Great place! Found a car we wanted online, called, it was available, we knew we were going to buy it, drove 4 hours one way to get it. Test drove it, car was exactly what the sales guy said it was, they had all of our paperwork ready. We were in and out in as little as a half hour with the test drive! Ryan was our sales guy! First time buying from these guys and we would definitely do business with them again! Great place and great price!

Demien made my experience of buying a car easy fast and non stressful. He’s a really good sales men he listens to you and what you want. And he makes you feel like you’ve known him for years really easy to talk to. I would really recommend him if your trying to get a car from this location.

Had a great sales experience with Graham automotive! Traveled from out of state to look at and purchase a used vehicle. Steve was more than helpful. He was very honest about the vehicle history and any imperfections I would see upon arrival. The vehicle itself was extremely well cared for and very very clean for its age. This honesty played a huge role in my decision to purchase. Negotiations went very smoothly, and he was more than willing to work with my budget. I will most certainly keep them in mind for any future purchase and as a recommendation for anyone looking for a new/used vehicle

Bought a used vehicle and Heather in sales was great. Business process was a little slow and interest rate offered was awful until I protested. 9 days after purchase battery was dead; it was a 4+ year old sealed battery. Obviously they never stress tested it. One of the bolts for attaching the license plate was sheared off inside the lift gate. Took 3 trips back to Graham to get it removed. Strong fragrance in the car (still is not completely gone after 2 months) so we looked at the cabin filter to see if that was the issue. Nope but clearly the filter had not been replaced in years...obviously Graham never checked it. Emailed management to provide feedback on these items, asking for nothing. After a week someone contacted me but only offered to advise on the gee sorry about the battery.

Communicating with their service department is similar to selecting ‘standard shipping’ when completing your checkout online. Don’t expect anybody to answer the phone or respond to your voicemail in under 2 weeks. I had to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I had it towed there ‘the system had an error.’ The appointment that I had scheduled with Mark wasn’t in the system anymore when Mark had checked again. 2 weeks later they were able to diagnose it and 4 weeks later they were able to actually replace the 2 parts. I brought my vehicle in mid-august and just go it back September 7th. Never did I receive a call from their service department as an update, nor was I able to reach my service advisor by phone. The only effective communication with them is to show up in person. They had the efficiency of Congress when it comes to dealing with your average customer or vehicle maintenance. Ship your vehicle directly to Germany VW factory and expect a better turnaround. All in all, an exceptionally distasteful customer experience at top dollar budget.

It was an easy and fast process, but most importantly I felt as if they did their best to give me a fair deal and find a car that was the right fit for me. I needed to buy a car in a relatively short time frame. I contacted Dylan Mertes and he asked me a couple of questions about what I was looking for. Within a few days Dylan sent me several options of cars that were in my budget and had the features I wanted. This was primarily done via text, which I appreciate because I was able to review the options when I had time.I went to the dealership Saturday and test drove several of the options with Dylan. He also showed me some new options that had additional features but were a little above my original budget. Ultimately, I bought a subaru that was a slightly over my budget but had great safety ratings, a really nice interior, and upgraded features. Im glad that he showed me the additional options.The buying process was very smooth. I feel like I got a fair price and Im really happy with the car. I would absolutely recommend Dylan to anyone looking to buy a used car. He was very responsive, respected my budget, and I trust I got a good deal from him.

The car buying experience itself was fine. I bought an extended warranty and later decided to cancel it. Called 13 days after the car purchase to cancel said warranty and was told they would cancel it and it would take 6-8 weeks. Called again at the 6 week mark to make sure it was cancelled and was told it could be up to 8 weeks. 4 weeks after that I called the actual warranty place and they said this dealership still had not cancelled my warranty and that I should have filled out a cancellation request. I was NEVER told this by the dealership. So now Ive been trying to get a hold of the finance department to cancel my warranty almost 3 months after vehicle purchase and have not received a call back.

I was looking for nice clean used vehicle, a call was made to Graham Automotive and Steve Raanes answered the phone. We spoke about a vehicle that they were about to post online. Steve was up front and answered all my questions. The level of service I received was a throw back to when the customer was treated with respect and honesty. I would say to anyone who is in market for a new or used vehicle, you would well served contact Steve. Within 200 miles of Sioux Falls, SD. He would be Worth the drive.Ken W

He even went to Minneapolis to get the exact Jetta that I wanted.If you need service their service department is one of the best in the business. I want to thank Ryan and Christina for the excellent service they provided during our vehicle purchase. We reached an agreeable price with no trouble and in a reasonable timeframe. The last few vehicles my wife and I have purchased have been at an acceptable price but the process of getting there was painful and very long. Very frustrating. Trying to make a service appointment. Left a message last week, no one called me back. Phone has been busy for hours this morning. They can never get you in quickly - seems to be a major undertaking for them to service your vehicle.

Questionable repair diagnosis, discouraged by employees from filing claim with insurance, overpriced. 2 weeks after paying bill and getting a paid in full receipt dealership sent bill for additional charges.

Purchased two vehicles from Graham Automotive in Sioux Falls. Grahams Team lacks knowledge in the products (vehicles and service plans) that they offer to customers. Specifically, we have been dealing with an issue since August 2020 that has yet to be resolved as of November 2020, and have been told false information multiple times by their team as I await for the issue to be resolved.I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle with Graham Automotive. If you are looking for a VW or Volvo I reccomend purchasing from the Minneapolis or Omaha area. Used car? Turn to Schulte Subaru or Vern Eide Honda to receive a 5 star-experience from the moment you step on the lot to any issues that my require their team to follow-up. My husband I will only be purchasing from Schulte or Vern Eide for any future vehicle purchases or services.

I live out of town and inquired online about a vehicle. Got a call from someone named Damion. I asked about purchase and have delivered to my home in Pierre. He said they could do it, but he would have to be paid a delivery charge of $350. When I called and spoke with another salesperson, was told there is no such charge. Beware who you deal with at this location.

Was ready to buy a pre owned car but the car salesman lacked in customer service. Barely talked. Usually a sales professional would ask questions about what I was looking for and all..Nope, he just seemed annoyed I was there even though I was the only customer there.

Very disappointed in this place. Can take ur car in to get oil change, but cant wait in waiting rm 4 ur car. But u can walk across the parking lot lot to spread covid there. Not all people r able to walk that far. Should be informed of this when making the appointment. Very frustrating
