here in 2 months- with 2 seperate cars and they were able to get me the used tires I needed quickly in great condition- fixed on my lunch break. Plus backed their work. I will be back.Thank you!!

Recommended by a friend. I was up in the area and my tire went flat. So we went in and I was able to get a brand new tire for $90 plus tax. Service was outstanding! Professional and I like the fact they didnt try to sell my anything I didnt need. I will refer and return to them for my tire needs or any other services.

I came yesterday and they didnt have my tires in stock but I was assured they would have them the next day. They delivered as promised! Great service!

After being through a few shady mechanics I was hesitant on bringing my car to another shop, but this place really gave me the experience of trust and great customer service. The manager was very clear about the issues on the check engine light and what it took to get things fixed for me to get my state inspection. Minor things but necessary to prevent further harm to my car and when all was said and done they also did the state inspection. It is getting hard to find a good shop so I recommend them highly to anyone!

I dont usually leave bad reviews but this place is just shady. Went to replace a rotor and in the process of just taking the tire off they saw i needed a wheel hub. Tried to charge me over $300 dollars(not including parts) and when I declined the repair they still charged me $42 dollars for a “diagnostic”. Really? So I paid $42 dollars for someone to take my wheel off and on. I dont expect for them to do it for free but be reasonable.

I can not say enough good things about the people that work here. Customer service is phenomenal and repairs are done in a timely manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else with my car troubles.

They patched a tire for my car the service was quick and the people that work there are the nicest people on earth I would drive across town for their service

So on Oct 30...2018 I went in for new tires and was told that I needed lower control arms and struts which quoted was 1300.00 dollars worth of work....I drive a 2016 vehicle so I couldnt believe this. I went and had to more diagnosis done and found out all I needed was 2 new tires....I used to recommend this place beware they lied to me!

I have went to these guys a few times for used tires as I run camber on my rear wheels. Pricing was reasonable but customer service was lacking in my opinion but it was tires that I was there for. My last trip left me no option but to write this review. I went in for one rear used tire but I explained that I had a sound coming from the same area and if they could see what it is and give me an estimate. After getting the tire on, under my standing supervision, I asked what the sound was. The guy says its my rotor. I asked whats wrong with it. He looked surprised. He tells me to feel it (as it has grooves in it). I explained that the rotor has had grooves for the last 3 years. He realized that I knew my way around a car. I just told him dont worry about it and left. Two days later, the tire they sold me had a slow leak. When putting air in it (while it was raining) I saw that air was escaping at the rim and tire seal. I went back and told them. They explained that the reason why it had a slow leak was of my rims. This means that they knew that there was a leak and put the tire on and charged me for it knowing that it was leaking. Use caution and prudence folks..

Went in for a set of wheels. They offered finance so I decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE! Not only did Andres forge my signature on the leasing documents but they have yet to fully deliver. 5 trips and still have wobbly rims. How could they not know about the need for Hub centric rings? They keep ordering the wrong part and have nothing but excuses blaming their supplier. Never again!!!

I had my first visit here very recently and I can say it was one of the most friendliest experiences ive had in a mechanic shop. They were able to repair ac issues on my car and now I can be in the cold air lol its a must in texas.

I took my sons car in for an alignment. I asked if it was safe to drive he said yes. When we left he almost hit two cars. We went right back and they did nothing. Worst place ever. I tried to contact the owner and they would not help at all.

Horrible Horrible Experience !!!! Do not buy a Tires from this company. You or better off paying a little extra and getting your tire from Disscount Tire. Way better customer service. Bought my Tire brand new and it went out on me a couple months later. They told me I would have to buy another one and was not trying to help out even though they sold me a bad old tire. I paid $$180 For this tire. Which would probably paid less at disscount tire and got better customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! Trust ME!!!!

Sorry! Sold and placed on my trick a worn out tire so I would be back sooner but I work 12hr shifts 6 days a week ..no time to be going back and forth for the same job! I shouldhave kept the original tire I gave up and they charge d mr the disposal fee. And had the nerve to look at me as if were not smart enough to notice! Darn Crooks!
