I bought a 2012 dodge grand caravan from Tyler the salesman who honored every issue I had. Then, as luck would have it, the engine light came on as i drove home. So i call him and he refers me over to Jay, who is the manager/owner. Jay made sure the issue was resolved even though it took a few tries to diagnose the issue. He even let me drive a loaner vehicle in the meantime until my vehicle was ready. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had and they really do honor their vehicles as they advertise that they do. Thanks Jay! You guys are awesome! I feel like I got excellent customer service and Im so grateful.
