No scheduling of appointments. You have to plan to leave your car there all day. I called multiple times over three weeks before they finally told me to come in. When I got there, they said I needed to leave the car there and they would get to it later.Im not going back.

These guys were able to work me into an extremely packed schedule this past week. they were extremely polite and didn’t try and sell me anything i didn’t want. along with finishing the work within 3 hours, they did an absolutely amazing job. perfection fits their name.

Brought my F-150 in for a cat back swap, only to realize the muffler in the kit I ordered was the wrong configuration. David and Randy went out of their way to make sure I still drove out of there happy and traded it with a new one they had in the shop. Service like that is hard to come by these days.

I came in with a complete exhaust system that was poorly made and they helped Cut, Re-hang/Weld/and add a Resonator for about 130 dollars.I came back later to have a propper muffler to be cut and welded and they did that for cheap.I cant beat that price for what they did for me.

Called Randy the day before I went in to schedule an appointment. He said first come/first served. I got there before 8am and he had a muffler and hanger installed within the hour! Quality, service and attitude means a lot to me. Randy and the rest of the crew are commendableBy the way, I left a coffee cup in the waiting room and they put it up for me. Thanks guys.

Called to have an exhaust manifold replaced. They said, we dont do manifolds. I asked if they could recommend someone who does, and they responded, I dont know. Youll just have to call around to some of these other shops. An exhaust/muffler shop that doesnt replace manifolds?? The guy I spoke with was short, rude, and completely unhelpful. Would not recommend.

There name speaks for its self. They are perfectionist at what they do. If you need exhaust or automotive repair see Randy and Shannon they take pride in there work.

I highly recommend this business. They are very fair on their prices and will get you in and out as quickly as possible. I dont feel that they are there to get over on the customer. They are very nice and very professional.

Never taken my car anywhere for anything because I know if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. I’ve been busy lately and thought I’d give this place a chance. Very simple job turned into a nightmare that I’m going to have to deal with myself. Had mid pipes and over-axles installed on my mustang here and instead of putting a flange after the collectors on the long tubes, they removed the u-bolts I had holding the side dumps and welded the entire system SOLID front to back. Making it IMPOSSIBLE to take the long tube headers off to work on the motor. I gave them two hangars for the tail pipes and what did they do? Bolted one hangar to the frame and welded the other. I don’t know if the guy was too lazy to go get a drill or what but it’s not acceptable. My car is very important to me and I would expect a place with a name like “perfection” would take at least a little pride in the work they do. Never doing business with this place again.

Have attempted to use Perfection multiple times on several different vehicles. Each time i call they tell me come on over and that they will get it taken care of. Then everytime I arrive the act like nobody ever talked to me and tell me they cant even get the car in. Most recently I set up an appointment to fix an issue i explained over the phone, upon arriving the person told me they dont work on that type of issue and everyone in the shop knows that so i must be lying. Worst customer service i have experience and wasted my time and gas on multiple occasions. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic muffler work done last year. Always recommend them to everyone. They are honest and fair with the prices.

Crooked business, took 4 hrs to put on a muffler and tail pipe while I waited. I could see through the window that they wasn’t working on my vehicle for at least 2/3 of that time, then charged $400 for the job and no itemized receipt.

Did exactly what they said.
