This company deserve no stars changing your name is not gonna change the type of company that you guys are fraudulent not trustworthy nor honest All in 1 Auto Body You can’t fool nobody I just want to let you know that I took my car to another body shop and they are documenting everything that you guys said that was fixed on my vehicle but is not fixed how could you put a color paint on my car that don’t even match like you guys are going down I’m coming for you. you just don’t do people like that I’m a single mother that’s struggling and you guys got paid $4000 for what Nothing you guys have left me with a whole bunch of stress and I reported you guys to the Business bureau but yet you guys still have not responded because you guys know that you guys are wrong for what you did to me and trust and believe you guys are going to pay for all the damages that are still present because you guys didn’t fix anything I tried calling so I could to Juan The owner the one that forge my name and my finance company name on the check that was cashed without me knowing if he know what I know he better get in contact with me and fix the problem because I have proof that his company didn’t do anything that was stated on the estimate or the supplement if you know like I know don’t take your car to this company you’re going to be left with heartache headache and lost on what to do but I thank the Auto Body Shop that has my Vehicle now because he’s documenting everything and helping me come after Juan and his company

Vegas Best Auto aka Desert Inn Auto Body owned by Juan Moreno, is the most untrustworthy business Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with.Id taken multiple vehicles to Juan over a few years. The service was always super, super slow, think months, not days, but he was cheap & I thought trustworthy. I had other vehicles to drive so waiting a couple of months for repairs didnt bother me too much.The last one he was supposed to repair the transmission on his tow truck picked up over a year ago. Every couple of months Id call to check status. He claimed to have lost contact with his transmission guy & was trying to find one. During this time period, the lot where hes previously stored cars was shut down & he let me know it was at his house. I questioned the safety of it & he reassured me that he lived a at the end of a street or something with nobody around & that it would be safe.Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago when I opened my mail to find 2 parking tickets and a towing & storage bill. It took a few days, but I finally managed to talk to Juan who asked me to send him the storage company info so he could have his girl look after it, followed by another week of not answering calls, texts, or messages. I finally managed to get him on the phone yesterday, & he reassured me that hes just been out of town, was on his way back to Vegas, & would contact me 1st thing this morning to get it looked after. He said hed had someone check his house & that 5 cars had been towed while he was away. After trying all day to reach him (again)I just received a call from his guy in the office to let me know theyve lost the keys, & with a message from Juan that hes not doing anything to get the truck out of storage. According to his guy, I was asked to pick it up 8 or 9 months ago due to my inability to pay for it, which is an out and out lie. #1... he hadnt even given me a price or quote yet due to not having a transmission guy, #2. He said when he did find someone I could make payments #3. He charges storage for vehicles left there. If hed really asked me to pick it up he would have been billing for storage and had a lien on it.Now its over $1500 to get my vehicle out of storage, he lost the key, cost me over a year of having an inoperable vehicle which Im still going to need to get fixed.... he completely screwed me.DONT TRUST HIM!

Lied about about times it be done ... 6 pm then 7 pm then 11 am then 1 pm get there 120 pm and car still isnt done ... then they say 430 pm after diving there 30 minutes in the heat ... should be a - 5

In 2014, Desert Inn Auto Repair And Body bid and received my business. The service was to repaint the roof of my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The price was fair and the warranty was for five yrs.After 3 yrs, the paint gone bad and I stopped by on a Saturday to make an appointment for a re-paint. An employee took photos of my drivers license, receipt, and the vehicles roof. Then he said the shop would call me on the following Monday to schedule the re-paint. Three weeks passed and nothing happened.I called again and twice I was told someone would call within 30 minutes. Finally, after the third time I called on the same day, I was informed that the shop WOULD NOT honor the warranty because the current owner have no records of service from the previous owner.This maybe legal, depending on how the business was sold, but if the current owner retained the name of the business, this is bad customer relations. How would any customer know that the business exchanged owners ?The least the current shop could do is offer a substantial discount on the re-paint. The business could still get some money and the customer could get some satisfaction and maintain goodwill.

I was in Las Vegas, NV and was involved in a minor accident. I brought my car to Desert Inn Auto Repair and Body. I spoke with Juan and he gave me a great price on replacing my bumper and doing some painting. He had my car ready in a couple of hours. I was so grateful to Juan as I was trying to have a great vacation in Las Vegas. Thanks again Juan I really appreciate everything!!!. I recommend Juan and Desert Inn Auto Repair and Body to anyone who needs car repairs done.

They are HORRIBLE!! At first they come off caring and reliable. They had my truck a week and a half. They have told me 3 different times my truck was suppose to be done and it NEVER was with no explanation why! For 1 week my truck sat with all the parts without anything being done to it again no explanation why! I ended up having to get it fixed elsewhere with a whole week and a half wasted on lies and them never even touching my truck to fix it!! Dont waste your time... I wouldnt even give it the 1 star smfh... What a waste!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give no star or negative stars, I would.They said very good to make me sign the payment contract. Once I gave them half amount to buy parts, the nightmare was started. They postponed pickup time all the time and I had no choices to wait bcz I couldnt take money back. I was so stupid to trusted what they promised again and gave them the rest money. Then it was gonna worse. They started to play games and refused to finish what they should fix. They even threatened me to tow my car if I refused to drive away. The worst thing was I went to another place to check my car, they told me my car still had big issues and the prior auto shop didnt replace parts. I paid the money for new parts, but they still used the old parts.The lady in the front was so rude and the man they called boss was even worse. His attitude was totally different before you gave money and after you paid the full amount.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!NEVER!

This place has tried to steal my friends car. They are some good con artist working there. I do not see how they are even still in business. They display the DMV approved auto repair poster, but are not certified with DMV. Be Aware going to this place....

Juan is a great guy to do business with. About a month ago, I did a dumb thing and locked my keys in my car ( while it was running !)I personally called Juan ( the owner) and he sent a guy over immediately to unlock my car.Great people to do business with !

This place is my only auto shop. They are very kindhearted and very efficient on their work. This is the only place I would go to, to have just about everything yu need done. I highly recommend this shop!

SCAM ARTISTS!!!! PUBLIC BEWARE!!! I wish there were an option for negative star ratings. The so called owner Juan or Ponchito and his entire operation are a SCAMThis slime ball Juan was paid for the deductible, and he made all types of promises. Once the check was cut and issued, the body shop stopped commuting with me and my wife. To make a ridiculously long review shorter. The work wasnt done properly, new parts were never installed, door locks and assembly never fixed, exterior door handle was replaced with a new Chinese or North Korean version. It is totally substandard and broke in less than 6 months. This guy is evasive, ans a thief. And their security, omg for this disgusting not even half rate joke of a body shop has a wall of video monitors that would rival a Hotel casinos surveillance. So there is more than body shop work going on. Nice cover Juanito. How many people are suing you this year? Guess what, add another to the list. And you will have to answer to God for all of the hard working people you and your company have taken advantage of. If I could give this place a negative 5, I would! Liars and scam artists are all that they are. Juan takes your money and pretends like he knows what he is talking about. You end up taking it to a real shop and having all the work done over again, if not more, wasting yet, even more money.

Garbage experience that ended up costing 600$ for a promised fixed transmission that never happened. Also there office is a sketchy appearance, extremely hot, and they happen to not accept credit at convenient times. This place is garbage and Ill never think of going here again!

Do not go to this repair shop, they will act like theyre friendly and know what theyre doing when really they are just going to rob you. They said they replaced a part in my truck then when I was having same issue, I took it to the original person who dealt with it and they said the original part was still in the truck and hadnt been replaced.

This place is the best, Juan treats you like family, and his employees get it done right. An hour and a half after leaving the shop and getting a complete and beautiful paint job, a lady rear ended me. I took it back to DI, to fix the damage, I could not have chosen a better bodyshop.

BEWARE!!! Super sad story please read!!! Was baited and switched from a close location that apparently wasnt open to a super shady location which was 4325 desert inn. I was promised immediate service. When I arrived they didnt know I was coming. 2 people spoke English out of atleast 12. I had a timing issue and after 5 hours of not knowing what was going on and asking multiple times for their guaranteed free estimate I was given none. My vehicle left the premises multiple times to my worry with multiple people aboard. To get to the point 395.69 dollars American to put my 350 small block back in time, and the distributer is still lose, out of time and over heating. WORST EXP I HAVE EVER HAD. Made me look weak to my family by getting taken advantage of. Most chalk it up to sin city but thats no excuse for NO MORALS and taking advantage of the desperate. I agree with the -20 review. P.s. I am not one to write negative reviews. God Bless and avoid this place like the forbidden fruit.

My car wouldnt start so i called desert inn auto.. they sent a tow truck right away. my car was in the shop within the hour. found out my alternator was bad, Juan gave me a great price and it was ready two days later

I would prefer to give this NO STARS or -5 Stars.My review is super long but this is worth reading, think twice and read all the reviews before taking your car here, like I wish I had. I previously posted a review under my boyfriends account, but it was put into the not suggested category.So I decided to do another one since I kept receiving e-mails requesting a review. First and foremost, the business is a sham. My decision on taking my car there was solely for the lower charges which ended up still being pretty high. Before taking my car I called, and the owner Juan answered he seemed like an honest guy and he gave me an estimate of $2-$4,000 at the most for the repairs that had to be done. Sounded like a good deal considering all the other places would have charged me $8-$9,000. Later that day I set up a time for the tow man to take my car, he came and picked it up on a flat bed which is preferred especially for for a BMW. I didnt want the wheels or front to be damaged. It was also free. All was good until they actually started the service, I was assured that the car would be done in a week or two, but it took a month and a half - by the time I tried to take it to another shop they already began working on it I would call almost every day asking about the car and to request receipts to each part that had been replaced - the clerk at the desk was an airhead, she would put me on hold for what seemed like forever and then sometimes shed even hang up on me. Id call back and shed play stupid and tell me that they need to wait until the car was finished so that they could provide me with all the information. I went in a couple times to see how they progressed with my car and of course its in the same condition, I asked what was going on and Juan told me that it took time to find the parts blazie blah. - Point being this business is unprofessional, and sexist. The clerk at the desk didnt know what she was talking about half the time, and there was always a guy up front named Lee just messing around, and the clerk would talk down to him. Anyways they provided horrible service from the day I stepped in to the day I FINALLY got my car. Still when I got my car, they made me wait FOUR extra HOURS because of things that they had to check. Realllllly. Then after I paid and left they called me back for an emergency which that they wanted me to cash the check I had paid to them. The clerk took me to the bank and on the way there she admitted to me that they kept egging me on and lying to me about when my car would be done because they thought I wasnt gonna pay up! I dont suggest ever taking anything of value to this shop especially not a foreign car like a BMW! Due to personal experience and especially if youre a woman, you better bring a man who knows a little something about cars because they will take advantage of you, and wont even provide the right paperwork or a good job! A few months after the repairs they did I had to go to a REAL shop and get it repaired by REAL MECHANICS -because some of the parts hadnt even been changed and some were super old and rusted. Plus they didnt even fix the A/C because they said that wasnt theyre problem, lol so I had to roll around in Las Vegas at the peak of summer time with a car that was done by a half ass body shop! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! - from a previous and NEVER returning customer!!! Thanks Desert Inn Auto Repair & Body for pestering me for this review. He can use his body shop license plates for stolen cars so they never have to be registered and ofcourse can change the vin and use one from another car. If i can give them a negative 20, I would. I had a VERY HORRIBLE experience specially with Juan the owener. Paint job is horrible, and expensive. You would think since they charge pricy, they would a great job thats incorrect. They left my vehicle with scratches & they tried to cover it with (what it looks like white out) my vehicle was there every Monday for a month. Juan is a liar and never keeps his promises. *dont promise anything you cant promise Juan, speacially with other people properties. If I could post pictures I would, but it doesnt let me upload them.*dear people please dont let this Juan fool you. Save you money and give it to someone who actually knows how to do their jobs.****they actually close at 5pm and open at 10am. So its not open 24/7 false advertising.

Lousy, it really is a fake workshop, what they do is pure bullshit, and customer service is disgusting, and if you complain about how bad they did the job they ignore you, I definitely do not advise anyone to go with them.
