Quite possibly the most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience ever. Jon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, answered our questions honestly, and understood that we needed to do our due diligence and look elsewhere to ensure we were getting the best deal, which we determined we were getting at Brothers. He was attentive without being pushy, and a pleasure to do business with. I love the vehicle we purchased at Brothers, and will start with them the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

Buyer beware. We purchased 2 vehicles at Brothers - the first one was okay and we put about 40,000 miles on it without any major issues, but we recently traded it in for a larger vehicle from Brothers, and that didnt turn out so well. We didnt notice any issues when we test drove it, which was basically just 10 minutes or so. After we bought it (in July 2021), we noticed clunking noises in the front end, and a loud bang when making certain turns. Brothers also didnt have a 2nd FOB ready on the day we bought it, and we discovered that the owners manual inside the glove compartment was for the wrong year and model of vehicle! Thankfully, (after I pestered our sales guy a couple of times) Brothers did get us a 2nd key/FOB and the correct owners manual at no charge, but they were absolutely worthless when we brought up the clunking/popping noises with the vehicle. The issues were supposedly forwarded to management, but we never heard a word from them. After my wife went to get the key and manual, our sales guy said they would get to the bottom of the clunking issues and we would hear from the sales manager shortly. Never happened. Its like once you buy a vehicle from them and you have issues with it, they disappear. I ended up going to Billion Chevrolet, and they were thankfully able to fix everything under warranty at absolutely no charge to us. Billion showed us a video of their inspection, which was pretty awesome, and there were quite a few spots where certain parts needed to be tightened and cleaned. It made Graham (the mechanic Brothers uses) look terrible. We had trusted the CarFax and the original inspection report done by Graham, which made it look like everything checked out okay, but I wouldnt trust the Graham inspections anymore after seeing what the Billion mechanic discovered. Brothers Auto seems to have lots of good reviews online, but I would not recommend them anymore after this experience.

The experience of buying a car from Brothers was extremely satisfying. They sent a comprehensive Car Fax review, and when I asked to have the car checked one more time for any weakness not mentioned by Car Fax, they gladly paid for one more check up of the vehicle timing belt and water pump, and an oil pressure sensor replacement by Graham Tire and Auto, which solved the problem of a warning light in less than an hour. Brothers arranged a loan for my car with a loan company that responded also with excellent, polite, and secure online servicing. My monthly payments are all set up, and it has been only three weeks since I first contacted Alex D. and Brothers Auto Sales, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

I recommend getting any help you need from Chauncey. He was very helpful, easy to talk to, and just overall a nice guy.

We are SO happy with our new car! After taking months to find a reputable used car dealership and searching for so long for a Toyota, we finally found the car we were looking for at Brothers Auto. Cameron helped us out and he was so knowledgeable and helpful during the process without being overbearing or making you feel like you were being sold something that you didnt really want or need. He even checked in with us after we purchased it to just see how things were going and make sure we were happy with our new car! I recommend if youre going there to be sure to talk with him. Apparently, this place specializes in low-mileage, newer used vehicles, and we have been very happy with our car. No issues at all and its been a few months since we bought it. The only negative aspect of our experience was in dealing with Adam, the finance manager, when signing the documents. He was very salesy, and even said well you can call me about the weather, but not about the car after we declined the extra warranty. It left a bit of a gross taste in our mouths after sitting with him. But everything else there was awesome. Well be going back to look for our next car!
