Service King was very attentive. They did a good job on my car. Very timely. Kept me informed every day as to the progress. My only complaint is that they took things out of my trunk, i.e., my spare tire was taken out but they did not put things back the way they found them. They did not screw my spare tire back, just put it back in. Other things that they took out was just thrown in the back seat.

Pros: Service King did a great job dealing with my atrociously slow and incompetent insurance company, Progressive.Kept me very well informed on the progress. I received automated texts every time it progressed to the next step or when it delayed. When completed they called me an Uber to come pick the vehicle up. They greeted me by name and knew which car was mine so I didnt feel like I was just a paycheck to them. Front desk people were intelligent and organized. My vehicle was clean so I believe it was washed!Few days after I took the car home I was bothered that one headlight was new and the other was original and they looked noticeably different in age. I called and they were willing to go above and beyond in giving me a new headlight if thats what I wanted. I was happy with a simple buff. They had me in and out in 20 mins and looked new. A few weeks later I realized holes werent drilled for the front plate. I stopped in at 5 pm randomly and they had it fixed in 5 minutes. I honestly couldnt ask for anything more from a repair company. They stand behind the work and gave me zero grief about coming back in. Cant speak for all Service Kings but this location was top notch.CONS: the repair did take about 30 days once insurance gave the go ahead but I understand parts are harder to get now and its not their fault. They were a little pushy on the after completion surveys via texts and email but again its understandable since they did great work and deserve the feedback.

I was in accident and another body shop could not do my repairs so I looked into Service King. Kourtney at Service King helped me with my car and was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my car had to be moved to an independent car shop but Kourtney explained The whole car repair process to me, helped me locate another shop, set up a tow for me and assisted me with speaking to my insurance. She’s very knowledgeable and puts her customers first. I wouldn’t of been able to move forward with my car repairs without her assistance.

Had my car towed her for an estimate for damages from an accident. I was contacted by a service advisor and informed I would need to sign a work authorization form before they could perform the estimate. After receiving the form, I contacted them and noted that the form clearly authorized them to perform actual repairs when, in fact, I only wanted an estimate:I have reviewed with Service King and identified the damages to the vehicle described above (the “Vehicle”), and Ihereby authorize and engage Service King to repair all damage to the Vehicle, whether or not visible, including anyadditional repairs deemed necessary by Service King upon closer inspection (the “Repairs”).I crossed out this section, initialed and signed the form. Service King stopped responding at this point. After a few days I contacted them and was informed that they could not complete an estimate because I didnt fully sign the form. I explained I was only authorizing an estimate and that should the car not be deemed a total loss, I would sign the complete form for the actual repairs.I did not appreciate their deceptive business practices and would not recommend, unless you are certain you will authorize the repairs as part of the estimate process.

Unfortunately I’ve had to have my car repaired twice in the last six months. Fortunately, Service King did the work both times and I’m highly satisfied. Both times they did a perfect repair, and it was completed and delivered prior to their original estimate. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process with daily updates. I hope I don’t require their services in the near future but it’s nice to know they are there, if needed. I highly recommend them to do any automobile body repairs you may need.

It was confusing when I first arrived and tried to follow their COVID safe instructions on how to navigate dropping off my vehicle, but it all worked out. I had a family emergency right after I dropped it off for repair. I couldnt get back any time soon to get my vehicle or return the rental. They were not only patient, but understanding and accommodating. I am grateful for the work they accomplished on my vehicle, and how they maintained their excellent customer service.

We were impressed with the professionalism and constant communication Service King provided us while our vehicle was in their care. The only surprise was the the estimate was way off from the final price. In fairness, they did tell us the estimate could not be exact as they would not know the extent of the internal damage under damages to the body.Our car was done sooner than expected and the quality of the paint is excellent.Highly recommend this Service King. You will be pleased.

They repair your vehicle to it’s original state. High quality repair. As all places, and especially in current business conditions always expect the original estimate on cost and time to be higher. There is usually some hidden damage that will increase cost, and getting parts in quickly can be difficult. So on Monday they originally told me 3-4 days, but expect 4. Then they called and said will be next Tuesday, Turned out in the end to be ready on Friday just 5 days.

Someone backed into my pride & joy maroon 2009 Acura TL in a parking lot.Naturally, the bumper cover was damaged, and since it is attached to other parts of the body, damaged those as well (plus, the car is over 10 years old and the front end gets the most wear and tear anyway!)My car now looks like a pampered classic! The blend in is flawless. they replaced and repaired all the damage done by the mishap AND what would cause trouble later on!To say that I was impressed would be an understatement.

Please go anywhere else, this team does not know what they are doing. I had to bring my car back multiple times do to them forgetting to put key parts back together after fixing the initial damage. After all that they charged me for a rental because I had to work and couldn’t make multiple trips back to them for a car they didn’t fix the first two times.

My insurance paid for the body repair but refused to pay for additional repairs, I initially gave a bad review because after I got my car back- the very next day it didnt work. Insurance wouldnt cover the remaining repairs but SERVICE KING EULESS had my back. They towed my car, paid for all the additional repairs... I just want to give a shot out to Vivian, the service rep who helped me throughout the whole thing. She was absolutely amazing. She took time to explain everything to me, was incredibly helpful and understanding. SHE IS THE BEST! I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only did they pay for the repairs that my insurance wouldnt cover, but they also paid for my rental car during this time. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else, they have a customer for life!!!!

Terrible experience. I went to get my vehicle seen 2 days before Christmas. Never got a call back, finally had time available to call. The receptionist sounded “asleep” or was just woken by my call. No type of professionalism at all. Was told to “hold” to wait on a service advisor, she ended up hanging up the call smh. The whole place is outdated still in the 90s and employees seem like they’re strung off opioids or something. Literally, don’t seem to want to be there and appear to be “nodding off” when communicating. Going to see if my insurance company, can get me another location. Terrible and last experience at this location.Don’t recommend at all. Their rating should give a general idea of their service and rep.

I dropped off my car for a passenger dented door and side mirror repaint and replacement. Original ETA was 9 days for a 3 day job. They extended the ETA 2 more days. When I picked up my car, I found the replacement mirror was badly scratched and substandard compared to the original. 3 days later they completed replacing the side mirror with a new one. I had them realign the door, because it was improperly installed. They scratched the passenger door window tint which they gave me a gift card for the tint replacement. I had to ask for my receipt and proof of warranty.Total time to completion: 3 1/2 weeks!BEWARE: The shop workers drag their feet and quality assurance is non existent!!!

Adam Reese is the reason for the one star review. I set up an appointment with service king at noon and when I showed up he had to be called repeatedly to come to the front and take care of my appointment. When we comes in from the back he immediately complains that he hasn t had time to eat his sandwich and turns around and leaves again for a few minutes, presumably to take a few bites of his sandwich. He then rushes through the estimate to get me out the door. I would of given him the benefit of the doubt except for the fact that I never received a quote from him. When I called back to talk to Adam, he never returned my messages. I called the front desk and could hear the very nice front desk woman telling Adam he had a call and could hear him refusing to answer my call. Even heard her ask Well what do I do? to Adam and then she tells me that he is in a meeting. Flat out lie, but I understand the position Adam put her in and she apologized for him. Point is, I immediately make an appointment with the Grapevine location. I go to my appointment and am treated very nicely by Heath, and get a quote within 2 hours, like Service King always does. In conclusion, this isnt a knock on Service King, but a reason why the wrong staff can ruin the perception of the entire business. Luckily Grapevine had it together at least.

They completely wasted my time. I had scheduled an appointment to have the hail damage on my car looked at. The guy who was supposed to look at my car didnt even bother coming out of his office to talk with me and instead made the front desk guy take pictures of my car for him. Let me make it clear that I was the ONLY person in the office at that time. There were a bunch of people in the back just sitting around and talking. I cant imagine that they were too busy to help me out.I was told my quote would be emailed to me and that they would call me in the next day or two. After a week I had heard nothing from them, so I gave them a call. I was put on hold. After a while, no one seemed like they were going to pick up and help me out, so I hung up.In the end, I decided if this company doesnt want to make an effort to help me with my claim, why should I give them my money. This place must only stay in business thanks to their contracts with insurance companies. I would avoid it and go to a place that actually makes an effort.

This company doesnt act like they want to fix your car. I tried to drop off my vehicle and was told I couldnt unless I had an appointment. With the economy in bad shape, you would think they would welcome any business. Insurance was going to pay for everything, should be labeled an easy sale/work order. These guys act like they are too big for your business, take your vehicle to a small shop. At least they wont turn you down for service.

BEWARE.... careful I took my car there , they are very nice at first, and super helpful and they tell you all the right things but they do a HORRIBLE job at fixing they just put a band aid on the problem as soon as a picked my car after being there for a month all my lights turned on, after months of them ignoring my emails and calls I finally got in touch w the manager just to tell me my warranty been voided. My sister took her car there right before I did and the just put a band aid like they did me and later she spent over 500 dollars, that could have been avoided. So moral of the story, go else where, or pay out of your pocket.

My car was there during a time when service king was experiencing an onslaught of hail damage etc. As mentioned we have had previous repairs done by service king which we were very satisfied with.Anyway as mentioned I was not completely satisfied this time around but I did make the mistake of not advising them that I was disappointed with the service or giving them the opportunity to explain or fix it and I have always felt that customer should give a company a chance to fix issues which in this case I did not. I even had overlooked emails that had been sent to me by service king requesting feedback I instead just gave a hasty review never expecting anything else.Anyway, the manager has personally reached out to me make things right. He has gone above and beyond to correct any issues and even thanked me taking time to help them improve their service.So please do not hesitate to use Service King as we have definitely have had more positive experiences than this last issue.Mistakes and miscommunications are always bound to happen and the mark of good company and customer service is correcting any mistakes or issues and working to resolve it as they have done. I couldnt be more disappointed with the service I received with the repair of my 2009 Honda Accord. Due to poor quality and/or workmanship, I made 4 unsuccessful attempts to pick up my vehicle over the 31 days it was in the shop.While inspecting my vehicle during my first attempt to pick it up, I noticed that the scratches/damage on my side-view mirror where never repaired. Im not sure how something right in the middle of the repair work could be missed?During my second attempt to pick up the vehicle, I found that the scratches on the front quarter panel were not corrected, and there were spots on the rear quarter panel and near the side-view mirror that were not repaired. Again, how can something this obvious be missed prior to presenting my vehicle?When I returned for my third attempt to retrieve my car, the rear bumper did not line-up properly with the upper-portion of the car body. It was frustrating having someone tell me that the mismatch was the result of my car not being stamped properly . . . this, despite the fact there werent any issues prior to the accident.On my fourth attempt to pick up the car, I couldnt open the gas cap cover. Evidently, the internal spring wasnt re-installed when the cover was replaced. With all of the talk about quality control teams and checks, I was beyond frustrated to have problem after problem surface with each attempt to get my car.Besides all of the aforementioned problems, I was also disappointed with all of the update calls promised that were either never made, or made hours after the agreed-upon time . . . or not until the next day.On top of the poor quality of body work and quality checks, even the car wash prior to presentation was second-rate each time. Im amazed that anyone would present my vehicle for inspection when it was obviously not cleaned as promised.Needless to say, I am not satisfied with this transaction. I turned down using a body shop closer to my home due to a more favorable experience I had at this shop a couple of years ago. In the event I need a body shop again, I have no choice but to look for another alternative.

Update: contrary to the note left by the owner. I have never been contacted by Service King to rectify the issues with vehicle. Further, when I attempted to put new tires on the vehicle I was unable to get the wheel locks off because they lost the key.After my wife wrecked her car near the Euless location, we had her car towed to this facility. It took nearly 2 months to repair the car. The work performed on the car was inadequate and the vehicle repairs were done not satisfactory. My insurance adjuster and came to look at the car and would not sign off on the repairs. Paint wasnt completed on hood, head lights didnt work, and weather striping was not replaced. After we were told the vehicle was going to be completed within a couple of days, we finally got the vehicle back 2 weeks later. This was after having assurances from the shops general manager. I have repeatedly contacted Service Kings customer service and have yet to receive a call back from ANYONE. This was after I was told the regional manager would contact me. I cannot recommend this company at this location. I never had experience with a company as poor as this one. My vehicle is still not fixed properly and we are having the issues corrected at another body shop.

Awful awful awful. I cant say it enough. Please trust me when I say this. You would be better off burning your car to the ground. I took my car in around May 2017 to the Service King in Euless TX. They literally patched up the car without replacing any of the severely damaged parts. Never asked me if I wanted parts fixed or completly replaced. All they care about is their relationship with the insurance company. I considered my little used Acura a nice car but now I get a sick feeling in my stomach every time I walk by it. The repairs look terrible, it looks like somebody did them in their home garage. I beg you not to go here. By the way I tried calling 3 times after I picked up my car to talk with a manager but have yet to hear back.I do see where someone from the internet team at Service King responds to negative surveys. Lets see if thats just a game to make people feel like they care.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. Last year was in an accident, took them 7 weeks to fix a small repair, and they didnt even fix it! Had to return a week later to have it fixed again. Lets fast forward to a week ago. The same part is screwed up AGAIN, and now they have had my car for 2 weeks and the parts are not even there yet. This place needs a full staff overhaul from mechanics too service advisors, especially service advisors.....

Avoid coming here at all cost. I got into a automobile accident this week and my vehicle suffered some cosmetic and electrical damages so my insurance company instructed me to come here for an estimate. However, I went to BMWs collision repair center first, and they were more helpful, and more trustworthy as they took out the necessary time to explain to me not only the cost of my repairs, but the reprogramming that must go into it, the different modules that would need to be replaced, the potential damage behind my bumper, and the need to replace my bumper altogether. Jeff at Service King however, DID NOT! In fact, he just snapped a couple pictures and made it seem like it was no big deal nor did he even acknowledge the damage done to my idrive on my BMW. He did a very poor job estimating my damages which according to him was only $600 when we all know it does not cost $600 to replace a bumper on a 2005 BMW 525i especially after you add paint and labor like lets be real! This place absolutely SUCKS! So come at your own risk!

Let me start by saying this is about the 3rd review Ive ever written in my lifetime...at the age of 36. That said, Im still in a waiting room with one other woman for a 10:30am appt. and it is now...11:00am. If I had no other place to be on a weekday (i.e. back at work), fine. However, there seems to be 2-3 claim adjusters and here I sit. I HAVE noticed theres another gentleman working with someone who may in fact be MY adjuster, but in half an hour no one has said, well be with you in just a moment, or a simple, sorry about the wait sir. Just came here because wifes car got rear-ended. Based on this experience alone (on a seemingly pretty slow Tuesday morning), well get the work done elsewhere.

I got my car back on May 4th David said he would speak with my insurance to get a new one. Did not hear from him at all! I called the following week and still head nothing from him! I called again June 6th and said I could come in today June 9th! I left the place without checking to see if my headlight worked, (my mistake) as I was driving home i realized the turn signal was making a weird noise, I checked to see if it was working and IT WASNT. This whole process today took 2 1/2 hours including me having to drive back to get it fixed. Unacceptable, Never again

Car repairs still NOT completed, almost two months later!!! I received several text messages over the month, (apparently too busy to call us) stating repairs were on track to be completed on Friday May 12th. They then notified me via text message Wednesday May 10th that the car would not be ready until May 19th (car brought there April 10th). Theyre sticking us with the extra rental car expense!!! Poor communication with their customers, and customer service SUCKS! Stay away from there!!!

It has been several years since I have had to get my car repaired due to an accident, so when I got into an accident a few weeks ago (not my fault), I was so super nervous about the whole process of repairs. Since a hail storm had just gone through the area, all shops were booked for a few weeks. The earliest I could get my car in was two and a half weeks after the accident. Totally understandable, and my car was able to be driven, so I waited.I ended up going to Service King in Euless and I do NOT regret that decision at all! The service guy I was paired with, Eddy, was absolutely stellar! Amazing customer service, VERY patient (something that I need because I am not a mechanically inclined individual), didnt mind re-explaining things to me, and made sure my car came out looking and running as good as it had four years ago!Eddy made the process a whole lot less stressful than I was afraid it would be, and since I am a single mom that works full time, anything that decreases the amount of stress in my life is a true God-send.I TOTALLY recommend this Service King, as well as Eddy if you ever need car repairs!

My car has been in the shop for almost a month. Got it back today and I have a paint job that looks like it was done by a 5 years old. Horrible! Paint runs on the hood. The interior work was done incorrectly and I have to take it back. If I could post a picture I would. The only reason I brought my car here is because Geico told me to. Otherwise I would of gone to Craigs Collison.

My wifes van had sustained major damage to the front-end in a collision with a car not yielding the right-of-way. This was repaired by the Service King in Euless, TX. Please note that this Honda Odyssey was brand new (only 2 months old at the time of the accident).(1) It took well over a month for Service King to repair. This amount of time may or may not have been appropriate, I am no expert, but it seemed extraordinarily long a time to fix. Of course, we had to use a rental van that entire time and had to deal with the insurance companies to get them to cover that additional cost, which was not fun..(2) We experience problems immediately after receiving the vehicle, which we had to literally hound the service agent to fix. These were problems that localized to the exact location of their repairs. These things eventually got fixed, but we had to spend a considerable amount of time to convince Service King that (1) they were real problems, and that (2) they were related to the original repair.(3) Just a few months later, the front end bumper popped out. It looks to me that some bracket holding it tight came undone. We took this back to Service King, and they are blaming us for doing NEW damage to it! They claim this is due to rubbing on a parking block. They base this on feeling roughness on the underside of the bumper. My wife does recall scraping a parking block (which you have to understand this van has a high clearance so this was a very minor incident), however, this bumper had popped out PRIOR to this incident.We have spoken to Service King three times about this, and they REFUSE TO COVER THIS UNDER THEIR WARRANTY, and they continue to blame us for causing new damage!(4) There are other problems which localize to the radiator and other parts in the front end near the original damage which are not working correctly, Service King NEVER did fix these, and claim that we need to spend our own time to get Honda to fix these under the manufacturers warranty - even though these parts worked fine prior to the accident (this was a brand new vehicle).(6) After receiving a second opinion on some of these issues, we found out after the fact that ALL OF THESE REPAIRS were performed with refurbished parts. Please keep in mind that this vehicle was only 2 months old at the time of the original accident. Now, to be fair, our insurance company (Progressive) probably authorized this use, but that is a separate complaint...(6) This is just an aside, there is another collision repair shop on the other side of the street: Craigs Collision Repair. We delt with some of these issues independently with them; Craigs charges a full 10% on labor, and when I compared estimates from both shops, Service King marks up additional labor for menial tasks which I am told that customers should not be charged for. In the end, I had some minor damage repaired on my car for a full 20% less at Craigs, compared to Service King ($800 instead of $1000).In summary, Service King may have fancy commercials, and admittedly they seem friendly when you walk in the door. However, they do a horrible job of repairing, they use substandard parts, they mark up the cost of labor and over charge you, they will waste your time, and in the end they do not honor their warranties.Buyer Beware.
