Very professional and courteous employees. My oil change only took about 30 minutes compared to the hours I’ve spent at other Meineke locations for the same service. They also notified me that the last technician, at a different location, failed to secure my engine air filter back on after the inspection. They promptly took care of the issue. There was also no fuss or issues when using my Groupon.

I have never had such a bad experience, with any company, doing any work, on anything, in my life. It took 6 MONTHS to get my car repaired. They continuously failed to communicate the correct status of the repair. They claimed to have taken the car for a test drive, when it was done, but one of the tires was nearly flat. Ironically, I had mentioned to my wife, that I didnt trust them to do something as simple as putting air in my tires, MONTHS AGO. Luckily I had already arranged for a tow, so I can have another mechanic do additional work, that I dont trust them to do.

I thought something was really wrong with my car. They did a full diagnostic. It was a simple fix. I appreciate that they did a full inspection. They are so nice and helpful. Thank you!!!

First I went to ASA auto shop! The wait was reckless long! So I call Meineke asking for a wheel alignment the price was more cheaper so I drove over there! The professionalism was very over exceeded, still came out the same price on the phone! No long reckless wait! The mechanic said I’ll do alignment before I go on lunch! I was so impressed! Like wow! Honestly would definitely come back here! The guy at the front answer all my question I had and printed out a estimate for further service I had questions about! Very Clean in the waiting area! Everything was beyond what I was expecting! Thank you guys again!!

I had an appointment at 1 o’clock. I didn’t get my car until 4:30. All I was getting was a oil change and tire rotation. Why give an appointment if you don’t start working on the car until 3 hours later. Very disappointing not recommending anybody and not going back. Also the gentleman that helped me said that when you get your oil changed a tire rotation is automatic. I’ve gotten a oil change there 2x and not once did they rotate my tires. 👎🏾

They did my oil change and it’s fine, but it was close to 90.00. That’s insane. They checked the rotors and brakes for me and if they would’ve changed them with full service, it would’ve been 657.00. We don’t have that kind of money to spend on brakes. I reached out to a family member and they said they know someone who could look at my brakes. We bought the parts and he changed them for me for a whole 40.00 plus the cost of the parts. I’ve also never paid that much for an oil change before. Definitely won’t be going back. Staff was nice.

They scanned my car and couldn’t figure out what the codes meant. They said it needed a software update. I Took to the dealer it was a simple o2 sensor replacement. They costed me dealer prices as I had to take it to a real mechanic because they didn’t do a proper diagnosis on the car after reading the codes. These type of places are pretty much good only for an oil change if they can figure that out even. Also guy at front desk teamed of cigarettes and kept coughing non stop while on his computer.

The staff is very knowledgeable. Josh and will found , a dealer i stalled gps, causing my van to fail smog, they were very prompt, and helpful in getting my vehicle, to not only pass, but i feel safer in my family traveling in it now. Thanks gentlemen.Signed David Martinez

We were leaving Las Vegas and our car broke down in the middle of the strip! All other mechanic shops wouldnt take our car because they were back-up and wouldnt be able to take a look at it for over a week! I called Meineke and they told me I could have it towed right to them and theyd look at it. Now, we are from CA, so this wasnt an easy decision to make. They kept the car, worked on diagnosing the problem (took a few days) but they fixed it, took care of our car while it was with them and graciously helped us figure out how to come back to pick it up. Great experience over all with with knowledgeable staff!

Greetings, Dr David the mechanic has high performed Once Again on my auto. He performed an full inspection, Dr David performs at the height of preventive maintenance, he will check every corner, crevice, and cranny. Dr David acknowledges the customer with welcoming arms. He is very detailed oriented, and gives consultation so one can understand the mechanic terminology, this is imparative for one who is not in the field. Thank you once Again Dr David the quality care car mechanic !! My car feels right and tight see you at 76000, miles!!!! Also I cant forget the fore front the gents that mans the front desk, it was a pleasure talking with you yesterday, And keep that smile and joy when answering the phones; people can feel happiness miles away! This place is a den of thieves. Wanted to charge me over $700 for a simple tune up and oil change and when I told them no and just had my radiator flushed and an oil change, came back and my gas cap was unlocked and wide open. They had no reason to open to gas cap unless they wanted to put something inside which they obviously did. Found out theres coolant in the gas. I flushed the system myself but be aware, these people are looking for easy marks to rob

I always make an appointment before I arrive and I still end up having to reschedule because they were short handed. This happened to me twice but the guys are nice about rescheduling and they will sometimes give you a deal.

On our way back to Seattle when my AC stopped working and its 115 degrees here in vegas. They were about to close and I was going to have to wait to pick up my car the next day but when they found out we were on the way home to seattle and we have a kid with us, they didnt hesistate to fix my car right away. Thank you guys very much. I dont know her name, but youre truly amazing. Thank you again!

Very low professionalism, bad customer service, they are rude and disrespectful.Noone there, including Josh, the manager, knows when my car would be ready after working on it for more than 3 weeks. They all seem to be a bunch of inept workers as they all washed their hands off from accountability and responsibility over the initial contact with me, and nobody can give me answers to simple questions I ask. I think they mightve thought I wouldnt be able to pay the exorbitant amount of money they first quoted me for, so they kept lowering the cost of the repair until I finally agreed to a price. This shows the seriousness of this company and the bad reputation they must have.They also know Im from out of town, and they are also taking advantage that I have the urge to have my car repaired ASAP, so theyre prolonging the time to have it fixed. Very unprofessional too. Three weeks later when I showed up at the shop demanding for coherente answers, they told me to get out of the shop or it would be considered a trespassing, when theyre still working on my car as of today. Very rude and disrespectful, this speaks a lot about them.Corporate Office must hear about this story, as well as other city entities, including Channel 8 News, BBB, and/or Consumer Affairs, just to mention a few. Somebody will want to hear me and help me out in this predicament that is turning into a nightmare. One thing I know for sure, I WILL HAVE MY CAR FIXED PROPERLY and in a TIMELY manner, as it was stated in the initial contract.

I prefer a quick change oil maybe maxed 30 minutes wait. Josh says that any service take 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes wait. Why make an appointment, if its a 1 hour wait, for an oil changed? They dont offer walk-ins (unless its a big money for them or you are a female who dont know nothing, idk!). You dont dare to change your appointment for a later time. This was my 2nd time for an oil change from this location and will be my last. Their recommendations for my vehicles seems shaddy! The meinekie rewards are not worth it. Poor and slow service. I dont recommend this place👎👎👎👎👎

I would recommend anyone that needs car work done to go to Meineke. They are very friendly and professional and honest about they work. And if you need work done they will work with you to let you know what is more important to get done first and you can get everything else done when you can.

I went to fix an 02 sensor and spark plugs on my truck they were stuck on there pretty good they got the old stripped 02 sensor out and re threading the threads for me and got the stuck plugs out as wel...reasonable price and my truck is running like a champ.... Recommend coming here Mike and David are good honest guys very helpful!

I had an appointment for 4 PM for an oil change. I got there a little early (3:47 PM) and was done around 4:43 PM. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because I happened to be in the lobby with a couple who was having a lot of car issues and it was clear from the way the guy was telling them about their problem that they were mostly interested in making as much money on labor as possible. It was really uncomfortable for me. It was an average oil change and fine, hence the 3 stars.

Great customer service! Reasonably priced. Edward is great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Helped me solve an issue that I have gone to over 15 mechanic shops around the valley. Not one person was able to diagnose the issue but he figured it out. This shop now has my loyalty. Thank you for being honest!

Called in advance to get price for fuel injector cleaning service. Was quoted $55 even asked if that included all 4 injectors to be cleaned. They said yes. Only complaint was fuel economy and I am sick with the flu and could not clean them myself so instead I opted to have a shop do it. Went I to location they told me it was a different price. I was okay with the $190 price, left my car there for a little under 2 hours. Came back to pick it up, gentleman told me he didn’t think it would make a difference and said my transmission might be slipping. I had my transmission replaced a little over a year ago and never said that I was having issues with my trans and I’m not having trans problems. He continued to tell me where to go to get it diagnosed even after telling him several times no. I was irritated at the fact that they guy told me that I pretty much wasted my time and money for getting the cleaning services and that the transmission shop I had gone to might have ripped me off. Very unprofessional to tell a paying customer that. Will not go back to this shop at all. Will also have to pull out the fuel rail and injectors to make sure the service was actually done.

The customer service was fine, HOWEVER they overcharge you greatly for everything. I changed my brake drums the person who quoted me, the manager, overcharged double for the parts, charged me for the tools, taxes for everything. Honestly I am not going back, I feel like I got robbed.Update: the drums are making a weird noise, took it back and the manager said it was something else they wanted me to drop $400, never returning to Meineke. The manager at this location is just a sales person

I continue to go to Meineke on Decatur and Oakey because they always give me great customer service. Edward is extremely nice, let’s me know what’s best for my car and not overselling next on things I don’t need. Edward is friendly, informative, trustworthy and a hard worker, they get me in and out. I will continue to bring my business to them as long as they keep employees like Edward, I’m not sure if the other mechanics name but he is also very helpful efficient and informative as well.

They should get minus on the Stars. I went in for an oil change 3 weeks ago and 3 miles after leaving, all the oil had leaked out and the engine seized up. They said it was a faulty oil filter but Im not sure what to believe. Theyve been giving me the runaround about replacing the engine for the past 3 weeks. I am stuck since theres not much I can do besides replace the engine myself and then sue them. I just dont have the four or five thousand dollars it would take to replace the engine or the year and lawyers cost that it would take to sue them. And forget about corporate they have ignored all my calls.

Second time getting my oil changed and minor checkups done here, and Im still happy. It didnt take too long and the two gentlemen were very nice. They explained everything to me clearly and I didnt feel pressured at all. I had a 50% off coupon for the oil change, and I will definitely be coming back in the future to get my car services done at this location.

I was unable to get into my regular mechanic and the people at Meineke were able to take me in for an oil change within an hour . They (Craig) and the rest were very friendly and the price was same as what my mechanic would have charged.

I arrived around 5 today and the service was incredible. The co workers are friendly, helpful and they got the job done quick. They were able to provide exactly what I needed and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of auto care. 5 stars

I took in my car in on the 18th for a check engine light I was told to go their via my warranty company. They still have my car as of today this is the 4th week they have had it to fix the transmission! I understand that you have to wait for parts but it’s not at all professional that even after getting it in on the 29th which was in my 2nd week of waiting to get my car back. They didn’t even start to work on it untill the next week at one point in the third week they actually told it was done and could be picked up soon just to then be told that it’s actually not done and I can’t have it so I was straight lied to. Now even tho all the work is done. I’m being told that they have to have someone else come in to turn off my check engine light! So apparently they have no one qualified to turn off a check engine light even tho their all automotive technicians that’s some interesting stuff!!

Went in for free diagnostic due to check engine light, was told it was filter for intake manifold wound up paying over 900.00 i was told the diagonistic was very accurate, and yet I still have the same issue. Check engine light still on problem not fixed at all! I trusted them to fix my vehicle but instead they charged alot of money to not fix my vehicle.

Edward has always taken care of me here. I’m a loyal customer and after many years of getting my car taken care of they are one of the few places I trust. They’ve always been honest about what work needs done and what isn’t as necessary so I know they aren’t being pushy about sales or having unnecessary work done.

I went in for an oil change yesterday 7/10/2020 and they also check the car fully they said our belt is damaged and it will caust $457.00 but i took to anothe shop who saw the page with the diagnosis and c hecked the belt and said they are charging me twice for the same belt and thats not write i will be posting everywhere. Needed to go there to have them checkout my door on my car for a potential body damage issue referred to them by silver rock. I called them way earlier before 5pm today to ask how long theyd be open until and I was told I can bring it in for photos to submit to Silver Rock warranty for my vehicle before closing for them which is 6PM. I leave work at 5PM from Henderson get there through heavy traffic by 5:38PM and their locked up and no one inside/completely closed. Screw these liars I wish I could leave zero stars!

This is the best meineke store in Vegas, by far. If you go in and ask for Edward, he is super thorough & informative! I am sold as a regular for this store because of Edward & for his excellent, above and beyond service.

This store was very informative and helpful, I came in with an AC that was blowing hot air and the guy told me what the problems could be and what they could do to check and 45 minutes later it was all done recharged and working good! Thank you for the great service.

These guys are great. I have had problems with my car for a while. It would loose power steering if I made a hard left turn. But when I made a hard right turn it would usually come back. But it got to a point that I couldnt drive it very easily. I brought it in to Dennis and he said they could take care of it that day because I got there early in the morning. They got me a ride to my house. And called me a lot sooner than I thought they would. I got a ride in to pick it up . It was a lot less than I had anticipated it to be . They were right on with the estimate they gave me. Not like other companies I have done business with. Because I am a woman you go to pick up your vehicle and get charged more than you have been told. But when you need your vehicle you have to pay. And this company did the job for the exact amount on my estimate. They difinitely are my new mechanics. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys great job.
