Came in to have both mine and my husbands cars inspected on a Thursday morning and was greeted by Craig.The first inspection took less than 30 minutes and found the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Proceeded and this took about 1-1.5 hours. My husbands car took a little longer (30min-1hour) to get inspected but that was because the shop was busier then. In the end Craig told us his brakes were still in working condition and no services were necessary.Overall very satisfied with this business and really appreciated how genuine Craig was from start to finish. Definitely would recommend anyone else to come here and will come back as necessary!Also to note, the lobby was also clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

I feel bad that I’ve neglected to write a review, especially for a deserving business. Took my car in because the brakes had begun singing, and based on previous reviews, I thought I’d give Professional a shot. Very courteous operator…kept me informed of the process, options and pricing the entire way. Hung out and waited for my car, which took about two hours for the brake job…which is completely reasonable timing. Overall a good experience, and will return for future needs.Update: don’t know what the issue is, but the squeaking brakes continue now after a couple of weeks, and there feels like there is some grinding as I’m stopping…is this normal? Do the brakes need to be “broke in” before that stops? ThanksUpdated update: got a very quick call back from Craig at the shop, and he suggested bringing the car back in so they could take a quick look at things. In no time at all, they checked their work, made a few tweaks, and I was back on the road. This shop,is a true testament to why you should strive to go local with your business. Pride in what they do…standing behind their work…and treating you like a neighbor…my loyalty remains. Thanks for your follow up and help!

I brought my 2017 Audi to this facility strictly based on the overwhelming positive reviews I read while searching for an honest, quality brake repair shop. The reviews were spot on! Craig and his team were first class from start to finish. I received quality service at a fair price…all in under 3 hours from start to finish. But what impressed me the most was Craig’s integrity on only repairing what was needed…No BS scams to charge more…which is hard to find (if not impossible) these days in that type of work. Jeff and Craig are absolute ALL STARS. Rolled into Vegas from Yosemite grinding metal to metal on my 06 Dodge Charger. My wheels were near impossible to take off due to some weird lugnut format from Dodge- they took every step possible to attempt to take them off and finally prevailed. LEGENDS. Craig stepped in the next day and swapped out my rotors and brake pads and finished like three hours early- price was beyond fair. The need to buy the entire shop a beer was my general feeling upon pick up- HAVE NO DOUBTS, give em a ring ASAP.

Absolute best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop! They are so friendly and professional. I took my car in because my brakes were squeaking a bit and I had never had the brakes done. I thought for sure I would need new front brakes. Turns out my brakes were squeaking because they had dirt on them (it had been raining a lot and I drive on the highway frequently). They cleaned up my brakes, told me everything was fine, and didn’t even charge me! Love this place. If you need your brakes done this is the place to go! They are the most honest, amazing people! :)

My husband needed his brakes done and so he took our car over there to get the brakes fixed. Craig the Manager/owner whoever he is said to me on the phone a price and stuck to it. That was the ONLY good thing that they did. My husband delivers for a living and then takes me to Drs appointments, so there is special cargo in our car at all times. So he was out delivering on one night and got a flat tire and also couldnt drive the car because it was making such a loud grinding noise because of the brake pads. Well not only was it the brake pads but it was the bolts that that keep the rotors on was sticking half way out . So the screw was half way out and the bolt was gone. And this was in September and we just had the brakes done in August. So I would check and make sure that they tighten everything really tight and do everything correctly. Because if it wasnt for the flat tire which was cut on the inside of the tire by something from the brakes puncturing it my husband could have had a major accident and could have possibly been killed. And so I called twice and talked to Craig and he just blew me off both times. So 215.00 and possibly could have lost my husband we will NO LONGER take our car to them to have our brakes done. We had to take the car else where to find out all of this and get it fixed. And then in late December the car was shimming again so we took it to someone who is reputable that has worked on our car before to see what was going on and there was only 5% of brake pads left. So I dont know what they use there, but I would be very very careful.

I did a walk in and it was not very busy at the time. i did wait as well and there wa son one else in the lobby with me. the service was quick imo. would definitely recommend. Craig was very helpful and was quick with the service. he explained everything that i needed for my brakes. which were in pretty bad condition. but he got it done and walked out happy with my service.sidenote: they do accept apple pay. i couldn’t find on google reviews or yelp about it.

I dont live in Henderson anymore, but I still travel 30 minutes across town for these guys. Service is excellent and honest and they wont run up your costs unnecessarily.

Ive been coming here for years. Craig runs a fair and honest shop. When the dealership tells you to wait a week and itll cost you bring your car here instead. They do full service of vehicles and even outsourced a very specific Ford part to his neighbor for me. I drive out of my way to bring my vehicles here.

Craig is nice and cool, he point out my cars issue that I didnt even mentioned. The price they charge is very reasonable.

Straight and simply, had brakes needing replacement. Dropped my car at 8 am, they checked what needed to be changed (which was front brake pads and re-surface rotors... not rear pads), called me up at work with no up sales, got done by lunch to pick up my car again. This was my first automotive shop experience in Vegas and I couldnt have picked a better shop. I called 7 different spots and not only did they have the best price but Craig and Michael are great guys. Craig replaced my CV axle, ball joint, and both tie rods in about 2 hours. Absolutely phenomenal work. I recommend them to anyone and I look forward to going back when the time comes.

This place is the most honest car repairs place Ive been To! No BS! No lying about crap needs work or needs to fixed or anything. They did the work that only needed to be done, and at a very timely manner. Also Craig fixed my bumper. A small work that a body shop wouldve probably charged about $50-$60. He fixed it for free, and its not even a body shop.Thanks for the awesome customer service and honest and quick work.

I needed brakes and a fluid flush, I called and Craig was friendly answered all my questions and told me they would be open Monday no appointment needed. Service was quick professional and way cheaper than the dealership wanted to charge. I definitely am happy with service I received and will be back for my other automotive needs.

Craig was very straightforward and polite. He simply pointed out what needed to get fixed and what would need to get fixed in the near future. He never tried to upsell or get me to bug something I didnt need. Two hours later I had 4 new brake pads and two new rotors, for a very reasonable cost. Craig even took care of the initial brake break-in. 10/10, will recommend to everyone I know whose cars cant stop.

Their 5.0 rating is earned. Before going to them, I went to a tire place down the street that did brakes. When I called them they said if I didnt want new rotors they would replace the pads and note that I didnt want new rotors. When I got in there they changed their story and said I had to change the pads and rotors and they wanted me to change my shocks plus some seals and I forget what else. I told them to put the wheels back on and I left. This morning I went to Professional Brake Service. PBS looked at the brakes and told me I needed to replace the pads but the rotors only needed resurfacing--not replacement. They did it quickly. Im glad I went there and would go there again.

This place is great, really! Its difficult to find an honest auto shop that does good work, heaven knows Ive had my share of bad experiences which is probably why I let my car go for so long without proper maintenance. Its like going to the dentist, you know you should, but you dont look forward to it. Well anyway, I read the great reviews about Professional Brake Service, but was still skeptical. I thought, how could so many people have had such a great experience. My car was so badly in need of service, I decided to take it in and find out for myself. Long story short, which is difficult for me :), they exceeded all my expectations. They fixed the problems I asked them to fix, better than I expected, fixed things I didnt ask them to fix just because the car needed it and did it all for less money than expected! I am almost looking forward to my next auto repair. :)

I do not know a lot about cars, so when my brakes started making a terrible noise, I was worried. I called up Jeff and Mary White at Brake Service Professionals based on the reviews I saw posted on Google. Jeff is a gem! It is such a pleasure to work with someone who truly belives in customer service, and is an expert in his product. Jeff gave me good instructions on how to get the car to the shop with a minimal amount of additional damage so my bill would not go up, and gave me good estimates based on best and worst case scenarios. I dropped the car off late that night, and he called promptly the next AM to give me the good news about the cost of the repairs (it was the lower estimate). The car was fixed, and I picked it up that evening. Jeff was professional, explained everything in a way that I understood, and the brakes are working great. You cannot go wrong with Professional Brake Service; they are simply superb.

Ive been going to Professional Brake Service since I moved to Vegas in 2008. This is an honest, trusting place, I had a 2007 Toyota Matrix (Toyota brakes are a problem), the owners were always helpful explaining in detail what was going on, problems always resolved quickly and professionally. I work for the largest hospital in Las Vegas and I refer all to them. The staff is fantastic, always under the watchful eyes....lol - so many places in Vegas that tell you need this or that - with Professional Brake they tell you the truth many times told me you dont need it, costing me zero - well I finally bought a new car so its been a while - now my teenager needs her car to be looked at - Thank you for being in Las Vegas - Best of Luck to all in 2014.

I visited Professional Brake Services today because my car was making an awful squealing noise when I braked. Having dealt with other shops who swindled me over my brakes a couple years ago, I was more than nervous to have them checked out this time. I braced myself when Billy came back in and called my name, but was completely shocked to hear him say that everything was fine. He said I had some graphite and dust in there that theyd cleaned out but that my pads and rotors looked good. Because they offer free brake inspection, I walked out of there not owing a penny!As I was leaving, the owner, Jeff, came outside to thank me for visiting and let me know they offer other car services on top of brakes. I was just amazed that he took the time out to meet me and to ensure I had a positive experience.I am just floored at how honest and professional they were! I am positive that if my car needs any service whatsoever, I will be seeing Professional Brake Service from here on out.Highly, highly recommend!!

I made sure to get a second and third opinion, and Im glad I did because PBS was the third and was seriously a couple hundred less than the first two. Not only that, but the owner was a great guy who worked with me. The employees were all pleasant and helpful. My experience was honestly the complete opposite of what you experience at most car repair shops. Smart, honest, and they did a good job. I had all my brakes, inside and out, replaced and Im writing months later and havent experienced any problems.My dad is a master mechanic who ran/runs a shop and he tells me prices and expectations and PBS was a good deal according to him too.Ive recommended them since and my co-worker also had a great experience. All at a fair price. As long as the owner, jeff?, is still the owner and the guy who runs the shop, Id highly recommend them to anyone. Theyre locally owned and ran. Its like an old school mom and pop place. I couldnt be happier. Ive never been happy anywhere but my fathers garage, but Im no mechanic, so PBS is a good 2nd.

Great and efficient service

After getting the run around at Meineke (they told me I needed both front & back brakes replaced when I just went in for front brake pads), & calling other brake shops that couldnt get me in until the following day or later, I came here without an appointment. They told me I had plenty of life on my back brakes but they could be adjusted (which they did free). I was in & out in just over an hour with the service I asked for. They even threw in new wiper blades free because they noticed mine were torn & its been raining lately. This place lives up to the reviews. I wont get my brakes done anywhere else.

Awesome place . I was hestitate to go here to get my oil change as I heard very bad things about Vegas when you still have a Cali tag . I heard so many ppl get riped off as pass throughers I also had already experience bad service since moving to Vegas . However , Mike took great care of my and lessened my anxiety . His guy did it within minutes and no issues since and its been like a month . He did recommend getting my back brakes fixed so I told him Ill be back . In fact Im about to schedule that appointment now

I saw a free brake estimate on their building? So I did? Mike was professional and friendly. Although craig estimated my brakes more than my budget? But helped me out as much as I could?..I compared to another brake company? Pro Brakes were more resonably priced! I will Be back when I have the funds. These guys are awesome. My impression is that these guys are capable, honest, and fair. Im sad only that Im traveling from Boise and wish they were my local shop.

We were traveling thru and had a metal on metal sound, we brought our vehicle in and Craig immediately took the time to look at it and tell us what was wrong, gave us an honest report on what had to be done and what could wait, a fair quote, and fixed it while we waited! It was a good experience. Also, there is a Walmart and some places to get food walking distance which was nice!
