I am not car savvy by any means and Chance was so helpful when discussing what services needed to be done to do the car. I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received at Billion. It took 4 times of taking my car in under the Valpro plan for them to finally get approval to fix my door properly. I received a phone call 2 hours after dropping off my vehicle that I will need to pay $248 for my paint to be blended or it will not look right. After a long conversation I agreed to it. When I got there I was told it was $345. I had to complain and refuse to pay in order for them to adjust the invoice. They ended up breaking my window switch when putting my door back together. It took 4 weeks for me to get my car back as they were waiting on a part. My vehicle was parked outside the entire time and it always has been parked in the garage at my home. I picked it up today and there is white paint all over the plastic areas around my car and my windshield is cracked. They are saying it was cracked before I took it in there and I assure you it was not. I will be contacting an attorney. I can’t believe such a large company has such poor service.

Good stuff. Of course, if you buy from Mazda youd go for an oil change at Mazda. Free first change in all. But the service is good and the head honcho seems to be prepared for most. Cant complain.

My Salesman was amazing! I however could not say that about the rest… when signing my papers, the finance guy didn’t want to take the time to explain anything and when asking questions he acted like I was wasting his time. When I would read something he would keep looking at his watch… how rude!

First time going to Billion Mazdas Service Dept for recall work on a new to us Mazda. Chance from the Service Dept was great to work with! He was personable, professional, kept me informed throughout the afternoon as the work progressed. The technicians did a great job completing two different recall jobs in a few hours. The tech also caught some other repairs I wasnt aware of. There was no pressure to get the repairs done that day & pad the bill. They provided me with a loaner car for the day so I could get other things done while in town. I live 2 hours away but would definitely come back for our future vehicle maintenance!

If I could give negative stars I would. We bought a car from them. They were going to have us drive in expired paper plates and did not care if we were to get pulled over on them. When we refinanced it they told us the new first payment date would be 45 days from the new refinancing. They lied and we had to come up with money to pay it from the original date. My family and I will NEVER buy from here again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They are awful.

We werent expecting to purchase a vehicle. The salesman came and made an offer we couldnt turn down. Our overall experience was amazing and the attitude of the whole sales teams was great. We will definitely come back for service and when time comes a new vehicle.

Great responsive service as always from Billion and very happy with my car once all the repairs were completed. My only gripe is that the repair costs kept increasing over the two days it was being worked on. At times it felt that the work being done was disorganized as I never knew what to expect when speaking with those working on my car in terms of price or the time line for my car to be ready.

What an amazing service experience from the moment I walked in. I had car trouble on my way to Montana and had to stop for service asap. They didnt have the part but made sure to order from 2 separate places and ship overnight to make sure 1 of them arrived on time to get me back on the road. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Horrible customer service. Will take your money don’t give them a deposit. They will prolong the return. They will also continually say they personally processed the return yesterday multiple times or say they don’t work in that area of financing and can’t help you. Pretty much seems like they’re lying to you. Then had a couple try’s to get a photo of the return had to ask for my number when I called a second time for the photo. I got the photo and the lady on the other end hung up on me. What a poor attitude as a customer service rep. Also I went to look at the vehicle I had put a deposit down on and they couldn’t find it for a while. Don’t bother wasting your time with this billion auto they’er not nice.

Service was great at every step. Had a breakdown on a roadtrip, but the woman at Billion squeezed in a last minute appointment for me. Chance at the service desk made sure he fully understood the issue with my car and was very calm, friendly and welcoming. The technician (John?) had over 18 years of experience working with Mazdas and communicated back and forth what repairs needed to be done and how to prioritize them. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Car was on the lift early and ready to roll before 1pm. New wheel bearings, tire rotation and an alignment. Thankyou! Exceptional, awesome service and a great crew.

Chance and team are always kind, get you in as soon as they can, tell you what needs to be done and the cost in advance, and I never feel like they are trying to find other things to fix that aren’t necessary as I’ve experienced at other shops. Excellent service! I highly recommend!

Your service personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Since the pandemic, I have not been driving a lot. I did not have the miles, but did have the time for an oil change. They gave me the option of waiting for the oil change, but I decided to do it. I try very hard to keep my cars in tip top shape. I was so thankful that a business would give me this option. Also, I an very happy with the Covid-19 safety features your company has in place.

We were on the road driving from Florida and a service soon light came on. Not being familiar with the rental car, we decided to seek out a Mazda dealership. We found one in Sioux Falla, SD. We met a guy there named JORDAN, who was exceptional. He took care of us, right away and went out of his way to make sure we didnt have to wait too long . Sales experience was very nice and they promised that they relied on repeat customers and good referrals for their business. So far, so good, but then it all went South. I have had Terrible time trying to get a return call from Anyone at Billions and my promised $500 reimbursement for repairs I had to have done on the road is now 3 months overdue.My truck had a check engine light come on during my test drive, they took it into their shop and said their mechanic was 99% sure it was moisture from setting out all night and they gave me a 30day written guarantee to fix whatever was setting off the check engine. On my trip home to Fargo, the light went off again and I was getting 12 mpg with no load and no wind on flat roads. My mechanic in Fargo found intermittent misfiring and replaced all 16 plugs and rotated the ignition coils to see if the misfirings continued and if they changed cylinders.After 4+ calls to Billions I got in touch with Boomer their sales manager who promised to take care of it personally. I emailed a copy of my repair invoice (~$500) and was promised reimbursement. I was promised it again when it hadnt come after a month. Yet again, I was told the check is in the mail. Now is the 3rd and final time I will try before suing them for fraud and damages.I hope there is a happy ending to this story, but you need to hear it anyway. Get Everything in writing from these guys and be prepared to fight hard for your due.

My salesperson was nice. The rest of my experience with Billion has been the worst thing ever. My check engine light came on 2 weeks after purchase even though I was reassured it passed inspection. I attempted to work with them due to this but no one still even speak to me me. The phone system is horrible. Constant transferring my phone calls to dead ends with full mailboxes. I was hung up on a minimum of four times. I was told my car could blow up by the service scheduler and laughed at. I think I talked with at least 12 different people and all but two were the rudest people Ive dealt with. Dont ever go there. Took my car to another dealer to get fixed and it ended up being a $3,600 fix on a two week old purchased car. Horrible experience.

I had a good experience for the most part however, I was told my vehicle had some features that it didn’t have. I will give the salesman the benefit of the doubt and say that he was misinformed and not a liar.Also, it would’ve been nice if Billion could’ve washed, gassed up my vehicle and topped off the fluids. I was told that they do not do that because my vehicle was used. My vehicle still smells like cigarette smoke in the interior.Overall, the salesmen were very nice and I got a great, affordable vehicle.

I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor came back to me when my car was about done and said my valve stem broke off when the technician was airing up my tire. He said it costs $142 dollars to fix otherwise my tire will not hold air. I had no choice but to fix it but this price was outrageous, I had it happen to a tire last summer and went to a different shop to have it fixed and they only charged me $20. I know unexpected things happen but that was outrageous for a valve stem replacement. He ended up taking off the labor amount but it was still $86. Still outrageous. I will not be going back.

I bought a car from you guys in 2018 (miata mx5). In the summer of 2019, the battery in the car is defect and won’t hold the charge. Got this replace with the basic warranty. This year my car battery is dead again but this time you guys do not replace it because my 1 year basic car warranty is over. The battery usually cover by the manufacturer up to 5 years so why is the 1 year old battery is not cover under the manufacture warranty? You guys keep claiming that the battery is fall under the basic car warranty. Very disappointed with your policy.

I brought my car in for seatbelt recall. There was a second recall for the control arm that should have been done before I purchased the car. After repairing a part that they broke while working on the recall, ( no cost to me) I received a call and was told I had another problem that I needed to pay for in order to complete the recall. I refused. I wasnt given an opportunity to deny that particular recall in the event there would be additional repairs. After trying to scare me stating my tires could fall off while driving, they just gave up and said my car was done. Now my car, which ran beautifully when I brought it in, has a shaky steering wheel which slips, is out of alignment, and screeches when I turn the wheel.I emailed the service manager a week ago. No one bothered to call back. I now have to take it to another mechanic to get it fixed.I understand Im not alone in this situation. Unbelievable!!

I just bought a new Mazda 6 Grand Touring, I live out of state from Billion and the thought of buying a car out of state was daunting to me. Few years ago I bought a car from them and financed it with my own bank. Billion pulled my credit score even though I asked them not to. The manager confirmed me that he did not pull my report but later when I checked my yearly credit report, I found that the did actually pulled my report. I do not consider that as good business practice.

Rawlett and Chance, are a awesome team. I was having issue with my car not starting, and the key bob, wasnt working like it should. I called Rawlett to see about getting my car in, I explained that for my job, I need to be Very careful of where I go, as I work in an Assisted living facility, well the next day Chance called to ask about the issues I was having, he came to my work, picked up my car and took it in, checked it out, changed oil, topped off fluids, put air in my tires, and a new battery for my key bob, and had it back before my next break at work. After reading some of the negative reviews about the Billion store I would be naive to think that these people are all pathological liars. However I do believe that some of you may have had a negative experience. Thats sadly how business is - cant keep everyone happy.I had a great car buying experience at the Billion Mazda store. Grant Mosier, a salesmen at the Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler store, carefully listened to my and my wifes needs. After carefully looking through his stores inventory he suggested we check out the Mazda location. Grant took us to the lot, was professional, courteous, and helped us answer all the questions we had. If he didnt know the answer, he was forthcoming and found out for us.We had a great experience with one of the managers, Vitally, and the finance manager, Brent. Everyone has treated us well. We have since had our vehicle serviced there regularly and have had great experiences. Sometimes the wait can be longer than I hope, but an extra 10-20 minutes of my life spent waiting isnt going to kill me, especially when my service is done right and at a fair market price.Thank you for the great experience Grant, Vitally, and Brent. I won’t buy from Billion again. While my salesperson was very helpful, the buying and financing experience was awful. I felt pressured to spend more than I can afford and finance through them on the spot, two weeks later I was still waiting to find out who the loss payee would be so I could add them to my insurance policy. I had to turn around and refinance though my credit union like I wanted to in the first place. Never had this much trouble buying a car before but I won’t be back
