I stopped into Big O Tires and was immediately greeted by Nick who came out of the garage despite having a lineup of vehicles to work on. I inquired about a flat tire and we discovered there was in fact a screw of some sort and a slow leak. He assured me he can fix it and plug it in no time. He check all of my tires to make sure they had enough pressure. The same day, I went back several hours later and he immediately helped me.Additionally Richard at the front was very kind when I called over the phone inquiring about a wait time. Overall amazing customer service and I am grateful to Big O Tires for taking care of me so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them, ask for Nick hes wonderful!

So I pulled into Big O literally a few minutes before they closed and they got me in and took care of my issue! Great customer service from Romeo and Tia! They made a new customer today! I had a tire blowout on the highway and I’m stranded. I found the tire I needed and set a 2 PM appointment. I called to verify before I tried to make it over to them on my sketchy spare. They put me on hold for 20 minutes… 3 separate times! The last two times I called instead of “ Big O tires, I’m gonna put you on hold” they actually just answered then hung up on me!When I managed to finally get them to talk to me, I verified that they actually do not have the tire I need and I would’ve still been stranded. Not just unprofessional but extremely RUDE. The Big O in my home town is the exact opposite. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Showed up here for some new tires.Was in line for 20 mintues with others because some other angry customer wanted a refund (should have left at this point)Got tires changed, all was good.Driving to work on the freeway and the car is shaking almost violently (means wheels are not balanced)Show up at 7:30am next day, manager says to come at 8:30am when the tire guys show up.Call at 8:30am, manager says theyre here and to come now.Arrive at 9, manager says its gonna be an hour and a half wait and appointments come first.Bro, why couldnt you tell me that over the phone instead of making me drive 20 mintues to fix something your incompetent tire guys couldnt do in the first place?If you value time, money, and quality, DONT come to this shop.

We came from Colorado with steering wheel problems, and Mike at the customer service desk was friendly, and provided us with good customer care. Our car came out with no more problems.

They placed the wrong size tires on my car and refused to correct the issue. The manager talked about my car not being great because it was a four cylinder and told me the incorrect tires were great. The wrong size tires maybe great on another car, but are not safe for my vehicle and hinders its performance.

I thought with the name they delt with big tires unfortunately they dont had a nail in my tire there machine is not big enough for 28 inch tires I was able to get air and make it to a different shop

Brought in my 2012 BMW for an oil change and asked them to investigate a whining sound that I had been hearing since the previous day. The mechanic came out to tell me I needed my serpentine belt replaced - $250. I agreed to the service and waited for the work to be completed. About an hour later I am informed that my car is ready.I made my way to the desk and paid $350 ($100 for the oil change and $250 for the replacement of the belt). After I paid the bill, the mechanic comes up to tell me the real problem is the tensioner and idler pulley. It will cost another $1,300 on top of the $250 I just spent. This was questionable to me and reeked of bait/switch, waiting for me to pay for the serpentine belt before telling me that did not solve the problem.I was understandably upset, because for a job that expensive, I would need to 1. discuss it with my wife and 2. seek out a second opinion. I asked to speak with the manager (Ollie) and, when the woman at the desk went into the managers office. I could hear him through the closed door yelling at her, telling her to step up and take care of it. She returned to inform me that nothing could be done about it and I told her that was not good enough and I needed to speak to Ollie.Ollie came out to the salesfloor and I told him it was unacceptable to charge me $250 for repairs that did not solve the problem and then told him he had no right to speak to his employee in the manner he did. At that point he started yelling at me and walked away.I was eventually able to speak with the District Manager (Dave) who begrudgingly refunded the $250 (only after I explained to him that if a refund wasnt received, I would dispute the charge with my bank and they would be out the entire $350, including the cost of the oil change which I was more than willing to pay for.The next morning, I took my car to the BMW dealer and it turned out there was nothing wrong with the tensioner and idler pully. My issue was being caused by a bad alternator. $960 later I am driving away with a well running car.I cant be certain if it was an attempt to scam me out of money or just a poorly trained mechanic, but in either case I recommend you stay far away from these people!

Big-O-Tire did a great job on myfront end alignment in about 45 minutes. When to Meineke Muffler first, could not align my truck front end for (3) Days! Then I when to Big O Tire they did it right the first time.

Fast, friendly service! Got a flat just as we were leaving town and they got us in and fixed up faster than we could have imagined.

Slow as slow can be and they try and over charge you for everything. I wanted four tires for my truck and the tires were $160 apiece and they wanted almost 500 more dollars to put them on

Unfortunately, I had a pretty negative experience at this store for a tire and alignment job. The only reason Im not giving them 1 star is they were clearly extremely busy when I came in, did try assist me as some level, and part of the problem was beyond their control. Perhaps on a better day they would perform betterHeres what happened to me: I scheduled an appointment online along with a quote. When I checked in for my appointment, the manager immediately said that the quote was no good (for some fine print reason.) Then, he ask me to sit down. I then waited for 2.5 hours just to be seen again, 2.5 hours after my appointment time.Once I was finally called back up, he (manager) informed me that the tires I wanted would have to be ordered from the warehouse. (This could have been told to me right away when I checked in!) I explained that I needed the car back same day because we were only passing through Vegas and needed the car for the evening and were departing town the next day. In addition, the price of the tires was higher then a competitor (that I eventually went to). He wouldnt price match, but he did agree to reduce warranty on alignment job, reducing the price a bit. After a bit of back and forth, we agreed on a price, was told they job should be done around 2:00 pm, but received a guarantee on the invoice the job would be done by 6:00 pm.Because the tires had to be ordered and would take several hours to get done, I took an Uber back to my hotel (~$15). At about 3:00 I STILL hadnt heard anything from the shop. When I called them up to ask the status, they said please hold while they check. After 30 minutes (yes THIRTY) on hold, I hung up. My wife called back at 4:00 pm and was told that the delivery of the tires didnt happen as expected (this was beyond their control), and the job would have to wait until the next day. My wife then had to take anther UBER (another $15) back to the shop to pick up our car.Overall, this was a sour experience. Its sad to see a locally owned shop perform so badly when all they had to do was communicate better, set realistic expectations, and dont make people WAIT so long. Hopefully they can improve their service as they seemed like good people overall.I ended up going to another national competitor and what a difference. They 100% honored their online price (including an extra 10% military discount). I was checked in within minutes of arrival and the job was done in under an hour. They even had a web page I could track the progress of the work.

Had a flat tire and took it there to have it fixed had a donut on my car. And they said they couldnt fix it but they could sell me a new tire but I I didnt want a new tire when my other tires are used so I went down the street and got it at a discount place that sells used tires because big O doesnt sell used tires $35.00

Worse Big O experience I’ve ever had. My family and I have been long time costumers and Big O has always taken care of us. When we came in they wouldn’t even help us and we ended up switching the tire to our spare on our own in their parking lot. Just bad business. Do not go here.

Excellent place for tires. Very knowledgeable about everything you need to get. Quick work, prices are fair but a little high, but for the Quality Tire, the Pro Service and perfect piece of Mind, plus the automatic warranty that goes with all their tires.....it well worth it.

This location is located close to various types of stores and businesses located in and around the area. Great location close to the highway.

I would not recommend this place for tire change. They told us our tire change would take 1.5 hours , but it took nearly 3 hours. Make sure they put the tire caps back on your wheels because they completely forgot about them. And yeah, they also managed to damage our time covers.

Hade a belt replaced a few months back. Driving to work several days back the belt was ripped apart. I had to call a tow truck and miss a day of work. When I bought it in they acted bothered and made no attempt to get it fix. Had to pick it up the next day. That didnt even call me to say it was ready. In my opinion dont go here for anything above an oil change. I heard a manager on the phone complaining about his mechanics. I guess that says it all. I also left a message about my experience and didnt receive a call back. To many places in Vegas to put up with this. Lost a long time customer.

Stopped in Vegas after a job. Tire popped while we there so stopped at bog o tires for another set. Mechanic knew I had to drive all the way to NY and put on the wrong size tires. While paying for my bill I said the tires look small and he reassured me they were correct. He duped me and this was not an accident. Would not recommend anyone waste their money at this business

Appreciate them taking me in for a flat tire repair on New Year’s Eve an hour before closing. Waiting longer would have interrupted my plans. Straight-forward business, and I like the way they treated all customers who came in: eagerly and with a good attitude.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had in 70 years. I was told it would take 45 minutes to change 4 tire sensors 3 1/2 hours later they were done. I drove away and the tires didnt show any pressure. I went back and 1hour later I was finally done. I had to switch from kpa to psi myself. The manager was by far the worst of the employees.

Our tire light came on and since we have a long drive home we took it in to get all the tires checked, pulled a nail and repaired it. They were super friendly and we were in and out in 30minutes!

After buying 4 tires there you can even get a plastic cup to drink water !!?? The gentleman at the front desk said he wasn’t allowed to give plastic cups for water !! What a customer service but I got a good deal on tires

My friend purchased tires in Nevada and the machanic put on the wrong size. We called and a man told us he would give us a warranty and would send the tires to Colorado. He told my friend that the tires would be in colorado before we got there. We called the Big O Tires in colorado and they didnt receive any call or tires that my friend was depending on. Now we are in colorado needing a tire change with no new tires to put on. Your closest store to us in new york is in kentucky so we were depending on the tires being here on time. Very disappointed in your company and the way they are treating my friend.

I just purchased a car and the tire kept going low. I was so frustrated with the dealer and was not in a good mode. I pulled up, the took the tire of found the screw and patched for free! It was so quick, easy and met my expectations of customer service! Highly recommended!

I went to big o tires on Thursday March 5,2021 and payed and supposedly my TPMS system sensor was fixed for my 2013 Honda Civic and was told drive more and it should come off. I drove until Sunday where I returned and still they gave me the run around and said fill your tires with air after 1 hour I returned . I did fill my tires with more air and still the problem was there. Now, Tuesday March 9,2021 I call to get a refund and they say come back to check it out again. I don’t recommend service here and see for yourself they even argue and customer service is so rude and not professional at all.

Had a nail in my tire, took it there. Got it patched, look at my tire when I got home and the huge nail was still in the tire! Took it back and the tech looked at it and said “oh yeah that’s unrepairable that’s why he left it in there” so they charged for me for a flat repair which they didn’t do, which wouldn’t been pointless anyway on a bad tire. DIDNT inform me of the mail the LEFT in the tire and still scammed me out of my money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had a good experience at this location. I was passing through town and picked up a nail in one of my tires. In a hurry to get back on the road, I couldn’t afford to wait the 2-3 hours that I was being told at a few of the other local shops. It was a simple repair on my relatively new fleet work vehicle. They were able to get me in and out within 20 minutes, so I was back on the road with a safe tire. When I tried to pay, they informed me that it was a free service! Almost unheard of these days! The gentlemen working were courteous and professional, and I witnessed them go out of their way to help several others while I was in the waiting room. I only wish there was a shop like this close to where I live. Keep up the good work!

I just bought a car from a friend. The drivers side tire had its cords on display for the world to see. I took it to the shop and the technician quickly took care of me. I kept telling them I wasnt in a rush. I had a round in Angry Birds I was trying to beat. He was done quick. And he put my off tire/wheel in the trunk. No point in mounting it when I have to replace it anyway. Thanks yall.

Great service. Stopped to have a low tire checked and the service adviser took my keys 20 to 30 minutes cool. 20 minutes later young gentleman called my name and handed me my keys. This is the best car shop in Las Vegas they got me in and serviced my vehicle in a timely fashion, Josh and James both provided me with quality work on my car and gave me advice about upcoming service recommendations! This is an honest car shop you don’t have to worry about going in and being told excessive quotes on work. I will definitely return here and will refer any of my closest friends and relatives to get their car work done here as well! Very impressed by the service I received from both Josh and James!! Top notch shop!!I had to come back and edit my previous review to add that upon my return for a second visit they did an even more fantastic job! I called around to many places to get a quote for four tires mounted and balanced etc. They are heads and shoulders above their competition. Made an appointment and the work/price promised was honored and they did an excellent job. They are friendly, honest, and have the best prices! Will def be back! 5 stars!

If I could give no stars I would. They are dishonest crooks! I Took my car in for a tire balance and they proceeded to first tell me I needed front brakes, brake sensors and rotors on my car. They wanted yes -wait for it--a whopping $881.61 total for this, knowing better I declined. Then they come back at me with I needed a new cabin air filter and engine filter and proceeded to show me two very dirty filters which were supposed to be mine. This they wanted over $89.00 to replace these two filters which knowing better I declined.I went immediately to Auto Zone and bought the two filters they said I needed when they bought them out to the counter i saw that they were a completely different size than those dirty filters those crooks showed me at Big O. Bought both filters and they installed them for me for about $30.00. Also it took about 20 minutes just to install the cabin filter as you have to take down two panels under the dash to get to it and replace all the screws. When I said no to the filters Big O showed me they then bought my car right out they so I had proof those dirty filters were not mine. As it would have taken time to put both back in.Then I proceeded to my regular car mechanic and had him check the brakes (which I knew were good) but he confirmed it I did not need brakes! They were lying about that also.BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! they try and take advantage of woman and the elderly and anyone they think they might be able to scam!! Pass the word!

My first visit here was actually bad. I had a misfire in my car and instead of getting a regular tune up which was already what I knew i needed, they were adding other things they should fix BEFORE THEY EVEN WENT & CHECKED UNDER MY HOOD. It was pretty much assuming and telling me I should fix something that they haven’t even tested or even checked yet. And when I was waiting to get the price from the front desk guy another mechanic came in and was telling him the price $200-$300 shouldn’t be that low which meant adding more money to the bill which ended up being $500 plus for a tuneup so I left cause sounded like a scam . Went to a mymechanic shop down the block from here where they tested and checked my car and said I didn’t need nothing else fixed, did my tuneup for $200 and changed my air filter and I was done no car problems. I didn’t think business like this try to cheat you lol charge you $300 for labor just for putting air in your tire.

I have been here three times the first was for an oil change they did a satisfactory job but did not rotate tires like they said. I know because I keep track of these things I also have a broken key to the locks on my car so they could not have rotated the tires. Second time was also for an oil change they tried to up sell me a radiator claiming my radiator was leaking when i asked where it was leaking from they could not say where but still insisted i need a new one. The radiator has no issue the coolant over flow cap does not fit tightly and does from time to time spray coolant, however a $10 coolant over flow cap is far different from a whole new radiator. The new radiator never would have fixed the problem anyway. The third time I went in wanting a flat repaired and tires rotated. After waiting in the lobby for at least an hour they told me they could not do the work because the Tires were to poor of condition when i asked the manger what was the tread depth he said 3 then said he does not know he did not work on the car. I waited a least another half hour before anyone got my car for me front tires were at the top of the wear marks. The rear tires have still not reached wear marks but they said they could not move the front tires to the rear as i asked them to. Stating because it could cause the rear end to slide out while driving. I own a front wheel drive car and I have never once had the rear end slide out or even break lose for that fact. They would gladly sell me two new tires at a sale price but refused to do any work on my car if I dd not purchase at least two new tires.

They always exceed my expectation, Went in this week for a full synthetic oil change I was in and out in 30 minutes. I took my other car in 3 months ago for a new power steering unit and it was ready in 3 hours and no leaks. This is my go to auto repair place.

Not even close to a good experience. I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of.Was quoted a price for replacing ball joints and that it would only take about 2 hours. After leaving for a bite to eat and returning (about 75 minutes), parts had arrived and old parts uninstalled. But no one started working on installing replacements for another hour!While I was waiting, I looked up the price of the parts that were being replaced. I could have bought a complete front suspension, with a 5 year warranty, and all new bushings for less then I was charged for 1 upper control arm... and 2 were replaced!! When I brought it to the attendants attention, they said they were lifetime warranted parts...on a 17 year old car? I can buy LIFETIME WARRANTY upper and lower control arms and inner/outer tie-rod ends for only about $100 more then I spent on the upper control arms with you guys. The other part that was replaced was over double the highest price I could find. By the way, theres nothing on the receipt that they are actually lifetime warranted parts, who the manufacturer is, or how to have them replaced if/when needed. I was also told the alignment would be $69 and it was billed at $99.99. I was told that promotion had ended. But he would take $50 off my bill??In summery, I could have had a whole new front end for the same price, or less, then I spent to have less then half the job done. Just because someone doesnt know what the price of something should be, doesnt give you the right to rip them off. Very disappointed.

My battery was fine in my car and started right up . they try to sell you something you dont need. ignition switch replaced according to repair pal on the high end close to $200 buck. with new battery labor and parts I walked out of Big O Tires paying $576.00. i was assured my ignition switch and electrical problem ( Tail Lights ) would get repaired to later find out they do not do electrical repairs. Found a guy who does Electrical Mechanic much cheaper and would have done the ignition switch job much cheaper. I feel I got Screwed but lesson learned. Im a Long time Big O Tires cosumer and will continue to go to Big O Tires just not this one. Honestly is important to me. meet a lot of cool people at Big O Tires but at this Store on Maryland . I will avoid them at all cost. If your a AAA premium card holder hoping for a discount ? Forget it ! at least in this store . they felt their price was reasonable and that I was getting a good deal. Other Big O Tires do ask to show your AAA card and Ive gotten discounts in the past just not in this store. battery $149.99 and just to remove and replace the battery $26.80 ? are you kidding me ?

I was told my tires were cupping because of bad shocks. I was in Vegas from Oklahoma, and needed help, so I made an easy target. The wear pattern on my tires was actually because of misalignment, not bad shocks. But the sales guy sold me on new shocks, and alignment, and 2 new tires. I get back to Oklahoma and find out I bought my shocks in December of 2017. And they failed by July of 2019? And the tread wear isnt from the shocks. Total rip off. Ill never go back to this tire shop.

Okay, shout out to Tyler, Brain, and Greg!!! You guys are amazing!!! Last night I got a nail in my tire and needed a new one ASAP. They let me leave my rim with them and put a spare tire on so I could at least get to work across town today. They were very nice and so helpful! They even stayed after closing just so I could get my tire fixed when I got off work. I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for not trying to sell me more stuff I dont need and actually trying to help me and me situation. You guys made my day! I will definitely be coming back for any future care for my car. I have been using Big O Tire for years, starting back in my home town Mesquite Nevada. Recently moved to Las Vegas and work very near a Big O Tire.Brian, Javier, and James were who assisted the past three visits. First for an oil change, second for a change of a flat tire, and lastly, change of brakes.All three service visits were prompt and the staff was very attentive and informative. We received great and efficient service. We had to get back on the road for a 600 mile trip home, were waiting at their door for them to open. We were greeted a few minutes before they opened and were on our way by 7:15. Wish I knew the name of the gentleman that met us immediately, but I know it was Greg that fixed our tire. They were awesome, much appreciated your help guys!

The mechanic Joshua did an incredible working on my car. He changed my oil and was honest on what services were needed or not. He even rotated my tires, which was identified on the coupon.

Buying tires on a holiday weekend was not a great idea. The Gentlemen on the counter was very nice but they were very short staffed. I did get a very good price on my tires so all in all I was pleased but waited far too long

Just moved to the area. This shop is close to me so I thought I would check them out because I got a screw in my front drivers side. The tire was still holding air I just needed a quick repair so it would not get worse...The girl who came out took one look at my out of state plates and insisted it was unrepairable....I said the tire is under warranty so I guess I will have to go to dealer...another guy ran out and asked where the screw was....basically just stood there as I was leaving....What bothers me is that I took my car to another Big O up on Rainbow....they fixed it no problem! First impressions are not good....was it because I have out of state plates on my car? Anyway from how on I will drive further for honest service.....

Friendly folks, awesome service! Took my MB to these guys when the tire pressure light came on. They checked out each tires pressure and balanced it all out, all for free! Service manager talked me through my cars proper tire pressures for the seasons here in LV, great stuff! Definitely coming back here when its time for new tires! Thanks!

The work theyve done on my vehicles has been adequate. They are hustlers however, they will suggest that you replace everything in the car, even when its unnecessary. As long as you know what you need, you should be fine. If you have no idea about cars, I wouldnt trust what they say.

I called in advance to see what it was going to cost to have my battery replaced. I was given a quote, but when I arrived there the cost was $60 more, because the quote didnt include the cost of having the battery installed. While I still got the battery done, I would have called around first if Id known the true cost. I also got a quote for some tires, and the cost reported online was about $453, when installation was added according to the person instore, the cost changed to over $700. Such a price difference is ridiculous. I found the same tires, including instillation for $278 at another store. I dont think Ill be returning to Big O tires simply because of this recurring issue.

I had a minor problem with a piece of sheet metal on the bottom of my car that was loose. I win and they repaired it and did not have me. Great help!

They scammed me 70 dollar to just play with my car system and erased the check engine code

Absolutely no point in wasting your time with making an appointment here. Theyre just going to get to you when they get to you. May as well try to get in first thing in the morning and even then you will have to wait for them to finish yesterdays work.

Dont trust your car with these scam artists.They lured me in with free diagnostics and some honesty before I was a repeat customer. The more I brought my three cars there, the more often they started suggesting higher and higher cost repairs that I werent sure were necessary, and the more urgent every little thing seemed to be in their eyes. After being in their office for awhile, I kept hearing the same lines for me and other customers about the color of X is supposed to be Y, yours is black or this air filter is extremely dirty, which I heard changing your air filter for a dirtier one is something they partake in. Also, they always seemed a bit nervous when I would ask about why something needed to be done or have them explain it, but I dont know a whole lot about cars, so I had toThis last time was the last straw. My wife brought one of the cars in because she accidentally drove for awhile with the parking brake on, enough for it to start smoking. Our fault, so she took it down there to see what needed to be done. The bill came out to over $1200 because they decided that not just the entirety of the rear brakes needed to be replaced, but the front brakes and rotors also. My wife didnt know what to say, so she agreed to have the work done, but it wouldnt be ready before 12:00pm the next day since they had to order parts.She told me about it, and I was surprised the car needed front rotors already, and I was already suspicious about the last few times I was in, so I asked my brother-in-law to call in, hes a lifelong mechanic. He told me that the guy he talked to had no idea how the brake system worked, and that for the work they were doing, they were grossly overcharging us. I also talked to another mechanic friend of mine who used to work for them, and said they are 100% trying to rip me off.So I called up from work to ask them to cancel the work on the car, I wanted to see if I could get a better deal at another place. They said no problem, come pick it before 6:00. My wife gets down there in 20 mins, and miraculously, all the work was already done. In less than two hours, they managed to get done something they said they couldnt get done until 20 hours later. Also, the manager, the only guy we have dealt with so far, and the only person who can settle disputes, left early for the day. Very convenient.Not only did my wife waste a trip down there, I had to go down to try to talk to the manager the next day to see what they could do for us (either undo the work, or perhaps give us a discount of some kind). I go in the next day, and the manager isnt there and isnt answering his phone or email, so I wound up having to pay the full bill just to get my car back, with the hopes we could work something out with the manager, since I was still scheduled to have a window motor replaced later in the week.I went in, and asked for a full refund for the window order. The manager Erwin clearly knew who I was, and must have gotten an earful from the poor employee who got the brunt of it yesterday, but he was going about the refund like it was just some decision I made out of the blue. When he said he was going to need to charge me for the diagnostic and a restocking fee, I told him all the reasons I was asking for the refund, how unhappy I was with the situation, and how I was likely never going to be bringing any of my cars back.He basically said Oh well, maybe the DM can do something for you, Ill give him a call. Flash forward, he says I am still on the hook for the parts and diagnostic, and they havent addressed any of my concerns. I hope they appreciate losing 3 cars of repair work from my house to shaft me for a few hundred dollars because I wouldnt go there again if my car was on fire right in front of the building. They would likely charge me for the water to put the fire out, but then put it out just by turning the engine off.

James went above and beyond when another place did my oil change incorrectly! He fixed the mistake refilled our oil and gave us the best customer service. Nice to see mechanics do honest honorable work! Would recommend you to anyone

Rating four star for now because I havent came back to rebalance tire. Other than that really good place to get tires. Had all four of mine replaced. Good price w/warranty. Joseph was a really cool guy. Answered any questions I had even ones not related to the problem at the time. Highly recommend for new tires to anyone new to Vegas

The attendant at the register is excellent. The service provided was better than I could’ve hoped for- a free tire change that had complications. I have special wheels with shorter than original studs. They had the studs delivered from an auto parts store , changed my tire at no charge and sent me on my way. They are now my forever tire store!!
