I had 4 brand new tires and brand new wheels taken here to be mounted and balanced. It took a WEEK to get this job done. Then the balance job was done by someone who clearly doesnt understand how balancing works. When I told the manager he basically told me this is how its done. I was a tire installer/mechanic for a shop for over 8 years. I know very well this is completely WRONG and not the way it should be. I called corporate since the manager was zero help. After 4 tries I gave up. Dont trust this place w your car!!

I scheduled an appointment to get my battery replaced just for them to not have even start working on it and I had dropped it off 2 hours before my appointment time. I call the next day to receive the news that they didn’t start on it yesterday and the battery that I need they do not have in stock and that they will be getting it tomorrow. Come the next day they tell me that I also need a new starter for the car and that they do not have that in stock either and that it will be another day before it comes in. So in total it has been 2 1/2 days since I dropped off my car, on top of that the lady who called me stating that the starter I needed wasn’t in stock misquoted me the price for parts and labor. What I thought was going to be a $300-$400 price tag I was told was going to be $890. Thankfully my man Ryan who was working at the front desk was very understanding and helped out a ton. Fast forward to today (the same day I pick up my car) the car starts and runs just fine, then later tonight I go to get in my car and the car straight up won’t start. What was the point of paying all that money, waiting and wasting all that time just for the car to be in an even worse state then when I dropped it off.

Ever since Shelby left this place has gone down hill. Customer service isn’t there. They don’t listen. Was told to come in right away and I did. Was quoted an hour wait for them to replace my tire, three hours later it still wasn’t done and when they finally took a look at my car they filled the old tire instead of replacing it like I said three times previously! Don’t go here, honestly a waste of time.

Terrible. Made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning. On Friday I was called to change my appointment to Sunday, because they were busy on Saturday, although the website allowed me to make a Saturday appointment. Was called again on Saturday but no one there knows why I was called. Got there Sunday morning and was told I had no appointment. I was asked if I was in the correct store. I hit redial on my phone and their phone rang so yes I was in the correct store. Even if they honored my appointment there was no employees there to do the rotting. Why make appointments at 8 if there’s no one there to do the work. Congratulations, one less customer.

I scheduled my appointment last week for an oil change and car check up. I am very busy working between two hospitals, so I scheduled my appointment for the same time as I had a meeting at the hospital across the street from the Firestone. I know sometimes things take time so I decided to go ahead and get some work done also. My appointment was for noon I drop my car off around 11:30 and I walked over to the hospital. When I went back to pick my car up around 2:00 ( they told me it would take no longer than 2 hours to have it done, and that is more than enough time for an oil change) my car was still in the same spot that I parked it and nobody had even looked at it. They then told me that I can go ahead and reschedule but I cant reschedule until Sunday. I had two new patients I had to go look at at the hospital in Summerlin. This company is totally unprofessional and unrealistic when it comes to dealing with customers. Not happy and I will not revisit this place.

I walked in at 7:05 am and walked out at 12pm. I was so frustrated coz the shop supervisor said a couple of hours to repairs a slow leak in one of my tires. They did not even consider me waited for 5 hours at the waiting room. Im really dissatisfied.

I wish I could express my disappointment correctly. I have been to this shop three times. All three times they werent able to help me. The first was a simple oil change they couldnt do that day. From my experience, it seems to come down to staffing and troubles surrounding that. Can you fix that? If not, why are you open? Serve your customers please.

I had an appointment today and the place was closed with no warning. Yes I know it’s COVID but I had an appointment. It would have been very easy to call/text/email me an update so I wouldn’t have rearranged my entire day to make this appointment work. Further compounded my annoyance when I called the store on the door, I told them about my situation and was immediately put on hold and left on hold for going on 7 minutes, don’t even know if they’re ever going to pick back up. Not good. Not good at all. Only reason it’s not a one star is cuz I’m normally not a bad review kind of guy. It pains me to leave this but I’m pretty annoyed right now.

Absolutely amazing experience! I worked with Shelby and I was amazed at how knowledgeable and how much information I was provided. I left and did some quick research on the tires Shelby recommended and was stunned at all the positive reviews for them! I ordered the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500’s for my 2014 SRT 300 and they have been amazing! Grip strong and barely slide. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to this Firestone for tires! Shelby deserves a raise!

October 9, 202 went to this Firestone to have a diagnostic done to see why I was not passing the smog. After some time I called to see what was taking so long. Said the diagnostic was complete and gave me the cost of repairs. I said well coming over to pay for diagnostic and pick up my car. several months ago I had replaced the gas cap. At the time of paying and getting car they said the code had been wiped out. Went to another shop and they said to come back when the code has updated itself and then see if car passes smog. At the time of purchasing the new gas cap did not reset the code. On Wednesday, October 14, went to a privately owned shop and car passed smog. Firestone on N Durango was going to charge $140 an hour, with parts a total of $700, for a $10.00 gas cap. Avoid this auto cared place.

Took my 2013 Hyundai sonata in on 6/20/2020 for and oil change and alignment. Im assuming they completed the oil change, although i did not check to see if the filter was replaced.Main complaint is the alignment, The car is literally doing the exact same thing even after the alignment was supposedly complete. Dont take your car here for an alignment thats for damn sure.

Came in on Monday to see if I could have my brakes looked at, was told at 4:30 pm they stop accepting appointments at 5pm... I stood in silence to see if I could still be seen today and got the same response. I booked at appointment for 4pm today which I saved in 2 different calendars, and they said my appointment was at 3p. Then wanted me to leave the car possibly overnight because of their scheduling error. I understand things happen, but the lack luster attempt at obtaining or retaining a customer is poor at best. Either find a confirmation system or better customer service practices. Won’t be coming back and will recommend others to stay away

Awesome customer service! Thank you so much Shelby & Cedric! Went to a different Firestone store in the valley the previous day due to a screw in my tire, explaining I could see it there but that I wasn’t losing any air. They said I’d need to replace the tire due to the screw going through the sidewall, but they didn’t have the tire in stock. Went here first thing in the morning and, despite being busy, they took care of me right away. They found that the screw didn’t actually do damage to the tire (but had a replacement on its way over from another store just in case). Super nice, friendly & fast - would consider driving across town just to go to this location again. Thanks so much!

My receipt showed I had a 50,000 mile warranty on the tires I purchased. My tires are cracking and Shane, the service manager, refused to replace my tires because he said they only do a 40,000 mile warranty....and he said Im close to that so they wont do it. Im actually 29,000 miles into my warranty so he was wrong wrong and wrong. Still didnt replace my tires. He did a patch job on the nail i had in a tire. So I will be filing a lawsuit when my tires blow on the freeway with all my kids in the car because he said a patch job would be good enough. Shame on Firestone. Will not ever ever ever recommend them to anyone.

If you want quick service, basic attention to detail and honesty, go somewhere else.Made an appointment to get 2 front tires replaced(I have different sized front and rear tires). Showed up and had to wait an nearly 2 hours for them to say it was done, then went to check their work before I left and realized they had swapped my nearly brand new rear tires(of a different size) instead of the clearly older fronts(same size). So then I had to wait an additional 45+ minutes for them to change all 4 tires.Found it humorous that when I got my receipt after they swapped the rear tires instead of the front, their courtesy check statement told me I needed to replace my rear tires(rear tires were already basically new). This service center clearly tries to get people to spend money on things that are completely unnecessary.

The wait time was your average hour for an oil change. The company only gets three stars due to the staff. They are quick to answer the phone while you are talking to them, even mid sentence. One employee will assist multiple customers instead of helping the one they started with. While I was there, 3 employees were at the desks. Only one actually helped,I forgot her name. The other two gentlemen stayed on the phones or outside. The staff working on the cars are very loud and rowdy. I am all for having fun while you work, but the constant horn honks and yelling random sounds became very annoying. I saw my car get pulled out and parked, yet it took the staff 10 extra minutes to call me up and let me go (I saw the mechanic drop the folder off, thats when I started counting the time). That seems a little longer than it should.

I recently went to this Firestone location to get my 2004 Cayennes front left turnsignal fixed. Unfortunately, it was a retention ring that was not serviceable at the shop. The mechanics worked on my vehicle for two hours, topped off oil, gave the vehicle a full inspection to include a check engine light that had just come on the day prior. Since they were unable to fix the problem, I was not charged a dime.I have been a customer at this location for years and have nothing but the best to say about the staff, especially the motorcycle riding front-end manager.Thank you guys for what you do, I will be back!Chris J. So, we have gone here for over a year. Never issues until this last visit. We had our manual lock not working on our 2013 Kia Rio. They said they needed to get parts from another firestone and the parts can’t come in until Tuesday (this was Thursday when we dropped it off). I asked will it be fixed on Tuesday also? They said yes. I told the clerk I had to fly out on Thursday so will it definitely be done on Tuesday? He said yes. It should only take a few hours and since we are getting the parts from another firestone there should be no issues. So, I called Tuesday morning to ensure no issues and get an estimate what time it could be picked up. Lady checked and said the part isn’t in yet but it will be here today and it will be fixed today. She would call back to give a time. Next phone call I got was at 1:45pm stating the part didn’t come in and now it won’t be there until Thursday! I was flying out Thursday morning & needed the car to drive to and from the airport!! They didn’t care. It cost me $96 in Uber due to their incompetence. I picked it Friday. Told them about the inconvenience and still didn’t seem to care or offer any type of discount for their screw up. $247 wasted to repair lock. $96 on Uber. Will never go there again.

Ive had mixed results with this location. A few years ago had a power steering problem that would have been nice and easy to fix had they actually listened to me when I explained the problem and likely fix, however they were intent on up selling and not only ignored my description, but they replaced the wrong part, and the original problem remained and in fact quickly ruined the new part they put in. So a day later and a supposed new power steering pump assembly put in and they tell me its another $350. After pushing back I did not have to pay for that since they accepted ownership of messing up. Of course that new pump said refurbished all over it so in all they were basically scumbags. Now recently with new employees and with buying tires Id have to say the new crew is better. Though I cant give more than 3 stars due to my first visit a couple years ago

Been going to these guys for over a year because theyre right down the street. Last time I took my car in, with an appointment, they took 2+ hours for an oil change and didnt get the tire rotation or the lifetime alignment in because I had to hit the road after they took that long.The last time my wife went in for her maintenance appointment, she was also told they didnt have time to do the lifetime alignment. They told her that it would be over a week until they could get her in. She ended up having to go to another location to get her alignment.Today, I went in after scheduling an appointment four days ago via the website and had seen an approved message, only to be told I didnt have an appointment. This location had changed my appointment to two weeks from now without even asking me if that worked for me. I dont know of many people who, when they need an oil change, can wait for two weeks for it.What I was told today by this location is that my regularly scheduled maintenance doesnt matter (Ive bought my tires and lifetime alignments and every oil change through Firestone throughout the life of both vehicles). This will also mean, in 5,000 miles, when I do all of the big stuff like change all of the other fluids and the timing belt, they wont be the ones to do it.So, unless you plan at least two and a half weeks out when you need an oil change, I wouldnt even bother contacting these guys. They dont have time for you.

I must start with John who I believe is the store manager unless there are multiple Johns at this location. He was by far the most helpful with our questions and keeping us updated on what was going on with our car. Now, Tony on the other hand, was less than helpful. In fact he blatantly lied to us multiple times over the course of 3 days. We realize that they have other customers to tend to and we were very patient with the lack of answers we received from Tony when we spoke to him on the phone.We had our car towed to this location at about 3pm on a Friday after breaking down. We called for an update on the car the following day assuming they had taken the time to look at it. Tony said they had but they werent able to order parts because the place was closed. Come to find out Monday morning...no one had even touched our car!!!! Not to look at it, not to move it, NOTHING. We spoke with John later that day and he handled everything. He got the car looked at and called us back as soon as he knew what was wrong...it only took him 30 minutes! How fantastic. He gave us our estimate. Parts were going to cost us just over $300 but labor over $1000 for 6 hours worth of work time! Thats $167/hr???!!!! Far more expensive than going to the dealership (who in fact quoted us less).Now when telling a company you are interested in taking your car elsewhere they usually want to keep your business and come to some sort of agreement that works for both parties. Not Tony. He was all too willing to send us somewhere else. Im surprised he hasnt single handily run this location into the ground with his atrocious customer service. When you enter your place of business you check your attitude at the door. We would go back for Johns ability to keep us informed, his courteousness, and his overall good attitude. Unfortunately, Tony is a big enough reason to run far far away from this place. If you have no other option, ask for John and let Tony nowhere near your vehicle!

After a rough start, they actually impressed me with their customer service at this location. This is the second Firestone I have been to this week to get my Enterprise rental car tire fixed; the first one really couldnt be bothered and I kept getting put on hold at this one so I drove in. A very nice, very helpful employee came right out, inspected the tire and offered to take care of it and give me a call when it was ready to be mounted. Perfect. I dont have all day to devote to getting a flat tire fixed so this worked for me.

On 30 July 2016 I pulled in Firestone because I was having battery issues. From the time I entered the building till my vehicle was ready I received nothing but outstanding customer service and witnessed true team work. I cant remember the gentlemans name that checked me in originally but while Shelby was busy, she broke off her current task to assist him with properly inputting my service contract and information. She did this with no hesitation and in a mentor manner with her peer. Eric was the service technician that worked on my vehicle and even checked me out at the request of Shelby who was busy with other tasks at the time, again with no hesitation Eric did this and had great interaction with Shelby to complete the process. Being a retired Veteran it was great to see such teamwork amongst peers and really appreciated the efficiency and customer service provided by these individuals.

I would give this place a 0 star. Their estimated wait times are always way off. Even when I make an appointment. First time I went , the mechanics were just talking to each other while I waited for 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change. Last time I went, I called and asked beforehand if their new tire prices beat discount tire prices and the guy said quote all day. So I made an appointment for them. When I showed up, it took them an hour just to pull my car in the garage. After such they told me the new tire will cost $175. So now Im in discount tires getting 2 new tires for less than $70. So... I give them 0 stars. For lying, wait times, and terrible service.

We have been coming for Firestone for oil changes and other minor things since this location opened, and the store is clean and the staff is helpful. The wait can sometimes be long, even for an oil change. But they do check the car for other needed repairs, which is nice. We like to use coupons that come in the mail or are printed off the website. John, the store manager, is very sincere and anytime we had an issue, he always took charge and fixed the problem. He is a real asset to the business.

Quick and efficient service for smog checks. They do accept competitors coupons. Staff was friendly and informative. Actual smog took about a half hour in and out, no silly upselling. They offer a discount to the employees from the hospital as well.

I took my car in for an oil change, front end alignment, and tire rotation. They had to keep it until the next day because the manager was the only one that could set up the alignment machine. I arrived to pick up my car to discover they had parked it with the windows down and it would not crank. a tech came out to jump it off and admitted to me that he knew it would not crank and that the windows where down. Why it would be knowingly left that way and tell me it was ready to be picked up is beyond me. They then had to reset the computer due to many electrical problems. The car had more problems after I picked it up than it did when I dropped it off. Upon driving I noticed that the car would turn right when I hit the brake. None of these problems existed before I left it with them. They wanted to charge me more money to diagnose it further. This place is horrible. Do not take your car here.

My Mercedes CLK350 has a few new best friends, the team at the Firestone Store on Durango. Here is what happened, Yesterday, New Years Eve while the store was preparing to close and 2 cars were being worked on and only 2 mechanics were working along with the store manager. I could see they were ready to close the shop. The manager was trying to wrap up his day, all the stalls were already closed except for where the two cars were being worked on, and I was told they were closing early due to the holiday. That meant less than 30 minutes from now. They were not expecting me. My front tire had this Construction Nail tapping the road as I drove. When driving it sounded much like a Tap Dancers dancing on concret. I wanted to wait until after New Years to have it fixed but when my Check Tire Pressure Light came on I knew I needed to have this Construction Roof Top Tar Paper Looking Big Headed Nail removed, and now I am being threatened with a major road safety hazard. I drove to the Durango Firestone store just as they were preparing to close. They treated me like it was a normal day. They were courteous, friendly, quick as they always are, and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes, and to my surprise there was no charge. I always thought you paid for service, I guess sometimes you dont. Firestone at Durango is definitely a 5 star location, I love my Mercedes but I trust Firestone for my repairs and when needed they get the parts from Mercedes and handle my repairs efficiently and stand behind their work. I feel like I can trust Firestone. Thank you!

Made an appointment for an alignment and told the Matt on the phone the car was lowered he said it was fine , I showed up they say they wont do lowered cars and that I didnt have an appointment either way. I came to this location because I was told the alignment tech was really good with lowered vehicles. I live on the other side of town. The wasted my time when they couldve told me no over the phone

Went in for a scheduled alignment appointment to correct some problems from the alignment I received two weeks earlier. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. How do you expect to be in a customer service position and suck at customer service.After 30 minutes the technician returns to the front and tells me my cam bolts are in backwards that they cant align my truck. I left and went to a different location. My truck was aligned with no problem.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place lacks experienced technicians and customer service. However, Jerome at the West Ann location was awesome.

We were quoted just under $600 to fix a steering fluid leak and told the part would be in the next day. The next morning we received a call saying the part was changed last night, our vehicle was put in the parking lot and in the morning there was a puddle because the rack and pinion needs to be replaced. Thats an additional $2000. When we got there they said they were mistaken, the work wasnt done and the leak is from the rack and pinion and it will be $1600 to fix. We took our vehicle and left for fear that something else would go wrong.

Got our brakes front and back done here. Pretty good deal with rotors resurfaced and everything for $215, thats including tax. They were all very friendly which was also a plus, sometimes hard to find around Vegas! The did try to say that they recommend a TON of other things, but honestly, what place doesnt? You go to get your oil changed and whoever it is will offer transmission flush, bs flush whatever. Its how they make commission so I dont really blame them for that. So far so good though! Car rides like a dream compared to the horrible shaking before when braking. Will edit this post if anything goes wrong, but good place as far as I know!

Warning! Do yourself a favor and avoid the, polite, but horrible customer service that includes lies and incredible wait times. I was told the car would be done by noon, then 3pm, then ready at 5pm. Arrived after 5 for pick up, and no work was ever done on the car. No reply or status phone call was ever received at any time through out the whole work day. Stay away!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto service store! 5 visits for the same issue and its still not corrected. I have been without my vehicle for days. Not only that, they are horrible with correspondence! I found that on multiple occasions that my car had been sitting in there parking lot after it had been supposedly fixed before anyone called me. I will never set foot in this place again! Horrible service!

Okay, so Im not a mechanic, shade tree or otherwise, so take this with a grain of salt. Overall, Ive gotten good attention and service. Having a good service advisor is important. But ask alot of questions and ask about parts choices such as factory or up graded parts. Otherwise you pretty much get Oriles or Auto zone parts. Refer to your manufacturer hand book for service cycles. So as far as price they come in a bit under dealship. They are pretty timely, but again talk and ask questions, and if you can make appointments. Office area is clean and the few times Ive been in the shop appears in order. Also you can read this about most repair shops, Ask to see what is wrong before the service and explain what is wrong and ask them to hold parts after they replace it so you can see how bad it was and ensure to look at the repairs.

Always friendly customer service, I like that they go over with you whats going on with your car want to make sure youre satisfied with your service and willing to answer questions that you may have if you dont understand what the problem is with your vehicle and they usually have really good discounts for oil changes😁
