The office staff are professional and pleasant. They do not take appointments but always tell you how long your car should take. The waiting area is awesome! It is complete with the best private television travel shows and auto tips, complimentary snacks and beverages, a variety of chargers for your electronics, comfortable clean furniture inside and bistro tables outside. Prices for services are competitive. The mechanics love working there. They also offer you a ride home if you live fairly close so you don’t need to wait there. I highly recommend Zip Zap Auto repair.

There was a mixup when they gave me back my car after we decided to not have the car worked on (the car wasnt worth the money to repair it). The car was giving back in worse shape than when it arrived, the manager quickly had the car back in the shop and repaired the mistake with free labor and even went above and beyond and did other work that needed to be done on the engine. Really impressed how they handled the whole situation.The whole experience has really made me want to use them again because they were honest in their dealings with me and handled it like any good business should.Recommend their shop so much.

We were visiting from out of town and my truck all of a sudden had some electrical issues. This place was open at 8pm and the only place I found that was. Absolutely amazing service!!! We were road-tripping on our way back to Montana and we’re ha Ingrid some troubles with our Suburban. Called first thing this morning and they said to bring it by and they would have a look. They spent over two hours trying to diagnose and help us get back on the road. When we went to pick it up they tried to tell us there was no charge. My husband and I firmly believe time is money. They did this out of great customer service. So we left them a nice tip and promised we would send business their way. They were excellent communicators and helped us get back on the road. Highly recommend this local shop for your automotive needs!

Already stressed due to DMV registration issue, when called Zip Zap Auto at 5:55 a.m. for an appointment. GRATEFUL for 24-hr service! Talked to SUSAN. She was pleasant, professional, and informative. She put my mind at ease, advising an appointment for oil change, smog certification etc., was unnecessary; just bring car at 7:30. Enroute Check Engine light came on. STRESS RETURN IMMEDIATE! Again, SUSAN, a delight. We talked shop as she drove me the mile home. She was kind and caring. I had done business with Zip Zap when first moved here in 2018. Excellent service. Holiday weekend, traveling our engine light came on late at night. Called on Sunday morning and they said they would look at it. We got in immediately and they were diligent about fixing the problem. 3 hours later they solved the problem and we were on our way to Montana. Very trustworthy staff. Shop is clean and comfortable. Snacks, TV and knowledgeable staff. Tim the manager is outstanding!!

Ive been trying to figure out what was causing my check engine light for two weeks now so I can get my smog and these guys were the only ones to figure it out! I went to two other shops and they both told me something was wrong but couldnt figure it out without keeping my car for a few days. Tommy at the front was really nice and they were able to figure out my issue. Luckily it was an easy fix and I was in and out in the same day! Definitely go to this place, plus their waiting room has good snacks.

My mother went to ZipZap to get a quote for a transmission fluid change while I was I shopping at Albertsons (same shopping center).She was quoted $575!! I had her walk to Midas (directly next door, they share a wall) and was quoted $210 for the exact same job.The fact that they were willing to try and exploit the ignorance of a senior women who didnt know any better is utterly immoral. Dont go here.

They take your money and expect you to pay outrageous prices for parts and labor.. i went in for a free ac check and ended up spending $240 and they couldnt even tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER! 👎

My dad recommended this place because other places had seemed to be charging him extra, plus they have a nice spread of snacks in the waiting rooms. There are actually two waiting rooms, this little one next to the oil change area I am in now with just a water machine, chairs, a small bowl of candy, and a tv. But the other room had cookies, ice cream and more and looked super comfy. They were able to do the oil change without an appointment (I came at 8 am). I have had trouble in the past finding a place that can help last minute and I dont plan ahead. Also while I am waiting 2 other people have come in with issues they were able to help with. One guy had the tow truck bring him to the Midas next door but they had turned him away because they were too busy. They tell me they are almost done with my oil change and it has been less than an hour.

Tim and Jay blew me away again. As a old car guy my whole life that just doesnt want to work on cars much anymore these guys are my go to guys for my Toyotas. Their work is great, never had a redo and totally satisfied every time. I love my 2000 4 runner. You see these on the road all the time. Being an older technology car my parts and repairs are less then a 3 year old car with 100 computers and a motor that has to be torn in half to change spark plugs or water pumps. Labor is you biggest expense. If you buy or bought an extended service contract on your car Zip Zap will accept the coverage on that policy. Again great service writers, great mechanics Im just a raving fan of these guys. They always treat me right! My son below race engineer car #2 ESM IMSA series with my hair cut.

Don’t recommend at ALL ! I went to this place to get my car diagnosed. My car made a noise and I wanted to find out what it was. I drove my car in they kept it for a day They then called me to let me know I needed a NEW TRANSMISSION -.- I didn’t trust their opinion so I tried to drive my car to another shop it Wouldn’t start ANYMORE They had it towed to my home and said they wasn’t sure why it doesn’t start anymore ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had no idea this place existed or else I would have been going here all along! The service is very professional and the waiting area is very clean, and they do honest business. As an added plus, they have this awesome area for free fruits, cookies, coffee, beverages, and ice cream!

We have sent 2 vehicles to Royalty Auto Services and the results have been excellent. Their work is superior and their customer service has been excellent. We have sent friends to them and our friends have been completely satisfied with the work. They are fair in their prices and they work hard to satisfy their customers and it shows in their work. Zip zap seems good for normal services, but I would take your car to Quantum Mechanics next door if you believe there could be any electrical issues.Replaced my A/C in my 2001 corvette twice, it seems that they did not figure out that there was an electrical wire in the back that was causing electrical issues. Only reason I can give zipzap five stars is because of the extraordinary customer service that allowed for the actual fix to be done.

The only place open after 6 got an oil change synthetic for 79 dollars I felt that was fair and they are open 24/7

I stopped by for an estimate on a possible repair for my auto air conditioning. The shop was very busy. I felt like I was just the next person in line, not a potential customer. Was told that there would be a $49.99 fee to just see what was wrong with the car. If I elected to have it repaired there the fee would be refunded to, otherwise it would be $50 gone. Perhaps those fees are similar at other locations, but I was left for the feeling that I would be just another number and not a customer that would go away feeling someone cared about receiving my business.

Had my starter go out and they couldnt find one so had it rebuilt for me then my alternator, these wonderful gentlemen not only fixed those but adjusted my carburetor at no additional charge! They are always straightforward and honest with me they go out of their way to make me feel welcome! Its not always easy to get parts for an 87 dodge but they always do it with a smile and a hello!

Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Tim and Zip Zap went way above and beyond my expectations repairing my Jeep Wrangler. It’s tremendous finally finding a repair shop that can be trusted.

Went to this place because of decreased power on acceleration and an oil leak for my Volkswagen CC. They diagnosed a bad turbo and changed the lower oil gasket. After asking Benny to keep me updated about the process, I never received a response. They said it was gonna be done in 2 days, ended up keeping my car 5 days!! Not even a simple phone call was made during that time. And I was texting him every day! They even changed my spark plugs that I asked them not to because I had them changed a week prior. $3000 later after 4 days since getting my car back, the oil leak is even bigger than before and my turbo is acting out again!! Dave, the new guy has no idea how to talk to people and acts like you’re bothering him! Really? You took my money to fix my car!! BAD customer service.Would never have this shop take care of my car again!

This is the only place i go. They are honest. after calling around for a new clutch these guys were the most honest and fair priced tim and the guys value your business. My clutch is brand new drives great i get my oil changed plugs everything here. Today ive replaced two wheel bearings and they gave me the best price i cant say enough about them. It feels good to know that there are good honest people to work on your car. Happy new year guys you are the best!

This shop is great, the service is wonderful they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! They dont come at you and try charging you for things you dont need done on your car, like going in for an oil change and they tell you you need a new transmission... LOL.No seriously the people who work here are terrific especially Angelica in front is so neat, she is very down to earth and full of energy, she is there looking out for the customers 100% she makes you feel comfortable like youve known each other for years which is very refreshing!Ive been back a few times and have made them my go to repair shop for both my vehicles; my 2016 Ford Mustang GT and my Ford Excursion and certainly trust then with both!

My gosh... they robbed me. Went in for catalytic converters for my car, paid 3400 and they only cut two portion of the converters off and did a horrible weld job! Never go here. They still have to repair this issue, I may have to sit there while they do the entire job.

They did a great job with my radiator flush and fill.

So I took my wife’s car in for an AC inspection... They charge me 50$ didn’t hook anything up to it and basically told me that everything needs replaced.. I asked how they came up with that diagnosis. They told me it’s super obvious there is oil residue behind the clutch on the AC. I asked if they charged the AC a little bit to actually test their theory (see a leak). They said no don’t have to it’s super obvious... anyway this is why I always work on my own stuff. These yahoos wanna charge me 1500$ to replace the system. I just had the AC compressor replaced 4 months ago. So I went and bought a can of AC recharge put it in and found the actual leak. It not the compressor at all it’s the condenser.... 133$ part from autozone that they were going to charge 200$ for. Then another 332 to install. Plus a compressor that’s 599$ plus a 230$ish install. Thank you zip zap for reinforcing the idea that shops are always ripping people off. When we pay for a service I fell we should get an explanation of the actual defect and how you found that out, not a let’s just replace the entire system. Never ever going here again.

This place has the worst customer service. I have used them four separate times, The service always takes longer than they say. They have messed up my appointments four times and tell me they’ll call me back in 20 minutes, 5 times and never call me back, so I have to call them back every time. Just got in my car and now the Service light is on and says check tire pressure, when they are supposed to do that every time. Along with a few other things. If I didn’t have to use this place I wouldn’t.

Went in for a climate control issue on a car with 45,000 miles. After inspection was told car needs motor mounts, struts, brakes and rotors for $2800. No mention of the climate control issue. Representative showed me thebroken vacuum line for climate control when I asked again about it. He showed me the washer fluid line. I said try again. Showed me the throttle cable.Went to My Auto on Ann Rd. They inspected everything and said all is good but the CC actuator. Replaced that for $500. Never going back to Zip Zap and recommend you dont either.

Do not go here unless you want to keep coming back because they can’t fix it right the first time. I’ve recently taken my tuck and my wife’s car here, I’ve spent at least 3000 dollars here between both of our cars and I’ve had to come back every time because they couldn’t do it right the first or even the second time for that matter. My wife’s car had both the brakes done and the alignment done and I’ve had to take it back at least 3 times because the brakes won’t stop squeaking also they can’t get my wife’s steering wheel straight even after 3 alignments I even told them to test drive the car before giving it back and it’s still off center. I’ve had the wheel bearings changed and the alignment service on my truck and I’ve had to return because both of those services were not done correctly as well. I honestly don’t understand how they make money when I’m constantly having to come back

Went and got my ac fixed told the guy at the front desk the ac stops at 40 mph and kicks back on 485.00 later new blower. Left Zip Zap ten inches later SAME PROBLEM !!!!

Took my wife’s Jetta to the Volkswagen dealership for an oil change. They recommended her to replace her rear break pads and rotors. Quoted her $592 for the job. Took it to zip zap auto, got the same job done. And saved almost $200. The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. When I walked into the store, even the mechanic was friendly enough to greet me. Great store. Will definitely go back with my own vehicle.

Zip zap auto is top notch as an Uber driver I need a lot of work done and someone to give it to me straight.Angie was ironically my Uber fare and she essentially diagnosed my problem by feeling the car underneath me, fixed it for a great price and threw in a free oil change and tire rotation.Best shop in Vegas I would recommend it to anyone , don’t go somewhere that advertises the cheapest oil change then sells you everything u fee the kitchen sink that you don’t need.

Found this place by mistake. Needed a battery and AutoZones computers were down. I always feel on edge going into a repair shop. These people were so nice and professional. It was so clean, Im absolutely shocked that this is a repair shop. Hands down this will be the place I go and recommend in the future.

Amazing!!! Just gained a lifetime customer!The AC in my car stopped working and I originally had an appt with the dealer. Got to my scheduled appointment with Hyundai and they informed me that they would TRY to get me a diagnosis by later this afternoon.Took to Google and ended up calling ZIP ZAP AUTO and they said I could bring it in. Without even having an appointment, Tim had a diagnosis for me in 20 MINUTES! Price for service was completely fair and they even offered to call an uber for me so I didnt have to wait. Stay away from this place.I had a problem in my A.C system came to fix itPaid 500$ they didn’t fix nothing and actually it got worse. I was told they were gonna put original pieces and got fake off eBay..I do not recommend to go there.It feels so bad to get ripped off

The reviews I read before choosing Zip Zap were very good. I got a new A/C compressor.They did it correctly, quickly and at a price far less than the dealer. What is not to like?I recommended Zip Zap to a friend who needed some extensive work. He too was very pleased.

I had my cargo van serviced about a month ago by zip zap auto. I waited a month just to make sure that it wasn’t a quick temporary fix. I was in Las Vegas making a delivery and noticed my transmission seal was leaking, I was skeptical about zip zap just because of the name. But, after reading most of the reviews I gave them a shot at repairing my van. Besides, I had to drive all the way back to Ohio leaving out the same day. After arriving at zip zap I was very please with the respect and courteous that all the staff had towards me as a customer and professionalism to my vehicle. They performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of all the problems that were present with my vehicle, things I already knew. Zip zap did not try to force sell anything I didn’t need. They fixed the problem at a surprising fair rate that I was happy with. I would not only strongly recommend Zip Zap to anyone that needs any type of repair but, I would take my vehicle back to Zip Zap for all my repairs if knowingly will be traveling back to the Las Vegas area. Zip Zap Auto will now be our mechanic shop for all our vehicles needs. I went in today to have my brakes checked out. Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining everything, listing each price of the repair and the total price. They offered their loaner car (which was nice and clean) and even removed the two carseats from my van for me and brought them to the loaner car. I was blown away with their customer service. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed by an auto repair shop before. They even baked fresh cookies while we were there waiting for the diagnostic testing. Which wasnt more than 15-20 minutes. I am so grateful to have found them! Their prices are very reasonable as well!
