Outstanding dealership in every facet of the process in purchasing our new ‘21 T6 XC60 Inscription. The entire deal, which included a trade-in, was accomplished via texting and phone calls. The vehicle was positioned just out front of the showroom when we rolled in, walked in and signed all the documents and drove away in short order as agreed upon and promised by our Sales Associate Andrew and GM Jason. Thanks for a stress free and delightful new car buying experience. We highly recommend the Graham Team and they’ve earned a lifelong customer in the process!!! Cheers!

Called multiple times and left messages to get our volvo in for four new tires and an oil change and was never called back once. Called one last time to see what was going on and got the “whats a good number to call you back at” line again. Bob used to be our go to in the service department but he retired so i suggest if you want good customer service and to actually get scheduled within a month to go elsewhere. This place is a joke now!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They offer an electric vehicle charger that they will literally shut off if you dont plug a Volvo into it. An attitude like that coming from whoevers in charge is just too offputting to even step in the door. :(

Drove 2 hours to have our S60 fixed. On trip 1, they didnt have all the parts, so had to make a separate trip. On trip #2 they over booked us and called as we were almost there to rebook us. Ended up dropping off car and got a loaner. They offered to drive our vehicle to us, but it was a complete cluster. After $1000 to have repairs, we got the vehicle back with EVERY single issue we paid to have fixed. Out 2 vacation days to drive the vehicle there, plus the money to fix it only to have nothing done is disappointed. Wished they would have been more honest and had better communication regarding the issues and their (in)ability to fix them.

We had troubles with our 2004 Volvo XC 90 great just west of Sioux Falls. Bob and his team did everything possible to get us back on the road. They did a great job of keeping us informed as they tracked down the solenoid valve we needed, getting us running again just before the fourth of July weekend. Much appreciated.

Our old Volvo had a weird noise. They did everything they could to repair it asap. Unlucky for us the problem could not be fixed due to our limit of time. However they found what the weird noise caused and made sure we coule continue road trip. Great communication and honest service.

I arrived 2.5 hours early following my 6 hour drive from Bismarck, ND. Did not know what to expect, but to my great delight the Service Advisor went out of his way to push my Volvo forward for servicing well before my scheduled time. Truly appreciate this type of customer service!

So thankful I bought a Volvo and not the other brand I was set out to purchase! Matt was so knowledgeable and professional, a great salesman but not pushy. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He really let the car sell itself! The after-purchase customer service has been top notch. All of the service professionals make themselves available to answer questions, provide a loaner for service work, and are always friendly and accommodating.

Theres an EV charger there that on multiple apps says that its a public charger. I pulled up to charge and within ten minutes (while they were open) it was shut off. It was a little confusing because the other billion ev chargers are always on. Maybe they dont want to be known as a good place to charge an EV. Even though charging my car from 0 to 100 would cost less than $3. The people working must just hate electric vehicles, even though Volvo sells an EV.

I cant say enough about Sioux Falls Volvo. While driving cross country from Washington to Tennessee, I discovered that a tire was losing air. After going to a tire shop I was given the horrible news that I had a cracked wheel. Bob at Sioux Falls Volvo worked hard to make sure a new wheel was overnighted so that I was back on the road the very next day. Every staff member that I interacted with was courteous and professional, they truly made me feel like I was important to them.

If your looking for service on an older model of Volvo don’t waste your time here. I waited 5 minutes for Bob from service to pick up the phone. I stated “Hey I own a 2001 Volvo S60 and recently started smelling the strong odor of fuel coming from the back right passanger side of the vehicle. I was wondering if you could look to see if there’s any common issues with this make and model of vehicle.” Bob reply’s with a big fat “No.” Am I wrong to call a Volvo Service department asking for help? Just my thoughts.

Outstanding !! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We live in Mpls and my daughter is going to school in Vermillion, an hour from Sioux Falls. Her 2007 S80 died and would not work. We got it towed to Volvo SF and Matt Christopherson immediately went to work for us. In less than a couple hours time, he had a diagnosis of the several issues at play. Gave me an estimate, ordered parts and all along kept me appraised of what was going on. Most nights I would get an email with pictures at maybe 9 or 10 PM at night from Matt. He expedited out of town parts and everything was put back together in about three days. To top it all off, Matt insisted on personally driving the car back to my daughter in Vermillion because she did not have a way to pick it up. On Matts own time, at no charge. Exemplary, outstanding customer service from Matt C and his team. 100% recommend them, wish we werent 5 hours away. Thank you, Matt and team !!
