Called ahead to let the manager (Scott) know I was short on time. When I arrived, he had cleared a bay, and I was out in record time. Normally, he would have offered other services ... and I would have taken them ... but he knew I was in a hurry, so he chose NOT to do that.Excellent.I will return, and will probably take advantage of every piece of advice he has to offer - he took a gamble on me, and Im going to make sure it pays off.He was courteous, professional, organized, clearly communicated with his team ... clearly communicated with me ... excellent leadership.

In the two years that I’ve been coming to jiffy lube, this time had to be the best service I’ve ever had. I came in and was out within 10 minutes ! The way the staff works together and got the job done so quickly made me so happy. Stefanie helped me out and she was amazing. Definitely coming back !

I have went to this shop for a couple years now. Always excellent service and they will definitely give you honest answers and work on you vehicle. I went to Bergland/Chevrolet for check engine light that came on, all said and done, they said it was almost $3,000 to fix. Towed it to jiffy and they did it all for right under $600, haven’t had one issue w my car since. They took my sisters car that hadn’t been ran in really over a year and did full engine wash and check to make sure it was good to drive to CO, it made it just fine with out stopping.

These people are incredibly slow! I just went for an inspection, but it took 3 tries. The first time, I learned that they dont do them on Fridays. The second time, I learned that 3:30 was too lare.. This time Stefanie B said there was a car in the bay and it would take 45 minutes. It almost seemed like she wanted me to leave. As for what the five employees behind the store were doing, I have no idea. Ill find a new place next year.

For the first time since my dad passed away my mom has found herself having to undertake getting an oil change on her car. She is hearing impaired so I made the trek with her. Being out first experience, we were both impressed by all of the things that the employees checked out on the care, as well as the care that Stephanie took while getting us in, checked out, and also washing the windshields and vacuuming the insides of the car. For not knowing what to expect we were very pleased with the results and the amount of time that it took! Thank you Franklin Road Jiffy Lube!

The folks who work at this location are the nicest and friendliest I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They are also not sexist and do not speak down to you because you are female. Highly suggest for other women who do not appreciate the belittling way other car service locations speak to them.

Went there for an oil change. Technicians told me my radiator coolant was low and I should get it flushed and replaced. After the engine cooled we opened the cap - the coolant was at the cap - sufficiently full. No issues at all. It bothers me that this business seems to try to sell services which are unnecessary and a waste of resources. I dont plan to go there again.

Have been a customer of this location for 3 years. They are nice people who tell you what needs to get done and what you can wait on.

I went early, so i was in and out with an oil change in around 15 minutes. Sure it cost me 72 bucks, but i pay for convenience. They also showed me my air filter but did not make me feel bad when i declined to have it replaced. I hate pressure based sales!! Definitely going back!

Called ahead to make sure I could have work done. Quoted $57 on the phone when I got there the mechanic wasn’t there and I was told it was $90 per hour.

The employees of this business are rude and disrespectful of women. They treated my wife rudely and with contempt and all she was trying to do was visit a store that shared a parking lot with the Jiffy Lube. They laughed at her and , when she asked to talk to their manager, stalled and wouldnt give the information until my wife got a witness. The Shop owner that she was visiting stated that it was not the first time that Jiffy Lube employees have harassed female customers.

Had my rear brake pads changed and the service was great and the job was done fast.

I went in there to get an oil change the guys in there were very helpful they showed me what my transmission fluid looked like and then what it should look like. Normally I would feel like they were just trying to get money out of me but they felt genuine.

With one server being new, it all could have been better.My orange chicken for the price was a rip off..5 small pieces and choice of rice and side salad which was just lettuce. Wow what a salad..rip off all the way around. DONT GO THERES BETTER PLACES TO GO!

Very nice and respectful employees here. They provide you with different options, and prices, when getting an oil change to best suit your wallet. The waiting room is small so its best advised to schedule an appointment so you dont have to wait to long if they are busy. But overall a nice place to get your car serviced.

Management was less than willing to assist with an issue from a prior experience, and none of their staff is wearing face masks or keeping their social distance from others. The oil change was fast, so 1 star to be fair.

My daughter Ashton was in Roanoke last Friday visiting her brother and experienced a flat tire. She is a college student and this was the first time away from home that she has experienced vehicle issues. Jiffy Lube took care of locating a tire, replacing it and getting her back on the road in no time. I cant tell you how much that meant to me as a parent. Thumbs up for the staff going above and beyond!

This week I stopped to get my partners car serviced. Very long wait. Employees spent more time standing around talking than working. The young man that checked me out when complete was obviously under the influence of something. This location is near my home and we used to have our car serviced their regularly. My partner and I will no longer patronize this chain.

Horrible state inspection site. I have 2 cars they rejected in 3 days. On 2 very good vehicles that never had issue over last several years. Good tires, good brakes , no defects, no lights out. Unbelievably found some check light on one day. Wasn’t there the next so went back and they accepted. Didn’t do anything to vehicle. Next car they say has a tint that went an inch too low so rejected that one also. So now they are having to scrape it all off. Huge inconvenience and huge waste of time. Never again.

Just finished at jiffy lube. While driving back home my radiator cracked on the side. The team was busy but yet they told me they were going to help. They did. It was replaced and a service check was done. Thank you all for your team work and professionalism. Thats why I have been using them for the last 6 years again thank you.

Drove three miles after my oil change and my check engine light came on. My car was running fine before..... took it to get looked at nothing the codes were cleared and my car continues to run fine. I do not believe it was just a coincidence that my light came on after leaving there. I will not return!

Specifically asked to have floors vacuumed they didnt get done and asked to again after service and the response was terrible wont be back we have 17 vehicles in our fleet your loss Jiffy Lube

The absolute biggest waste of 112 dollars I ever spent on a oil change and air filter. I hadnt been to a Jiffy Lube in over 10 years and this is why. First the oil change, they put too much oil in the motor so I had to drain some out once I got the car home. This was of course after the car shut off on the way home due to the mechanic not hooking my air intake box back up to the intake. Did I mention they forgot to put the new air filter in before charging me for it? There was not a single thing done correctly to my vehicle. Everything they touched on it had to be redone. Never ever again will I be back. I would not recommend them to wash a vehicle. Horrible experience and horrible service!

I originally gave this business all five stars because the manager was so nice and efficient. My visit today was not only disappointing, but scary as well.My low tire pressure light was on this morning so I decided to get an oil change and air in the tires. When I checked in, I asked them to check the tires. They said it was included in the service.When leaving, the tire pressure light was still on. I asked about it and was told I had to drive around a while for warm air to build up. I thought that was funny because I never had to do that before. I drove five miles and the light was still on so I returned to Jiffy Lube. I was told to go the Firestone to get my tires reset. Once again, odd.I went to Firestone and they didnt know what I was talking about. They checked my tire pressures and they were very low, as low as 26. They filled all the tires free of charge and the light went off immediately.Scary still, another woman had been at Jiffy Lube was complaining about her light and she was told to seal her tires (or something like that). This visit was scary and potentially dangerous. I will be going to Firestone from now on.

A warning light on my dash told me I needed air in my tires so I stopped at the first place I came to. The guy I spoke totold me he could help but there was one car ahead of me and it would be 5 minutes. I watched him work the car ahead of me and brought me up. He checked all tires, addae air as necessary and waved me away. I asked a couple of questions and he answered them in terms I could understand. He said I owed nothing I tipped him for a job well done and without hesitation. I highly recommend.

I had my oil changed here and days later started smelling burning oil. Thought I had a leak and called my mechanic. He found out Jiffy Lube didnt replace my oil filter properly so it was just spraying oil everywhere.Also, Monica needs to learn some phone manners. If youre not car savvy, shell make you feel really small. They lost me and my husband as customers.

Always quick service, and very polite staff. I needed a new air filter that they didnt have in stock. They ordered it and had it delivered within 3 hours, and installed it free of charge. Prices are fair for the service. The technician that worked on my car was very friendly and professional. He definitely treated me with respect despite the fact that I knew nothing about cars. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-Store #1785Franklin Rd Sw3559 Franklin Rd Sw Roanoke, VA 24014-2201The store hours indicate this location is open Monday until 7pm. I brought my car in for a VA state inspection service to this location on Monday 10/28/2019 and arrived at approximately 3:45pm. I was turned away with the excuse that they only perform 16 state inspections a day. This is a HUGE inconvenience due to my own work schedule and seems like false advertising. There is a sign that indicates state inspections until 5pm. Im extremely annoyed by lack of service for a seemingly unjustified reason and for going against the listed offered service times.

Had a great experience last time. This time, my oil change ended up taking an hour. I was told they needed to get a filter from somewhere else and it’d be 15 minutes tops, so I agreed to wait. It ended up being 45 minutes. They broke my glove box putting in the filter, so now it doesn’t shut properly. He gave me a “discount” which was the AAA discount. I already have AAA so it wasn’t really a discount at all. Ended up being a very pricey and time consuming change. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I was the worst experience i ever had! The credit card machine not working and instead of getting charged for $204.43 for service, i was charged $1,431! Also my account was overdrawn and left me NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!

AVOID..AVOID..AVOIDAn employee of mine took his company van in for service including tire rotation. Turns out they stripped 2 of the lugs putting them back on. You can look at the lugs and see they were stripped while putting them back on. Took van to dealership for repair and they confirmed they were stripped putting them on. Cost $300 for repair. Mgr. on duty said they would take care of it. Many days later after relentless calls the GM Luke Underwood said they will not cover because our employee signed the receipt relieving them of responsibility??If you care anything about your vehicle dont take it to Jiffy Lube!!We are not done with this yet...

Oil changes went fine. The second I let them touch my brakes, all heck broke loose. I had a U joint problem that Luke diagnosed as brakes. It took Luke around 6 hours to do both sets of brakes. I sat there watching him run back and fourth between doing oil changes and working on my brakes little by little. He promised that the sound was gone. Driving home, the sound was still there. Then suddenly, every time I hit the brake, I had a violent bang. Turns out that the caliper completely came off. Every time I hit the brakes, my rim was being scratched up inside. The charge was about $700 and my car was out of commission for 4 days. No offer for a rental, nothing about a refund, promised to give me a new rim when I informed him that one was just replaced after an accident, fell on the sword on that. I was out of a car for days, money out of my pocket, missed work. Highly recommend buying your own oil, filter, air filter and going to a more reputable shop. You can get some of the best oil on the market for a fraction of their best. Dont even think about a brake job here!

I just waste 109$ spend on a oil change and filter change , but there was not single thing they done to my car filter was still dirty and my car oil leak2,3 days , never will be back , horrible service.
