Needing an oil change on my GMC Terrain, I headed over to Billions to take advantage of their Express Lube service. No appointment necessary. Had about a 30 minute wait; this service is popular! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for a full service oil change and tire rotation - - impressive!

The service on my vehicle was exceptional. The only issue I have is the amount of loaner vehicles that you have. I dont live in Sioux Falls and having to sit at the dealership for 3-4 hours while I wait for my vehicle to be done, isnt exactly my idea of fun. I suggest that you add more loaner vehicles to your fleet. I also own a Ford and any time I take it to Sioux Falls Ford they have a loaner for me to run errands in.

Had great service!! We had traveled close to 4,000 miles and my hubby was beginning to get concerned about our oil needing to be changed. So we pulled in and thank God on Sat. they were open and it was first come first serve. We were in and out within an hour and back on the road!! Thanks guys!! You are the BEST!!

I had a great experience with the work I needed done on my truck! Assuming that it resolved the leak, I am very pleased with their process, facilities, and personnel. It was a streamlined experience from intake to the courtesy shuttle. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. I was communicated to regularly and the work was done quickly. The shop was super clean and professional. I wont hesitate to bring my truck here again and if I need to purchase a new car or truck, I would definitely look to Billion as the service department was top notch.

The person that checked me in had no customer service skills at all and could use some customer service training. I am not sure because the line for service was long, however he needs to learn how to greet customers. The business could help themselves by having someone whose job is to check in customers. I am not sure I will ever bring my vehicle to them for any service in the future.

Initial evaluation went ok. Your people discovered 4 things wrong. But then it needed to be..Blessed by the extended warranty guy. So I brought the vehicle back in at 8am the next day. It was evaluated Tuesday and you had the vehicle all day. No word Wednesday, from warranty guy, by Thursday you heard back and they approved 2/4 items and not the one that I brought it in for to begin. I authorized the work on the cruise control (not covered) brought it in and waited 3.5 hours for the work. Come to discover the next day that the cruise control still doesnt function,Needless to say I am disappointed with the whole experience especially the extended warranty people. Make one wonder if I should buy my next vehicle from GMC

Rep was very thoughtful, polite, and respectful of my input. Came up with good suggestions without overselling them. An extra thing that I hadnt noticed but was covered under warranty also got resolved. He also helped with the paperwork needed to get a rebate on the set of tires I purchased.

Jesse McGraw was absolutely one of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. We traveled almost 600 miles for the 2021 GMC Yukon Denali because they had an exact match to the one I wanted and he took care of everything over the phone and by email so when we got there all we had to do was sign paperwork. He was the only salesman I’ve ever dealt with that promptly returned calls or got answers to any questions I asked. Would highly recommend him to anyone!!

The people that do the oil change could of been nicer and not so rude and at billion auto chevy they gave a check list of everything that did like how my fluids and tire pressure and filters was good or needed attention gmc just did oil change without doing a check list I didnt know I had to ask for them to do that too am? I am new to the area and never been to where you can get a quick oil change I asked what I need to do and they were rude to explain what to do and how it goes the billion auto chevy employees were nicer than the gmc employees

I brought my 2019 Envision in because the thermometer was either very slow responding and/or not working to temperature changes. Danny Dunagan had updated programming on ECM after finding no codes showing a problem with the thermometer. I believe the update solved the problem as the thermometer seems to be working fine now. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. THIS IS YOUR WARNING, DO NOT COME HERE. They will screw you over in a heartbeat. The guy sold me a truck, said nothing was wrong with it. Said it was perfect and ran great. Really? Then why did I have to have the oil leak fixed, the ignition switch replaced, the seats sewn up, and the battery replaced twice...after the second day of having this truck, that “supposedly” runs great and is perfect? Exactly. The radio doesn’t work either, so I have to fix that myself, and the Fender Flares flew off driving the truck down the interstate due to them being put on poorly. They said they’d pay for all the damages done, but after they said that, they stopped returning emails and calls. Highly thinking about suing for deceptive advertising.

I shouldn’t have gone on a Saturday however the thing that bothered me was after I waited in line for 2.5 hrs to get my oil changed and tires rotated I watched as my truck sat parked next to the building for nearly 15 minutes before someone finally came and said it was done after I had to ask if it was complete

We are traveling with our fifth wheel and our battery died on the GMC Sierra. Although we could jump it, no dash controls or gauges.Drove to Dillion service bay and they looked into Within 1/2 hour. Panic nope? Ran some tests, installed new battery, fixed a loose cable and back on othe road in under 2 hours! Who does this kind of friendly, fair, quick, no appoint service anymore... but thanks Billion Happy Travelers from Cali.

Nothing like purchasing a vehicle from 400 miles away sight unseen. Chase Hopper and the team at Billion Sioux City made it very easy. From first contact I could tell the staff was well trained and very professional. From first contact to having the vehicle delivered the whole process took under 48 hours. Even after a 400 mile drive the vehicle looked perfect. With the inventory concerns nationwide at this time they had a great selection and had what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Billion in the future.

Im seriously upset right now. Rude, heartless, inconsiderate staff. My boyfriend got our car towed here because our babysitter lost our vehicle keys while on an outing with the kids. I took an expensive taxi to get there, was told to go look for my car in the back lot to make sure its there then just go to parts. So I went and looked for myself, found it, got horrible, rude customer service, a key that was not programmed, and an expensive fee for a key that only set my alarm off. I go inside to be chastised, talked down to and demeaned by the staff. They are apparently too busy. They literally treated me like a roach. Disgusting, lazy, inconsiderate behavior from start to finish.

Terrible service department. Called with a question about my variable output alternator on my 2017 Chevy Silverado that I bought there for $40,000 dollars and god forbid they put a tech on the phone to answer one simple, non diagnostic question. The guy on the phone was too incompetent to answer it himself. Then he hung up on me despite me being perfectly polite. Never buying another vehicle from this corporation again. Once they send you out the door with a purchase, they never want to see you again unless its to buy another vehicle. Every single interaction Ive had with this service department has been less than pleasurable. They also put a one year expiration on the two free oil changes you get when you buy a new vehicle. It takes full synthetic which is rated for 7,000 miles according to the manual. Most people wont drive 14,000 miles in one year. I had them change mine at 3k for break in purposes and they expired my second oil change. Ive had my pickup for three and a half years. Ive only put 11,500 miles on it in that entire time and change the oil only once a year, long before the 7k miles suggested limit. Screw Billion automotive

I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could. I was promised via text message that my HVAC blower motor and control panel would be replaced free of charge since the air conditioning went out less than one week after purchasing the vehicle. That promise was not kept, and I instead had to pay nearly $1,000 for these two parts. I will not be returning to this dealership, or any other Billion-owned business.

Said it would only take an hour to fix the part that need it. So I decided to wait there until it was done. It took an hour and a half longer than they said it would. They did not come tell me it was done. I went in to see if it was finally done and the service guy was chatting with a coworker. I was not happy at how long it took. I would not have sat at the dealership for 2.5 almost 3 hours had I known it would take that long.

Our vehicle broke down with 7 horses in trailer. The team at Billion from Shane in service to Jeff in sales to the team that put some new options on the truck we traded our old one in for was AMAZING. Everyone was kind, helpful and focused on getting us on our way to our vacation. The team at Billion was focused on Helping us decide to repair or purchase with no pressure, just support. The team even accommodated our 7 horses in the side lot and lot so we could be near them and the readying of our new truck. We drove from Northern Colorado to pick up our new truck. Nowhere within 500 miles of us had the vehicle we were looking for and most we contacted weren’t willing to move much on the price right now. We worked with Jesse McGraw and 90% of the transaction was handled over the phone. He was willing to answer all of my questions and we were happy with the price we negotiated. Jesse’s diligence to make sure our 9hr Drive was worth it made us confident that the transaction would go as planned. No complaints and very much appreciate the attention to detail and no surprises. My husband and I were going to look at a car and we had to take our 3 year old and 18 month old. We were hesitant about even going, but our salesperson, Lee, was very nice, non judgemental, and made us feel like we were very welcomed. It was a very long day there and he was so helpful by giving my kids ice cream bars, balls to play with and even keeping them entertained while we had to move our things into the new car. He was also very straight with us about prices and what was best for our family. We had been to a few other dealerships where the salespeople looked annoyed with my kids or rushed through everything just to get us out. I would reccomend this place to anyone and highly recommend Lee!

I try to like them but they just make it so hard. Theyve got a big selection which is easily their best quality and why Ive bought from them multiple times. However, theyre customer service and follow through are terrible. I left multiple messages regarding new car paperwork and car repairs that NEVER got returned. The level of customer service drops to almost nothing as soon as soon as youve signed your contract. Ive got two kids that will be in need of a car within a few years and I think Ill probably try to go with a different dealer next time.

This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Billion as a company. The first two were new vehicle purchases, and this was my first used vehicle purchase from them.First the good:*Cole was the sales person I happened upon when I was interested in test driving a Kia Sportage. He was friendly and accommodating to get me the vehicle to test drive.*After the test drive, I was interested and so we decided to run numbers to see where we were at. We did go back and forth a bit on my trade, but eventually came to an agreement.*The sales process wasnt what I would call high pressure, but I generally know exactly what I want before I even test drive a vehicle. So there wasnt pressure to look at multiple different vehicles, and I was pretty upfront about that. Cole was easy to work with.*Cole and the team stayed pretty much until close to get the paperwork done and I ended up driving home with my Kia that night.Now the meh:*I hadnt gotten 10 miles down the road in my test drive before the fuel light came on. I was pretty unimpressed with that. In fact, it caused an issue when I was trying to figure out why a feature (remote start) wasnt working. That was a deal-breaker feature, and it wasnt working because the fuel level was too low. I almost walked because of that, but they figured it out before it got to that point.*Please re-train your used car detailing team. Especially the employee in charge of the SuperSoaker filled with ArmorAll who apparently sprayed the ENTIRE interior with that disgusting, greasy garbage. Every surface was just freaking gross. It is a legitimate safety issue, as well, because my hand slipped completely off the steering wheel! Needless to say, I spent over an hour scrubbing down the hard-touch surfaces with a Dawn dish soap mix and a rag. I pulled up the rubber cup holder insert to find AmorAll pooled up under it. So, next time Id appreciate not having to clean up the Exxon Valdez oil spill in my new-to-me vehicle. Where can I send the invoice for my car detailing consulting fees?*The loaner I was given while they completed the work due part of our sales agreement was also a victim of the SuperSoaker enthusiast.Overall, the experience was pretty good with the exception of a couple of rough edges that just shouldnt have been an issue with a company this large. Attention to detail is why I would give my business to Billion over Bobs Gimmicky Car Emporium. Thats the reason for my 4/5 star review.
